Our family of 5 had a great experience with the staff. We were running late because of a parade shutting roads down and we communicated with them effortlessly about the delay. They were so accommodating and understanding - we didn’t arrive until after the boat had left but they shuttled us out on another boat so we didn’t miss the experience. The whole experience was awesome! The sandbar and the snorkeling were really cool. The banana boat and bumper tube was super fun! At one point while on the banana boat we had stopped and just watched a turtle pop its cute head up and swim by. I would definitely do this again.

On the morning of the day, we arrived at the location while listening to our driver Matthew's enjoyable stories (I only understood about half of it, though) in the pleasant weather. We had a sufficient two hours, and we took our time climbing while taking lots of photos. When we reached the top, we saw a rainbow in the distance. I was moved and truly felt that it was worth coming. As we slowly descended and bought souvenirs, I was happy to receive some water. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
