Our tour driver was excellent. Garfield was energetic, informative, polite, and entertaining. We learned lots of things from him and had a great time.

The meal, the activities alongside the watching, and the prices were all satisfactory. We saw whales several times!! However, they didn't jump as much as in the photos. It felt more like their fins were rolling with the waves. Still, being able to experience whales up close like this is truly unique to Hawaii.

食事内容、ウォッチングと平行しているアクティビティー、料金とも納得できるものでした。クジラも何度か出てくれましたしね！！でもあの写真程はジャンプしませんでした。波とともに背びれがうねる~と言う感じです。それにしても　こんなに近くでクジラを感じられるのはやはりハワイならではですよね。　

Since my family is prone to seasickness, we usually avoid this type of tour, but we experienced absolutely no seasickness! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The lunch was a simple buffet on the boat, but it was very delicious. There was also snorkeling time at a spot where we could see sea turtles, and my second-grade son had a great time swimming among the adults with his father.

He excitedly reported, "I swam over a sea turtle, and it suddenly turned and bumped into me! It was rough, and I was surprised! But since it bumped into me, I won't get in trouble, right?" (We are not supposed to touch the sea turtles.)

There is no shade except on the boat, so sunscreen and rash guards are essential. A waterproof camera is also a must (they offer a waterproof instant camera for $20 for those who forget, but it's definitely cheaper to buy one in Japan).

After getting wet in our swimsuits, it can be surprisingly cold on the boat with the wind, so in addition to a bath towel, I think having something like a windbreaker would be helpful.

船酔いしやすいので、なかなかこの手のツアーには手が出ない我が家なのですが、まったく船酔いなし！すっかり楽しんでまいりました。ランチも、船の上での簡単なブッフェなのに、とてもおいしかったです。ウミガメに遭えるスポットでのシュノーケリングタイムもあり、小２の息子は父親を従え、オトナたちにまざって楽しんできました。
「ウミガメの上を泳ぎ、ウミガメが急に方向転換してぶつかってきたんだ！ざらざらしててびっくりした！でも、あっちがぶつかってきたんだから、タイホされないよね！」と大興奮で報告してくれました（＝ウミガメは触ってはいけないのです）。
船の上以外、日かげはないので、日焼け止めやラッシュガードは必須。防水カメラも必須（忘れた人用に防水インスタントカメラを$20であっせんしてくれますが、日本で買って行った方が断然安いです）。
水着が濡れた後、船の上で風にあたると意外と寒いので、バスタオルはもちろんですが、ウインドブレーカーのようなものがあるといいかと思います。

This is my fifth time in Hawaii, and it's a family tradition to come here. Since handling money can be a hassle, we choose the full package course. After experiencing bodyboarding here, my kids have become huge fans of it. This time, we revisited the sensations here before later having the real experience at Kailua Beach, where we usually go. Both adults and kids can have a lot of fun here. You might not be able to laugh and have such a good time at a pool in Japan? The international vibe really helps to open up the spirit. The barbecue lunch this time was well-received by the kids. To be honest, it wasn't good in the past, but it was delicious this time. If the budget allows, I think the full package course is really convenient. This pool is definitely an activity we can't miss next summer.

ハワイはもう五回目ですが、必ず行くのが家族の決まりです。お金持つのが面倒なので、フルセットのコースを選択します。子供は、ここでボディーボード体験してから、ボディーボード大好きっ子になりました。今回も、やっぱりここでまず感覚を思い出し、後日、いつも行っているカイルアビーチで本番体験してました。大人も子供も、ここでいっぱい楽しめます。日本のプールじゃここまで笑ってワイワイ騒げないかも？インターナショナルな感じがやっぱり気持ちを開放的にさせるんですね。今回のバーベキューランチは子供たち
に好評でした。ハッキリ言って今まではＮＯ ＧＯＯＤでしたけど、おいしかったですよ。もしも予算が許すならば、全部セットのコースの方が、本当に楽ちんだと思います。来年の夏もこのプールは絶対に外せないアクティビティです。

My client called wanting a dinner cruise at sunset so he could ask the woman of his dreams to marry him!

As his travel agent I opted to use Hawaii Activities. We booked the Sunset Dinner Cruise and Tom added the private dinning options with the complimentary professional picture.

I received a picture text at 2:30am from Tom indicating that Conni had said yes, taken by a cruise line staff!

My clients had an absolutely wonderful time with memories that will carry them through their life together.

The Travel DRS will in the future recommend this cruise to any/all my clients as an option for their Hawaii vacation.

Nice activity for all ages.

The thrilling slides and the excitement of the wave pool had the kids overjoyed. There are also pools that smaller children can enjoy. The bead ice was incredibly delicious. When the sun went down, it got a bit chilly, and while you could warm up in the jacuzzi, it was for ages 21 and over, so the kids were shivering.

スリル満点のスライダーの数々、波のプールの迫力に子供達は大喜びでした。小さい子供も十分楽しめるプールもあります。ビーズアイス（？）がめっちゃおいしかった。日がかげると肌寒くジャグジーであったまれるが、21歳以上利用のため子供は入れずふるえていた。

Hawaii was my third visit, and this tour is highly recommended. From the moment I joined the tour, I completely lost track of time. The staff were all great and fun, and the island, which felt like paradise, appeared in the middle of the ocean, truly living up to its name. It was incredibly beautiful...

Also, snorkeling around the coral was amazing! My child was so sad to leave that when we got back to the hotel, they were in a state of wanting to go again. The meals, although light snacks, were more than enough for me and very satisfying. This is a tour I would love to join again as a repeat visitor. Thank you very much!! I am truly moved.

ハワイは、3回目でしたが、今回のこのツアーはお薦めです。ツアー参加した瞬間から時間を忘れてしまうぐらいでした。スタッフがいい人ばかりで面白い、天国の島も、なんでこんな事になるのと思うぐらい、海の真ん中に島が出現して本当に、天国の島だったです。凄い綺麗で・・・・
そして、サンゴの周りをシュノーケリングがこれまた最高~、内の子なんぞは、帰りたくないと淋しげで、ホテルに着いた時は、もう一度連れて行けと逆切れ状態でした。食事も軽食とありましたが、私には十分で満足できる食事でした。再度、リピターで参加したいツアーです。ありがとうございました！！

This is definately educational for the kids. We had a great time...the show was great.

This was a great tour. I am planning on doing it again in 2009. Our tour guide/driver, Art, was great. Great deal and very informative.

It was an early morning departure from a still chilly start, but when we reached the point, we were able to see an unexpected pod of dolphins even from the boat. There were mother and baby dolphins, and dolphins jumping out of the water.

Due to the sea conditions that day, we ended up sitting on the ladder of the boat and peering into the water for dolphin watching, but we were able to see the dolphins swimming alongside the boat up close, which was truly moving.

After moving to a calm spot, we enjoyed plenty of snorkeling and encountered colorful fish and sea turtles. We also had fun playing with the kayak we brought on board, and the hamburgers and pineapples we ate on the boat were delicious!

The staff were all fun and considerate, keeping the participants engaged! I entrusted the camera to a local staff member for underwater dolphin photos, and we got a lot of great shots (laughs).

Finally, we even had a hula lesson, making it a wonderful experience. Despite being such a packed tour, it ended in half a day, allowing us to spend a meaningful day.

まだ肌寒い早朝からのの出航でしたが、ポイントに着くと、思いがけないほどのイルカの群れが船の上からでも確認できました。親子イルカや、海上にジャンプするイルカ・・。
この日は海のコンディションにより、船にかけたハシゴに腰掛け、水のなかに顔をつっこんでのドルフィンウォッチングとなりましたが、船と併走して泳ぐイルカ達の様子を、本当に間近で見ることができ、感動です。　
また、穏やかな場所に移動してから、たっぷりシュノーケリングもして、色とりどりの魚や海がめにも出会えました。他にも、船に積んできたカヤックで遊んだり、船上で食べたハンバーガーやパイナップルも美味しかったです☆　
スタッフが全員楽しく、気遣いのある方ばかりで、参加者を飽きさせません！
イルカの水中写真は、現地のスタッフの人にカメラを託して撮ってもらったら、いい写真が沢山撮れました（笑）。
最後にフラレッスンまでついて、いい経験になりましたよ。
こんな盛り沢山のツアーなのに半日で終わるので、１日有意義に過ごせました。

My family booked a trip to Big Splash. We were looking forward to this tour even before we went, and it was incredibly fun, living up to our expectations, and our whole family was very satisfied. The park was not as large as we thought, so we were able to see everything within the time we had, and there were thrilling attractions that you wouldn't find in Japan, making it an exciting day. However, it was a bit cold since it was March, which was a bit disappointing.

家族でビッグスプラッシュを申し込みました。行く前から楽しみにしていたツアーだったのですが、期待を裏切らないとてもおもしろいもので、家族全員大満足しました。園内は思ったより広くなかったので、時間内にすべて回ることができましたし、日本では考えられないスリル満点のアトラクションもあり、大興奮した一日でした。ただ、3月ということで、ちょっと寒かったのが残念です。

This experience was wonderful and educational. Our tour guide Mon was fantastic and very informative. He took extra time with my 7 year old and encouraged her to participate in activities. The Horizon show was spectacular. I can't wait to go back to Hawaii to visit the center again.

Great activity for the family. Entertained the kids (7 and 10) as well as the adults.

Exceeded our expectations. Never a dull moment from twelve noon to the end of the show. Be sure you get a guide. The guest-participation activities were a particular treat -- spear-throwing, poi ball twirling, drums, it was all great fun. And the evening show was truly spectacular. This was well worth the money and well worth the trip to the North side of the island.

Great tour and guide

I took my girl on this 3 star dinner cruise and we had a really great time. She thought watching the sunset out by diamond head was really romantic - bonus points for me! I never ate a whole lobster before and it was awesome. The show was pretty sweet too because it is a small stage and they are really close to you and they have cool costumes. Thanks for a great night!

Since I went in March, the water was cold! Even with a wetsuit on, I shivered after being in for a long time. It was great to see a group of nearly 20 dolphins. However, I think it would have been even better if I had brought my own underwater camera.

3月に行ったので水は冷たかったです！ウェットｽｰﾂを着ても長い間入ってると身体がふるえました。
ｲﾙｶにも20匹近くの団体に会えたりしてよかったです。ただ自分で水中カメラを用意していくともっともっとよかったのではと思いました。

I felt that there were a few fewer attractions, but it was nice to spend a relaxing time with my family. There are some thrilling rides, but there were also things that young people could enjoy. 😊

アトラクション的には少し少なかったように思いますが、家族でゆっくりした時間が過ごせたのでよかったです。
絶叫系は多少ありますが、若いヒトでもたのしめるものがありましたよ＾＾

We briefly saw some whales, but did not really get close enough to get any good pictures. Food was okay. The air conditioning was on high and everyone, even the mem on board were complaining about how cold it was. It was cool and windy out on deck, but people were going out to try to warm up. It really distracted from the enjoyment of the cruise.

The Whale watch cruise aboard the Star of Honolulu was enjoyable. We did see whales from a distance and near the boat. We also saw spinner dolphins at the beginning of the cruise.
The other activities on board besides the whale watching was entertaining. My daughter enjoyed making leis for us and herself.
The lunch that was served was delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed returning to the buffet for a second helping of the salads. My daughter enjoyed the fruits and cookies that were served. The price of drinks were a bit pricey.

I want to thank the staff who helped me cleanup after my daughter when she became seasick on the cruise. They also stopped by our table afterwards and inquired about how she was doing. Thanks for your concern. Thanks also to the passengers who helped me as well with their kleenex and kindness.

I would recommend this cruise to anyone who wants an off island excursion. It shows the island's beauty from a different viewpoint.

I participated with three women on February 27.

The weather was nice, warm, and perfect for the beach.

The guides, Kayoko, Papa, Peter, Olli, Bobby, and Justin, were all unique and wonderful people! I especially appreciated Kayoko's help.

Fortunately, we were able to see whales and turtles. We also got a great view of dolphins, and even for someone like me who is scared of the ocean, it was so cute that I forgot all about my fears!

Kayaking was also fun♪

I would love to participate again!

I participated with two other women on February 28!

Unfortunately, the weather was bad and it was cold, but...
It was such a fun tour that it blew all that away!

Our guide, Yasuko, was funny and kind★
The other staff members were also very accommodating.
The food was plentiful and delicious.
We even got to see a friendly pufferfish.
We met the turtles we were aiming for, so it was a perfect tour!

I definitely want to participate again (*＾＾*)

For those going, I recommend checking the weather and bringing something warm to wear!

あいにく天気が悪く、寒かったけど。。。
そんなのも吹っ飛ぶぐらい、楽しいツアーでした！


ガイドの、やすこサンはトークが面白くて優しい方でした★
他のスタッフの方の対応も良く。
ご飯も、い~ぱい出てきて美味しいし。
なついてるフグも見れたし。
目的のカメにも会えて、文句無しのツアー！

The sea, sky, and fish were beautiful and full of emotion. Walking in the shallow waters was a relaxing and enjoyable time. There were so many fish while snorkeling that it was surprising, and we even saw turtles. The buffet lunch afterward was also very delicious. It was a wonderful tour overall.

海も空も魚もキレイで感動だらけです。浅瀬のお散歩はのんびりしたいい時間をすごせました。シュノーケルは魚がびっくりするくらいたくさんいて、亀もみられました。その後のバイキングランチもとってもおいしいです。なにもかも素敵なツアーでした。

I took a few of my friends to this Captain Bob's Snorkel and oh boy did we ALL had a BLAST! The crew was friendly, and the food was great. We played volleyball and wonder around the sand bar and it was the coolest thing ever! The snorkeling spot was filled with all kinds of different fishes and unique creatures of the ocean! Overall, I had the time of my life, and I highly recommend this snorkeling tour to everybody and anybody, even first timer! Thank you Captain Bob's Crew & Hawaii Activities Agents!

The cruise was nice and we DID see whales! Not a lot of them, but a few spouts and breaches. Too far to really get any type of photo. The lunch is well worth it - better food than what we had at the Polynesian Center Luau!!! I'd recommend to friends who are on first time visits.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. WONDERFUL MEMORIES.

We really enjoyed this dinner cruise and would highly recommend it to any couple. We had a lovely Valentine evening.

It was my first time going whale watching. After doing some research, I found that booking through Alan was the cheapest option. We participated in the no-lunch course, and it was the right choice! Although they say it doesn't sway much, it still rocked a bit... If you're prone to seasickness, it's best to take some motion sickness medication in advance. Oh, they also provide motion sickness medication on board. Coffee, tea, and water are free!

The weather was nice on the day of the trip, and the interpreter mentioned, "It's the season, so we see whales every day," so I was hopeful... but no whales appeared, no matter how long we waited. Other guests seemed to be getting restless too. There were hula, ukulele, and lei-making classes offered, but I couldn't bring myself to participate since we hadn't seen any whales yet... (Other guests joined in and seemed to be enjoying it!) Just as we were nearing the return time, we finally saw a mother and calf whale breaching! However... they were far away... We only caught a glimpse of them a few times. I thought, "Is this really it?" But, since they are wild animals and there are regulations against getting within 100 meters, it can't be helped. My expectations were too high. Still, even from a distance, watching the mother and calf whales swimming leisurely made me feel quite happy!

I recommend bringing a light long-sleeve shirt when boarding. It can get quite cold on the water due to the strong wind.

初ホールウォッチングでした。いろいろ調べた結果、アランちゃんから申し込むのが一番安かったです。私達は昼なしコースで参加しました。そして正解でした！揺れにくい、とは言ってもやっぱり揺れました･･･。船に弱い方は、あらかじめ酔い止めを飲んでおいたほうが良いでしょう。あ、船内でも酔い止めをくれますよ。コーヒー、紅茶、水は無料です♪

当日は天気もよく、通訳の方が「今はシーズンなので毎日鯨を見れてます」と仰っていたので期待していたのですが。。。待てど暮らせど鯨現れず。。。ほかのお客さん達も時間を持て余しているようでした。フラ、ウクレレ、レイ教室も催されていましたが、まだ鯨を見れてないのに･･･と私は参加する気持ちになれませんでした。（ほかのお客さん達は参加していました。楽しんでいましたよ！）そして、もう帰港時間間際･･･というところでやっと親子鯨のブリーチングを見れました！ただ・・・遠い・・・。ぷしゅーっていうのと、背中チラリが何回か見れただけ。あれ？これで終わりなの？と思ってしまいました。でも、野生ですし、100Ｍ以内近づいたらいけない規制があるようで、仕方がないですね。期待が大きすぎました。でも、遠くでしたが、ゆったり泳いでいる親子くじらを見て、なんだか幸せ気分になれました♪

乗船するときは、薄手の長袖を持っていかれたほうがいいと思います。海の上って風が強く結構寒いです。
