The staff was very good and patient, the horses were fine, even for the beginners, the ride was great. We had a great time and I think the 1.5 hours was just about the right timeframe. One issue I found was that when the wrangler leading a group is at the front and trying to talk to the group, it was almost impossible to understand them from the back of the group (we had 5 in our group). Don't know the answer other than having a wrangler both in front and at the rear of the group, but I know I missed out on much of the discussion.

The reception is located on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center. When I showed my voucher, I was guided right away. The seating was at long tables, and since I attended with one other person, we shared a table with a couple.

There was a bit of time before the start, and staff members were going around for photo opportunities, which could also be purchased afterward. A Mai Tai was served as a welcome drink. The staff asked if we wanted alcohol, but the person next to me seemed to have trouble understanding English, which caused quite a delay as they had to call a Japanese staff member for assistance.

The meal was served buffet-style, and we took turns getting our food. The hot dishes were served warm, and they even cut the roast beef right there for us. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious, and I was very satisfied.

During the meal, we were able to see hula dancing, and there were also experience corners. After finishing the meal, we moved to watch the show. The air conditioning was quite strong, so a jacket is a must.

The show included hula dancing, Elvis and Michael look-alikes, and fire dancing, making for a packed experience that lasted about three and a half hours when combined with the meal. I think the price is a great deal for such a substantial meal and an impressive show.

ウェルカムドリンクとしてマイタイが提供されます。アルコールありかなしか、とスタッフさんが聞いてくれますが、お隣の方は英語が聞き取れなかったようで、このやりとりだけで日本人スタッフを呼んできてもらったりとかなり時間がかかっていました^^;お食事はビュッフェスタイルで順番に取っていきます。お料理は温かいものは温かく、その場でローストビーフをカットしてくれたり、デザートのチョコレートケーキもおいしく、大満足です。
途中でフラダンスが見れたり、体験コーナーもあります。
お食事が終わったら移動してショーを観ます。かなり冷房が効いてるので上着必須です。
フラダンスからエルビス、マイケルのそっくりさん、ファイヤーダンスとかなり盛りだくさんでお食事と合わせると3時間半ほどかかります。
お食事と、こんなにしっかりとしたショーが観れてこの価格はお値打ちだと思います。

You can choose a non-alcoholic Mai Tai, which is great for those who are sensitive to alcohol. The dinner buffet is served in order, so it's reassuring. The meat is a bit tough, but it was very delicious. You can go back for dessert later, so be careful not to overeat. There was also ice cream, fruit, and cake. I paid for the VIP package for a group of 6 people and everything went pretty smoothly from checking in to being seated at our table. Everything was pretty efficient from getting our meals to seeing the show. My only issue of concern was that I paid for the additional drink and we were not able to use them. We were told that there would be an opportunity to use them during the show but no one told us we had to get them before the show started because there would not be an intermission or an opportunity afterwards. The waiters need to clearly state that if you don't get your drink during your meal, you need to be sure to get it before heading into the show because you won't get the opportunity otherwise. The show was amazing from the MC, Elvis, to Michael Jackson! The dancers and band did a great job as well!

This was my fourth trip to Hawaii, but it was my first time experiencing a full-fledged dance and dinner show. I think the concept was "traditional Hawaiian cuisine," so I can't honestly say it was "delicious," but it was a good experience.

I had allergies, so I contacted the address listed on the website in advance, but I received no reply. Even after sending a reminder, I still got no response. However, on the day of the event, when I mentioned, "I have allergies," they responded with something like, "I know, leave it to me!" and brought out dishes that accommodated my allergies. To be honest, I would have appreciated a reply if they had seen my email.

Also, it was disappointing that the scallop dish turned into a salad mainly consisting of baby greens (and without any dressing at all), which felt like a significant downgrade in the menu.

That said, the show itself, including the dance, was wonderful, and I was glad I paid a little extra to secure seats closer to the front! (The venue is quite large, and if you're at the very back, you're pretty far from the stage.)

After the show ended and we finished our meal, we left, but there were others taking photos with the dancers, so I think it's a good idea to speak up if you want to take pictures.

アレルギーがあったので事前にHPに載っていたアドレスに連絡するも返信なし、リマインドするも返信なしでしたが、当日「アレルギーがあるんだけど」と伝えたら「知ってるよ、任せて！」みたいに言われて、アレルギー対応された料理が運ばれてきました。メール見たなら返信欲しかった、というのが正直なところでした。
そして、ホタテがベビーリーフメインのサラダ（しかもドレッシング等いっさいかかっていない）になるなど、かなりランクダウンなメニューになってしまったのも残念でした。

ただ、ダンス含め、ショー自体はすばらしく、数千円上乗せして前の席を確保してよかったと思いました！（結構会場は広く1番後ろだとステージから結構遠いので）

ショーも終わり、料理も食べ終えたところで私たちは帰ったのですが、ダンサーさんたちと写真を撮ってる方もいたので、撮りたい方は声をかけてみるといいと思います。

There is a bit of a wait from when you are seated until you can go get your food. However, I didn't feel that the meal time was insufficient, so I don't think it's a big issue. The food was not only plentiful but also delicious, with flavors that are easy for Japanese people to enjoy. The roast beef, in particular, was excellent. The hula performances and lessons during the meal were also fun. And the show exceeded my expectations! The dancers were sharp, and before I knew it, we were at the finale. I'm glad I participated.

We participated as a family with our two small children! The food was delicious, the sunset view was absolutely wonderful, and the show lasted a long time, so we were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly without getting bored! Considering how fulfilling it was, I think it was a great value for the price. The staff were very kind to our small children as well. Great service, great value, everything was just amazing, so our family decided to leave a tip on our way out! Of course, tipping was not mandatory. The next time we go to Hawaii, we definitely want to make a reservation again!

Dinner food was superb also, you get a free drink (Mai Tai) on the house.
The top deck is a great spot for pictures and videos of sunset and Waikiki Beach.

We booked on our first day in Hawaii with a 3-star rating. Since check-in was at 16:45, we arrived in front of the Star of Honolulu by 16:30, and we were welcomed with hula dancing even before check-in, which made us feel the aloha spirit while waiting (laughs).

We boarded at 16:45 and were about the fifth group from the front, so I thought we might not have needed to rush. The communication on board was only in English, but we were given tickets for four drinks for the two of us, and after the first drink, we could request more as needed. The appetizers of cheese and fruit were served buffet-style, so even if you don't understand English, I think you can get the vibe. Our server, Ally, was incredibly kind, and we were really grateful for that.

After watching the dances and enjoying the scenery, we thought we were heading back to port, but then everyone started dancing to YMCA, which was chaotic but created a fantastic atmosphere. 踊りを観て、景色を観て帰港かと思いきやみんなでＹＭＣＡ踊る流れになってハチャメチャでしたが凄く良い雰囲気で過ごせて良かったです。
再度ハワイに行くとしてもまた参加したいオプショナルツアーのひとつです。

We participated as a couple in our thirties. By chance, the receptionist was Japanese, and after handing over our voucher, we were guided to our seats. Since it was a VIP buffet, we received a drink service voucher and had priority in the buffet line. First, we had a meal. The food was delicious. They guided us in order, so we could eat without feeling rushed. The show featuring Elvis was amazing. He came to the audience and was very engaging. The fire dance was also wonderful. I thought the hula dancer was fantastic, as she perfectly executed various other dances as well. However, the most impressive was Michael. He was a bit overweight, but his face resembled the original.

The location was hard to find. We were about 30 minutes late. I recommend checking the map thoroughly before heading out.
