I was prepared for only English-speaking staff, and indeed everything was in English. Additionally, there were no participants who spoke Japanese. There were some unfamiliar English terms in the explanations, but I managed to understand the atmosphere, and by following the others, I was able to get by.

The boat was really cool, and it felt very relaxed, as if we could just hang out anywhere. It was perfect for taking photos.

I have done snorkeling a few times in Japan, but the waves in Hawaii were high, making it difficult to move as I wanted, which was a bit scary. The life jacket that attaches around the waist? Having two, one under the armpits and one around the waist, helped a lot. There were staff members who made sure we didn't remove them and kept a close watch from the boat, so I felt that safety was well taken care of.

I was able to see sea turtles floating on the surface and swimming, which was great.

Since the waves were high and the boat rocked quite a bit, those prone to seasickness should definitely take motion sickness medication. Also, since you might get hungry or feel hot, it would be good to have some snacks and water. They do offer soda and alcohol for a fee.

英語スタッフのみとあったので覚悟して行きましたが、やはり全て英語でした。また、一緒に参加する方も日本語を話せる方はおらずという感じでした。
また説明ではあまり聞いたことのない英語もあったので、雰囲気で理解しましたが周りの方に合わせて動けば何とかなりました。
船はとってもカッコよくて、どこでもいいからゆっくりしてねという感じで自由に過ごせました。写真映えは最高です。
シュノーケリングは日本で何回かやったことがあるのですが、ハワイの海は波が高いので思ったように動けず、少し恐怖もありました。腰につけるライフジャケット？は脇下と腰に２つ付けるとなんとかなりました。外すのは絶対ダメという感じでポイントを知らせてくれる方と船の上からしっかり見ている方といらっしゃったので安全面はしっかりしているのかなという感じでした。
海亀は海面に浮いてきたり、泳ぎながらも見れたのでよかったです。
波が高く、船も結構揺れるので船酔いをする方は酔い止め絶対にいります。あと、お腹が空いたり、暑さもあるので、水分と軽食があってもいいと思います。お金を払えばソーダやお酒は提供してくれます。

Our first time on a catamaran tour in Hawaii. We saw fish, turtles and had a fantastic time. The crew were helpful, professional and fun. Highly recommend the Moana Sailing Company!

The Prius departs from a location next to the Waikiki Hotel, which is easy to find and has relatively good security.

The terms and conditions are in English and can be read via a QR code, but you can easily translate them using a translation function.

There were no Japanese people present, but there are gestures during the explanations, so it works out fine.

I think it's recommended for those who want to experience a non-daily life without Japanese people around.

規約書はQRコードで読み込むタイプなので、英語ですが翻訳機能で和訳すれば問題ありません。

英語のみ日本人はいませんでしたが、説明時にジェスチャーがあるのでなんとかなります。

日本人がいない非日常を味わいたい方にはお勧めだと思います。

Very good trip. Crew was very knowledgeable while at the same time very relaxed. Put everyone at ease, regardless of experience level. Just the right size boat/group size.
Wonderful to be out on the water; we saw a couple of turtles on the way out and a couple more while snorkeling, as well as a variety of fish. Would recommend this excursion to others.

We had so much fun! The guides were so fun and goofy and great at helping us see the turtles and fishes. thanks for one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had! Wear coral safe sunscreen & bring xtra snacks & juice/water!!

Great experience! The crew were amazing and super helpful pointing out the spots were the turtles were. It is a smaller boat which creates a more personal atmosphere, but we still had a lot of room onboard plus we got to sit on the net. Again, big mahalo to the crew! We got to surf a few waves on the boat lol. 10/10 highly recommend.

As others have mentioned, the boat arrived more than 10 minutes late for check-in. Even with non-English speakers present, there was no effort to speak slowly or accommodate them; all explanations were given in English.

We did get to see sea turtles, but it seemed like there weren't many that day, as we only encountered a couple of them coming up to the surface a few times.

そして英語圏ではない人が居ても、ゆっくり話すなど気を使うこともなく、全て英語での説明でした。

海亀は会えましたが、その日はあまり居なかったのか海面に上がってくる子に2、3回会えた感じでした。

Very limited instruction was given into how to use the mask and snorkel. Mine was all twisted up and none of the staff provided any assistance.

The reef area is choppy and murky making it very difficult to see. There were 4 other boats there so the area was quite crowded. We saw 1 turtle and a few fish. Pretty disappointing.

If you are looking for a magical reef experience then I suggest go somewhere else like the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.

Back on the boat we were offered 1 drink only even though the tour says 3 alcoholic drinks are provided.

Wouldn't recommend.

Swam close to turtles en enjoyed sailing up and down the bay while sipping champagne.

This tour is a lot of fun as you can really feel like you're abroad, with all the other guests being foreigners. On the day of the tour, we were told it would be the best day ever, and when we arrived, we saw 5 to 6 turtles sleeping on the ocean floor, which was a sight I had never seen before. Of course, there were also many turtles swimming around, and during snorkeling, it was filled with turtles. I was surprised to see so many turtles in Waikiki.

After snorkeling, we enjoyed a cruise while listening to famous international songs, taking in views of Waikiki hotels and Diamond Head. We raised the sails and sped up, enjoying a leisurely time with a pleasant breeze.

Don't forget to bring tips!

私たち以外全て外国人のお客様なので、海外にいることを感じられ、とても楽しめるツアーです。当日、今日は最高の一日になる、との説明があり、期待して行くと、カメが海底でくっついて5～6匹寝ており、こんな光景は初めてでした。勿論、泳いでいるカメも何匹もいて、シュノーケル最中はカメだらけでした。こんなにもワイキキにカメがいるとは驚きでした。
シュノーケル後は、海外の有名な曲を聴きながら、ワイキキのホテルやダイヤモンドヘッドを眺めながらのクルージング。帆を上げてスピードアップをしながら、心地よい風と共にゆっくり過ごしました。
チップを忘れないで持っていって下さい。

So easy to access from the beach, and a short ride to the turtles. Loved how music playing from the catamaran allowed surfers to allow our exit and entry.

This was a very cool tour! This was my friends and I first time visiting Hawaii and this tour made it very memorable for us! It was a lot of fun sitting on the net and getting splashed by the waves. The staff was super friendly and amazing. We got to see sea turtles and other marine life. Only downside is that there are other tour boats in the same location. So there's about a hundred people snorkeling in the water and it gets crowded super fast. People bumping and pushing each other or kicking each other in the water. Kinda felt like the scene in titanic lol. Other than that, it was a very cool tour! I'll definitely do it again when I plan my next trip!
I also recomend you bring a GoPro camera to take videos and photos.

We booked a family snorkeling with turtles experience on the Moana Catamaran, and the crew ensured that we had an exceptional experience. Anthony, the captain, was personable and informative. He was happy to answer a LOT of questions, and provided insight into Hawaiian culture throughout the experience. When it came time to enter the water, Claire was an outstanding guide. She ensured that the kids (10 & 12) felt confident with the unfamiliar snorkeling equipment, and took the time to locate and identify a variety of sea life. The crew made this a memorable experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this experience for visitors to Oahu.

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The trip was wonderful and there are many providers available, and the value for service on this trip was excellent. They were punctual, the equipment was in good condition. Turtle Canyon has turtles, but lots of other tour boats. They were very situationally aware which kept us safe. We also got some bonus dolphin activity on the way out and back. Two thumbs up.

The snorkeling was such a blast we saw several turtles and a ton of fish. The crew were such a pleasure to be around every one of them was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was small but that was the best part because then we had a much more intimate experience and were able to feel comfortable with our crew(not hard they were all so nice). We were out for over an hour but could hang out on the boat and reenter the water whenever we felt like. The boat had a nylon strap front you could sit on and get wet which we did on our way back to shore after the snorkeling. It was a great relaxing and fun time. Definitely would recommend this company because the price is great, the crew was amazing and the trip was not overly packed.

The experience from the shuttle pick up/drop off to guidance and snorkeling are exceptional and amazing. We experienced as it detailed on the booking website.

After booking, I received the picture of the pickup location which is easy to find. Keep your eye to find the shuttle van, he parked across the street when there were 3 coach bus parked in front of the entrance. The van showed up on time and could fit up to 14 people. The van is clean, comfortable seating, and good AC. The driver introduced the Electric Beach and talked about the places.

After dropping off, the driver introduced Jose and Jorge who were the snorkeling guides. They are very friendly and acknowledged. One of my friend did not confident to swim in the ocean, but she trusted Jose and went to the water with us. Jose and Jorge made sure everyone stick together under their guidance. All the gears (snorkeling masks, fins, life jackets, jet machines) were provided. Jorge had his GoPro to record the fun moment and shared to us at the end.

My group loves this experience as many of us had no swimming experience but Jose and Jorge made it easy, fun, and safe.

Great overall experience! Crew and captain were very friendly and engaging with all the guest. My 9y/o and 15y/o had such a great time they wished they were able to stay out in the water longer.

If you're going to Hawaii, I want to meet sea turtles! After comparing various tours and reading many reviews, as well as checking the duration and costs, I found this one to be the best overall and made a reservation. (＊Since it's primarily in English, if you're worried about understanding, I think a tour with Japanese-speaking staff would be reassuring.)

As a result, I was able to see about 5-6 sea turtles, there were plenty of fish, and the staff were cheerful and fun, making me glad I chose this tour. I unfortunately got seasick on the way back and couldn't see, but it seemed there were dolphins and whales as well!

As others have mentioned, there were about 30-40 participants on the day, but we were the only Japanese. All the staff were locals, so you won't experience Japanese hospitality or explanations in Japanese, but you can enjoy the local atmosphere and a casual vibe, which I recommend.

On the day, I was lucky to have a local staff member who could speak a little Japanese. When I was scared to let go of the stairs while entering the water, they asked, "Are you scared?" and "Are you okay?" and checked if I wanted to return to the boat. I really wanted to see the sea turtles, so I said, "I'm scared, but I want to go into the water," and they held my hand and swam with me until I got used to it, lending me a float cushion. (At one point, an elderly person had to return to the boat due to fatigue, so I returned the cushion, but by then, I had gotten used to the water and was able to swim on my own!)

I tend to get seasick easily, and it was windy that day, so I took medication beforehand, but I ended up getting seasick on the way back and vomited a couple of times. There was a restroom, so I managed to be okay, but if you're prone to seasickness, be cautious depending on the weather that day. (By the way, the restroom was basic, and you couldn't flush paper; you had to pump it yourself to flush.)

It was my first snorkeling experience, and I was anxious since I can't swim well, but I was moved to see the sea turtles. I'm really glad I participated in this tour. I'm grateful to the wonderful staff.

ハワイに行くならウミガメに会いたい！といろんなツアーを比較し、口コミをたくさん読み比べ、所要時間や費用なども調べた結果、ここが総合的に1番良さそうで予約しました。(＊基本的には英語なので、英語の聞き取りが不安な方は、日本語スタッフのいるツアーが安心かなと思います)

結果、ウミガメ5-6匹ほどに会うこともでき、魚も沢山いて、スタッフの方々も陽気で楽しいたちで、このツアーにして良かったなと思いました。
わたしは帰りに船酔いして見れなかったですが、イルカやクジラもいたようでした！

他の方も書いている通り、当日は30-40名と参加者は多かったものの、日本人は自分たちだけでした。
スタッフは全員現地の方なので、日本的なホスピタリティや日本語説明は求められないですが、現地感を味わえ、カジュアルな雰囲気を楽しめるのでおすすめです。

当日は運良く日本語を少し話せる現地のスタッフがいました。海に入る時にこわくて階段から手を離せないでいると「こわい？」「大丈夫？」など声かけしてくれて、「船戻りたい？」など確認してくれました。私はどうしてもウミガメを見たかったので「こわいけど海には行きたい」と無茶を言ったところ、慣れるまで手をつないで一緒に泳いでくれて、浮きクッションを貸してくれました。(途中で高齢の方が体力的に厳しくなって船に戻るため、そのクッションはお返ししましたが、その頃には海にも慣れて1人で泳げるようになっていました！)

船酔いしやすい体質で、当日は風が強かったので、事前に薬を飲んでいましたが、帰りに船酔いを起こし2回ほど吐きました。トイレがあったのでなんとか大丈夫でしたが、船酔いする方は当日の天候次第では要注意です。(ちなみにトイレは簡易的なもので、紙は流せない&自分でポンプを上げ下げして流すトイレでした)

初シュノーケリングで、ほぼ泳げないので不安でしたが、ウミガメをみれて感動しました。ほんとにこのツアーに参加して良かったです。素敵なスタッフの方に感謝です。

Great thing to do with a bigger family, kept all the kids together and busy all on 1 boat!

quick day on the water, nice as it does not take up your full day, but gives you a good safe way to snorkel for a few hours!

From beginning to end the crew made everything easy, relaxing, fun and super special!!!! They were excellent with giving instructions and support to make us feel confident and comfortable in the water. The special attention to my 8yo daughter was above and beyond! We saw lots of turtles and beautiful fish. Kainoa even took my daughter around on the surf board and back to the boat when she needed a break so I could keep swimming! I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone! We want to do it again!!!!

We had a great time. The crew was fun and took good care of us.

We enjoyed the adventure very much. The crew were friendly and very helpful, we saw a mother and baby whale bottle nose dolphins all around our catamaran . when we got to the spot to snorkel with the turtles the crew really went out of there way to make sure everyone had a great time.
I would highly recommend this adventure if you come to Honolulu.

Overall the experience was amazing! It was a first for both my husband and I and the kids. The crew did a fantastic job. They provided clear instructions, ensuring we were all safe and had many opportunities to see the sea turtles among a plethora of wildlife along the reef. I would not hesitate to book this again.

I do think it was a bit disorganized with adults and children going down the ladders and then needing to come right back up, leaving patrons that had not had a chance to get in the water a 10 min leg time.

Also, a female crew member was wearing a thong bikini bottom which I have no problem with - wear one!! However, the male crew members continued to smack her bottom or spray it with the defogger. I’m not sure that the female crew member cared but definitely not acceptable now a days!
