I participated with my 8-year-old and 6-year-old children. The guide was Japanese, and the entire trip was conducted in Japanese.

The activities included visiting the sandbar, observing sea turtles, and snorkeling, and we were very satisfied with the lunch, which was a charcoal-grilled hamburger.

By the way, alcohol is available for purchase, but soft drinks are free.

I was worried about whether my kids could snorkel since they are small, but they provided equipment for children, and there were no issues at all. The kids had an absolute blast.

One area for improvement would be to create a changing room. I wondered about the lack of a place to change on the way back. A few poorly mannered Japanese individuals were changing in the long line for the restroom stalls.

We had to ride the bus in wet swimsuits, and the air conditioning was too strong, making it cold. Since there’s no place to change, I think it’s a good idea to bring extra bath towels to cover up on the way back.

Other than that, it was fantastic.

ガイドさんは日本人で、道中はオール日本語です。

サンドバー、ホヌ見学、シュノーケリングに加え、お昼ご飯は炭焼きハンバーグのバーガーで大満足のアクティビティでした。

ちなみにアルコールは有料ですが、ソフトドリンクは無料で頂けます。

子供達が小さいのでシュノーケリングが出来るか心配でしたが、子供用の装備も用意されており、全く問題ありませんでした。
子供達はめちゃくちゃ楽しんでいました。

一点改善して欲しいところは、更衣室を作って欲しいです。
帰りに着替えれないところはどうなのと思いました。
マナーの悪い日本人が数名、長蛇列のトイレ個室で着替えてました。

濡れた水着でバスに乗るのですが、エアコンが効き過ぎてて寒くなりました。
着替えれないので、帰りに体を覆えるようにバスタオルは多めに持参が良いと思います。

それ以外は最高でした。

The location is inside Ala Moana Center, making it convenient for shopping. There are so many types of salads that it was hard to choose. The meat options are abundant, including beef, chicken, pork, and lamb, and they bring freshly grilled meat around. You can simply ask for as much as you want, which is easy. It also comes with a drink of coffee or tea and a large dessert, leaving me very satisfied. I was full.

お肉は、牛、鳥、豚、羊と種類豊富で焼きたてのお肉を
周りながら持って来てくれます。
食べたい分だけ、言えばとりわけしてくれるので、楽です。
コーヒーor紅茶のドリンクと
大きなデザートも付いて大満足です。
お腹がいっぱいになりました。

I think it's a great plan to easily enjoy B-class gourmet food in Hawaii. The guide's stories were interesting, and time flew by. Since we had some extra time, we also stopped by the Hawaii Izumo Taisha and Dole Plantation, which was very satisfying!

ガイドさんの話も面白くあっという間に時間が過ぎます。時間に余裕があったとのことでプラン外のハワイ出雲大社やドールプランテーションにも立ち寄って頂き大満足！

Initially, I only reserved the shuttle, but since I was traveling alone, I joined the tour for peace of mind. It was great that they also took photos for us.

During lunchtime, I shared a sandwich with another solo participant, and we were able to try two different kinds, which made for a fun time. Thank you very much.

I enjoyed the hula dance, Elvis Presley, and Michael Jackson very much. It was great, and I would like to use it again when I visit Hawaii next time.

Ok, ok. This was my first luau but still, in my opinion, it was the greatest luau you could attended. From start to finish, period! From the time you get picked up the host in the bus doesn’t shut up. I’m kidding. He is great. He entertains you with a comedian style performance to break the ice on your way to the Luau. Who doesn’t like to be entertained. This is better than sitting in a boring 15 minute/ half hour ride. lol. Then you get neckless beads, amazing. Make sure you’re as hungry as a lion cause there is a lot of FOOD. You will gain 10Lbs easy. Then the best awaits. Many different cultural warrior dances both male and female. But they save the best for last. The warrior fire dance. The begging slowly so you won’t poop your pants with so much fire. Talented warriors swinging fire, AMAZING. And if you are celebrating a b-day or anniversary… man you’re in for a treat. Oh did I mention the also take complimentary pictures . Keeps getting better. I’d tell you more but just book the show and see for yourself self.

It was ok for the most part. I just felt rushed from what supposed to be half of day ended up being a 1/4 of the day. I just wish hours were long didn’t really get to enjoy the island as family.

It's quite interesting, but once is enough for me.

They gave us a lei at the entry. I was very happy because it's something you don't see often. The ukulele-playing aunt went around to entertain us, and the hula girls performed a couple of times to liven things up. The food was sufficient in variety and quantity, but the taste was... just okay? The main performance is more enjoyable as you get older. If you get tired from walking, being able to sit and enjoy is a big plus, especially for the ladies!

食事は種類、量ともに十分ですが、味は…そこそこ？
本編パフォーマンスは、年齢が上がるほど楽しめます。
歩き疲れたら、座って楽しめるのはポイント高いかもしれません。マダムには特に！

Private table is not Private at all, you have about 2ft at the most between tables. Service was slow we were told by the server he was covering our area due to another employee not showing up. It took a while to get drinks or water refilled. They don't have condiments available for your meal. It was very warm during dinner and the sun was blinding. Take sunglasses. The top deck was a great area to get some air. There was a large amount of guest and I thought they do a pretty good job handling the amount of people on board but it may be too many for the guest to have a truly great experience

I was picked up from the hotel, and it took about an hour to get to the port, but being on the boat was amazing! The weather was bad, so we couldn't see the sandbar, but the delicious hamburgers and the abundance of sea turtles and tropical fish were so incredible that my child hesitated to swim. ✨ The tour guides were friendly, attentive, and all very nice. It was my first trip to Hawaii, and I'm glad we booked the tour. I hope we can see the sandbar next time!

ホテルに迎えに来てもらって港までの1時間かかったけど、船の上は最高でした！天気が悪くサンドバー見れなかったけど、美味しいハンバーガーとたくさんのウミガメ、熱帯魚がいっぱいすぎて子供が泳ぐのを躊躇してしまったほど海は素晴らしかったです✨

I was able to make a reservation early, so I was given a window seat. I was very moved by the meal while watching the sunset. The staff's service was also very polite and warm. The food was, of course, delicious. I plan to use this place again when I come to Hawaii.

早めに予約できたからか、窓側の席をご用意頂けました。夕日を見ながらの食事にとても感動しました。スタッフのサービスもとても丁寧で温かいものでした。料理ももちろん美味しかったです。
ハワイに来る時はまた利用させてもらうつもりです。

This experience was amazing! The waterfall swim was the perfect way to begin the adventure. And then the luau itself was incredible. Much love and respect for the awesome drummers, dancers, fire spinners, and the kindness shown by all. Highly recommend!

It felt like Presley and Michael Jackson took it easy. For those in their 30s and 40s, it might not be that great. The show lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it went by in a flash. I think even the seats in the back are sufficient.

Since I was staying at Outrigger Reef Waikiki, I used this service during my stay. Dining while listening to Hawaiian music created a wonderful atmosphere, and I was able to relax. As for the food, the flavors were a bit on the heavy side, so I can't say it was delicious, but since it was a special menu for ticket holders, I guess that's to be expected. Whether I would want to use it again is a bit uncertain, but it might be nice for guests since you can return to your room right after the meal.

アウトリガーリーフワイキキに宿泊していたので、滞在中に利用しました。
ハワイアンミュージックを聴きながらの食事は雰囲気がとても良く、ゆっくりできました。
食事の方は、味は少し大味で美味とまでは言えませんでしたが、チケット専用の特別メニューだったので仕方ないかな…。
また利用したいかと言うと微妙な所ですが、食後すぐにお部屋に戻れるので宿泊者にはいいかもしれません。

Best time on island when we are here. Highly recommended. The crew is friendly and safety is readily apparent. Shy is a great captain and knows her stuff! The hospitality and food are above reproach. Value throughout the trip and worth every bit. Nothing short of spectacular and the opportunity to see Sea Turtles, fish of different species, and Rays. Best value we have found near the North Shore.

It's a show with songs that everyone knows, so both adults and children can enjoy it. During the performance, taking photos is allowed, and there is a greeting session after the show, so you can take plenty of memorable pictures. The 90-minute show went by in no time!

誰もが知ってる曲ばかりなので、大人も子どもも楽しめるショーです。
上映中は写真もOKで、ショーのあとにはグリーディングもあるので、思い出の写真がたくさんとれます。
90分あっという間のショーでした！

Unlike the urban tourism in Waikiki, this venue is set in the great outdoors of Kaneohe. Since it was a reception for Watabe Wedding, there were many newlywed couples, creating a very happy atmosphere. My mother and I participated together.

The luau show featured two hula dancers and one fire dancer, and it was so beautiful that I became a fan. There was also a hula lesson, and since the venue was small, I forgot my shyness and enjoyed dancing. The main dishes for the meal were steak, garlic shrimp, and grilled abalone. Coincidentally, I ended up having steak and garlic shrimp for three consecutive days, but the steak here was delicious. The seasoning for the garlic shrimp was also tasty, and the abalone was tender and harmonized beautifully with the cream sauce.

The transportation was provided by a refined driver, resembling a butler, which elevated the experience, although the air conditioning in the car was too cold. I recommend this for those who want to leisurely enjoy the show and meal. Don't forget to bring a jacket!

ワイキキの都会の観光とは違い、大自然のカネオヘでの会場です。ワタベウエディングのレセプションをする場所という事もあり、新婚カップルの方も多くいらっしゃり、とても幸せな雰囲気でした。私達は母娘で参加させていただきました。
フラダンサー２人ファイヤーダンサー１人でのルアルショーでしたが、とても綺麗で魅入ってしまいファンになりました。フラレッスンもあり、会場が少人数という事もあり恥ずかしさを忘れ楽しく踊らせていただきました。食事のメインはステーキとガーリックシュリンプとアワビのグリルでした。たまたま３日間連続ステーキとガーリックシュリンプになってしまいましたが、こちらのステーキ肉美味しかったです。ガーリックシュリンプの味付けも美味しく、とにかくアワビが柔らかくクリームソースハーモニー美味しかったです。
送迎は執事さん様な上品な方がドライバーで、気分あがりますが車内エアコン効きすぎで寒かったです。
ゆっくりとショーと食事を堪能されたい方はオススメです。上着持ってね。

I had a very comfortable stay on the first floor of the hotel. The music was great, and the casual dining had a wonderful Hawaiian vibe that left me very satisfied. Being close to the performers added to the live atmosphere. The guests started dancing, which is a feeling not often experienced by Japanese people, allowing us to truly enjoy Hawaii. Since the tip is included, I think it's a great deal for Japanese visitors, especially with the current weak yen. A beer was included, and it was a large size, so there was plenty!

ホテル内の一階で、とても快適で過ごせました。音楽も良かったですし、料理もカジュアル料理で、ハワイ感が溢れていて大満足です。歌い手から近いので、ライブ感がありました。お客さんで来ていた人達が踊り出したり、日本人にはあまりない感覚で、ハワイを楽しめます。チップ代が込みなので円安の今は、日本人にはとても良いと思います。ビールが一杯ついているのですが、大サイズでたっぷりでした！

I ordered a $150 course. The flavors of the meat and pasta were excellent, and it was very delicious. I also ordered a bottle of sparkling wine for about $80. The price of the meal included the tip, which was reassuring given the current weak yen. It seems to be a very popular restaurant, as it was fully booked. I'm glad I made the reservation through Veltra. There was also a Japanese staff member at the restaurant who provided detailed explanations. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again.

150ドルのコースを注文しました。肉やパスタの味が最高で、とても美味しかったです。80ドルくらいのスパークリングワインのボトルを注文しました。料理はチップ代が込みで、円安のいまは安心でした。とても人気店のようで、満席でした。予約も兼ねて、ベルトラで申し込んで良かったです。レストランのスタッフさんも日本人がいて、説明も詳しくしてくれました。またリピートしたいレストランです

I thought it might be too early for my preschooler, but after considering the meal option, I decided that the show alone would be fine since the duration might be too long for young children. The location was also convenient, so we participated to create some travel memories.

I was worried about my child possibly falling asleep or getting fussy during the show, but it turned out to be a vibrant performance with classic songs, and my child seemed to particularly enjoy the hula dance. The seating was not too close to the front, which allowed my child to see the entire performance, and that turned out to be a good thing.

The check-in process was smooth, and the optional commemorative photo session we had signed up for went quickly. We also bought drinks for both the child and adults at the bar counter (since it's paid, some people choose not to order), so we didn't get thirsty during the show and had a great time.

There were also familiar songs from Moana, making it a show that the whole family could enjoy, so we were very satisfied. Initially, I had a lot of worries, but I’m really glad we were able to see it and create wonderful memories.

At the end, there was a photo opportunity with the stars in the hallway, but since my child looked sleepy, we decided to skip it. We had signed up for the initial photo option, so we didn't get a picture with the stars, but it was definitely the right choice to sign up.

It was also nice that there were plenty of shops open after the show, so it didn’t feel scary at all. If you’ve never seen it before, I highly recommend this show!

未就学児にはまだ早いかな？と思いましたが、食事付きと悩んだ結果、未就学児の子連れには拘束時間が長いという判断でショーだけなら大丈夫だろうと立地も行きやすい良い場所だったので、旅の思い出に参加してきました。
未就学児が途中、寝てしまったりぐずったらどうしようかと心配してましたが、ショーは華やかで名曲、特にフラダンスが気に入ったようで楽しそうに観ていました。
席も前の方ではなくて子供は全体を見渡せて楽しかったようで逆に良かったです。
受付もスムーズでオプションで申し込んでおいた記念撮影もサクサク進みました。バーカウンターで子供と大人の飲み物も買って（有料なので注文しない人もいます）鑑賞中も喉が乾くこともなく楽しめました。
子供も知ってるモアナの選挙もあったり家族で楽しめたショーだったので大変満足です。最初は心配だらけでしたが本当に観られて良い思い出を作る事ができました。
最後は廊下でスターとの写真サービスがありますが、子供が眠そうだったので断念しました。
最初のオプション写真サービスには申し込んでいたのでスターは一緒には写ってないですが申し込んでおいて正解でした。
終わってもお店が沢山あるので怖くないのも良かったですね。一度も観たことないなら是非オススメしたいショーです。

Overall, the tour guide was amazing. Renting a car and driving around casually is nice, but having a local guide explain the highlights and enjoy local cuisine was fantastic. Recommendations for steak houses in Waikiki are definitely something only locals would know. We were also taken to a turtle point, and although we unfortunately didn't encounter any at the famous turtle beach, we were able to see turtles swimming perfectly at a special spot we moved to. My wife was very satisfied as well.

とにかく、ツアーガイドさんが最高でした。
レンタカーを借りて気ままにドライブもいいですが、地元のガイドさんにポイント、ポイントを説明してもらい、ローカルグルメも満喫できました。
ワイキキのおすすめステーキハウス情報とか、やはり地元の方にしかわからないですよね。
ウミガメポイントにもつれていってもらいましたが、有名なウミガメビーチでは、あいにくと遭遇できなかったものの、とっておきのポイントに場所を変えたところ、バッチリ遊泳中のウミガメを見ることができました。妻も大満足していました。

The Japanese staff were very kind, and I was able to enjoy my time there comfortably. It was wonderful to see them treating the children of the family I was with with such care!

However, there were some aspects that might be a bit challenging for shy Japanese people like me. Once we arrived, we had to find our own activities, like making bracelets with leaves, stenciling, taking photos, playing games, and drinking alcohol. If you don't actively seek out what you want to do, you might end up feeling lost about what to do next. So, it might be better to join with a mindset of wanting to actively enjoy your time in Hawaii! I think there are others like me who might feel a bit overwhelmed when first thrown into that situation.

The food was also suited to Japanese tastes, and the dance and music allowed us to enjoy a relaxed Hawaiian atmosphere, which was great! Thank you very much!!

日本人のスタッフの方がとても親切でとても気持ちよく利用できました。
ご一緒したご家族のお子さんにも丁寧に接していて素敵でした！

ただ、シャイな私のような日本人にはハードルが高い部分もありました。
現地に到着したらご飯まで各自、葉っぱでブレスレットを作ったり、ステンシル？、写真撮影、ゲーム、お酒を飲むなど自分でやりたいことを見つけてやっていかないと時間を持て余すし何をしていいんだろうってなってしまいます。笑
なのでハワイに来たし積極的に楽しむぞ！って心を持って参加してもらった方がいいかもしれません！初見であの場に放り込まれたら(°_°)ってなる方も私のように居るかと思います笑

ご飯も日本人の口に合っていますし、ダンスや音楽もゆるーくハワイが味わえてよかったです！

The weather was nice, and it's no wonder so many people participated. The guide was very happy! The cruise was amazing. I had a hearty lunch as well. I will continue to enjoy Hawaii from tomorrow.

It was more enjoyable to see it in person than to watch it on YouTube. On the way back, there was a service where you could take photos with the performers, which was also a lot of fun. The Royal Hawaiian Center is located in the heart of Waikiki, making it very convenient to get to and from. There were videos, and the music and dance were enjoyable to watch. The fire performances were also amazing.

ユーチューブで見るより、実際にみた方が楽しかったです。帰りに、出演者の方々と写真が撮れるというサービスがあり、それもとても楽しかったです。ロイヤルハワイアンセンターはワイキキの中心にあり、行き帰りもすごく楽でした。映像もあり、音楽や踊りも楽しく見れました。火を使ったパフォーマンスもすごかったです。

Our Tour Guide, Jon, was an outstanding storyteller and kept us entertained with background, legends, history and personal observations of the stops on the tour. He was treated us as Ohana and made sure we had water and juice, delivered our lunches to us, checked that every one was comfortable. At the waterfall trail, my knee acted up so I found a shady spot to wait for my husband. Jon had rented a scooter to go down to the waterfall to check on everyone else. On the way back Jon insisted I use the scooter to return to the bus. I nominate him for employee of the year.

Had a great experience ! Super easy to plan with Dempsey ! My new fiancée loved it ! She thought it was the most romantic and beautiful thing. Definitely a highlight of our trip ! 10/10 recommend booking this picnic !

The staff members are amazing, and the food was delicious, but it would have been perfect if there were more play equipment! The staff doesn't go down to the sea, so it feels like you have to enjoy it on your own. However, the boat was beautiful, there were plenty of fish, and we even got to see turtles, so it was a lot of fun!

This is a tour I wanted to go on for a long time. Since going individually with THE BUS takes a lot of time, I decided to join this tour.

Upon arrival, I received a tour explanation in Japanese, and during the waiting time, I was able to see horses and take photos.

The movie location tour was great as we traveled while enjoying the magnificent mountains from the bus. It was nice to take pictures with dinosaur bones used in Jurassic World.

The Kaneohe Bay cruise was smooth without feeling seasick, and there was no splashing of seawater (those who don't mind getting wet can sit at the front), allowing us to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea.

However, the explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand much. Also, since I was seated at the very back of the bus on the return trip, it was too cold, and I felt like I might catch a cold.

カネオヘ湾クルーズも酔うほど揺れず、海水がかかる事もなく(濡れても良い方は前方に)、綺麗な海を眺めながらのんびりできました

だった事と、復路のバスが1番後ろだった為か、寒すぎて風邪引きそうでした

I recently had an amazing horse riding experience, and I couldn’t recommend it more! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking, and the overall ride was incredibly peaceful and enjoyable. As a beginner, I felt completely at ease, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable guides. It’s the perfect activity for anyone looking to relax and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. I’ll definitely be coming back for another ride!

I was able to explore under clear skies without encountering any squalls.

I had high expectations for the movie location tour, so I felt it was just okay and wasn't particularly moved. However, I was impressed by the breathtaking views during the jungle exploration tour, especially since I didn't have high expectations for that. It's all about not expecting too much!

スコールにも合わず、晴天の中回れました。

映画のロケ地巡りは期待が大きかったこともあり、まあまあと感じ、感動まではいきませんでしたが、ジャングル探検ツアーは期待していなかった分、絶景に感動しました（笑）
期待し過ぎないことですね。
