It's a natural occurrence, so there's nothing that can be done, but I couldn't meet the dolphins on this day... There was a large turtle, though. The staff were bright and friendly. I'm really, really disappointed. I think it would be nice if they could consider a partial refund if we can't meet the dolphins. It's not about the money, but about the feelings.

自然のことだからしょうがないけど、この日はイルカさんには出会えませんでした…。
大きな亀さんはいました。スタッフの方は、明るく親切です。
本当に本当に残念。イルカと会えなければ少し返金、とか考えて貰えるといいかと思います。お金の問題ではなく、気持ちの問題で。

We arrived at the sandbar a little past the time of the lowest tide, so we didn't see the magnificent sandbar we had envisioned. However, we were able to have fun playing in the beautiful shallow waters offshore, even with the deep sea being a bit scary for the kids. During our subsequent sea turtle search, we were thrilled to encounter many sea turtles. Furthermore, during the snorkeling, although the visibility was low, the friendly and fun staff helped create a relaxed atmosphere, making it an enjoyable optional tour for all the participants.

サンドバーに到着した時間は、最も潮が引く時間帯を少し過ぎていたようで、描いていたような見事なサンドバーは見られませんでしたが、美しい沖の浅瀬で、まだ深い海が怖い子供とも楽しく遊ぶ事ができました。その後に行ったウミガメ探しでは、沢山のウミガメに出会うことが出来て感動でした。さらにその後のシュノーケリングでは、透明度は低かったのですが、親切かつ楽しいスタッフの方々の盛り上げもあり、沢山いた参加者もリラックスして楽しめるオプショナルツアーでした。

It was a windy day in early March, so it was cold and I stayed inside the boat the whole time (laughs), but once the sun came out and I got in the sea, it was fine! (laughs) I was thrilled to see a sea turtle right beneath my feet while snorkeling! The instructor was very kind and took a lot of photos, which made for great memories! ♫

I participated with my 5-year-old child. The weather was great, making it a perfect day. The sandbar was exactly as I imagined it would be for my child, and it was truly moving. It was so beautiful.

After playing, we were hungry for some delicious hamburgers! The staff were very kind, their smiles warm, and they made us feel very welcome.

The sea turtle watching was thrilling, as we saw everything from adult turtles to baby turtles! My child kept saying how glad they were to be here, and I felt it was a great decision to book this tour.

Then came snorkeling! My daughter was worried since it was her first time, but the staff's explanations were easy to understand. We first practiced how to use the snorkeling gear in the shallow sandbar. Finally, we ventured into the deeper sea where we could see coral and fish. We put on life jackets and gave my child a float like a pole. I was nervous too. The staff kindly supported my daughter, who was unfamiliar with it!

Both my daughter and I relaxed and entered the world of coral and fish. After a break on the boat, my daughter expressed her desire to go back into the sea. During our second dive, we encountered a sea turtle. It was so cute, and the sight of us swimming together is still vividly etched in my memory. My daughter was so excited, saying it was adorable!

We truly spent a wonderful dream-like time. This was all thanks to the staff's detailed care. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this experience!

5歳の子供と2人で参加しました。お天気も良く最高な日でした。
サンドバーは子どもの喜ぶ様子が予想でき、まさに感動そのもの。とっても美しかったです。
遊んでお腹空いたところで、美味しいハンバーガー‼️
スタッフの方々がとっても親切で笑顔があたたかく、とっても感じよかったです。
そして、ウミガメウオッチングは、大人の亀から子亀まで見れて大興奮‼️子供がここにきてよかったーと何度も言って、このツアーを申し込んでよかったと思いました。
そして、シュノーケル！娘は初めてのシュノーケルだったので、とっても心配してましたが、スタッフの方の説明がわかりやすかったです。まずは、浅いサンドバーでシュノーケルの扱い方を練習。いよいよ、珊瑚、お魚の見える深い海です。ライフジャケット着て、ポールのような浮輪を子供にもたせました。私も緊張です。慣れない娘をスタッフの方々が優しくサポート‼️
私も娘も緊張がほぐれ、珊瑚とお魚の世界へと、、、
途中船に戻って、休憩して、海に行きたいと娘から言いました。2回目に潜った時はウミガメに遭遇。とっても可愛く、一緒に泳いだ光景は今もしっかり目に焼き付いています。娘も可愛かったね〜と大興奮‼️
本当に本当に素晴らしい夢の時間を過ごせめした。これもスタッフの細かいケアあってのお陰です。本当にありがとうございました。

When we first got on our tour and the guide introduced himself I didn't hold out much hope of learning anything from someone who said they had only lived in Hawaii for 3 years but Steve turned out to be a fountain of knowledge. He made the day an extremely enjoyable one, so much information given and funny too. he should also release his soundtrack to the Circle Tour, he had a song for every stop it was awesome! My only criticism would be too many beach photo stops not enough time at Waimea Waterfall and Dole Plantation.

We participated in this tour at the request of my son, who loves dinosaur movies. The weather was great, and our whole family was overwhelmed by the scale of Hawaii's natural beauty (laughs). It was advertised as an English tour, but perhaps because there were many Japanese guests, the guide worked hard to explain everything in Japanese. I think it was very good for the kids.

The movie location tour was great, as we could see the actual filming site on the day. The jungle exploration involved bouncing along rough roads in a jeep bus. To be honest, I dozed off a bit during the final tour due to fatigue, but overall, it was a highly satisfying tour. We were able to feel the depth of Hawaii beyond just the ocean!

恐竜映画好きの息子のリクエストでこのツアーに参加。
天気も良くてハワイの大自然のスケールに家族一同圧倒されました（笑）
英語ツアーと書かれていましたが、日本人客が多かったためか、ガイドさんは日本語で一生懸命説明してくれました。子供たちにはとても良かったと思います。
映画ロケ地巡りはまさに当日撮影している現場も見ることができて良かった。
ジャングル探検は悪路をジープバスで揺れながら突き進む。最後の園内ツアーは正直それまでの疲労で少し眠ってしまいましたが、それでも満足度の高いツアーでした。
海だけでないハワイの奥深さを感じられました～

The weather, which had been a concern, cleared up and we had a pleasant start! YUKIKO's Japanese guide was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

There were many participants, so we had two boats: one with an English guide and the other with a Japanese guide. About 15 people went on the English tour, but since there were requests, we smoothly divided the groups.

We had an hour of free time at the sandbar, which allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and I was very satisfied. The freshly grilled hamburgers for lunch were delicious, but there was a big delay, possibly due to the large number of participants. It was disappointing to wait for about 20 minutes.

We looked for turtles from the boat and were able to see several, and we even spotted a manta ray in the distance, which was great. Finally, we went snorkeling around the coral reef, where we encountered a turtle underwater! It was a very satisfying time.

A note of caution: even though it was sunny, the water temperature is low during this season, so it can be cold when you come out of the water! It's essential to have a towel or something to wear over your swimsuit!

心配された天候も晴れて気持ちよくスタート！YUKIKOさんの日本語ガイドは気さくで気持ちよかったです。
参加者が多く、船は２艘になり１艘は英語ガイドもう１艘が日本語ガイドでした。15名程は英語ツアーに行っていましたが、希望もあったのでスムーズに班分けしました。
サンドバーでの自由時間は1hもあるためそれぞれゆっくりと過ごすことができて大満足。
昼食の焼き立てハンバーガーは美味しいのですが、参加者が多かったためか大渋滞。20分程立って待たされたのは残念。
カメ探しは船上からでしたが、何匹も見れたし、遠目にマンタも1枚見ることができて良かった。
最後にサンゴ礁の周りをシュノーケリングしましたが、そこでも海中でカメと遭遇！大満足の時間でした～
注意事項は晴れていてもこの時期は水温が低いので水中から出ると寒い！タオルや水着の上から羽織れるものは必携です！

We had a precious experience together as a parent and child. We really enjoyed seeing the sea turtles, many dolphins, and manta rays, with great weather and calm waves. The staff were all kind, and they spoke Japanese, so we could participate without any worries. Thank you to everyone, especially Miu. I definitely want to join again when I go to Hawaii.

It was a very enjoyable tour. There were many sea turtles, and both the sandbar and the sea were very beautiful. The BBQ hamburger lunch, with the meat grilled on the boat, smelled great and was delicious. There was a cheerful Japanese female staff member, which made me feel at ease, and the local staff were also bright and kind. I was able to enjoy the sea without worry. I can't swim, so I didn't go diving, but I still had plenty of fun. It was a great memory. Thank you very much.

明るい日本人スタッフの女性もいて安心して利用できたし、現地のスタッフの方々も明るく優しく接してくれました。安心して海を楽しむことができました。
私は泳げないのでダイビングはしなかったですが、それでもじゅうぶん楽しかったです。

It seems that my credit card payment didn't go through after I applied, but thanks to the courteous support from the VELTRA staff, I was able to participate in the activity on the day. Since there is a time difference, I wish I could have contacted them earlier, but despite the last-minute situation, they were flexible and responsive.

I also enjoyed the activity on the day. There were staff members who spoke Japanese, making it easy to ask questions if I had any issues. Since the activity is weather-dependent, I think it would have been even better if it had been sunny. I would like to try again!

申し込んで、クレジットの引き落としが上手くいかなかったみたいですが、VELTRAスタッフの丁寧な対応で、当日のアクティビティを行うことができました。時差があるのでもっと早く連絡できたいれば良かったのですが、ギリギリにも関わらず臨機応変にご対応頂けました。
当日のアクティビティーも楽しむことができました。日本語対応のスタッフもいらっしゃり、困ったことがあれば質問しやすいです。天候に左右されるアクティビティーなので、晴れればより最高になったな～と思います。またリベンジしたいです

The staff were very kind, and the service was excellent. I was impressed by the stunning views from the sandbar. Additionally, I was thrilled to swim with sea turtles while snorkeling. The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, cooked on a BBQ on the boat. The kids were very happy, and the whole family was extremely satisfied! Also, the staff's guitar playing and live singing were very pleasant and wonderful. I'm really glad I was able to participate in such a fun tour!

The guide was cheerful and friendly, and she took beautiful photos for us. The ocean was stunning, making it an unforgettable experience! The hamburger we had for lunch by the sea was exceptional!! We lost track of time while snorkeling and playing with the fish; it was truly the best tour! Thank you very much!

ガイドのお姉さんが明るく気さくな方で、綺麗に撮影をしてくださいました。海はもちろんのこと綺麗で生涯忘れる事のない体験になりました！海で食べる昼食のハンバーガーは格別！！シュノーケリングも時間を忘れて魚たちと戯れることができ、本当に最高なツアーでした！ありがとうございました！

I was glad to see more sea turtles than I expected. I had seen them on land many times, but I don't think I've seen them swimming very often. There were quite a few around the boat and they were close by.

I also went snorkeling in the coral sea, but I heard that it had been raining a few days prior, so the visibility wasn't great. I'll save that for next time as something to look forward to.

It was a recommended tour that allowed me to feel the essence of Hawaii.

ウミガメが思っていたより多く見られ良かったです。陸にいるのは何度も見ていましたが泳いでいるのはあまり見られないと思います。
船の回りにも結構いて近かったです。
サンゴの海でシュノーケリングもしましたが数日前まで雨が降っていたとの話で透明度はイマイチでしたがまた次回のお楽しみとして取っておきます。
ハワイらしさを感じられるおすすめのツアーでした。

The boat was a little bit too crowded, but the dinner experience and the view of Waikiki were great.

The trip to the sandbar and the reef exploration were great, the crew was very helpful and the overall experience was amazing.

We were blessed with beautiful weather and had the best experience. The staff's performance and guidance were impeccable, allowing us to spend a memorable day. The lunch on board was also exceptional. I will participate again.

いい天気に恵まれ、最高の体験ができました。スタッフの演出、リードも申し分がなく心に残る一日を過ごすことができました。船上でのランチもまた格別です。また、参加します。

We started with dinner, and then enjoyed hula, singing, and dancing with very quick costume changes. Even the impersonators sang like professionals. I was a fan of that nostalgic Elvis. The show was wonderful, and my hands turned red from all the applause.

ディナーから始まり、フラや歌、踊りなどとても素早い衣装替えで楽しみました。
そっくりさんでも歌はプロですね。懐かしいあのプレスリー。実はファンでした。
ショーが素晴らしくて、拍手で手が真っ赤になっちゃいました。

A shallow sandy beach is located a little away from the coast, where we played beach volleyball. It had been a while since I played volleyball, and I struggled a bit with my feet getting caught in the water. But falling dramatically was a fun scene. The view from there included locations filmed in Jurassic Park, with emerald green, beautiful sky blue, ocean blue, and white clouds floating above, making it look like a place where angels had descended. The people I went with also naturally became friends, and I was happy with the hamburgers and hot cocoa we had for lunch.

海岸から離れて、少ししたところに水深浅の砂浜があり、ビーチバレーをしました。久しぶりのバレーボールでしたが、水に足をとられて四苦八苦。でも大げさなこけかたも楽しい一シーンですね。そこから見える景色は、ジュラシックパークで撮影された場所も眺められて、エメラルドグリーンと、綺麗なスカイブルー、オーシャンブルーと白い雲が浮かんでいて、本当に天使が舞い降りてきた場所のように見えました。一緒に行った方々も自然に仲良くなれて、昼食のハンバーガーや、ホットココアも嬉しかったです。

I had an unexpected event and couldn't make it on time, but I was able to participate thanks to the prompt and courteous response. The sandbar was beautiful and came up to my waist. When I asked the staff to take photos, they captured stunning shots from various angles. Thank you very much! I look forward to participating again!

I chose this place based on its reputation, but...
The food was at the level of a rooftop beer garden.
The show had a nice atmosphere in the theater, but it was boring, and I left halfway through.
I can't understand the positive reviews from others.
I won't be coming back.

食事も屋上のビアガーデンレベル。
ショーは劇場で雰囲気はあったものの、退屈で途中で退席してしまいました。
他の人の評判が理解できません。
再訪はないですね。

I heard great reviews from my colleague about her mother, so I made a reservation for my mother in her 70s. I was worried that we might get a bad seat since we arrived late, but we ended up with a very good table, the second one from the center. However, the area for those with meals isn't very spacious, so I think you can see the stage well from anywhere. Everyone's dancing and singing were top-notch and kept us entertained.

One point that didn't meet my expectations was that I thought there would be more hula dancing. The show has a stronger rock influence, so those who come expecting more hula might be disappointed. Elvis was cooler than the real thing! His singing was just like the original.

Michael was also great. I wasn't particularly a fan of Michael, but perhaps because I spent my middle and high school years enjoying Western music, it brought back memories and I was so moved that I ended up crying. I couldn't help but think, "Ah, Michael is alive!"

同僚のお母様がよかった！という評判をきいて、70代の母のために予約しました。遅れて着いたので、良くない席になってしまうのではと思いましたが、中央から二つ目のテーブルでとても良い席でした。ただ、食事付きの人が案内される場所はそんなに広い場所ではないので、どこからでもよくステージが見えると思います。みなさんダンスも、歌も一流で飽きさせない内容でした。
ですが１点期待から外れていたことといえば、もう少しフラを見られるかと思ってしまったことでした。フラよりロック色の方が強いショーなので、フラのほうを期待されて来られた方はがっかりするかも。
エルビスは本物よりもカッコいい！歌も本人そのものです。
マイケルもよかったです。私は特にマイケルのファンではなかったのですが、洋楽が好きな中高生時代を過ごしていたためか過去を思い出しかなり感激して泣いてしまいました。「ああ、マイケルが生きている！」そんな風に思えてなりませんでした。

To celebrate my eldest son's elementary school graduation, I came to Hawaii with four third graders. For everyone except me, it was their first time in Hawaii. I had been moved by the view from the second floor before, so I wanted my family to see it too, and this time, I reserved VIP seats to also celebrate the children's birthday. Since it was the first day in Hawaii, the kids were hit by sleepiness around the time the show started and ended up falling asleep. Even though I had ordered a birthday cake...

The show itself was amazing‼️ I should consider when to go again. The content was varied, and I want to go back✨

長男の小学校卒業を記念して、小学校３年生と４人でハワイに来ました。自分以外は初ハワイでした。前に２階席より見て感動をしていたので、家族にも見てほしく今回は子供の誕生日もかねてVIP席を予約しました。ハワイ初日とあり時差ぼけか子供はショーが始まる頃に睡魔におそわれ寝てしまいました。
バースデーケーキも頼んでいたのに……
ショー自体は最高でした‼️
行く日を考えるべき出した。
内容も変化しててまた行きたいです✨

I was able to see manta rays and sea turtles near the boat. The weather was clear over the ocean, and the contrast between the white sandbar and the blue sea was impressive.

マンタやウミガメが船の近くに現れ見ることができました。

I encountered such a large pod of dolphins for the first time!
There were so many dolphins!
There were also sea turtles hiding among the rocks.
I was thrilled to even see a whale.
The crew, including Kata, were all having fun while working, which was fantastic.
Actually, I did experience some seasickness, which made things tough, and if it weren't for that, I could have enjoyed lunch~ (゜ロ゜;
But I was able to enjoy it properly later.
It was really great.

それにしても凄い数のイルカ！
岩場に隠れていたけど海亀もいました。
更に鯨にも会え感激。
クルーの嘉多も皆さん楽しくお仕事しておられ最高でした。
実は船酔いして大変な部分もあり、それがなければランチも食べれたのに～(゜ロ゜;
でも後でちゃんとおいしく頂きました。
ホントに良かったです。

We had one Japanese guide who accompanied us on the kayak, teaching us how to paddle and taking photos for us. It was almost our first time kayaking, so we were nervous, but we were able to enjoy it. We even saw sea turtles in the beautiful ocean.

It's difficult to enjoy a beach while carrying your belongings, but we were able to store our things in a locker and borrow mats, snorkeling gear, fins, and an underwater bag to ride our bikes to the beach, which allowed us to have a great time! The rental fees for these items were included if you signed up for the kayak tour. We had lunch at a pizza place, where we got a large pizza cut into quarters along with drinks.

At first, I thought the price was a bit high when I signed up, but it was worth it, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

カヤックは日本人ガイドの方1人が私達夫婦について下さり、カヤックの漕ぎ方を教えてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれたりしました。カヤックはほとんど初めてで緊張しましたが、楽しむことができました。綺麗な海にウミガメもいました。

海外のビーチで荷物を持ったままでは楽しむことが難しいですが、ロッカーに荷物を預け、ござやシュノーケル、フィン、水中バッグを借りて自転車にまたがってビーチに行けたので、思い切り楽しむことができました！！カヤックツアーを申し込んでいればこれらのレンタル料は含まれていました。
ランチはピザ屋さんで食べました。大きなピザを1/4カットと飲み物がついてきました。

申し込みの時には少し高いかなと思いましたが、それだけの価値があり、十分に楽しむことができました。ありがとうございました！！

This was my second visit after a year, participating with three adults and one child (3 years old). Last year, the sandbar had water up to my knees, but this year it was only ankle-deep, which was amazing. We were able to see turtles during the sandbar, turtle watching, and snorkeling, and both adults and children were very excited. During snorkeling, we swam with the turtles for about an hour, creating the best memories. I would like to use this company again when I go to Hawaii.

1年ぶり2度目のリベンジで大人3名、子供1名（3歳）での参加でした。昨年は膝丈まで水面があったサンドバーですが今年はくるぶし程の深さで感動です。またサンドバー・カメウォッチング・シュノーケリング全てでカメを見れて大人も子供も大興奮です。シュノーケリングでは約1時間カメと一緒に遊泳出来、最高の思い出となりました。またハワイに行く時はこちらの会社でお願いしたいと思います。

The canoe show and night show at the Polynesian Cultural Center, as well as the hula lessons, were very enjoyable. Our guide, Kelina, was knowledgeable and made the tour both fun and informative. I felt that the bus driver's driving was quite wild, and I hope that can be improved. Overall, it was a highly satisfying tour.

ポリネシアンセンターのカヌーショウとナイトショウ、フラのレッスンがとても楽しかったです。ガイドのケリーナさんが知識豊富でとても楽しく為になる内容のツアーでした。バスの運転手さんの運転がかなりワイルドでそこだけは改善してほしいと思いました。トータルでは最高に満足度の高い内容のツアーでした。

I had various concerns participating in the initial activity tour, but thanks to the cheerful and interesting guide, Yukiko, and the rest of the staff, it turned into a fun day where I felt at ease. Their witty stories helped relieve my tension and allowed me to relax. While the weather is important for satisfaction, I believe the quality of the tour really depends on the staff. Thank you very much.

はじめのアクティビティツアー参加で色々不安ありましたが、スタッフの女性ユキコさん（？）他、元気で面白くて安心できるガイドをしてもらえて楽しい一日となりました。
ウィットにとんだお話で緊張感が解れてきてリラックスも出来ました。
満足度は天候も大切ですが、やはりツアーはスタッフさん如何で決まると思いました。

I went on a day with many clouds and some sunny intervals. It was beautiful, but I wished I could have seen it on a clear day!

In February, the seawater was cold, and it felt chilly when I got in. During snorkeling, we moved as a large group, so it was a bit foggy and visibility wasn't great.

I saw a lot of sea turtles! There were even small ones, and they were so cute.

On the way back, I sat on the bus in my wet swimsuit, laying a towel on the seat, but I got completely cold and it was freezing. I thought I should have brought a hoodie or something to wear over my wet rash guard!

雲が多く、晴れ間もあり‥という天候の日に行きました。
綺麗でしたが、快晴の日も見てみたかったなー！というかんじです。

2月は海水が冷たく、水につかるとヒヤっとしました。
シュノーケリングは、大人数で移動するのでもやがかかってあまり見えなかったです。

海亀はたくさん見れました！
小さい亀もいて、可愛かったです。

帰りのバスは濡れた水着のまま、座席にタオルを敷いて移動したのですが体が完全に冷え切って寒かったです。
濡れたラッシュガードを脱いで羽織れるパーカーなどを持っていけばよかった！と思いました。
