I boarded a 48-person submarine at 10 AM on March 25 (Saturday). There were five participants, including two girls aged 4 and 7. Since this is a rare experience, I decided to participate from the very beginning of the planning. It was really great, and time flew by. This tour can be enjoyed even outside of family trips.

Currently, the weather in Hawaii is unstable, and it has been raining almost every day. Many people got seasick on the shuttle boat to the submarine. I recommend taking motion sickness medication about an hour before boarding, even for those who usually don’t get seasick. Once the submarine begins to dive, there is no swaying.

Due to the heavy rain, the water from the canals flows directly into the sea, so the water clarity is not very good. In fact, the tours on April 1 and April 2 were canceled. Since we are dealing with nature, there are some difficulties.

The 48-person submarine mostly has English commentary, but the 10 AM dive has Japanese commentary. Conversely, English commentary is played through headphones. There are seats on both sides, but regardless of where you sit, you will definitely see the same points, so feel free to sit close together.

I recommend the morning dive for better visibility. You can see fish, and if you're lucky, you might spot sea turtles and rays up close. The diving time is about 40 to 50 minutes. You can also see the submarine rising from the shuttle boat, which was impressive.

Before boarding, a group photo is taken with Diamond Head in the background. This is an option that includes one photo with a mount and two smaller photos for a total of $20, tax included. The photos are handed out on the return shuttle boat, and you will be asked if you want to purchase them.

After the submarine tour, you can participate for free in a tour of the gold coral exhibition facility, which is collected in Hawaii. Even if you join this tour, the return shuttle service is reliable. You can request drop-off at Ala Moana Shopping Center or your hotel. You can also purchase accessories made from black coral.

Although the tour is said to last about 20 minutes, including shuttle service, explanations, and factory visits, it takes nearly an hour. I think those who are pressed for time should avoid participating.

３/２５(土)１０時の４８人乗りの潜水艦に乗船しました。
参加人数は５名、そのうち子供は４歳と７歳の女の子。
めったに経験できるものではないので、
良好計画当初から参加を決めていました。
とても良かったですよ。あっという間に時間がたちました。
そのツアーは家族旅行以外でも楽しめますよ。
今ハワイは気候が安定せず、毎日のように雨が降っている状態です。
行きの送迎用の船で、酔ってしまう人が多かったです。
普段乗り物酔いしない方でも、乗船１時間前くらいに、
酔い止めの薬を飲んでおくことをお勧めします。
潜水艦は潜り始めれば、揺れる事はありません。
雨が多く運河の水がそのまま海に流れ込んでいるので、
海の透明度はよくありません。
実際4/1と4/2はツアー自体がキャンセルでした。
自然が相手なので、多少難ありといった感じです。
４８人乗りはほとんど英語解説ですが、
１０時の潜水だけは日本語解説です。
逆にヘッドホンでは英語解説が流れます。
座席は左右にありますが、どちらに座っても、
必ず同じポイントを見せてもらえるので、
気にせずつめて座るようにしましょう。
透明度が良いので午前中の潜水をお勧めします。
魚はもちろん海がめ・エイなども運がよければ、
すぐ近くで見られます。
潜水時間は４０分から５０分程度です。
送迎船から上昇してくる潜水艦を見ることもできます。
これも見ごたえがありました。
乗船前にダイヤモンドヘッドをバックにグループ写真が撮影されます。
これはオプションで台紙つきの写真１枚と、
サービス版より小さい写真が２枚ついて、税込み２０ドルです。
写真は帰りの送迎船で渡され、購入するかどうかを聞かれます。
潜水ツアー終了後に、ハワイで採取されている、
金珊瑚展示施設ツアー無料で参加できます。
このツアーに参加しても、帰りの送迎はちゃんとしてくれます。
アラモアナショッピングセンター・宿泊ホテルまで希望をいえます。
黒珊瑚を使ったアクセサリー購入もできます。
２０分位のツアーといわれますが、
送迎・説明・工場見学を含めると、１時間近くになります。
時間に余裕のない人は参加しないほうがいいと思います。

I participated on Sunday, March 27th. Despite the unfortunate weather, we set sail! At first, we saw the whales from a distance, but they gradually came closer and appeared multiple times, and we even got to see their tails. In the end, there were three whales swimming parallel to the boat! I was amazed and deeply moved. Since there were concerns about the weather and whale sightings, I joined the deluxe course. The meals were worth the price, and we enjoyed the culture with ukulele, hula dancing, and lei-making—my family was very satisfied! However, all the participants in this course were Japanese.

3月27日(日)に参加しました。あいにくの天候でも出航！はじめはちょっと遠目の潮吹きでしたが、だんだん近寄り何度も何度も現れて、尻尾まで見られました。最後には、船と平行して泳ぐ鯨さんが３頭？！！驚くばかりで感動しましたよ。天候と鯨出現の不安があったため、デラックスコースで参加。食事もこの価格なら納得、カルチャーのウクレレやフラダンス＆レイ作りどれも楽しく過ごせて家族は大満足！！でも、このコースの参加者は日本人ばかりでした。

We participated as a family on March 30th (Thursday). Our children are a 7-year-old and a 4-year-old girl. We were really looking forward to touching the dolphins since before our trip. I had heard that the pool water was cold, but it was at a level that didn't bother me. It seemed a bit cold for the kids, though. Currently, Hawaii is experiencing unusual weather, with hardly any days without rain. On this day, it didn't rain while we were in the pool, but it started pouring with thunder before noon. It's been over 40 consecutive days of this. I think those who are sensitive to the cold should be prepared. Still, it's worth participating. Not only the kids but also adults can get really excited. Even those who can't swim can wear life jackets, so there's no need to worry. At first, we touched the dolphins in water that was about waist-deep for adults. After that, we got into the pool with the dolphins. It was truly fun. We also purchased the photos and DVD taken by Sea Life Park. They make for great keepsakes. The price for the photos is $29 (excluding tax) for a set of two. The second set was available for $10 for two photos. The DVD was $39 (excluding tax). They take individual photos of each person. The DVD is filmed as a group, but it's worth purchasing. Visitors can take videos, but only from quite a distance. For families planning a trip to Hawaii, I highly recommend considering participation!

３/３０(木)の初回に家族で参加しました。
子供は７歳と４歳の女の子です。
イルカに触れるとあって、旅行前から期待大。
プールの水が冷たいと聞いていたのですが、
私は気にならない程度のものでした。
子供にはちょっと冷たかったようです。
今ハワイは異常気象で、雨の降らない日はほとんどありません。
この日もプールに入っているときは雨が降りませんでしたが、
１２時前には雷を伴う土砂降りの雨になりました。
連続４０日以上という状態です。
寒さに弱い人は、覚悟が必要だと思います。
それでも参加する価値はありますよ。
子供はもちろんのこと、大人も大興奮できます。
泳げない人でもライフジャケットをつけますので、
心配する必要はありません。
最初は大人の腰程度の深さのところで、イルカにタッチ。
その後はプールの中にはいります。
イルカと一緒になってプールに入れるのです。
本当に楽しいですよ。
シーライフパーク側が撮ってくれる写真・ＤＶＤも購入しました。
とてもよい記念になります。
価格は、写真が２カットセットで２９ドル（税別）。
２組目は２カットセットで１０ドルで購入できました。
ＤＶＤは３９ドル（税別）でした。
写真は１人ずつ撮ってくれます。
ＤＶＤはグループ単位で撮影ですが、購入の価値はあります。
見学者がビデオを撮ることは可能ですが、
かなり遠い位置からとなります。

I heard that Honolulu has been experiencing a lot of rain lately, so I decided to try an event that could be enjoyed even in the rain. On the day of the experience, it rained as expected. And it was quite a heavy rain... But we were able to go ahead with the experience at the scheduled time. We took a boat out to the submarine, and from there we boarded. There were many foreign tourists around, which was a bit confusing, but we descended smoothly. The kids' first impression was "the world of Nemo." I was satisfied to be able to take the kids to a world that can't be experienced in Japan. However, due to the rain, the water was a bit murky, and there was some rocking, so those who are prone to motion sickness should be cautious. I think it's worth experiencing at least once. (Though maybe not a second time...)

最近のホノルルは雨が多いとの情報を得て、雨でも楽しめるイベントをと思い体験しました。当日は予想通り、雨。それもかなりの雨･･･　でも予定通りの時間に体験が出来ました。潜水艦までは船で沖まで行き、そこから乗船です。周りは外国の人が多く、戸惑いもありましたが、順調に潜水。子供達の第一印象は「ニモの世界」。日本では体験出来ない様な世界へ、子供達と行けて、満足。でも雨のため、海中は少し濁り気味、揺れもあり、酔いやすい人は注意が必要です。一度は体験する価値はあると思います。（ただし二回は必要ないかも・・・）

I participated in the dolphin tour, which was the highlight of my trip. The driver was friendly and spoke broken Japanese, but he provided explanations about various places during the ride, making the journey enjoyable. I was able to interact closely with the dolphins, which I usually only see from a distance, and I think it was a wonderful experience. I attended with my 4-year-old child, who was thrilled. However, since we participated in the first session of the day, the water was very cold, which caused my child's excitement to dip for a little while. If you're with small children, it might be better to go after noon when it warms up. The explanations during the tour were also given in Japanese, so it was fine for us, as we don't speak English. After the tour, we had some free time, which allowed us to explore other places, and we were able to have a meal during that time. It was really fun to see not only the dolphins but also other marine animals on this tour. I was surprised by the prices for photos and DVDs taken during the tour, but the opportunity to interact with dolphins, which is hard to experience in Japan, was a valuable experience. I would like to participate in the discovery tour when my child gets older.

今回の旅行で一番の楽しみであったドルフィンツアーに参加してきました。送迎の運転手さんも気さくな方でカタコトの日本語でしたが、パークへ付くまでの間あちこちの説明をしてくれて移動中も楽しい思いをさせていただくことが出来ました。メインのイルカは、いつも遠くから眺めるだけのイルカに間近で触れ合うことが出来、とてもいい体験が出来たと思います。４歳の子供と参加したのですが、大喜びでした。ただ、私たちは朝一番の回に参加したので水がとても冷たくそれで少しの間子供のテンションが下がってしまいました。小さい子供さんと一緒でしたら、お昼以降が暖かくなって良いかもしれません。参加時の説明等も日本語でやってくれましたので、英語が話せない私たちでも大丈夫でした。終わった後、しばらく自由行動があるのでほかの場所の見学も出来よかったと思います。その間に食事も出来ました。このツアーでイルカのみならずほかの海の動物たちも見学することが出来たので本当にたのしかったです。参加時の写真やDVDの価格にはびっくりしてしまいましたが、日本ではなかなか体験することの出来ないイルカとのふれあいは、貴重な体験でした。子供が大きくなったらディスカバリーツアーも参加してみたいです。

I participated with my 5-year-old child. I had swum with dolphins in the Bahamas during my honeymoon, but it was my child's first time. When I asked what the most fun part of our trip to Hawaii was, they immediately replied, "Touching the dolphins!!" The explanation of the dolphins' behavior was thorough and very easy to understand. However, it was a bit disappointing that it was cold and drizzling, and my child was shivering while participating. We keep rewatching the DVD we bought on-site to relive the experience.

５歳の子供と一緒に参加しました。私は新婚旅行の時にバハマでイルカと一緒に泳いだことがあるのですが、子供は初めて。今回のハワイ旅行で一番楽しかったことは？と聞くと「イルカに触ったこと！！」と即答でした。イルカの生態を丁寧に細かいところまで説明してくださり、とても分かりやすかったです。でも、小雨交じりで寒くて、子供がガクガク震えながらの参加だったのがちょっと残念でした。現地で買ったDVDを何度も見返して余韻に浸っています。

Since we used the free children's program, I was wondering if there wouldn't be a seat for my child, but I was grateful that they had prepared one for Alan. The boat didn't sway as much as I expected, and the view of Diamond Head from the boat was amazing! On the submarine, I sat near the cockpit based on other people's recommendations, and I was able to see sea turtles and sharks! On the way back, we even saw whales, which made me very satisfied! It was the best experience...

子供無料プログラムを使用させて頂いた為、子供の席はないのかな？？？と思いながらの参加でしたが、しっかり用意して頂きアランちゃんに感謝でした。船は思った程揺れる事も無く、船から見るダイアモンドヘッドも最高！！潜水艦では他の人の書き込みを参考にコクピット付近に座り、ウミガメ、サメも見れました！！帰りの船ではクジラも見る事が出来て大満足！！最高でした・・・・

On March 5th, I participated with my child. I have been to Hawaii many times, but this was the first time I felt so healed. At first, my child was scared and couldn't touch the dolphins, clinging to me. However, the trainer kindly taught us how to touch them, and my child was able to interact with the dolphins. By the end, my child had completely fallen in love with the dolphins and said, "The dolphin is saying, 'Are you leaving already? I'm sad. Please come back to see me.'" Since that day, my child has been saying they want to go back to Hawaii and become better friends with the dolphins. It's amazing how my once timid child is now trying to take on various challenges—could it be thanks to the dolphins? Dolphins are truly incredible! I also had the chance to interact with them and felt really healed. It lightened my heart, and experiencing it was the most important part. I plan to go back to see the dolphins again in June.

3月5日に子供と一緒に参加しました。今まで、ハワイに何度も行っていますが、こんなに癒されたのは初めてです。子供は最初は恐がっていてイルカに触ることが出来ず私にくっついたいました。でも調教師の方が優しく触り方などを教えてくれ、子供はイルカと触れ合う事が出来ました。最後の方はもうすっかりイルカが大好きになり、｢イルカが『もう帰るの？寂しいな。また会いに来てね。』ていっているよ｣とイルカと会話をした子供でした。この日から子供はまたハワイに行って今度はイルカともっとお友達になるんだ・・と言ってます。凄く恐がりだった子供が今では色んな事にトライしようと頑張っているのはイルカのおかげ？イルカって本当に凄い！です。私も、イルカと触れ合う事が出来、本当に癒されました。心が軽くなったというか、とにかく体験するのが一番。今度は6月にまたイルカに会いに行こうと思います。

On February 13th (Monday), I participated with my family. I was a bit anxious because the pickup location was not at our hotel but at a nearby one, but we were able to meet the person who was there to greet us without any issues. I also took motion sickness medication just in case, but fortunately, I was fine. (We had to take a boat to transfer to 2-3 submarines. It was fine while the boat was moving, but when it stopped for boarding and disembarking, there was some rolling and it did sway. If you're prone to seasickness, it's safer to take motion sickness medication.) Once we entered the ocean in the submarine, it felt like a different world! (The submarine didn't sway at all.) We saw about five sea turtles and also some rays. We were able to see many fish, and both my 7-year-old child and my 70-year-old grandmother were thrilled. By booking through ALAN, children can participate for free, and the adult rates are quite reasonable, making it a great deal. I would love to participate again!

２／１３（月）に家族での参加でした。当日のピックアップ場所は宿泊ホテルではなく、近くのホテルだったため不安でしたが、ちゃんと迎えの人と合流できました。また、船酔いを心配して酔い止め薬も飲んでおいたのですが幸い大丈夫でした。（潜水艦への乗り降りのために船で２~３の潜水艦を経由します。船が動いている間は大丈夫ですが、乗り降りのためにとまるとやはりうねりがあって揺れました。船に弱い方は酔い止めを飲んだ方が無難です。）潜水艦で海の中へ入ると別世界でした！（潜水艦は全く揺れませんでした）ウミガメを５匹ほどみられましたし、エイもいました。他にもたくさんの魚をみることができて、７歳の子供も７０歳の祖母も大喜びでした。ＡＬＡＮで申し込みをすると、子供は無料にしていただけるし、大人の料金も格安でかなりお得です。また、参加したいです！

We participated in Swim Discovery with our family (children aged 7 and 4) in early to mid-February. Since our session started at 9 AM, the water was a bit cold, but thanks to the rash guards and life jackets, we didn't feel too cold during the activity.

We were able to interact with the dolphins more than we expected, and it was such a fun experience, especially with the children's admission being free. This became the best deal and memory of our trip.

However, while we were very satisfied with the activity itself, it was disappointing that with the shuttle service, we had to leave at 1 PM and miss part of the main dolphin show.

2月初～中～旬にスイムディスカバリーに家族（子7才,4才）で参加しました。9時始めの回だったので少し水が冷たかったですが、ラッシュガードとライフジャケットのお陰でアクティビティー中はそんなに寒さは気にならなかったです。
思った以上にイルカと触れあうことができ、こんなに楽しめてさらに子供料金がフリーなんて、今回の旅行一番のお得＆思い出になりました。
ただ、アクティビティー自体は大変満足でしたが、送迎つきだと帰りが13時でメインのイルカショーを途中で退席しなければならなく、とても残念でした。

This was our family's first trip to Hawaii with our 6-year-old daughter. She wanted to play with dolphins, so we signed up for the experience. It's a great deal that kids can participate for free. We were picked up from the hotel around 9:30 for the 1 PM session. I ended up sleeping during the ride, but my husband mentioned that the bus driver provided some sightseeing information.

After arriving, we received a brief explanation of the facility (in Japanese), fed sea turtles, watched sea lion and dolphin shows, and spent time until 1 PM having lunch. When the time came, we returned to the area where we had the initial briefing, watched a video explanation, got our belongings ready, and headed to the pool with the dolphins. From that point on, it was mostly in English. Although I was a bit confused, I followed the actions of those around me. Our family isn't very good at English, but we still had a great time, so I think it was totally fine. During the experience, videos and photos were taken. After changing, we hurried to buy the photos and DVD. Unfortunately, there was a sudden power outage, and we couldn't purchase the DVD. We did buy all the family photos to take home. The facility isn't very large, which I think is just right given the limited time. I believe it created wonderful memories for my daughter!

６歳の娘と家族３人で初のハワイです。ハワイに行ったら、イルカちゃんと遊びたい！という娘の希望で、参加の申し込みをしました。子供が無料になるというのもお得ですよね。13時からの回に参加でしたので、９時半頃にホテルにピックアップ。到着までの間、すっかり眠ってしまった私ですが、バスの運転手の方から何らかの観光案内があったと主人は言っていました。到着後、園内の簡単な説明を受け（日本語）、海ガメに餌付けしたり、アシカやイルカのショーを観覧したり、食事を済ませて13時までの時間を過ごしました。いよいよ時間になったので最初に説明を受けた場所に戻り、ビデオで説明を受け、荷物を整えて、いざイルカちゃんのいるプールへ。そこからはほぼ英語のみです。？マークになりながらも、周りの人の動きを見て行動しました。私たち家族は全く英語が苦手なのですが、それでも楽しめたので、全然ＯＫだと思います。その間、ビデオや写真を撮影されました。着替えを済ませて、急いで写真とＤＶＤを購入に行きました。その時、急に停電になり、ＤＶＤが出来上がらず残念ながら購入を断念しました。写真は家族全員のものを購入して帰りました。園内は広くはないです。限られた時間なので調度いいと思います。娘にとって、いい思い出になったと思います！

I participated with my 6-year-old daughter as a family. We took motion sickness medication beforehand. The boat ride to the submarine was quite rocky, so I was glad I took the medicine since I tend to get motion sickness easily. There were some people who looked like they were struggling. The guide spoke Japanese very well and provided a fun tour with jokes. We saw cute fish, sea turtles, and a sunken ship, and my child was glued to the window. I think it's a tour that adults can enjoy as well. It was a great experience, and I am very satisfied!

６歳の娘を連れて、家族で参加しました。乗り物酔いをあらかじめ飲んでから参加しました。潜水艦までの船もかなり揺れがあったので、元々酔いやすい私は薬を飲んでおいて良かったです。中には辛そうにされている方もいました。ガイドの方は日本語が上手に話せる方だったので、冗談も交えながら楽しい案内をしてくれました。可愛いお魚や、海がめ、沈んだ船など、子供が食い入るように窓を覗いていました。大人も十分に楽しめるツアーだと思います。とてもいい経験が出来て大満足!!

I participated with my children (7 and 5 years old) and my grandmother. It was really cold at 9 AM, especially since it was cloudy... the water was cold too. The kids were shivering, but the locals seemed completely unfazed (as if to say, "This is normal"). Maybe their skin is different? However, according to my kids, the best part of Hawaii was touching the dolphins, so I think it was definitely worth participating. It seems to have left a strong impression on them! I think those going in February should be prepared for the cold!

子供（７歳・５歳）とおばあちゃんと私とで参加しました。朝一番９時、くもりというのもあってすっごく寒かったです・・・水も冷たかった。子供はガタガタ震えるしでも現地の人は平気な顔をしてました（こんなの普通よといった感じ）肌が違うのかな？でも子供に言わせるとハワイで一番楽しかった事はイルカに触れたことらしいので、やっぱり参加してよかったのだと思いました。とっても印象にのこったのかな？！２月に行く人はそれなりの覚悟がいるとおもいますね！

On January 20th, the pool water was cold, but thinking about touching the dolphins made it all worth it!

My mother, 63, and my 5-year-old son, despite wearing life jackets, somehow couldn't stay stable and kept drifting to different spots, which drew some attention.

Although the explanations were in English and I didn't understand anything, I had an amazing time kissing the dolphins, being kissed by them, and touching their bellies—experiences that are unimaginable in Japan.

After changing, we watched the sea lion show and fed the turtles, which was an extra charge.

Instead of shopping in Waikiki, I highly recommend that everyone experience touching dolphins in the pool at least once; it will definitely create wonderful memories.

Since it's located near the coast, the seats at the very back of the sea lion show offered a fantastic view of the ocean.

１/２０の参加で、プールの水は冷たかったけど、イルカに触れると思えば、冷たくてもなんの、その！！です。

母６３歳・息子５歳は、ライフジャケットを着ているにもかかわらず、何故か？安定せずに、一箇所に止まれず、フワフワと、違う場所に移動してしまい、注意をされていました。

英語で説明されるので、全くわかりませんでしたけど、イルカに、キスしたり、キスされたり、お腹を触ったりと、日本では、考えられない素敵な時間を過ごす事ができ、最高でした。

その後着替えて、アシカショーや、亀にエサをあげました。有料ですが。

ワイキキで買い物するよりも、皆さんも一度でいいから、イルカと一緒のプールで触れ合った方が絶対に、楽しい思い出になります。

海岸近くにある為、アシカショーの座席一番後ろは、海が一望できて最高の眺めでした。

The shuttle bus to Hilton Hawaiian Village was comfortable and pleasant. The colors underwater were darker than I expected, but the kids were thrilled. It seems they made great memories with the colorful fish, turtles, and sharks.

On the way back, you can either return directly to the hotel or visit the coral shop. If you go to the coral shop, you can also visit Ala Moana Shopping Center afterward.

ヒルトンハワイアンビレッジまでの送迎バスがアトランティスのバスで気持ちがよかったです。
海の中は思ったよりも色がダークでしたが子供たちは大感激でした。
海の中には色とりどりの魚、亀、サメがいていい思い出ができたようです。

帰りはそのままホテルに帰ることもできますし、サンゴのお店に行くこともできます。
サンゴのお店に行った場合、さらにアラモアナショッピングセンターにもいけるとのことでした。

This was my first time using ALAN. They exceeded my expectations by sending several emails before departure and being punctual for the pickup time. On the day of the trip, I was worried about my child getting seasick and gave them motion sickness medication, but the Atlantic was not too rough, and even the sightseeing boat wasn't that bad, so my child ended up sleeping inside the Atlantic! What a shame... If your child doesn't usually get seasick, it might be better not to give them medication before boarding. However, everyone was very excited to encounter the fish in such an unusual situation.

今回初めてALANを利用しました。出発までに何度かメールを送ってくれたり、ピックアップの時間にも正確だったりと期待以上でした。
当日は船酔いを心配して子供に酔い止めの薬を飲ませたのですが、アトランティック号はもちろんのこと遊覧船もそれ程ひどく揺れなかったので、ナント途中から肝心のアトランティック号の中で眠ってしまいました！サンネン・・・
それ程船酔いの心配のないお子さんであればお薬を飲ませずに乗船したほうがよいかの知れませんね。
でも普段ありえないシチュエーションでの魚たちとの対面に全員大興奮でした。

At the end of January, I arrived in Hawaii and participated in a submarine tour on the second day. My son and I joined the tour, and as scheduled, a staff member picked us up at our hotel and took us to the boarding area by bus. We transferred to a submarine via a sightseeing boat, but the waves were quite rough, and I felt pretty nauseous. However, once we were inside the submarine, it was fine. There was no rocking, so we could quietly enjoy the view. The water was murky, but we encountered many fish and turtles, and my son was so excited, squealing with joy. Before boarding the sightseeing boat, all the tourists had their photos taken. I accidentally closed my eyes, so I didn't want the photo, but they brought it all the way to our seats on the boat. When I mistakenly thought it was free and put it in my bag, they asked for $20. I regretted not being able to say "No, thank you!" clearly.

Still, I think we had a great experience seeing the fish and turtles, something we can't do in Japan.

一月の末、ハワイに到着して二日目のツアーで潜水艦乗船へ参加しました。息子と二人で参加したのですが予約したとおりホテルまでスタッフが迎えに来てくれ、バスで乗船場まで向かいました。遊覧船に乗って潜水艦へ移動するのですが波の揺れがけっこう激しくてかなり気分が悪くなりましたが、潜水艦の中では大丈夫。揺れはないので静かに見る事ができました。海は濁っていましたがたくさんの魚や亀に出会うことができ息子は感動してキャーキャー言っていました。遊覧船に乗る前に観光客のみ全員写真を撮ってくれました。私は目をつぶってしまっていたので欲しくなかったのですが、わざわざ遊覧船の座席まで持ってきてくれすぐどこかへ行ってしまったので無料だと勘違いしてバッグにしまっていたら＄２０くれと言われ払いました。「No　Thankyu!」とはっきり言えていたら良かったのに。。。と後悔でした。
でも魚も亀もよく見れて日本では経験できない体験をすることができたと思っています。

I booked a group tour for the standard package starting at 10:30 on January 29. The weather was fantastic that day, and since the temperature was high, most of the members went up to the rooftop deck to relax and enjoy some drinks while waiting for the whales to appear.

There were frequent announcements from the captain about sightings of spouts in various directions near Diamond Head. We could indeed see spouts in the distance, but we joked that it felt more like "spout watching" than "whale watching."

However, right in front of us at the back of the boat, we spotted a whale swimming just below the surface! Without moving much, this whale showcased its spout, body, and tail for us! Everyone was moved by this experience. We never expected to see them up close like this.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to go during this time of year. It was truly amazing!

１月２９日１０：３０からのスタンダードにグループで申し込んだ。
この日は天気も凄く良く気温も高かった為にメンバーの殆どが屋上デッキに上がり
日光浴がてらアルコールを飲みながらノンビリとクジラの出現を待っていました。
ダイヤモンドヘッド沖辺りからキャプテンのアナウンスで　何時の方角に潮吹きを発見　とのアナウンスが頻繁にでました。
確かに遠くの方に潮が上がっているのが見えるけど、これってホエールウオッチングじゃなくて潮吹きウッチングじゃない　苦笑と悪態ついていました。
が！船尾部分に陣取っていた私たちの目の前、船の際・真下に泳いでいるクジラを発見！！！
場所もさほど移動もせずに、このクジラさんは　潮吹き・胴体・テール全てを披露してくれました！！！
これには全員感動でした。
まさかこれほど間近で見れるなんて思っていませんでした。
この時期に行かれる方達には是非このツアーに参加していただきたいと思います。
いや~本当に良かったー！！！

I participated in the Sea Life Park tour with my son. On the day we arrived, my 4-year-old son was in a bad mood, possibly due to the time difference, and I was worried. However, once he got to touch and kiss a dolphin, he had a big smile on his face. Even though we couldn't speak any English, we were able to communicate, and since we wore swimsuits, we could participate smoothly. The pool was quite deep, but they provided life jackets, so it was fine. The weather was good, but there was also some wind, making it cold, and we ended up shivering even while in the pool. After getting out of the pool, it took about 5 minutes to walk to the changing area, and both my son and I were so cold that we ended up changing in a sunny spot along the way. Since it was seawater, I wanted to take a shower and change, but it was too cold for that. I wouldn't recommend going from the end of January to February. However, the interaction with the dolphins seemed to leave a strong impression on my son.

息子と二人でシーライフパークツアーへ参加しました。到着した当日で時差の関係もあってか始めは４歳の息子の機嫌も悪く不安でしたが、イルカに触ってキスをしてもらったら満面の笑み。全く英語が話せなくても意思疎通でき着替えは水着を着ていったのでスムーズに参加できました。プールはけっこう深いけれどライフジャケットを貸してくれるので大丈夫。ただ天気は良かったけれど風もあって寒くプールの中でもブルブル震えながらの参加となりました。プールから出て着替える場所まで5分くらい歩くのですが息子共々寒くて途中の日向で着替えをしてしまいました。海水なのでシャワーを浴びて着替えをしたかったのですが、寒くてそれどころじゃありません。１月末から２月にかけてはあまりお勧めではないですね。イルカとの触れ合いは息子の心にすごく残ったようです。

I was very satisfied to touch the dolphins. The photos were great too. Afterward, it was fun to leisurely explore the park. The kids were also very happy.

イルカに触れて、とっても満足です。写真も良かったです。終わってからゆっくりパークを回れて楽しかったです。子供たちも大満足でした。

I participated in the event again today, following yesterday. The moment I entered the pool, it was a bit cold, but I was able to experience an interaction with dolphins, which is unimaginable in Japan. It was an exciting time not just for the kids but for the parents as well. This became the best memory of my trip. The park itself felt a bit small, but it was enough for the limited time we had after the attractions.

前日に続いて今日もイベントに参加。プールに入った瞬間はちょっと寒かったけど、日本では考えられないイルカとのふれあいを体験でき、子供のみならず親までも大興奮の時間でした。今回の旅行の中で一番の思い出になりました。パーク自体はこじんまりとした感じでしたが、アトラクション後の限られた時間では十分のものでした。

I always felt like it was an existence that seemed somewhat unreal, but I was able to actually touch them and swim while holding onto a dolphin, feeling its body temperature. I was a bit disappointed that the staff took the photos and sold them... But it became a really great memory!! It seems like they also recorded videos, but the editing was so funny that I don't think many people ended up buying them. The park wasn't that big, but I had a great time.

いつも見ているだけで、なんとなく現実味がない存在でしたが、
実際に触ったり、イルカにつかまって泳いだりして、イルカの体温を感じることができました。
写真はスタッフがとって販売というのがちょっとがっかりでしたが・・・
でもとてもいい思い出になりました！！
写真とビデオ録画もしてくれてるみたいですが、編集が笑えるので買ってる人はほとんどいなかったかなぁ～
園内はそんなに広くなかったけど、楽しめました。

The ship was large, and at first, it was impressive, but I gradually became bored. The whales didn't show themselves much, so I started to feel anxious just looking at the sea. However, after a while, I saw the spout of a whale and caught a glimpse of its tail. I had imagined the photos shown in the activity introduction, so I thought, "Huh? Is that all??" I had ordered a course without meals, so I ended up with nothing to do and just stared blankly.

But on the way back, we were able to see a large group of dolphins jumping near the ship, and the whole boat erupted in cheers!! That was much more moving.

There is a rule that you can't get within 100 meters of the whales, and there's no guarantee that you'll see them, so if you go in too eager from the start, you might be disappointed. Since it's nature, luck plays a part.

I've heard that on some days you can see whales jumping, so if I get the chance, I might consider trying again. I would recommend it for those who can take it easy.

船は大きく、最初は感動するのですが、次第に飽きてしまいました。クジラもなかなか姿を見せてくれずただ海を見ているだけ状態だったので、不安になりましたが、しばらくしてクジラの潮吹きが見え、尾びれが少しみれました。アクティビティ紹介にあるような写真の姿を想像したので、え！？これだけ？？という印象でした。食事なしのコースを頼んだので、めっきりヒマになってしまい。ただぼーっとするだけに。
でも、帰路でイルカの大群が船の近くをぴょんぴょんジャンプする姿を見ることができて船中が大歓声に包まれました！！そっちのほうが感動しましたね。
クジラには100メートル以内には近づいてはダメというルールがあり、尚且つ絶対見れるという保証はないので、最初から張り切って行くと、がっかりしてしまうかもしれません。自然のものですから運があるでしょうし。
日によってはクジラがジャンプする姿もみれるらしいので、機会があったらまたチャレンジしよーかなとは思います。のんびり構えることができる人にはおすすめカモ　？

I participated with my 6-year-old daughter. My daughter, who can't swim, panicked because the pool was deeper than she expected and her feet couldn't touch the bottom, and she clung to me from start to finish... However, putting that aside, she seemed very happy to have touched a dolphin. It was also my first experience, and I was moved to feel what a dolphin's skin is like. However, companions could only take photos from the participant's back, and the system of purchasing DVDs and photos taken by the organizers from the best positions after the event (purchase is optional) felt a bit too commercialized to me... But aside from that, it was a satisfying program.

6歳の娘と二人で参加しました。
泳げない娘は、プールが思ったより深くて足がつかないのと、
水がことのほか冷たいのとでパニックになり、
最初から最後まで私にしがみつきっぱなしでした…。
が、そんなことはさておき、イルカに触れた事はとても嬉しかったようです。
私にとっても初めての体験で、イルカの肌ってこんな感触なんだーと
感動しました。
が、同伴者は参加者の背中からしかカメラ撮影などできず、
主催者がベストポジションから撮影したDVDと写真を
参加後に購入するシステム（購入は自由）は、商業主義に走りすぎていて
どうなのかな…と思いましたが。
それ以外は満足できたプログラムでした。

The children were very happy to be able to interact with the dolphins. There were no issues with the tour transportation. However, the Sea Life Park itself didn't have many other attractions (it's cheaper than Japan's Hakkeijima Sea Paradise), so we found ourselves with some free time. If you're mainly looking to interact with dolphins, I think the satisfaction level would be high.

イルカと触れあえることができて子供たちは大変喜んでました。
ツアーの送迎なども問題ありませんでした。
ただ、シーライフパーク自体は他にあまり見るところもなく（日本の八景島シーパラよりチープ）、時間をもてあましてしまいました。
あくまでイルカとふれあいを求めるだけなら満足度は高いと思います。

We participated in the Atlantis tour with our family of three on a 48-passenger submarine. The underwater scenery was beautiful, and we saw various fish, turtles, and even sharks, which made the kids very happy. The guide, who was a foreigner that had lived in Japan, provided commentary during our 10 AM tour, mixing in some dad jokes, which made it quite entertaining. The boat that took us to the submarine allowed us to enjoy the scenery from the deck, and we got to see the submarine surfacing, which impressed the guests. I highly recommend participating in this experience!

親子３人で４８人乗りのアトランティスに参加しました。海の中はとてもきれいでいろんな魚やカメやサメも見れて子供も大喜びでした。参加した時間帯（１０時スタート）は日本に住んでたことのある外国人の方が解説していて、おやじギャグをまじえながらでけっこう面白かったです。潜水艦まで移動する船もデッキに上がって風景も楽しめたし、潜水艦が浮上してくるのとかも見れて、おおぉ~ってお客さんたちも楽しんでいましたよ。ぜひ、参加してみてくださいお勧めですよ。

This time, I applied for the first time with ALAN. Since the application was only through the internet and email, I was a bit anxious, but the transportation was exactly on time and there were no troubles at all. I checked the voice center's posts in advance and took motion sickness medication, so I didn't get seasick. I was able to see not only many fish but also sea turtles and sharks, which made for great memories. Additionally, the view of Waikiki Beach from the shuttle boat to the submarine was wonderful. I also looked into local agencies, but there were no options for free admission for children, so ALAN's free child policy is greatly appreciated for families. I think I will apply with ALAN again.

今回、初めてALANで申し込みしました。
インターネットとメールだけの申込なので少し不安があったけど、送迎もきっかり時間通りで何のトラブルもありませんでした。
事前にボイスセンターの書き込みをチェックして酔い止めをしっかり飲んだので、船で酔うことも無く、たくさんの魚だけでなく海がめや鮫まで見れて、いい思い出になりました。
また、潜水艦までの送迎ボートからのワイキキビーチの眺めもすばらしかったです。
現地での代理店も調べて見ましたが、子供無料というものはなく、ALANの子供料金無料制度はファミリーにはありがたい限りです。
また、ALANでもう込んでみようと思いました。

I participated in the 11:30 session on January 4th. At the reception, I couldn't understand English and only grasped that I needed to come back at 11:15. After gathering again, we were able to smoothly get to the dolphin area, but as soon as we arrived, we were handed life jackets, and it started! I'm glad I wore my swimsuit! I had heard there would be kisses on the cheek, kisses on the mouth, and handshakes, but there were no handshakes. I was really disappointed! I also wished they had taught us more about the training. I did get to touch the dolphins quite a bit. The water was cold! But it was so much fun! I want to go again!

１/４　１１：３０の回に参加しました。受付では、英語が分からずただ１１：１５に戻って来いというこしか理解できなかった。再度集まってからは、スムーズにイルカの場所まで行けたが着くとすぐライフジャケットを渡され、開始！水着をきていってよかった！頬にキス、口にキス、ヒレに握手と聞いていたのですが、握手はなかった。すごく残念！調教も、もっとしっかり教えてほしかったな～。イルカには結構触れた。水が冷たかったな！でも、すごく楽しかった！また、行きたい！

The weather was nice, and everyone boarded the boat. There were people on the boat holding cards of three different colors. I felt unwell and got seasick, but inside the submarine, there was no rocking, and the children were very happy. Soon, we were able to see sea turtles, sharks, and small rays, which was a bit exciting! When it was over and we came back up, we were told we couldn't leave until the other two groups finished. I felt sick and had to return, and the waiting time was tough, but it seemed everyone else had a great time.

天気もよく、みんなと乗り込みました。船には三色の色のカードを持った人たちが乗り込みました。私は、体調が悪く船酔いしてしまいましたが潜水艦の中は揺れもなく、子供たちは大変喜んでいました。そのうち、海がめ、サメ、小さいエイ、などが見れてちょっと興奮！終わって上に上がると、後の２グループが終わるまで帰れないと言うことでした。私は気分が悪く戻してしまい、待ってる時間はつらかったが皆楽しかったようです。
