The entertainment was top-notch and the food was delicious. I loved the different portions of entertainment that were designed around the various cultures that came together through history to make Hawaii what it is today. It was exactly the kind of experience and education I was hoping for.

Our tour bus did get stuck in some traffic and was slower due to picking up guests from multiple locations, and while I felt like that luau did their best to hold off on the main event (dinner and show) until we arrived (which I greatly appreciated), we did miss out on getting the full experience listed on the events description (i.e. "Interact up close and personal with your Pacific Island hosts with Hawaiian crafts, hula lessons, coconut husking, fire making, weaving, tattooing, and more. ") So if those activities are important to you, you might want to consider booking private transportation to the luau instead of taking the group shuttle option to make sure you arrive in plenty of time to get the full experience.

Beyond the songs and performances, I was astonished by the quick costume changes and reappearances—this is what Hawaii is all about! After that, I saw an impersonation show featuring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. While their appearances were remarkably similar, I was also impressed by both of their singing and dancing abilities. I definitely want to invite friends to join me the next time I visit Hawaii. Thank you!

My companion boarded for the first time. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset due to the weather, but the live music, food, and the night view of Waikiki were wonderful and felt extraordinary. There were also many newlyweds on board. There was a photo service (limited to Japanese customers?), and we received our pictures in a nice frame. I think it will be a great keepsake.

The dancers were truly professional. The hula dance and singing were both very wonderful. The costumes changed multiple times, which added to the enjoyment. I think those from the generation that knows Elvis and Michael will have a great time. I didn't know much about Elvis, but the older guests seemed to really enjoy it. Michael was a bit taller, but I had a great time with him as well. The fire dance was really surprising. Since it was right in front of me, I could feel the heat of the flames. It was a long time from dinner to the show, but I really enjoyed it.

Just an overall fun experience. From learning about the different cultures to the games and activities to the amazing food! Everything was planned and every worker was helpful and polite. I highly recommend doing the full day event and using it as one of your full vacation days. It was a very long day, but it was well worth it and the food buffet was like nothing I had ever seen before. The best part was the luau completely captivating and well done.

The theater inside the hotel is small, but you can see the entire stage well even from the cheaper seats. It gets crowded before entry, but since it's inside the hotel, you can feel secure. Because it's a small theater, entering and exiting was also smooth.

I regret not having seen such fun entertainment in Hawaii before! The food is delicious, they come to your seat to sing, and there are dance lessons, so you can enjoy yourself thoroughly before the show even starts. The show is, of course, amazing. I chose a plan with a buffet, but I felt like the buffet time was a bit too long, so next time I go, I will skip the buffet. The selection at the buffet was sufficient. After the buffet, the time to move to the show venue and wait for it to start was a bit long, and I got a little bored, but once the show began, it was a lot of fun. There were hula dances, fire dances, Elvis Presley, and Michael Jackson performances, and I was never bored throughout. The singers were skilled, and the dancers were great too. The dancers changed costumes and came out multiple times. I was really impressed watching them. This was my first time seeing a show other than the free hula dance show, and I enjoyed it very much.

We were so disappointed with our Sunset Dinner Cruise this week.
Why oh why, when a company has it just right, do they get greedy and take away the finesse?
Having taken the steak & lobster package last year, we were so looking forward to repeating the experience - but it failed to live up to expectations.
The singer couldn't sing; we had to queue for our starter (only lettuce plated at the table; the lobster was not prepared, we were provided with lobster crackers and a pick (not what we were expecting, dressed in our best clothes); there was no finger bowl or wet wipe; our steaks were cold and the server came so infrequently we did not get to use two of our drinks vouchers.
Shame on you.
