We woke up early and went, and we were able to see whales beautifully, so the whole family was satisfied and came back. If we have the chance to come to Hawaii again in winter, I would like to participate again.

朝早起きして行きましたが見事にクジラを見ることが出来て家族全員満足して帰ってきました、また冬にハワイに来る機会が有れば参加してみたいです。

All the staff were kind and explained everything in detail, making it a lot of fun. The lunch was delicious too! They took many photos, creating great memories. I definitely want to participate again.

I was very satisfied to see both. The shaking was less than I expected, and it felt nice. My two- and four-year-old daughters were also excited. All the guides spoke English. Breakfast included muffins, and lunch consisted of sandwiches. The air conditioning on the shuttle bus from the hotel was strong, so it's a good idea to sunbathe on the boat to dry off while returning in your swimsuit. By the way, I requested a date change over the phone the day before due to our circumstances, and they kindly agreed.

両方見られて大満足でした。思ったほど揺れは少なく気持ち良かったです。二歳四歳の娘達もはしゃいでいました。ガイドはみな英語でした。朝ごはんはマフィンなど、ランチはサンドイッチなどでした。ホテルからの送迎バス内が冷房強く、水着のまま帰るので船上で日光浴して乾かしておくと◎。ちなみに、前日にこちらの都合で電話で日にち変更をお願いしましたが、快諾していただけました。

My husband and I booked this spur of the moment the last day we were in Honolulu in late February. Very friendly staff, boat is catamaran style but has indoor and outdoor decks. Large enough so anyone concerned about being on the ocean in a small boat needn't worry. They serve lunch and also do dinner cruises but we didn't partake in those. They guarantee you will see whales and we were so excited to see four! We were able to float along with a mother and a week old calf. Mother breached the water twice and the baby spent the entire time jumping exuberantly trying to imitate. Such beautiful and graceful animals. Humpback whales go to Hawaii to mate and give birth so it's a perfect place for a whale watch! Great activity for couples and families. Definitely recommend Navatek/Atlantis activities (they do whale watches plus glass bottom boat & submarine tours).

For starters, the show Ha! Breath of Life is AMAZING! If nothing else, that is worth a visit.

Ok, so the Circle Island Tour - yeah, you circle (most of) the island and see some cool things (briefly), but you can get circle island tours from pretty much everyone and ended up with about 3 total after all of our activities there over our week. The biggest problem with this Circle Island Tour is that it takes TOO LONG! You're going to want ample time to do the tour, but not when that time cuts into your time at the cultural center.

We did the circle island tour and the ambassador package. By the time we finished the tour and go to the center, did all the ambassador check in crap, and got to start seeing the center, we had already lost at least 1.5 hours of the already short time available to visit the various cultures. The group tour and the guide does help you learn some cool things, but it also makes everything take longer. In the end, we went back a second day so that we could see all the things we missed the first day (maybe that's the point - more $$ from the visitors??).

I don't want to lead you to believe the center is poor. On the contrary, we very much enjoyed the center. The luau was meh. The show was GREAT! We just wouldn't recommend the circle island tour (as it was for us) or the ambassador package (unless you want to buy it for the good seats but ditch the tour guide in the park).

Definitely visit the park, definitely see the show. Consider ditching the tour guide in the park, consider doing the circle island tour with another company or on a different day, and if you see a luau anywhere else, consider skipping it here (it wasn't the best luau we attended).

Note, the 3 stars if for the package, not for the center on the whole. The center was great, we just weren't keen on the package we purchased.

Went here after our wedding. It was very organized for the amount of people attending yummy buffet before show which was a top notch with all of the performers! Thank you for a wonderful time!

I was in Hawaii in the second half of January. I had booked this tour as my main highlight, but unfortunately, the weather was bad only that morning during my stay. The water was cold, but I managed to take photos in the shallow areas. It was so much fun snorkeling while chasing the cute tropical fish. The burgers grilled right in front of me were juicy and very delicious, and the cocoa after coming out of the sea was perfect for my chilled body. I definitely want to try again when the weather is sunny.

1月後半のハワイでした。一番の楽しみでこのツアーを予約してたのですが、滞在中この日の午前中だけお天気が悪くてちょっと残念・・。水も冷たかったですが、なんとか浅いところで写真を撮れました。可愛い熱帯魚たちを追いかけるようにシュノーケリングしたのがとても楽しかったです。目の前で焼いてくれるハンバーガーはジューシーでとても美味しかったし、海からあがったときのココアは冷えた体には最高でした。今度は晴れてるときにぜひリベンジしたいな。

This time, I chose the buffet plan. It was great to enjoy interacting with other guests while watching the show outside. The show was full of enthusiasm, and I received a gift from one of the performers. I would love to participate again.

However, Lunch was not so good.

When it comes to Hawaii, whale watching is a must! I was really looking forward to it and signed up! The boat was large and had many Japanese and foreign tourists, which was great! Unfortunately, we didn't see any whales. There are certainly whale watching tours every day, and when I think about it, it's not guaranteed that you can see them every day. I had somehow convinced myself that whale watching meant you would definitely see whales, but it seems there are many days when you don't. I received a ticket for the next trip, but I wonder when I will be able to visit Hawaii again... It turned out to be just a cruise instead of whale watching. Well, the scenery was nice, but it got a bit boring after a while. I think I would have preferred to go snorkeling instead, even though there’s a chance of seeing whales, and it would be amazing if we did!

ハワイといえばホエールウォッチング！
楽しみに申し込みしました！
日本人も外国の観光客も多く乗った船も大きくて良かったです！
ただ残念ながらクジラは見られませんでした。たしかに毎日のようにホエールウォッチングツアーはあるだろうし、よく考えたらその毎日が毎日見れるわけじゃないですよね。 ただ、なんでかホエールウォッチングと聞いたら完全クジラに会えるもんだと思い込んでましたが、、見られない日も多いようでした。次回乗船券をいただきましたが、次にハワイに訪れられるのはいつのことか、、、
ホエールウォッチングではなく、ただのクルーズになりました、、まぁ、景色は良かったですがずーっとはちょっと飽きてしまいました。これなら、クジラじゃないけど、シュノーケリングとかしたかったかな、、ただクジラが見られるかもしれないし、見られたら最高だと思います！

I heard that Waikiki Beach can be quite crowded, so I decided to participate in a tour to a beach a bit farther away, even if it meant paying for it☆

On the morning of the tour, the bus arrived on time. Upbeat music was playing inside, which really got me excited. When we arrived, we were guided to an office close to the beach, where the staff provided us with explanations. A Japanese staff member assisted us, and it was reassuring to know that lockers and changing rooms were available in the office.

There, we were able to borrow snorkeling sets, mats, and boogie boards. Although we didn’t use it, there were quite a few people who opted to rent bicycles to explore Kailua town.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with pristine white sand and blue waters. For lunch, we could choose between a BBQ plate or pizza, both of which were delicious.

The atmosphere at the location really felt like “just have fun☆” (which is great, of course), but personally, I think it would be even better if there were tours that took us into Kailua town as well.

Overall, I had a fantastic time. Thank you very much!!

ワイキキのビーチは人が多いと聞いていたので、お金を払ってでも少し離れたビーチに行こうと思い参加しました☆

当日の朝は時間通りにバスが来ました。車内ではイケイケな音楽が流れていてテンションが高まります。現地に着くとビーチからほど近い事務所に案内されて、スタッフから説明を受けます。日本人が対応してくれますし、ロッカーや更衣室もその事務所の中にあるので安心です。
そこで、シュノーケルセットとゴザとブギーボードを貸してもらえます。また、私たちは海を満喫するため利用しませんでしたが、オプションで自転車を借りてカイルアの街中に繰り出す人も結構いてはりました。

ビーチはめっちゃ綺麗で、いかにも白い砂浜と青い海といえるものでした。
お昼はBBQプレートかピザを選ぶことができ、どちらも美味しかったです。

現地では本当に「自由に遊んできなはれ☆」って感じなので（それももちろんいいのですが）個人的にはカイルアの街中まで連れていってもらえるツアーも用意されているとより良いと思いました。

でも、とても楽しかったです。ありがとうございました！！

We had a lot of fun on this cruise. Entertainment was excellent. The service was excellent. We went on the fireworks cruise which was very nice. The crab legs were very good. The food was good, but could have been warmer. It may be hard on such a big boat. The only other thing that could have done better is we took the transportation from hotel to the boat and when we got there and started walking the girl leading us never talked to us just talked to another person and we just tried to keep up her so we knew where to go. When we got to boat we followed her on and went on wrong way and were corrected and told to go on another way. We were just following her on. She never turned around and said go on this way or have a good time. It was a little odd. Other than that it was a good time.

We had a great time! We had everything explained to us very well numerous times. Very nice sand bar. Snorkeling was great! We were able to see many sea turtles. Great lunch. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

On my first trip to Hawaii, I joined the tour without even knowing where Kailua was, but I really feel like I was fortunate to find such a great tour!

The shuttle bus comes very close to the hotel where we were staying. Upon arrival, we were divided between Japanese and English staff, which made things very easy. You can rent beach mats and snorkeling goggles, and the detailed explanation regarding valuables really gave me peace of mind. Each person is assigned a locker, and they also provided advice on what to bring to the beach.

Lunch tickets were distributed on the day, and we could choose one from three different restaurants. There was pizza, BBQ, and another option I can't remember, but it was nice to have choices from multiple genres.

We spent the first two and a half hours at the beach, and after having lunch, we went to the town center and stopped by Lanikai Juice. We had about four hours of free time, and it was quite enjoyable!

I wasn't able to thank the shuttle driver (a Japanese man) on the way there, so I wanted to express my gratitude here. Thank you very much. The other staff members were also friendly and attentive. I would definitely like to use this service again!

初めてのハワイ旅行で、カイルアがどこかも知らずに参加しましたが、本当に良いツアーに巡り会えたなと思います！

送迎バスは泊まっているホテルにとても近いところまで来てくださいます。
到着すると日本語スタッフさんと英語スタッフさんで分かれ、案内して頂くのでとても楽でした。
ビーチで使うござマットやシュノーケルのゴーグルなどレンタルできますし、何より貴重品に関する説明が詳しくて本当に安心できます。
ロッカーがひとりひとり割り当てられ、ビーチに何を持ってくべきかもアドバイスして頂きました。

ランチは当日チケットが配られ、3つのお店から1つ選んでオーダーする形でした。
ピザ、BBQ、あともう一つ忘れてしまったのですが、複数のジャンルから選べるのはよかったです。

私たちははじめの2時間半ほどビーチで過ごして、お昼ご飯を食べたあと、街の中心部に行ってラニカイジュースに寄ってきました。
4時間くらいの自由時間で、かなり満喫できました！

行きの送迎ドライバーさん(日本人の男性の方)にお礼をお伝えできなかったので、こちらにて書かせていただきます。
どうもありがとうございました。
他のスタッフさん達もフレンドリーで丁寧に対応して頂きました。

I was satisfied to see both dolphins and whales. However, the tour had a Japanese guide whose Japanese was written in romaji on the script, and they were reading it in broken Japanese. I wonder which country the guide is from. When I asked a question, they said, "I don't understand." With this level of quality, a Japanese guide was unnecessary.

イルカもクジラも見えて満足。
但し、日本語ガイド付きのツアーで、案内の日本語が、原稿にローマ字が書いてあって、カタコトの日本語で、読み上げている状態。何処の国のガイドなのか。
質問すると『ワタシ ワカリマセン』と言われた。
このクオリティなら日本語ガイドは必要無かった。

I attended with my mother. My mother, who is in her 50s, was very pleased with the content of the show. It was heartwarming to see the hula dancer providing services like holding and taking pictures with guests who had small children during the waiting time.

母と二人で参加しました。
50代母がショーの内容に非常に喜んでいました。
待ち時間にフラのお姉さん？が、小さな子連れのお客さんに抱っこや写真のサービスをしていたのが見ていて微笑ましかったです。

My husband and I had a great time! Cousin K was awesome!

In February, it's winter in Hawaii, so it gets a bit chilly when the wind blows, and I brought a hoodie with me. Since I went in the morning, maybe because of the tide, the seawater was up to my thighs, and it was quite windy, so it was cold. But it was incredibly beautiful! I encountered both sea turtles and manta rays. The sandwich was delicious! I want to go again!

２月はハワイも冬なのですこし風が吹くと肌寒く、パーカーを持って行きました。
午前に行ったから？潮の引き具合で、海水が腿の付け根くらいまであって、風も結構強かったので寒かったです～
けど、すご～く綺麗でした！
ウミガメにもマンタにも遭遇出来ましたよ
サンドイッチが美味しかったです！
また行きたいな～～

I love dinner cruises and have been on quite a few over the years, so I knew I had to go during this visit to Hawaii. We chose the One Star since we love crab and love AYCE crab even more!

Our waiter was very attentive and made sure to keep our plates full of crab, our glasses filled with drinks and would let us know when the sunset would be.

The show was fun, and the musicians are top notch! Although the weather did not cooperate, I will definitely go back again!

We booked for 10 people, but there were no other passengers, so it was a private charter. We enjoyed the leisurely flow of time, the bright blue sky, and the emerald sea while sipping cocktails. Additionally, we were thrilled to see a whale spouting about 200 meters away! The cruiser staff were very friendly, but one small disappointment was that the meeting place was different. It was supposed to be at the pier, but when we arrived on time, we found the reception area at the edge of the hotel building.

10名で申し込みましたが、他に乗船する方が無く、貸切でした。ゆったりと流れる時間と真っ青な空、エメラルドので海、カクテルを飲みながら満喫しました。さらに偶然200メートル位先に、クジラの潮吹きが見れ、とても感動しました！
クルーザーのスタッフはとても親切でよかったのですが、少しだけ残念だったのは集合場所が違っていたことです。桟橋との事で時間までに行ったらホテル建物の端に受付スペースが有ってそちらでした。

I arrived in Hawaii and the next day experienced flying a plane. The following day, we chartered a car to explore from land, and while joking with my family about sightseeing from the sky and land, we made a reservation for the sea at midnight, and when I woke up in the morning, I found out the reservation was successful. We arrived at the meeting point during the day and boarded the boat. I had prepared for getting completely soaked from the splashes of the waves, but there were no waves at all, just a calm sea, and we saw the tail of a whale a couple of times. The view of Waikiki from the sea is special and worth experiencing. If I had to complain, it would be that the operator took time to line up each group for photos before boarding the boat for their business purposes. The goal was to sell the developed photos when disembarking after the cruise, but I thought they should limit that to only those who wanted it. I didn't like their selfishness and had no intention of buying the photos when getting off.

ハワイに到着し、次の日に飛行機操縦体験をし、その次の日は車をチャーターし陸から、そして家族と冗談で空と陸から観光的たので次は海かという話をしながら夜中予約を入れたが朝起きてみたら予約成功。昼間集合場所に着いて船に乗る。波のしぶきで全身濡れるという体験談を見たのでその覚悟で服を用意し乗り込んだが波が全くなく穏やかな海、鯨の尻尾も二回くらい見えた。海から見るワイキキの景色は特別で体験する価値あり。不満を言えば催行者側が商売のために船に乗る前グループ毎に並ばせて写真撮るのに時間かかったこと。クルーズが終わって降りる際に現像した写真を売るのが目的だがそんなもの希望する人だけに絞ればいいのにと思った。その彼らの自分勝手が気にいらず降りる時その写真を買う気なんかしなかった。

I participated on February 15th. We were able to see parent and child whales, but more than anything, the silence while waiting for the whales really enhanced the atmosphere. The English announcements on the ship also did a great job of building excitement.

親子の鯨を見る事が出来ましたが何より鯨を待つ間の静寂が雰囲気を盛り上げていました。船内の英語の放送も上手く盛り上げてくれました。

I attended the Three Star Lobster and Steak Dinner Cruise and I must say I was amazed at the customer service provided. Being on board with 1,000 passengers, the waiters and staffs did an amazing job with serving each guest on time. Our waitress was a doll, I believe Larissa is her name. The view of the sunset, and Diamond Head was breath taking. This tour is a must if you want to experience Paradise away from the city.

Saw everything and had a FABULOUS tour bus driver that explained everything to us as we went and we learned so much about Hawaii and the entire area.... thoroughly enjoyed it!

Be careful when selecting which type of meal you like because family members don't get to sit together if you eat something different. Otherwise, it was a wonderful time!

十分楽しかった。元々食事を期待しての参加では無く、ロブスターやヒレ肉は当然無しのバフェでしたが十分食事を楽しめた。５人家族、子供達も全員成人の構成です。
スタッフは一生懸命楽しませてくれたし、男性歌手はまずまずのエンタテイナーです。
たまたまですが、雲の全くない日で海に落ちる夕日は最高。狙ったとおり金曜の晩のヒルトンの花火も盛り上がりました。
毎年訪れるハワイでの１０年ぶりのサンセットディナークルーズでしたが、なかなかバカにしたものではありません。おすすめします。

The Pearl Harbor Heroes Adventure Tour brings a key pages from the 20th Century history to life. It is a excellent tour for people who have deep interest in history and those whose only brush with history is at the movies. The tour covers all the key points of interest at Pearl Harbor including the USS Arizona, USS Missouri, Pacific Aviation Museum and the USS Bowfin. Although it is a full day you will not have time to view all the sites in detail. One recommendation, tour the USS Bowfin before you venture in to the museum as you will not have time to do both. Overall this was money well spent and will probably do it again next time I visit Hawaii.

The staff on this cruise were very respectful and down to earth. They wanted to make sure you were comfortable at every moment. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone, Any age. When we decide to visit Hawaii again in a few years this be on our to do list. I cant remember their names, But the man that played the guitar while we were on the sand bar was awesome. Def a people person with a big heart.
