This time, I participated in a tour with my grandchildren. After securing our seats, the grandchildren immediately joined the Island Racer, the Raging River experience, and a bodyboarding lesson, and I was thrilled to see them having so much fun. For lunch, we enjoyed BBQ, which the grandchildren love, so we were satisfied. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to relax.

今回、孫達とツアー参加。座る場所を確保した後、孫達は直ぐにアイランド・レーサー、レイジング・リバーの体験とボディボードのレッスンに参加し、燥ぐ姿を見て感激。お昼も孫達が好きなBBQで満足。時間が結構ギリギリで、ユックリした気分は残念ながら味わえず。

This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, and we participated as a family of four. I apologize, but I signed up without expecting much from the food or the show, thinking it would just be a conversation starter. However, after dining at several steakhouses in Waikiki, I was pleasantly surprised by the high rating my family gave the meal; it was satisfying in taste and had a reasonable portion size. It was unexpectedly good in a positive way. As for the show, although it had a retro feel, it was very much in line with Hawaiian culture and of high quality, which amazed the whole family. I believe that families with children of a certain age can enjoy it thoroughly. The VIP dinner offers various services right in front of the stage (laughs), and while it is a bit pricier, I think it provides good value for the cost, so I recommend it. My family said they would like to go again next time.

申し訳ないのですが、食事もショーの内容もそれほど期待せず話のタネになればと思って申し込んだのですが、ワイキキで何件かのステーキハウスで食事をしてからの評価としては予想に反して、家族の食事に対する評価は高く満足できる味と適度な量でした。いい意味でちょっと意外でした。そして、ショーの内容についてもレトロ感があるものの、ハワイらしい内容でクオリティーの高いもので家族皆驚きました。ある程度の年齢の家族なら皆で十分楽しめる内容だと思います。ＶＩＰディナーなら舞台前で色々なサービス（笑）もあり、少し高めの価格ですがコストパフォーマンス的に満足できる内容と思いますのでお勧めします。家族は次回もまた行きたいと言っていました。

I was a bit anxious because the bus driver didn't speak Japanese, but I felt relieved when Japanese explanations were played on the bus, and a Japanese staff member provided explanations inside the bus.
We were allowed priority entry 15 minutes before opening, which let us secure a spot for the coin lockers and experience popular attractions. I was satisfied to have tried all the attractions I wanted to experience.
The food court was very crowded by noon, so I recommend adjusting your timing for meals. The portion sizes were quite generous.
The return bus was delayed due to traffic, and we arrived later than scheduled.

バスの運転手は、日本語が通じず少し不安でしたが、バスの中で日本語の説明が流れ、また、現地で日本人スタッフがバス内で説明をしてくれましたので安心しました。
オープン１５分前に優先入場をさせてもらい、コインロッカーの場所取りや、人気アトラクションの体験もできました。やってみたかったアトラクションすべて体験でき満足しています。
フードコート（？）は、１２時には大変混雑していましたので、時間をずらした利用をお勧めします。料理の量は結構多めでした。
帰りのバスは、道が渋滞しており、予定時間より遅い帰着になりました。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy and windy, and it was cold without a rash guard... The scenery is nice, though. However, it seems that the view during high tide, like in the photos, can only be seen a few times a year, and it appears that this is not the right time.

残念ながら、曇っていて風もあり、ラッシュガードが無いと寒くて…景色は良いです。ただし、写真で見るような満ち潮の時のような景色は、一年に数回しか見れないようで、今回はその時期では無いようでした。

Amazing! It was great to see how rich and important the polynesian culture is. I learned a lot about the history, arts, music, history and games in Hawaii, New Zealand, Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa and Fiji. The cultural center is well organized and the shows and exhibitions are really neat. The staff member are very kind and polite. The food was delicious and the final show (Ha! Breath of Life) was fantastic! Don't miss the Hawaiian Journey movie, it features amazing landscapes, majestic mountains, waterfalls, volcanoes and lush forests.
Polynesian Cultural Center is a must-do in Hawaii, specially if you have kids.

Thank you for a very memorable day in a beautiful location. It was so easy as we were picked up at our hotel and dropped home. Very reasonable price and stunning surroundings.

Leo our driver was absolutely amazing , full of interesting facts about beautiful Hawaii , always patient and happy . The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is the traffic , at times it was horrendous !! Luckily Leo took our mind off it with sometimes Hawaiian music sometimes quirky information,never boring , thank you

Wow! I was blown away to see that sandbar! Volleyball was fun ! Everyone participated ! Lunch was excellent! Hawaiian music playing awesome sunshine making new friends relaxing swimming Wow! Loved the bbq! The crew were excellent knew their stuff! Antonio Bryan cuno ? The turtles were amazing to see so many! The snorkelling was amazing and so much fun! Loved the whole day! Movie facts near the end Gillian's island etc was awesome ! Will always do this trip and go with this company again and again ! Incredible day out on the bay Aloha !!

Me and my partner was really feels great for our tour... Thank you so much for giving us a Great day for our tour... Most specially for giving us a wonderful and hospitable tour guide Dennis... He was so brilliant and accomodating he really cares for your customer and guided us properly with care.. He teaches us sooo many lessons about Hawaii and we learned a lot... Thank u sooo much Dennis... He needs a pay rise for being so wonderful to your customers All in all we give u 100 % rating Mahalo until our next tour

I was able to see dolphins from the boat multiple times, but it was difficult to see them swimming underwater. However, on my third try, I finally got to meet a dolphin I had been hoping to see. They swam beneath us and, although at a distance, they performed spinning jumps, and I even got to see a baby dolphin. It was amazing. I want to participate again.

船の上からイルカを何度も見ることはできていましたが、水中で泳いでいる姿を見ることはなかなかできませんでしたが、3回目のトライで念願のイルカに逢えました。
自分たちが泳いでいる下を通り過ぎたり、中距離でしたが、回転ジャンプしたり、赤ちゃんイルカに逢えました。
最高でした。また参加したいです。

Both hikes were fantastic! My grandson enjoys hiking and loved both experiences. He especially enjoyed the Manoa Falls Trail hike. The sky was overcast and we got rained on several times, but that just added to the experience! We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

There were few Japanese participants, and both on the bus and during the show, an interesting guy talked a lot, so it was tough if you didn't understand English to some extent. My parents in their 70s, who went with me, couldn't enjoy it and ended up dozing off. There were various activities before the show, and participating in them was really fun. The food was quite good for a luau show buffet. The hula dance only took up a small portion of the show and the quality wasn't that high. The highlight was the fire dance performed by a large group. It was a luau show where you could feel the atmosphere of both America and Hawaii throughout.

日本人の参加は少なく、バスの中もショーの中でも面白いおじさんが喋りまくる、時に話しかけられるので、英語がある程度わからないと厳しいです。一緒に行った70代の両親は楽しめず、居眠りしてました。。ショーの前に色々なactivityがあり、参加してみるととても楽しかったです。食事はルアウショーのビュッフェにしては美味しかったです。ショーの中でフラが占める割合はほんの少しで、それほどクオリティも高くないです。圧巻だったのは大人数でのファイヤーダンスでした。アメリカとハワイの空気を随所に感じるルアウショーでした。

It was an incredibly wonderful time, watching the deep blue sea and sky gradually being dyed by the sunset while holding a glass of champagne! Among the staff, there were also Japanese people, and everyone was very friendly and made it enjoyable. It was my first time in Hawaii, but the scenery I saw on this cruise has become an unforgettable memory.

スタッフの方達の中に日本人の方もいらして、皆さんとても気さくで楽しませて下さいました。
初めてのハワイでしたが、このクルーズで見た景色は忘れられない思い出になりました。

This was a great experience, however we didn't have enough time to do everything. If we had gotten there right when it opened, it would have been better. The buffet was ok, but not great. The Breath of Life show was awesome and the best part of the whole experience.

Great food, excellent view. Wonderful entertainment! Worth the price.

I was a bit anxious about dining at a restaurant in Hawaii for the first time, but the menu was also in Japanese, and there were Japanese staff members, which made it stress-free to enjoy my meal.
The food was also satisfying for me.

初めてのハワイでのレストランでの食事に不安があったのですが、
メニューには日本語併記され、日本人スタッフも従事しておりストレスなく
食事を楽しめました。
食事の内容も下名にとっては満足できるものでした。

I felt like the sea of angels became my own!
The Japanese guide, Yukiko, was also humorous.
I had children with me, but all the staff were kind.
Soft drinks (self-serve pitchers) are all free.
The cheeseburger grilled over charcoal had a distinctly Hawaiian flavor, and I was very satisfied.
They had extra patties grilled, so those who wanted could have double burgers.
You can practice snorkeling at the sandbar, so even beginners can enjoy snorkeling on the coral reef later on.
There seems to be a point where you can meet sea turtles, and whether you see them up close or from a distance is up to luck.

天使の海が自分の物になったような気分！
日本人ガイドのユキコさんのトークもユーモラスでした。
子供連れでしたが、スタッフは皆親切でした。
ソフトドリンク(ピッチャーをセルフ)は全て無料で頂けます。
炭火で焼いたチーズバーガーもハワイらしい味で大満足。
パティは余分に焼いていて希望した人にはダブルバーガーとかにしてました。
サンドバーでシュノーケルの練習ができるので、後半のサンゴ礁でのシュノーケリングは初心者でも楽しめますよ。
途中でウミガメに会えるポイントがあるようで、近くで見れるか遠くかは運次第。

I had a great time! The sandbar had water up to my knees as the tide came in, but I was able to move around the coral and see a lot of fish while enjoying snorkeling. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

After the Hawaiian buffet at Tree Top Luau, you can enjoy a show featuring impersonators of Elvis, Michael, and Celine Dion.

First, the outdoor Tree Top Luau (it seems to be indoors in case of rain). It was sunny on the day, so we enjoyed the Hawaiian buffet outside. Honestly, it gets hot, so I recommend bringing a fan or something similar.

They serve a welcome drink of one Mai Tai per person. It's a cocktail-like drink, and you can choose whether to have alcohol or not, so no worries.

After that, you go in turn to get your food, but the dishes are lined up in a corridor-like area, so you have to wait a bit before you can get to the food. There are over 20 dishes including roast beef, lomi lomi salmon, huli huli chicken, and a dessert bar, so I think everyone will be full after one trip.

It was quite tasty. While you're eating, dancers perform hula, so I think you'll enjoy it. Afterward, you're guided to the premium seats in the theater. Non-alcoholic drinks are $5, and alcoholic drinks are $10, so don’t forget your money if you want to enjoy a drink while watching.

Once the show starts, you'll see well-known figures like Michael, Celine Dion, and Elvis. However, the highlight is a fire dance performed by a Hawaiian dancer, which is truly worth seeing. Honestly, I wished I could see more of it.

Michael Jackson was also very popular. Even though there were many Japanese guests, the finale was Elvis. I felt that Michael Jackson would have been a more exciting finale. But maybe for Americans, it makes sense for it to be Elvis?

At the end, you can take photos with Elvis, Michael Jackson, and Celine Dion using your own camera, which makes for a great memory, and it's free. The photos taken by the staff at the end cost $25. I thought that was too expensive and declined, but if they offered it for $10 to $15 instead, I think more people would buy them, which seems like a waste.

I recommend this as a memorable part of your Hawaii trip.

屋外のツリートップラナイ（雨天の場合は屋内になるみたいです）当日は晴天でしたのでハワイアンビュッフェ をお外で頂きました。正直暑いのでウチワか扇子など持って行かれた方が良いと思いますm(._.)m

1人に一杯サービスしてくれます。
カクテルみたいな飲み物ですよ(^^)
アルコール有りか無しは選べますのでご安心を(^^)汗
その後は順番に料理を取りに行くのですが
通路みたいな場所に料理がならんでますので 各テーブルごとになるので 料理を取りに行くまでに少し待たなくては行けません(´･_･`)
ローストビーフや、ロミロミサーモン、フリフリチキン、デザートバーなど20種以上ありますので 多分皆さん1回取りに行かれたらお腹がいっぱいになると思います(^^)
まぁまぁ 美味しかったですよ。
食べてる間 ダンサーの方がフラダンスを
おどってくれますので まぁ 楽しめると思います。そのあと劇場席のプレミア席に
案内されます。ノンアルコールは5ドル
アルコールは10ドルになります。飲みながら見たい方はお金を忘れずに(^^)
ショーが始まってからは 日本人でも知ってるマイケルやセリーヌディオンやエルヴィスさんが出てきます。
しかし 1番は 1人のハワイアンダンサーによるファイアーダンスです。
これは 本当に見る価値がありますよ(^^)
正直 もっと見たい もっとやってて欲しいと心の底から 思いました(^^)
後はマイケルジャクソンが 人気ありましたね。日本人が 1番観客が 多かったのに
何故が大トリがエルヴィスさんでした(^^)汗
マイケルジャクソンが大トリの方が盛り上がって終われるような気がしました(^^)
でも アメリカ人からしたらエルヴィスになるのかな(^^)汗？
最後はエルヴィスさんやマイケルジャクソンさんやセリーヌディオンさん達と 自分たちのカメラで 撮影してくれるので それは良い思い出になりました(^^)もちろん無料でね(^^)
最後に 記念撮影した写真が25ドルでした。
余りにも高すぎて断りましたが そのまま断られて捨てちゃうなら10ドルから15ドルに
すれば購入する方も増えると思うからもったいないなと思いました(^^)
１つのハワイ旅行の記念にはお勧めいたします。

We really enjoyed our tour. We were given a good amount of time to explore each area. Would have like a little more time on the Missouri. Loved the information all the history. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful time. Great family time. The Friday cruise was spectacular because of the fireworks. I would recommend this to family and friends.

The sandbar was very beautiful, and I really felt it was worth going. However, what impressed me the most was being able to swim alongside the sea turtles. Thanks to this tour, I have come to love sea turtles. They are just so cute!

Additionally, the tour guide was a very humorous Hawaiian person, which made the experience enjoyable throughout.

One thing I did notice was that many Japanese tourists left without tipping, which I found disappointing. It might be a culture they are not familiar with and may find it difficult to tip, but it does impact their living expenses and can lead to improved services in the future. I hope that those who enjoyed the experience will consider leaving a tip.

サンドバーはとても綺麗で本当にいってよかったと思いました。
ただそれ以上にウミガメと並走して泳げたことが一番感激しました。
このツアーのお陰でウミガメが大好きになりました。可愛くてしかたありません、
また、ツアーのガイドさんがとてもユーモアのあるハワイの人で終始楽しかったです

あと一点思ったのは、日本人観光客の多くがチップを払わずに帰ってしまっていたことが残念に感じました。あまりなじみのない文化で払いにくいかもしれませんが、彼らの生活費にも影響してきますし、今後のサービス向上のにもつながると思うので、楽しかったと思えた方はチップを払っていただければと思いました。

We went and it was raining but we still had a great time! We were provided ponchos and everything worked out!

It's the only place in Waikiki where you can see a Polynesian show. The Golden Circle seats are a bit pricey, but they are arranged around the stage, and the buffet is served first, making it recommended for families with children or elderly guests. Since it's outdoors, you can also feel the Hawaiian atmosphere. I would like to give it five stars, but there's a downside of cancellation in case of rain, so I'll deduct one star... but there's nothing we can do about that.

唯一ワイキキでポリネシアンショーが観れるところです。ゴールデンサークルは少し高い金額ですが、舞台周りに席が用意されていて、ブッフェも先に案内されるので子供連れやお年寄り連れなどの場合はオススメです。野外なのでハワイらしさも感じることができます。星5つにしたいのですが、雨天中止というデメリットがあるので星1つ減点・・・でもこればっかりは仕方ないですね。

We had a great time. The food was very good, and the show was outstanding.

I was able to discover many sea turtles. I was really moved. The sandbar provided great photo opportunities and became a wonderful memory. While I could swim around the coral reef while snorkeling, I got so caught up in the beauty that it was difficult to leave in the end.

海ガメ、たくさん発見できました。すごく感動しました。サンドバーはすごくいい写真が撮れて、よい思い出になりました。シュノーケルで珊瑚礁を一周泳いでもよいのですが、きれいで夢中になっていたら、最後は帰るのが大変でした。

Our driver -Keow (certainly misspelled)--made the day. Picked up promptly from our hotel---the days schedule was laid out for us. Pearl Harbor is a solemn and reverent place. We did the USS Missouri tour also---excellent. Keow (?) was fantastic---he was knowledgeble and funny and entertaining. He even sang some Elvis---pretty well too! Pearl Harbor is an amazing place---they do a great job . Great day--great company.

I had an amazing snorkeling experience in the most beautiful sea, and a sea turtle swam right underneath me! The captain had a great personality, and the crew was friendly and fun. The lunch they prepared and the beer were delicious! If you come to Hawaii, this is definitely a must-do!

Was a really nice and relaxing sail. Everyone was really nice. Snorkelling gear and floatation vests were provided. Packet snacks like chips and candy were provided on board. You just have to pay for drinks (even bottled water). I would suggest bringing your own water.

I participated with my three children early in the morning on July 19, but unfortunately, we didn't get to see any dolphins. To make matters worse, it seemed that the day was affected by a typhoon, and the waves were quite rough, making for a really tough tour.
As the main event of our Hawaii trip, I wanted my sons, who love swimming, to swim with dolphins. After reading many reviews, I chose this tour, which allows participation from age two, and I was really looking forward to it. I woke up early and took all three kids with me. I wanted to create good memories, so I purchased a USB and an SD card in advance as recommended.
However, after boarding the boat and being tossed around in the rough waves for over an hour while searching for dolphins, even our family, who usually doesn't get seasick, started to feel unwell, along with other participants.
We changed our plans and started with free snorkeling time, but as soon as the boat finally stopped, the nausea peaked... Many people felt sick and were resting on the boat.
Even though we felt unwell, we decided to jump into the sea, but the wave conditions were quite severe, making it difficult even for adults to snorkel. It was a challenging task for my husband and me to care for our three children while swimming, and our four-year-old and two-year-old sons were crying. There were only a few crew members in the water to support us, and there were no floatation devices for the kids. Of course, it wasn't a situation where anyone could play on the trampoline or paddleboard; it seemed like no one was having fun. We returned to the boat early, but the seasickness didn't go away, and eventually, our second son got sick. The only one who enjoyed the slide was our eight-year-old son.
Despite purchasing the SD card and USB in advance, I didn't even realize that underwater photos were being taken, as we spent so little time in the water. I regret buying them since we didn't get to see any dolphins. (Moreover, for some reason, I can't open the photos on the USB after returning home.)
Even after returning to the boat, the seasickness lingered, and I felt unwell, not to mention we hardly saw any dolphins or turtles, so I didn't even feel like eating a cheeseburger. There were a few others who were also taking out food. On the way back, there was a hula dance performance, but the mood inside the boat had dropped significantly, and the crew's high spirits felt out of place.
I heard that other tour companies also didn't encounter any dolphins that day, and I understand that it's nature, so it's not 100% guaranteed. However, most of the time was spent traveling, and the sea conditions were terrible, leaving us with hardly any time in the water. Overall, I was left with dissatisfaction regarding the photos and videos. We received a voucher for half-price participation next time, but it's not easy for our family to come to Hawaii again, and I can't justify the cost of over 80,000 yen for that experience.
If participation is allowed from age two, I wish they would consider more accommodations for children. We have participated in various activities as a family before, but this was the most expensive tour with the lowest satisfaction. While our family trip to Hawaii was enjoyable, thinking back on this day makes me sad.

長文になります、すみません。
7/19早朝から子供３人を連れて参加しましたが、残念ながらイルカには会えませんでした。それどころか、その日は台風の影響らしく波がかなりうねっていて本当に辛いツアーになりました。
今回のハワイ旅行のメインとして、泳ぐのが大好きな息子達にイルカと一緒に泳がせてあげたいと思い、口コミもたくさん読んで２歳から参加できるこのツアーを選びものすごく楽しみに、がんばって早起きをして３人連れて行きました。いい思い出を残したいと思い、USBもSDカードもすすめられるがまま事前に購入しました。
しかし、船に乗って荒々しい波に延々一時間以上？揺られながらイルカを探しまわるが現れず、その時点で船酔いしない我が家も、他の参加者も具合が悪そうに…⤵
予定を変更して、先にフリーシュノーケルタイムと、やっと停舶したと同時に気持ち悪さがピークに。。。何人もの方が気持ちが悪くなって船で休んでいました。
我が家も気持ち悪いながらも
せっかくだからと思いきって海に飛び込みましたが、波のうねりがかなりひどく、大人でもシュノーケルが難しい状況なうえに、夫婦で３人の子供達をケアしながら泳ぐのは至 難の技で、４歳と２歳の息子は号泣。それでも海に入ってるクルーはわずかだし、子供へのサポートや浮き具なども特になし。もちろんトランポリンやパドルボートなどで遊べるような状況ではなく、誰も遊んでいなかったようです。早々に船に戻るも船酔いが治らず、とうとう次男は戻してしまいました。唯一8才の息子は滑り台は楽しんでいましたが。
事前にSDカード＆USBを購入したのにも関わらず、肝心な水中での写真なんて撮られている自覚もありません、そもそも海に入ってる時間がわずかだったので。イルカに会えないなら買わなければ良かったと思っています。(しかも、帰国してからなぜかUSBの写真が開けない)
船に戻っても船酔いが治らず、気持ちは悪いわイルカにも亀にもろくに会えないわで、チーズバーガーなんてましてや食べる気になりませんでした。同じようにテイクアウトしてる人も、何人かいました。帰りもフラダンスの披露などありましたが、もう船内のテンションは落ちまくり、クルー達の高いテンションは空回り、といった感じでした。
その日は他のツアー会社もどこもイルカに遭遇できなかったとのことで、自然のものなので、100%ではないのは承知済みですが、ほとんどが移動で終わり、さらに海のコンディションは最悪で水中にはほとんど入れず、写真や動画撮影に対しても、全てにおいて不満だけが残りました。次回半額で参加できるバウチャーを、いただきましまが、我が家にとってそんなに簡単にハワイに来られる訳でもありませんし、そもそもあの内容に対しての５人で80000円以上の負担は納得がいきません。
２歳から参加OKとしているなら、もっと子供への配慮を考えてほしいものです。今まで様々なアクティビティに、家族で参加してきましたが、今までで一番高額で 満足度は一番低いツアーでした。今回の家族でのハワイ旅行は楽しかったですが、この日のことを思い出すと悲しくなります。
