The weather was mostly cloudy, but it hardly rained. The contrast between the white sandbar and the surrounding sea was beautiful. At the turtle point, I encountered many sea turtles, and they were adorable. A little further away, there were a few manta rays, and everyone was excited to see manta rays during the day, which is quite rare! Of course, I was too! This was my second time at the sandbar, and although I haven't experienced perfectly clear weather yet, just being able to see the beautiful contrast of the sea is soothing for the soul!

サンドバーの白さと周りの海の色のコントラストがきれいでした。
ウミガメにポイントでは、たくさんのウミガメにも出会えて
かわいかったです。
少し、離れたところでは、数匹のマンタレイも居て
めったに見ることがない昼間のマンタに皆さん興奮してましたね！
もちろん、私も！！
今回で2度目のサンドバーですが、なかなか快晴！！
という天気には巡り会えてませんが、きれいな海のコントラスト
を見れるだけで、心が癒やされます！

Lola was great at presenting the interesting facts about Hawaii. She was fun and funny and very engaging.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff on our boat was very welcoming and friendly. My niece said the staff of Capt Allen were very attentive as well when they were in the water. Kudos/ mahalo to Capt Ruben for assisting us to snorkel especially since we (me n my sis in law) don't know how to swim. Our driver was energetic and friendly. He even stopped at Leonards bakery for us and made awesome food recommendations on the way. We had an overall great experience! We look forward to coming again.

I only attended the show without dinner. The staff were all wearing masks, but most of the guests were not, so I made sure to wear my mask and used hand sanitizer before and after the show to minimize risk. I also prepared extra masks just in case, as I was a bit concerned about droplets from the outside.

As a note, as of August 2022, a negative PCR test certificate is required for entry into Japan, so I acted a bit cautiously, but I think it's definitely possible to enjoy the experience if you take the necessary precautions. Of course, I was able to return home safely with a negative test result.

ディナーなしのショーのみに参加しました。
スタッフの皆さんはマスクをしていますが、鑑賞しているお客さんはほとんでどマスクしていないので、リスク回避のためにしっかりマスクして、携帯用の消毒薬でショーの前後で消毒するなどの対策をして楽しみました。マスクも一応外側の飛沫が気になるくらいではあるので、替えを用意しています。
前提として、22年8月時点で日本入国にはPCR陰性証明が必要になるなど、すこし注意深く行動しましたが、対策をとっていれば十分楽しめると思います。
勿論、検査結果陰性で無事帰国できています。

If you’re in Hawaii and you don’t do this cruise, then you’re missing out!! Such a perfect event to end the evening. So relaxing, the staff was awesome, and the boat was amazing. We end up doing it again.

This is my second time using it, following the last time. The sea is beautiful, and the hamburgers eaten on the boat are very delicious! There were also many sea turtles! I want to participate again!

海も綺麗で、船の上で食べるハンバーガーもとても美味しいです！ウミガメもたくさんいました！

I was looking forward to the thrill of the American sliders, and it was just as exciting as I expected! It was a lot of fun!

I opted for the full package, but I found out that the bodyboard lesson wasn't included, and the bodyboard pool required an additional fee. I had heard from the guide on the day that it was included, so I was a bit confused. (There was no refund, so was it not included?)

Lunch was so plentiful that I couldn't finish it all!

アメリカのスライダーの迫力は凄そう、と思って楽しみにしていました！予想通り迫力があって楽しかったです！
また、フルでついてるプランにしましたが、ボディーボードレッスンはやっておらず、ボディーボードのプールは追加料金でした。当日ガイドさんには含まれてると聞いてたので、あれ？、という感じでした。(返金もなかったので、含まれていなかった？)
お昼ご飯はとても多く食べきれないほどでした！

I participated again because I had a great time last time (in 2018). You can see many beautiful fish. Above all, I was moved by the Honu that comes close to you. The Honu approaches you (laughs). This time, my family was the only Japanese participants. I feel like it was the same last time. I don't really like tours with a lot of Japanese participants, so I appreciate that aspect as well.

前回（2018年）も楽しかったので、再度、参加しました。
キレイな魚がたくさん見れます。
何よりも間近で見れるHonuには感動します。
Honuの方から近付いてきます（笑）
今回、日本人は私達家族だけでした。
前回もそうだった気がします。
日本人がたくさん参加するツアーがあまり好きではないので、そんなところも気に入っています。

We got to see dolphins and get in the water which was so refreshing!

The captain and co-captain made it a fun experience. I enjoyed the punch that was provided. This sail boat tour was an overall great time, and I would certainly go again.

Beautiful day with a super crew! Sandbar and snorkling are magic!!!

We booked this fairly last minute since both my wife and I are not swimmers but we saw great reviews even for beginners and they were right!

We had an amazing time and saw a lot of turtles and fish, Casey was nothing short of amazing!! He was guiding us and helped ease my wife's fear of the water so that she could enjoy snorkeling a bit, really appreciated the help and hospitality!

Thank you again captain Bruce for the wonderful experience!

I was picked up by a large bus near my hotel in Waikiki and arrived at Heeia Harbor (which apparently was one of the filming locations for Pirates of the Caribbean) in just under an hour, where I boarded one of the catamarans. From there, Yukiko, a staff member from Japan, provided a thorough and reassuring guide. First, we arrived at a sandbar and practiced snorkeling in the shallow waters with white sand. In the background, we could see Kualoa Ranch, used in the filming of Jurassic Park, and Chinaman's Hat, with Yukiko taking plenty of photos against this backdrop. After playing for a while, it was lunchtime. The BBQ-style hamburgers were delicious, and eating them on the sunlit boat was the best! After the meal, the boat moved to a spot where we could see sea turtles. We encountered quite a few sea turtles and manta rays before heading to the final point. Snorkeling around a coral hill the size of a soccer field was a bit daunting for me, but I saw many fish underwater. I heard there are sea turtle nests here, but I didn't get to see them. After snorkeling, we received warm drinks and returned to port. Looking back, it felt like it went by in a flash, but I was able to experience so many new things! I enjoyed the pleasant breeze and the blue sky with the Hawaiian flag fluttering on the boat. I'm really glad I participated in this tour!

ワイキキのホテル近くで大きなバスにピックアップしてもらって1時間弱でHeei’wa(?)のハーバー(パイレーツオブカリビアンのロケ場所の一つだったらしい)に到着してカタマランの一つに乗船。ここから先は日本スタッフのユキコさんが丁寧に案内してくれて安心。まずサンドバーに到着して白砂の浅瀬でシュノーケリングの練習。後ろにはジュラシックパークの撮影で使われたクアロアランチやチャイナマンズハットが見えて、これをバックにユキコさんがバンバン写真を撮ってくれる。暫く遊んだ後はランチタイム。BBQ仕立てのハンバーガーは香ばしくて日光が降り注ぐボートの上で食べるの最高！食事の後ボートは海亀が見れるポイントへ移動。結構な数の海亀とマンタに出会えて、いよいよ最後のポイントへ。サッカーグラウンドほどの広さがある珊瑚の丘の周りをシュノーケリングするのは初めての自分にはちょっと勇気がいったけど水中には沢山の魚が見れた。ここには海亀の巣穴もあるらしいけど会えなかった。シュノーケリング終えて温かい飲み物をもらって帰港。振り返ってみるとあっという間だったけど、いろんな(しかも初めて！)体験ができて、海風にたなびくボートに掲げられたハワイの旗をなびかせる心地よい風と青い空を楽しめて最高！このツアーに参加して良かった‼︎

It was the activity I was looking forward to the most on my honeymoon in Hawaii. The ocean was so beautiful, and I was able to swim with sea turtles, creating the best memories. I will definitely use this again when I visit Hawaii.

ハネムーンでハワイにきて一番楽しみにしていたアクティビティだったのですが、海がとても綺麗でウミガメとも泳ぐことができて最高の思い出になりました。またハワイを訪れる際には利用さしてもらいます。

Great experience especially for first time or non-swimmers! We did the morning cruise and weather was a little cloudy. Pick up/drop off in Waikiki area hotels or airbnb so that was a plus. Boarded boat from harbor to the sandbar and they had snacks (chips, granola bar) and beverages on board. Saw some fishes and turtles, there was a turtle swimming right next to us!! Overall a great time!!

The food is ok, the show is extraordinary! Totally worth it!
I’ll purchase again when revisiting Hawaii

This was an amazing experience definitely a must see show the chief was so funny and the dancer were really good, will definitely recommend to other! The show was very organized and the food was great!

This was one of the easiest excursions we did on Oahu. Transportation to/from Waikiki, funny/friendly/knowledgeable hosts, bbq lunch and drinks were great, and the snorkeling gear and other ocean fun gear was included for the family. Definitely recommend!

I was a bit anxious about whether the pickup location was correct since it was also the trolley bus stop and a pickup point for other tours, but I felt reassured when a staff member wearing a T-shirt that said "Angel's Sea" came to greet us.

The boat had a mix of Japanese and other nationalities, but we had a Japanese guide who provided all the explanations in Japanese, which was great. Angel's Sea was incredibly beautiful—like a different world. Standing in the middle of the ocean and being able to walk around was amazing! The weather was nice, and the contrast between the sea, mountains, and sky was stunning. Playing beach volleyball at Angel's Sea was a lot of fun. Later, during the sea turtle watching, we were able to see many sea turtles, and a manta ray even came close to the boat.

The highlight was definitely the last snorkeling session, where I encountered sea turtles and was able to swim with them. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time snorkeling, but the guide at Angel's Sea provided a briefing, and we practiced breathing and swimming, so it was fine. Even a toddler who was crying during practice was amazed by the beautiful coral and fish once we actually went snorkeling. Even if you think you can't do it, I recommend trying to get in the water just to see, as you’ll be wearing a life jacket.

On the way back, there’s time to change on the boat, so bringing a wrap towel for kids allows for changing on the deck. The air conditioning on the bus was very strong, so I think it’s better to change. The hamburger for lunch was the best one I had during this stay, as they grilled the patty right on the boat!

ピックアップ場所がトロリーバス乗り場でもあり又他のツアーのピックアップ場所でもあり此処で良いのか？と不安でしたが、天使の海と日本語で書かれたTシャツを着たスタッフが迎えに来てくれた時には安心しました。
船は日本人とそれ以外の国の方との混載でしたが日本人ガイドさんが付いてくださり全て日本語での説明だったので良かったです。天使の海最高に綺麗でした。別世界です。海の真ん中に立って歩けるなんて！天気も良かったので海・山・空のコントラスト最高に綺麗でた。天使の海でのビーチバレー凄く楽しいデス。その後海亀ウォッチングでは沢山の海亀見ることが出来てマンタも船のそば迄来て見る事が出来ました。
何と言っても最後のシュノーケリングでは海亀と遭遇し一緒に泳ぐ事が出来ま
した。シュノーケリング始めてだったので不安でしたが、天使の海でガイドさんがレクチャーしてくれてそこで呼吸の仕方や泳ぐ練習ができるので大丈夫デス。幼児の子も練習の時は出来ないと大泣きしてましたが、実際シュノーケリングし
たら綺麗な珊瑚や魚に感動していました。出来ないと思ってもライフジャケット付けてるので海に入って見るだけでも挑戦した方が良いと思います。
帰り船の中で着替える時間があるので子供が使う巻きタオルを持参するとデッキ等で着替えが可能です。往復のバスの中は凄く冷房が効いているので着替えた方が良いと思います。ランチのハンバーガー船の上でパテを焼いてくれてこの滞在の中で食べたバーガーで1番美味しかったです！

When we got on the tour bus, we had a very talkative guide. Of course, he spoke only in English. He introduced himself as "Captain," so I thought he was both the driver and the boss of the boat, but when I asked for his name again when we got off, it turned out to be "Caplun" (laughs).

Anyway, he introduced us to the restaurant while heading to our destination. According to him, the top recommendation is malasadas, followed by poke bowls, and then loco moco. He kept insisting that malasadas are the best (laughs). He also mentioned that having yakitori with beer is the best, which made me think that no matter the country, older men seem to enjoy the same things. I dozed off a bit and before I knew it, we arrived at our destination.

Since there was no place to change on the boat, we promised to wear our swimsuits underneath and quickly stripped down to head into the sea!

Originally, sandbars appear in areas where the tide goes in and out, but this time, due to high tide, the water was up to our waists. The clarity of the water was absolutely amazing.

While many people were playing and swimming in the shallow areas, the best spots to see marine life were a bit deeper with coral. One gentleman was trying hard to hold onto a float and keep up with us but gave up halfway.

We continued on. While we could see to some extent with our eyes, the sand and possibly plankton made it hard to see beyond about 7 meters.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any honu (sea turtles), and feeling a bit down, our Japanese-speaking guide said we still had time to take a break and try again! He mentioned that since the wind was picking up, it would be better to stay a little closer to shore.

We returned to the boat, but by this point, my body was starting to get cold. In fact, it felt warmer in the water, but I was tempted by snacks and returned to the boat.

We were able to enjoy free drinks like coffee, canned juice, apples, and snacks. About the Cheetos, they actually taste a bit different from the ones in Japan. The American version has a stronger cheddar flavor and is saltier, making it quite addictive (laughs).

I was so cold that I wrapped myself in a pool towel while eating (laughs). Once I settled down a bit on the boat, we tried again!

The second time, the water felt colder. I had brought fins, so I was able to swim quite easily, but my wife said she didn't need them, and I think she probably used up a lot of energy...

After swimming back and forth in the coral area a couple of times, someone on the boat shouted, "There it is! A sea turtle!" We dashed over and got our cameras ready! The weather was great, but I couldn't see the display! The water was quite murky, but I pressed the shutter anyway!!!

Both my wife and I were able to see the wild honu clearly. They say the sea god brings good fortune, so I hope something good happens!

Our excitement skyrocketed, and we were instructed to return as we had only five minutes left. After getting back on the boat, we left the sandbar.

Finally, we took a picture of the beautiful scenery.

When we returned to shore, our high-energy guide Caplun handed us a business card for ordering malasadas online (laughs). He really loves them!

Then we headed to Leonard's for the second time on this trip. It was indeed delicious, so we bought more. We were instructed not to eat in the car but outside, so I asked if it was okay to take it home. He passionately insisted, "Hot is the best! Trust me!!" (laughs). When I mentioned that I had already tried the original malasada here the other day, he smiled widely and said, "Well, that's good! OK, OK."

On our way back, it started to rain again, and we saw a rainbow. Is it really this heavy during a downpour?

Then it was time to get off near our hotel. I told Caplun that his introduction was very entertaining and gave him a tip, ending the tour!

Back in our room, I had chocolate, and my wife had custard, sharing a bite each. The order was 1. Original, 2. Cho

ツアーバスに乗ると、なんともよく喋るガイドさん。もちろん英語のみ。キャプテンと言っていたので、運転手兼船のボスかと思っていましたが、帰りの下車時に再度お名前を聞いたら、キャプルンさんでした（笑）
とにかく、レストランの、紹介をしながら目的地へ。
彼いわく1番はマラサダ。2番はポケ丼。3番目がロコモコ。
とにかくマラサダかうまいと何回も推してました（笑）
焼き鳥片手にビールも最高みたいなこと言ってたのでどの国もおっさんの好きなものは一緒なのかと思いつつうたた寝をしていたら目的地へ。

ボートの中では着替える場所がないので下に水着を着てくる約束で、素早く脱ぎ捨ていざ海へ！

もともとサンドバーは潮の満ち引きで砂場が現れる地帯ですが、今回は満潮のため腰までしっかり水が。
透明度は素晴らしくクリアでした。

多くの方が浅瀬で遊んで泳いでるところ、生き物がたくさん見れるポイントはやや深くサンゴがあるところです。
1名オジサマが頑張って浮きに掴んで付いてこられてましたが途中で断念。

私達は続行。目視だとある程度は見えますが、砂埃やプランクトンかな？7m程度先は見えなくなります。

残念ながらホヌ様に会えずしょんぼりしていたら、日本語のできるガイドさんが、まだ時間があるので休憩して再チャレンジしていいよ！
今は風が強くなってきてるから少し開けたほうが良いとのこと。

一度船に戻るんですが、このあたりで身体が、冷えだす。むしろ海に浸かっていたほうが暖かったのですが、お菓子につられて一度帰還。

コーヒー等の飲み物や缶ジュース、りんごにお菓子はフリーで頂けました。
チートスについて、実は日本のとは少し味が違う。アメリカのはチェダーっぽさが強く塩っ気が強めなのでかなり中毒性があります（笑）

私は寒くてプールタオルをかぶって食事（笑）
ボート上で少し体が落ち着いたところで再度チャレンジ！

2回目のほうが海が冷たく感じました。
私はフィンも持参していたため、結構楽に泳げましたが、妻は要らないとのことでしたがおそらくかなり体力を消費したことかと…

そしてサンゴ地帯2往復くらいしたら、ボートからあそこにいるよ！シータートルだ！！と声が！！ダッシュでかけつけカメラを準備！
天気が良くてディスプレイは見えない！
水もかなり濁ってしまっているがとりあえずシャッター！！！

妻も私も肉眼でしっかり野生のホヌ様にお会いできました。成功へ導いてくれるといわれる海の神様。良いことが起きるといいなぁ。

ふたりともテンションが跳ね上がって残り5分だから戻ってと指示を受け、船へ戻ってからサンドバーをあとにします。

最後に良い景色をパシャリ。

岸へ戻ると、またもやハイテンションのキャプルンさん。
マラサダのオンラインオーダーの名刺を渡してくれました（笑）どんだけ好きやねん。

そして今回の旅2回目のレナーズへ。確かに美味しかったのでまた買いました。
車の中では食べないで外で食べてくれと指示が出ていたので、持ち帰りしてもよいか？と聞くと
ホットが一番うまい！トラストミー！！と熱弁（笑）実は先日ここでオリジナルマラサダを食べたから知ってるよというとめっちゃニコニコで、それならいいんだ！OKOKと。

そして帰路に雨がまたもや降り、なんと虹が。
スコールってこんなに降るもんなのか？

そしてホテル周辺で降りる時がきて、キャプルンにイントロダクションがとても面白かったとおつたえしてチップをお渡ししツアー終了！

部屋に戻り私はチョコ、妻はカスタードを食べ一口ずつ分け合いましたが
1.オリジナル　2チョコ　3カスタードの順でした。カスタードは独特な香りがします。
チョコはかなり濃厚で少しビター。シナモンシュガーが使われていました。

英語のみのツアーでしたが日本語ができる方もいたので助かりました！
でも皆さんフランクでとても楽しいツアーでした！次はホヌさんもっと近くでみたいなぁ！！

We chose the sunset cruise. Upon arrival we were a bit concerned about the surf as it was pretty rough for this time of the year. I asked the captain about it, and he said they would have no issue. We left the harbor, and the waves were pretty good size. The boat cut through them with no issues. The boat is a good size, about 35' x 55', and we were able to get up and walk around and take some great pictures. We took our own cocktails, and the crew had an ice chest to store them. The crew was very friendly, and the cruise was very relaxing. it was the best money spent while on our vacation.

I went three years ago, but since I'm not good at swimming, I gave up on snorkeling. The staff at that time seemed to suggest that people who can't swim shouldn't do it. This time, I went with my husband and decided to challenge myself, but it was still a bit scary... At that moment, a staff member encouraged me to hold onto the board. I was able to see fish and even encountered a sea turtle. I was able to get my revenge from three years ago. Thank you very much.

3年前にも行ったのですが泳ぎが苦手なのでシュノーケリングは諦めました。その時のスタッフさんは泳げない人はやらないでって感じでした。
今回は夫と行ったので挑戦したのですがやはり少し怖い…そんな時にスタッフのお姉さんがボードに捕まって良いと声をかけてくれました。
お魚も見れたし、海亀にも出会えました。
3年前のリベンジが出来ました。
本当にありがとうございました。

I think more variety of food, the free alcoholic needs more alcohol. The guy who goes around collecting trash missed us not once but twice. We waved at him several times but he still missed us.

We participated with two adults and two children aged seven. Since we can't speak English, we hoped there would be Japanese staff, and we were pleased to find that there were indeed Japanese staff members. The explanations for activities like snorkeling were provided separately in Japanese and English, which made us feel very comfortable participating.

In particular, Yukiko, the Japanese staff member, was very kind to us. Thank you very much.

We were thrilled to see many turtles from the boat, and during snorkeling, we were lucky enough to encounter a turtle and swim together for a while. The hamburgers for lunch were also very delicious.

It was truly a satisfying tour. If we have the opportunity, we would love to participate again.

大人2人と7歳の子供2人で参加しました。
英語が話せないので日本の方が居ればいいなぁ〜と思い参加しましたが、ちゃんと日本人スタッフもいて、シュノーケリングなどの説明も日本人と英語圏の方と分けての説明がありとても安心して参加できました。
中でも日本人スタッフのユキコさんにはとても良くしていただきました。

船の上からたくさんの亀に会えて大興奮の後のシュノーケリングでも、運良く亀に会えてしばらく一緒に泳ぐことができました。
ランチのハンバーガーもとても美味しかったです。

Such an amazing experience! I definitely would go again

This was our first trip to Hawaii. This is something everyone should experience during their visit.
