After having dinner, we watched the show.

The dinner started off with a fun atmosphere, thanks to a kind woman dressed in Hawaiian attire who adorned our heads with flower decorations and took photos for us.

To be honest, I participated with the show as the main focus and didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was surprised by how delicious everything was in the buffet! By the fourth day of our trip, I was getting tired of the heavy Hawaiian meats, but I was able to eat heartily. There were various performances during the meal, which made it enjoyable.

After the meal, we had dessert and felt great and full before watching the show. Honestly, I wasn't very familiar with the original material, but there were so many engaging elements that kept it interesting! The cast members were also very enthusiastic, which added to the fun. The highlight was definitely the Michael Jackson performance; despite a slight height difference, he looked just like the real thing! His dancing was incredible, and it felt like I was watching the real Michael. At the end, we took a photo together, and even up close, he looked just like him. I think anyone who knows famous rockers will enjoy this!

旅行の4日目に行ったため、ハワイのお肉てんこ盛り＆味のこってりしたものに飽きて来ていた中、ぱくぱく食べることができました。
食事中もパフォーマンスが色々あって、楽しかったです。

食事の後はデザートを食べて、満腹でいい気分になってからショーを観ます。
正直私が元ネタになっている人をよく知らないということがありましたが、それでも飽きさせない演出が沢山盛り込まれていました！
そしてキャストの方々がサービス精神旺盛でそれもまた面白かったです。
やはり特によかったのはマイケルジャクソンで、少し身長は違えど本人としか見えないぐらいそっくり！
ダンスもバリバリで、本人を見ているような気分でした 笑
最後に一緒に写真を撮ってもらいましたが、近づいてもそっくりです。
有名どころのロッカーを知っていれば、誰でも楽しめると思います！

We participated with four friends. It was a 3-star experience, but the meat and crab were very delicious. The staff was friendly and smiling. We also enjoyed the singing and dancing showtime. The Mai Tai was tasty, and the sunset was perfect. Dinner cruises are definitely great. I recommend it. Since Aloha Tower is far from Waikiki, it's better to include transportation.

Sunset dinner cruise!!
I was really looking forward to it because it's Hawaii.
However...
Unfortunately, it rained (-_-;)
Since I participated in an all-you-can-eat buffet, I really wanted to enjoy watching the sun set into the ocean from the boat rather than focusing on the food.
So I was very disappointed, but I got to see many wonderful dances up close from the dancers, and there were also activities that involved the passengers, which made it a lot of fun.
I would love to go cruising again next time.
I hope the weather is nice then (＾◇＾)

On Friday night, I decided to board the Star of Honolulu because I heard that fireworks would be launched from the Hilton Hotel and could be seen from the sea. First, I was very satisfied with the course meal centered around lobster and steak, along with two complimentary drinks and dessert. After that, there was a show, and I was able to see the fireworks. I arrived a little early at the meeting place, but there were already many people exchanging their vouchers for stickers to wear on their chests. From there, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes by bus to reach the port. I think there were about four or five large buses. Since we participated as a family of three, we ended up at the same table as another family of three. The two people who arrived earlier were seated at a two-person table. In any case, it seems better to arrive early and exchange the voucher for a participation certificate. I wanted to eat lobster, so I signed up for the combo with steak. It was delicious. There were so many people that the second beer took too long to arrive, and it ended up being warm. The show was enjoyable as well. A photographer takes pictures for you, and you can choose to decline after seeing the results. Since the photos turned out so nice, I ended up buying one as a keepsake for $27.

During the sunset moment, we took pictures on the rooftop of the boat, enjoyed a buffet until we were full, and even after the sun went down, we could enjoy a full-fledged show inside the boat! In the end, we all danced together, and it was so much fun that the time flew by! I highly recommend it!

I chose the most reasonable Pacific Star course, and it was plenty of fun! I enjoyed a Mai Tai as a welcome drink, and after having the buffet, I went up to the top deck to enjoy the sunset and night view, then returned to my seat to watch the show. In the end, everyone had a great time as we arrived at the port! I thought it was a good value for under $100. It became a wonderful memory.

On the last day, I splurged on a limousine transfer, a window seat, and the best course available.

First, the limousine transfer coincided with the bus transfer time, making it confusing due to the large crowd! The driver looked like a host, which surprised me, but he turned out to be a nice person once we started talking.

After boarding, we took the elevator to the third floor to take a photo with the captain. Each table had a designated staff member, and we got a cheerful woman. The staff member at the neighboring table explained the dishes and how to eat them in detail, while our server just mentioned the dish names and moved on quickly.

Since there were many opportunities to go outside, I felt that three drinks were too much.

The food was delicious, and the meat was tender. The initial appetizer was served only once and I could only eat one since it didn't come around again. I wished it could be more like a buffet so that we could try all the varieties.

Although it was a large ship, it swayed quite a bit. Since we ate a lot, motion sickness medication is a must!

That day was a Friday, and I was lucky to see the Hilton fireworks.

I was not satisfied that the return limousine left after waiting for the bus. Since we paid a high price, it should have prioritized departure. The inside of the car felt unkempt, and I was a bit disappointed as I had expected a luxurious experience.

On the way back, the Chinese-American driver did not show a single smile. When I asked him to take me to the duty-free shop, he frowned and gestured that it was impossible. He then let a white family who was waiting behind us cut in line, which made me feel he was a poor-quality driver. I think the fare should be set per vehicle rather than per person.

I gave a harsh review hoping for improvements in the future.

まずリムジンの送迎がバスの送迎の時間と同じで人が多すぎて分かりにくい！
運転手は見た目ホストのような人でびっくりしましたが話すと人柄は良かったです。

乗船後はエレベーターで三階に上がり、キャプテンと写真を撮ります。
各テーブル担当がおり、元気な女の人にあたりました。
隣のテーブルの担当は、料理の食べ方や詳細を細かく説明していましたが、私たちの担当は料理名だけ言ってさっさといく感じでした。

途中外に出たりする時間が多いので飲み物は三杯もいらないかなと感じました。

ご飯はお肉も柔らかく美味しかったです。
最初の前菜？つまみみたいなやつは、選べず、一度しか回ってこなかったので一個しか食べれなかったので、ビュッフェみたいにして全種類食べれたらいいのになぁと感じました。

大型船ですが、結構揺れます。
ご飯もたくさん食べるので酔い止めは必須！

この日は金曜日でヒルトンの花火があったので見れてラッキーでした。

帰りのリムジンがまたバスを待って後に出発というのが納得いかなかったです。
高いお金を払っているのだから、最優先で出発するべきだし、車の中も手入れがされてない感じで、ラグジュアリー感を期待していただけに少しがっかりしました。

帰りは、中国系アメリカ人のおじさん運転手が、笑顔一つ見せず、行き先を免税店にしてほしいと言うと、しかめ面をして『無理だ知らない』というジェスチャーをして、後ろに並んでいた白人家族を順番抜かしで乗せていき質が悪い運転手だなと感じました。
料金も人数分とるのではなく1台何ドルという設定じゃないとおかしいと思います。

今後改良されることを期待して辛口評価にしました。

We started our meal 30 minutes before departure. After that, we went to the deck to watch the sunset. Then the show began. The two and a half hours flew by. Since it was the last day and I had enjoyed everything up to that point, I thought about canceling on-site, but I'm glad I participated. There wasn't much meat, but it was okay. The crab wasn't anything special.

We had a wonderful time. Staff were great, always smiling with a great sense of humor. Lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Time flew by (in a good way). Performances (especially fire knife dance) were entertaining; they kept the audience involved. Arrive early (4:30pm) to avoid the long lines to get in and the activities once inside.

It was my first time in Hawaii, so I decided to participate. I was surprised that the Star of Honolulu was smaller than it looked in the pictures. We were crammed together and had an awkward atmosphere while eating at shared tables. After finishing our meal, we could freely get up and take photos by the window or go out on the deck. The sunset and night view from the ship were beautiful. Many people didn't return to their seats until the end.

The crab on the one-star menu was delicious, but the steak was tough. Since everything was served on the same plate, it was a bit difficult to eat. I regretted not choosing the course meal.

The crew members were all very nice. The show was also impressive. But I think once is enough for this experience...

コース料理にすればよかったなと後悔。

I participated in the 5-star cruise for my honeymoon. I was torn between the 3-star and 5-star options, but I wanted to enjoy a calm atmosphere while watching the sunset, so I chose the 5-star. There was also a photo opportunity with the captain, and I enjoyed hula dancing and Hawaiian cocktails.

Since I get motion sickness easily, I took some medication before boarding, but it was a bit rocky that day due to strong winds, and I regretted not being able to enjoy the meal fully. I wanted to feel the breeze, but I felt it would be rude to leave my seat during the course.

The main course coincided perfectly with the sunset, and I was torn between wanting to see it outside and feeling it might be inappropriate. Many people went outside, so I wished they would announce the sunset and ask if we wanted to step outside or continue with the course.

I got used to the motion sickness after about an hour, and I really enjoyed the post-meal cocktails and jazz. Around that time, I could hear very lively voices from the lower deck, so I was glad I chose the 5-star option. キャプテンとの写真撮影もあり、フラダンスやハワイアンカクテルなども楽しめました。
乗り物酔いが激しいので酔い止めを飲んでから乗船したのですが、当日は風が強かったのか揺れもそこそこあり、食事を楽しめなかったのが悔やまれます…
風にあたりたかったのですが、コースの途中で離席するのもなんですし。
メインのお料理とサンセットがちょうど重なる時間で、外で見たい気持ちとお行儀悪いかな･･･と思う気持ちが。
結構外に出られる方もいらっしゃいましたので、サンセットのアナウンスをしてほしかったのと、外に出るかコースを続けるか聞いてくれたらいいのになと思いました。
酔いには1時間くらいで慣れ、食後のカクテルやジャズはとても楽しめました☆
その時間くらいになると下の階から時々ものすごく盛り上がっている声が聞こえてきたので、私としてはやはり５スターにしてよかったです。乗り物酔いはありましたが全体的にはとても楽しめましたし、サンセットも素晴らしく大満足です。
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。
