This time, I participated with a friend. It was a course without transportation, but we paired it with a limousine, so we arrived at the location without any issues. The boat was new and beautiful, and above all, the ride was so comfortable!!! The staff also made it fun and lively, and I was very satisfied!

今回、友達と二人で参加させていただきました。送迎無しのコースでしたが、リムジンとセットにしたので現地まで問題無く到着できました。船は新しく綺麗だし、何より乗り心地の気持ち良かった事！！！スタッフの方も、楽しく盛り上げてくださったし、大満足です！

I participated in the sunset cruise on June 13. This time, I traveled alone as a woman. Since I would be returning late, I opted for the limousine liner package. I had a great time in an environment that was completely safe for solo female travelers.

My watch was set an hour ahead, so I checked in an hour early, but the captain was very considerate and showed me around the ship. Because of that, I was excited from the moment we set sail!

Unfortunately, the wind was too strong that day, and the ship was splashing through the waves as we headed out to sea. (It’s more stable than regular boats, so even those who are sensitive to motion sickness should be fine.) If you don’t want to get wet, the staff will point out dry spots, so just follow their instructions. I enjoyed myself thoroughly, though… (laughs) Once we got further out, the waves calmed down, and we turned off the engine. While taking in the view of Honolulu, I relaxed with a wrap sandwich and a cocktail, listening to various stories from the captain.

As the sun began to set, the surface of the water gradually glowed orange, and when I gently held my hand over it, it felt like wearing a huge diamond ring. That sight is something I hope everyone can see with their own eyes, rather than just in photos.

After the sun had completely set, we returned to the harbor while enjoying the lights of Honolulu, feeling a bit reluctant to leave.

The meal was light, but just seeing the scenery filled me up, and I couldn’t eat much, which seemed to be the case for other guests as well. Drinks were free for up to two cups, but the cups were large enough that one was plenty. If you want to try different flavors, it might be nice to share with a friend.

Everyone else was a couple, so I imagine they created wonderful memories in their own special spots. You can even have a Titanic-like experience! (The view is even more stunning than in Titanic.) The restrooms were very clean. Even if there are children who need diaper changes, it’s no problem. Hand soap and paper towels were also provided.

As for me, I had a lot of fun singing and joking around with the captain and the co-captain while enjoying the scenery. And guess what? I even got to try steering the ship! I’ll say it again, I’m a woman… The captain seems to understand a little Japanese, so I don’t think language will be a problem for those who aren’t confident in their English.

６月１３日サンセットに参加しました。
今回は女性一人旅です。
帰りが遅くなるので、リムジンライナーとセットで。
女性一人旅でも全く問題ない環境で楽しめました。

私の時計が１時間進んでいたため、１時間早いチェックインでしたが
キャプテン（船長）がとても気を遣ってくれ船内を案内してくれました。
そのため、出航前から私はドキドキしっぱなし！

あいにく、この日は風が強すぎたせいもあり
船体は水しぶきを浴びながらどんどん沖へ。
（普通の船よりも安定感があるので、船に弱い人でも問題無いです）
水に濡れるのが嫌な方は、スタッフが濡れないポイントを教えてくれるので
その指示に従えば良いと思います。
私は思いっきり楽しませて頂きましたが…（苦笑）
沖へ出ると波も穏やかになり、エンジンを切り、
ホノルルを一望しながら、
のんびりラップサンドとカクテルを片手にキャプテンから色んな話を聞けました。

日が沈んでくると、海面は徐々にオレンジ色に輝き
そっと手をかざすとまるで大きなダイヤモンドの指輪をしているかのよう。
あの光景だけは写真ではなく、みなさんの目で確かめて頂きたいと思います。

すっかり日が沈んだあとは、ホノルルの明かりを楽しみながら
後ろ髪引かれる思いで帰港です。

食事は軽めですが、私は景色を見ただけで胸がいっぱいになり
あまり食べれませんでしたが、他のお客様も同じ様子でした。
飲み物も、２杯まで無料でしたが
カップが大きいので１杯で十分な位。
色んな味を楽しみたい方はお友達とシエアしても良いかと。

私以外は皆さんカップルでしたので
思い思いの場所で素敵な想い出を作られた事だと思います。
タイタニックのような体験もできます！
（タイタニックよりも景色は素晴らしいです）
お手洗いもとても清潔です。
おむつ交換が必要なお子様がいても、大丈夫。
ハンドソープ＆ペーパータオルも完備。

私は？と言うと、キャプテンとサブキャプテンと共に
景色を楽しみながら歌を歌ったり、冗談を言い合ったりと
とても楽しかったです。
なんと、操縦体験も！？
繰り返すようですが、私は女性です。。。
キャプテンはほんの少し日本語がわかるようですので
英語が苦手な方でも全く問題ないと思います。

Cruising on a catamaran that glides over the waves is truly refreshing! Standing on the deck and feeling the sea breeze all over is incredibly pleasant, offering a different sensation than just being blown by the wind on the beach. The view of Waikiki Beach from the ocean is exceptional as well. My hotel room had an ocean view, and it was deeply moving to think that I was part of the scenery I was gazing at from my room. The sunset time, dyed in orange, is simply romantic! Couples were all holding hands, lost in the moment. I tried a cocktail recommended by the bartender called High Tide, which had just the right alcohol content for drinking on the boat and was delicious. As for the food, I expected the snacks on the boat to be dry or damp, but the pasta salad, spring rolls, wraps, and cookies all exceeded my expectations. I was able to create wonderful travel memories.

波の上をすべるように進むカタマランクルージングは爽快そのもの！
デッキに立ち、全身で受ける海風は本当に気持ちが良く、
ビーチで風に吹かれるのとはまた違った感覚を味わえます。
沖から見るワイキキビーチというのもまた格別です。
滞在していたホテルの部屋がオーシャンビューだったのですが、
部屋から眺めていた景色の中にいるのかと思うととても感慨深いものがありました。
オレンジに染まるサンセットタイムはとにかくロマンチック！
カップルはみんな手を取り合ってウットリしていました。
バーテンダーのお兄さんにオススメされたハイタイドとかいう名前のカクテルを飲みましたが、
船の上で飲むのに適度なアルコール度で美味しかったです。
食事のほうは船の上のスナックということで、
パサパサしているかもしくは湿気たりしているんだろうなぁと思いきや、
パスタサラダ、春巻、ラップ、クッキーなどどれも合格点クリア。
ステキな旅の思い出が作れました。

Thank you so much, Alan-chan, for allowing us to participate in the best tour. I am incredibly impressed to have experienced such a wonderful tour at an amazing price. We participated on June 7th with two people. Initially, we were scheduled for the 10th, but we received a message from Japan saying that the day had suddenly become fully booked, so we had to change the date right before our departure on the 7th, which was the day we arrived in Hawaii. After checking into the hotel and unpacking our bags, we set off. To our surprise, it included two drinks (alcohol allowed) and light snacks for an incredible price of $7.77. We participated in this campaign, but even at the regular price, the stunning scenery and scale were more than worth it. I was a bit worried about what kind of boat and tour it would be, but I was fortunate to meet other participants and had a great time. However, my friend who joined us got seasick shortly after departure, possibly due to fatigue from the flight and hunger after drinking an unfamiliar cocktail! But aside from the two of us, everyone else was a foreigner, with only two Japanese residents in Hawaii. I was a bit anxious about what to do, but everyone was friendly, and the ship's captains were really nice! Moreover, it turned out that after the sunset cruise, I joined a wedding party of a Japanese girl living in Hawaii! I got to participate in the after-party and the third party as well. It was a unique experience that I wouldn't normally have, and I made new friends, which was fun. I would love to participate again. By the way, even though I can only speak broken English, everyone made an effort to listen and communicate with me (laughs).

アランちゃん。最高のツアーに参加させてくれてどうも有難う。
凄く破格の価格にてこんな素晴らしいツアーを体験させて頂いてとてもとても感激してます。今回６月７日に２人で参加させて頂きました。当初は１０日の予定がその日はいきなり貸切になったと言うことで日にちは変更して下さいと日本に連絡を頂き７日に出発直前に変更。私達がハワイ到着のその日になりました。さぁ、ホテルチェックイン後荷物を片付けしばらくしてから出発。なんと２ドリンク付きで（アルコールＯＫ)に軽食付きでなんと破格の＄７．７７。今回はキャンペーンで
参加させて頂きましたが普通の値段でも十分と言う位の素晴らしい景色にスケールの凄さ。まじめはどんな船でどんなツアーか少し心配でしたが参加した他のメンバーにも恵まれ大変エンジョイしました。ですが、一緒に参加した友達は飛行機の疲れや空腹で慣れないカクテルを飲んだ性なのか出発してしばらくして船酔いに襲われてしまって！しかし、私達２人以外ハワイ在住の人（日本人２人）以外は皆外人。どうしようか【汗】と思いましたが皆さんフレンドリーで船のキャプテン達も凄く良くしてくれて！そしてなんと私はサンセットクルーズの後もその日ハワイ在住の日本の女の子の結婚式のパーティーとしてクルーズしてたみたいで！
その２次会、３次会と御一緒させて頂いちゃいました。とても普通では体験出来ないし友達も出来るし楽しかったです。又参加したいです。
ちなみに私は片言の英語しか話せないのに皆さん一生懸命に話を聞いてコミュニケーションを取ってくれたのです（笑）

I’m not great on boats, but I trusted the words “catamarans don’t rock” and decided to join.

It was truly comfortable to the point where I wanted to list all the compliments: it doesn’t rock, the breeze feels nice, there’s no engine noise so it’s quiet, the boat is beautiful, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

The boat was larger than I expected, with:
- The netted area at the front of the boat (a bit scary but comfortable)
- Box-type tables with seats located at the bottom of the stairs
- Well-ventilated seats on both sides of the first floor

Each area has a different vibe and way to enjoy, so if you explore a little, you can have multiple times the fun.

As for the food, I thought it would be light snacks, but it was quite substantial (I participated in the sunset cruise), delicious, and I had planned to have dinner after getting off the boat, but the meal here was more than satisfying. The drink bar was also great, with cheerful staff who made it so easy to order multiple times, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

I definitely want to participate again.

船に弱い私ですが、「カタマランは揺れないよ」という言葉を信じ、参加しました。

本当に、揺れない・風が気持ちいい・エンジン音がしないので静か・船がきれい・雰囲気抜群と、あらゆる褒め言葉を並べたくなるくらい快適でした。

船は思ったより広く、
　船の先頭の網のはってある部分（ここが、ちょっと怖いけど快適）
　階段を下りたところにあるボックスタイプのテーブルもついたシート
　一階の両脇にある風通しのよいシート
と、それぞれ雰囲気も、楽しみ方も違うので、少しずつまわっていけば、何倍も楽しめます。

食事の方は、軽食かと思っていたら、なかなか立派（私が参加したのはサンセットクルーズです）で、おいしく、夕飯は船を降りてからと思っていましたが、ここの食事で十分過ぎるほど満足のいくものでした。
ドリンクバーも、明るいスタッフが対応してくれ、ついつい何度もオーダーしちゃいそうになるくらい、気軽で、雰囲気がよかったです。

ぜひとも、もう一度参加したいです。

This was my first time participating in a hula dance event during my fifth trip to Hawaii. It was different from what I had seen before. I was satisfied with the scale of 10 to 15 people, and the performance was powerful enough to change my previous impressions. However, I have a painful memory of dropping my ticket for the show during dinner, and my lack of English skills made me lose my appetite.

　五回目のハワイで始めて参加させてもらいました。同種のとは言えないのが今まで見てきたフラダンスでした。10～15人規模で満足していた思いの内を、改めさせるに十分な迫力で満足しました。ただ食事中にショーへのチケットを落としてしまい、英語の未熟さが食欲を無くしていたのが痛い思い出として残りました。

I participated in a sunset sailing trip. Until now, I had experience with relatively large dinner cruises, but this was completely different. It seemed that they used the engine until we got out to sea, but once we were out, we sailed on the strong trade winds unique to Hawaii. The feeling of cutting through the wind and waves was exhilarating. The word "sea breeze" naturally came to mind! This catamaran yacht was brand new, having just been launched this year, and it was really shiny. The meal was a buffet style with a limited selection, but each dish was truly delicious. I might have enjoyed it even more because I wasn't expecting much. Above all, the cool crew members really livened up the deck. The captain, believe it or not, spoke Japanese! At first, I was a bit nervous since everyone else was American, but when the captain suddenly spoke to us in Japanese, all my tension disappeared. Sailing in the marine blue waters of Hawaii, with views of Waikiki and Diamond Head, was amazing. Watching the sunset from the same height as the horizon of the catamaran, the cheerful crew, and lying on the deck with my head empty while gazing at the bright blue sky—everything was just perfect!!!

サンセットセーリングに参加しました。これまで比較的大き目の船のディナークルーズの経験はありましたが、全く別物ですね。これは。沖に出るまでは、エンジンを使っていたようですが、沖に出るとハワイ特有の強い貿易風（トレードウィンド）にのってのヨットセーリング。風と波をきる感触は爽快の一言。頭にシーブリーズ！て単語が自然に浮かびました。このカタマラン型ヨットは今年、浸水したばかりでほんとピカピカでした。食事はビュッフェスタイルの料理で品数は少ないですが一つ一つがほんとおいしかったです。期待していなかったので余計おいしく感じたのかも知れませんが。何と行ってもデッキを盛り上げてくれたのはかっこいいクルーのお兄さんたち。キャプテンはなんと！日本語しゃっべていました。私たち以外はアメリカ人の方ばかりで、最初少し緊張したのですが、キャプテンがいきなり日本語で話しかけてきたので、いっぺんに緊張吹き飛びました。ハワイのマリンブルーの海でのセーリング、ワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドも一望できました。カタマランの水平線と同じ高さから見るサンセット、陽気なクルーのお兄さん、デッキの上に寝転がって頭真っ白にして見た真っ青な空、全部最高！！！

I was someone who thought yachts were more for looking at than riding, but I decided to join because it was introduced on ALAN1.net and the price wasn't too high. It turned out to be a series of pleasant surprises! First of all, the Makani was new and shiny both inside and out! It was big! The crew was friendly! (I thought sailors would be intimidating.) The ride was smooth and quiet! (I expected to be bouncing over the waves.) The drinks and food were delicious! (Well, maybe it was the taste brought out by the air and scenery.) The views were beautiful, the sea was a lovely blue, and both the sunset and night view were stunning. The wind was just right and refreshing. The duration was perfect (I thought I might get bored). No, it was unexpectedly great. I wanted to ride again, but... This is my first post, so I'm a bit embarrassed about the messy writing.

ヨットは乗るものではなく見るものだぐらいなじみのない私でしたが、ALAN1.netで紹介されていて金額的に高くないのでなんとなく参加してみました。うれしい誤算？の連続でした。まずは、マカニ号は新しくて中も外もピカピカ！大きい！乗員が愛想がいい！（海の男は怖いのかと思っていた）乗り心地が滑るように静かでスムーズ！（波を乗り越えて行くのかと思っていた）。飲み物、食べ物が美味しい！（まあ空気と景色のなせる味かも）。景色が綺麗、海が青くて綺麗、夕焼けも夜景も綺麗。風が適度で爽やか。時間が適当（飽きるのかと思った）。いや、いや予想外に良かった。もう一度乗りたかったけれど、、、。初書き込みなのに乱文でちょっとはずかしい。

This time, I participated in the sunset cruise. I have been on various boats in the past, but the best part of this cruise was how close we were to the sea! You can really feel the surface of the water and the waves right there. The boat has seats, but at the front, there’s just a sturdy net stretched out, and you can see the water below you from there, allowing you to sit directly on it. At first, it’s a bit scary, but once you get used to it, it feels really nice, and I highly recommend it. However, be careful if you sit at the very front, as you might get splashed by the waves (^^).

I usually get seasick, but I didn’t feel any motion sickness at all on this open, breezy cruise.

For those who will participate in the future, here’s some information:
- You board the boat directly from the sandy beach, so your feet will get wet. It’s better to wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
- It can be hot when the sun is out, but it gets chilly on the way back. I think it’s a good idea to bring a long-sleeve shirt.
- On the way back, there’s a place to wash your feet before entering the hotel from the beach. Having a towel is convenient.
- As for the restroom... it takes some courage to use it. The restroom door is a bit see-through, so I think it’s better for women to assume there isn’t one.
- Alcohol is served, so you’ll be asked to show something that proves your age before boarding. It might be handy to bring a copy of your passport.

今回はサンセットクルーズの方に参加しました。
クルーズは、過去にも大小とりどりの船に乗ったことがありますが、このクルーズでの一番のよかったところは「海が近い！」。海面と波がすぐそこに感じられます。船にはいすはありますが、前の方には、床というか底というか、丈夫な網が張られただけで、見下ろすと海面が見える場所があり、そこに直接座れるようになっています。最初は怖いですが、これが慣れるとかなり気持ちがよく、お薦めです。但し、本当に前の方に座ると、波を直接浴びることもありますのでご用心ください（＾＾）。
私は、船には弱い方ですが、この開放感あふれ、風が気持ちのよいクルーズでは全く船酔いしませんでした。

今後参加される方のための情報として、
・船に乗るのは砂浜から直接乗りますので、足が水につかります。
　ぬれてもいい靴を履いていった方がいいです。
・日が出ているときは暑いですが、帰りは冷えます。長袖は持参した方がいいと思います。
・帰り、浜辺からホテルの中に入る際に、足を洗う場所があります。タオル１枚あると便利です。
・トイレ。。。ここに入るには勇気がいります。トイレのドアは少々透けていますので、女性の方はトイレはないものと思っていた方がいいと思います。
・アルコールが出るので、乗船前に年齢がわかるものを見せるよう言われます。
　パスポートのコピーとか持っていくと、便利かもしれません。

Yesterday, I had my first experience sailing. I wanted to write about it while the excitement was still fresh.

First, I handed my voucher to the blonde lady at the reception and checked in smoothly. This lady was quite beautiful, I must say. Since we were departing from the beach, beach sandals are better than regular shoes. By the way, I made the mistake of wearing regular shoes... (^｡^;) I heard there were 48 participants today, and I thought, "Wait, can 48 people fit on this?" But surprisingly, there was plenty of room, and it felt like we could still fit more.

The instructor was very energetic, and with some drinks involved, the atmosphere was really lively. It's amazing how the boat moves just with the wind. Seeing Oahu from the sea is not bad at all, especially with the nice breeze.

It seems like not many Japanese people know about this, but it's a hidden gem. If you're looking for a place without many Japanese people, this is definitely an option. Of course, I think you can still have a great time even if there are Japanese people around.

Also, I really want you to try the restroom! The restroom is truly amazing. You'll understand once you go in.

The price is really reasonable, and I highly recommend it!

昨日、セーリング初体験しました。
興奮冷めないうちに　書き込みしてみました。

まずは受付の金髪のお姉さんにバウチャーを渡し、すんなりチェックイン
このお姉さんはかなり美人！！だとおもわれます。
海岸から出発なので、普通の靴よりはビーチサンダルのが
よいですね。ちなみに自分は普通の靴で失敗したのですが。。(^｡^;)
今日の参加人数は４８人と聞き　「え？？４８人乗れるの？」
とおもったのですが、ところがどっこい余裕で乗れまだ乗れるじゃないか
って感じでした。
インストラクターもテンション高く、酒も入ってきてかなり盛り上がりました。
風だけで船って動くもんなんすね。。
オアフ島を海から見るってのも悪くないです。しかも風が気持ちいいんです。

日本人にはあまり知られてないみたいですけど
これは穴ですよ。。日本人いないとこ選ぶならここは選択肢の一つです。
もちろん日本人がいても同様に楽しめるとおもいますけどね~

あとは是非トイレに挑戦してもらいたい！！
トイレはほんとすごいんです。　入ってみたらわかります。。

ほんと値段も安いしお勧めですよ！！

I participated in a sunset sailing tour. It was my first time on a yacht tour in Hawaii, and it felt absolutely amazing. First, I arrived at the Outrigger Beach Hotel and checked in, which simply involved going to the far end of the hotel beach and handing my voucher to the lady sitting in front of the yacht. Since I arrived early, I relaxed on the beach while waiting. At first, there was no one else around, but as the departure time approached, people started to gather. I think there were about 40 people, but there were no other Japanese besides us. It seems that while dinner cruises are popular among Japanese people, casual sailing like this is still not widely known. Until I found this tour through Alan, I had no idea such a tour existed.

It seemed that we used the engine to get out to sea, but once we were offshore, there was a good breeze, and we enjoyed sailing purely with the natural wind without using the engine at all. The color of the sea was a deep marine blue, quite different from the beach (is it called grand blue?). It was a bit chilly, but the feeling of cutting through the wind and waves was incredibly pleasant. I felt a little tipsy from the cocktails, surrounded by a lively group of cheerful Americans, a couple who were just gazing at each other without looking at the beautiful scenery or sunset from the beginning to the end of the sailing, and a cool crew member. It was the best moment spent with the sunset sinking into the Hawaiian sea.

サンセットセーリングに参加しました。ハワイでヨット型のツアー初参加でしたが、最高に気持ち良かったです。まず、アウトリガービーチホテルに着きチェックイン、と言っても、ホテルの一番奥のビーチに行き、ヨットの前に座っているお姉さんにバウチャーを渡しただけ。早めに着いたのでビーチでのんびり待っていると、最初は他には誰もいなかったのですが、出発の時間が近づくと、ぞくぞくと人が集まりました。40人はいたと思いますが、私たち以外に日本人はいませんでした。どうやら、日本人の間では、ディナークルーズはメジャーなようですが、こういうカジュアルなセーリングはまだまだ知られていないようです。私も今回アランさんでこのツアーを見つけるまで、こんなツアーがあるとは知りませんでした。

ビーチから沖に出るまではエンジンを使っていたようですが、沖に出ると、ビーチとはうってかわって十分な風が吹いていて、全くエンジンを使わず自然の風によるセーリングが楽しめました。海の色はビーチとは違う深いマリンブルー（グランブルーというのでしょうか）。少し肌寒かったですが、風と波をきる感触は最高に気持ち良かったです。カクテルで少しほろ酔い気分になり、ノリノリの陽気なアメリカ人グループ、映画のワンシーンのようにセーリングの最初から最後まで景色も夕陽も全く見ず、ただ見つめあっているだけのカップル、かっこいいクルーのお兄さん、そして、ハワイの海に沈んでいく夕陽とともに過ごした最高のひと時でした。

This was a show that I think is worth seeing! Unfortunately, the sightseeing in the center was canceled due to the rain. However, the guide was a student from Okinawa, and she kindly explained various things, making it easy for older participants to join comfortably.

I participated in the deluxe course this time, but there wasn't much time to enjoy the meal, and it wasn't necessary to sit in the front row for the post-meal show, so I felt that if I participate again, the most basic course would be sufficient.

Overall, I think it's an interesting attraction that gives insight into Polynesian culture. Especially for those visiting Hawaii for the first time, I think it's perfect.

これは見て損はない！と思うショーでした。
センター内の観光は、あいにくの雨でキャンセルばかりでした。でも案内の女性が沖縄からの留学生で、丁寧にいろいろと説明してくださり年をとった者にも安心して参加できました。
今回はデラックスのコースで参加しましたが、食事もゆっくりと食べる時間もないし、食後のショーもそんなに前列で見る必要もないので、もし次回さんかするなら一番ベーシックなコースでも十分だと感じました。
全体的に、ポリネシアの文化がわかる興味深いアトラクションだと思います。
特に、初めてハワイに行かれる方には打ってつけだと思います。

This center is operated by 70% university students. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations. However, expectations can often be surpassed, and I was moved by the powerful show. The performers looked like they were having so much fun dancing that we, as the audience, naturally got drawn in as well. Before I knew it, the entire venue felt united, with applause, cheers, and laughter from the audience creating a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend this show. Next time, I want to explore the center at a more leisurely pace.

従業員の7割が大学生で運営されているというこのｾﾝﾀｰ。
正直あまり期待はしていませんでした。
いやー期待というのは裏切られるもので
大迫力のｼｮｰに感動しました。なんと言っても踊っている本人達が
あまりに楽しそうに踊るので見ている自分達も自然と引き込まれて
いくような感じです。気が付けば会場内は一体化していて
観客からは手拍子に拍手に笑い声と大盛り上がりでした。
とにかくこのｼｮｰはお勧めです。
今度はゆっくりセンター内を探索したいと思います。

First of all, I would like to apologize... We participated with nine people, but two of them were late due to shopping. However, the staff and the driver were very kind, reassuring us with "It's okay!" while we kept apologizing. Although we caused some inconvenience, we were able to participate safely.

The student staff on-site were incredibly friendly and provided continuous interpretation at each location, which was very helpful since we had children with us. We were guided by the students to recommended spots and participated in the SHOW, making it a truly fulfilling experience. This was my second time at the Polynesian Cultural Center, and I enjoyed it much more than the last time.

I was actually quite anxious because it was cheaper than the options offered by Japanese travel agencies, but there was no need for concern! We were able to have a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

まずは　お詫びから・・・９人で参加したのですが　２名がショッピングで時間に遅れてしまいました。しかし、スタッフはじめ　運転手の方がとても素敵な方で　こちらがお詫びを繰り返すのに対して　大丈夫ですよ！と　安心をいただきました。ご迷惑をおかけしましたが　無事参加することができました。
現地での　学生スタッフもすごく親切で　各場所での通訳をずーとしてくれて　子どもも参加していたので　とても助かりました。
学生さんおすすめに案内していただき　ＳＨＯＷにも参加し　本当に充実していました。ポリネシア文化センターは　２回目でしたが　前回よりすごく楽しめました。　日本の旅行会社のオプションより安かったので　実はすごく不安でしたがなんの心配もいりませんでした！

For this tour, you must confirm your reservation by phone after arriving in Hawaii, so it’s a good idea to check how to make the call. The staff speaks Japanese, so you’ll be fine. I printed an extra copy of the voucher just in case.

The meeting time was about 10 to 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, as we picked up participants from about five hotels, and everyone was called out and hurriedly came out. It seems they arrived early due to the distance to the Polynesian Cultural Center and the traffic congestion. I recommend arriving with some extra time to spare.

The guide was very kind and asked if the air conditioning was too strong for us, and usually, after arriving, people go straight to eat or to souvenir shops, but since we arrived early, he informed us that we could take a canoe tour around the villages. I had given up on the canoe due to time constraints, so it was very lucky for us.

The meal was a standard buffet with about 25 menu items and around 7 drink options, and it was tastier than I expected. My wife was happy because there was cake.

The highlight of the show was definitely the fire dance! I was worried that the costumes might catch fire. Our seats were towards the back, but we enjoyed it enough. The hula dances were mostly slow, so I think it would have been more impressive if there were some more vigorous performances. The lady next to me seemed tired; she was awake before and during the breaks, but as soon as the show started, she fell asleep. Since it’s a night show, I think it’s good to plan considering your energy levels.

このツアーはハワイに着いてから必ず電話で予約の確認を行わないといけないので電話のかけかたを確認しておくと良いと思います。先方は日本語が通じるので大丈夫です。バウチャーも念のため予備を印刷していきました。
集合時間は予定よりも10～15分程度早かったので5箇所くらいホテルで参加者を拾っていくのですが、みんな電話で呼び出され慌てて出てきていました。ポリネシアン文化センターが遠いのと交通渋滞に重なるため早めに来ているようです。余裕を持って集合することをおすすめします。
ガイドさんはとても親切でハワイで初めてクーラーがききすぎていないかを訊ねてくれ、また到着後は普通はそのまま食事やお土産店に行くようですが、早めに着いたので各ビレッジをまわるカヌーに乗れることを教えてくれました。カヌーは時間的にも無理だとあきらめていたのでとてもラッキーでした。
食事はスタンダードのビュッフェでメニューが約25種類、飲物も7種類ほどあり思っていたよりも美味しかったです。妻はケーキがあったので喜んでいました。
ショーの見所は何といってもファイアーダンスでした！衣装に燃え移るのではないかとハラハラでした。席は後ろの方でしたが十分楽しめました。フラダンスはスローなものばかりだったので激しいものもあるとより見応えがあったと思います。隣のご婦人は疲れていたのでしょう、開始前や休憩には起きていましたが、ショーが始まるととたんに寝ていました。夜のショーなので余力を考慮してプランをたてると良いと思います。

I participated in the Twilight Tour. The older female guide on the way there was quite interesting. However, I ended up sleeping soundly during the trip, probably because I was tired from swimming. Since I was in the back for the dance, I thought it would be better to go for the deluxe option for a more impactful experience. The pineapple ice sold during the show's intermission was generous in portion and very delicious, so I highly recommend it!

トワイライトツアーに参加しました。行きのガイドの年配の女性がなかなか面白い方でした。ただ泳ぎ疲れていたせいか行きはぐっすり寝てしまいました。ダンスは後ろのほうだったので、デラックスにしたほうが迫力があってよいとおもいました。ショーの休憩に販売されるパイナップルアイスはボリュームがあってとってもおいしかったのでおすすめです！！

In July, on a sunny day, I went to a Polynesian show. It took just a little over an hour by bus from Waikiki. Along the way, the guide was very entertaining, and before I knew it, we arrived without feeling bored at all. The show featured a variety of hula dances that were exciting! My favorite was the intense Tahitian dance. And the final fire show was thrilling; I watched it with bated breath. Overall, the series of spectacular shows was impressive, and I highly recommend it.

７月、天気のよい日にポリネシアンショーに行ってきました。
ワイキキから１時間ちょっと、バスに揺られて向かいます。
道中、ガイドさんがとても面白くて退屈することなくあっというまに
着きました。
ショーは多種多様なフラダンスに興奮！
私はタヒチの激しいダンスがお気に入りです。
そして、最後のファイアーショーはハラハラしながらも食い入るように
観てしまいました。
とにかく圧巻なショーの数々、オススメです。

On my first trip to Hawaii, I participated in a deluxe tour on the very day I arrived. Perhaps because I was tired, I ended up sleeping on the bus ride there, but the meal after we arrived was very delicious, and the show was quite impressive. I was able to experience traditional culture on the day I arrived in Hawaii, and I felt that joining this tour was a great decision. The price was also reasonable, and I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Hawaii for the first time.

初めてのハワイ旅行で、ハワイに到着したその日にデラックスで参加しました。疲れていたせいもあってか、行きのバスの中では眠ってしまいましたが、到着後の食事はとてもおいしかったですし、ショーの方もかなり迫力があってハワイにきた日に伝統文化を見ることもでき、このツアーに参加してよかったと思いました。料金もお手ごろですし、初めてハワイに行くなら是非おすすめだと思います。

We participated in the standard package for 4 adults and 1 toddler. The show was very impressive, and everyone was extremely satisfied.

Although the standard seats were towards the back, thanks to ALAN's arrangements, we were seated more towards the center, allowing us to see the entire stage, which was very enjoyable.

The dining area was separated between the Ambassador and the others. For the standard package, it was a buffet style, and the taste was somewhat lacking.

What was most beneficial about ALAN's assistance was that, while other tour companies charge for toddlers, ALAN's arrangements allowed the 2-year-old to be free of charge. Even though it was free, a seat was properly secured for the toddler on the bus and for the show, which was a great advantage. I would like to request ALAN's help again in the future. Thank you very much.

大人4名、2歳児1名のスタンダードで参加しました。
ショーは非常に迫力があり、参加者皆、大満足でした。

スタンダードの席は後ろの方ではありますが、ALANさんのご手配のおかげで中央よりでしたし、ステージ全体も見渡せて、十分楽しめました。

食事はアンバサダーとそれ以外で会場が別れてました。スタンダードの場合はビュッフェ形式で味は？？という感じです。

ALANさんにお願いして何より良かったのは、他のツアー会社では2歳児は子供料金がかかりますが、ALANさんのご手配では2歳児は無料だということです。無料ですがバス、ショーの席は1名分きちんと確保していただけて、ほんとうに得をしました。またの機会でもALANさんにお願いしたいと思います。どうもありがとうございました。

I was very sleepy on the bus since I participated on the day I arrived in Hawaii, but once the show started, I was instantly awakened by the fun and excitement.

I was captivated by the attractive physical beauty and athleticism of the Polynesian performers, which is something you don't see in Japan. The graceful movements of the hula girls and the agile actions of the local boys were impressive.

The dome-shaped outdoor hall has great acoustics, and I think you can see well from any position. The fantastical show projected against the dark night lasts about an hour and a half, but the enjoyable time flies by without feeling boring at all.

It's definitely worth visiting at least once when you come to Hawaii. The dining is in buffet style... the taste is a bit subtle (laughs), but the curry was really delicious. The fire dance is amazing, so just watching that can make for a great time!

ハワイに到着した日に参加したため、とても眠くて行きのバスでは寝てしまいましたが、ショーが始まったらあまりの楽しさ迫力に一気に目が覚めました。
日本人にはない魅力的なポリネシアンの作られた肉体美と身体能力に釘付けです。
フラガールのしなやかな動き。ロコボーイの機敏な動き。
音響の整ったドーム型の野外ホールはどの位置からでもよく見えると思います。
暗い夜の中に映し出される幻想的なショーは１時間半ほどありますが、
全然飽きずにあっという間に楽しい時間は終わってしまいます。
ハワイに来たら一度は訪れる価値があります。
食事の方はビュッフェ形式で・・・お味は微妙ですが（笑）、カレーは凄く美味しかったです。
ファイヤーダンスは最高ですので、それを見るだけでもいい時間を過ごせます！！

I was truly moved by the Tahitian dance. The showtimes at each village, from 15:00, 16:00, to 17:00, were particularly popular at the Tahiti Village and Samoa Village. After the guide's tour, if you haven't gone around with the guide, I highly recommend choosing to explore each village on your own. It was really touching.

Also, please look forward to the canoe show at 14:30 and the show at 19:30.

なんと言ってもタヒチアンダンスに感動しました。15:00～、16:00～、17:00～…といった各30分間の各村でのショータイムは、タヒチ村とサモア村が人気がありました。この２つの村は、ガイドさんの案内が終わって、？各村見学？I-MAXシアターの選択になったとき、ガイドさんと回ってないのなら是非？各村見学を選択していただき個人で回っていただきたいです。本当に感動でした。
そして、14:30～のカヌーショー（写真）、19:30～のショーは期待して観て下さい。

The tour I participated in was guided for about 20 Japanese people, and after hearing the buffet meeting time from the guide, we were able to enjoy the park just the two of us. Thanks to that, we were able to visit almost all the villages, starting with the canoe show. I especially recommend Tahiti and Samoa. The rhythm and dance of Tahiti were so exciting that I got goosebumps. Also, the performance by the person in the attached photo from Samoa was hilarious, and the venue was filled with laughter.

The buffet felt like a taste of Hawaii. The evening show was a whirlwind of emotions. The sound, the lights, and the dancing were all moving. I highly recommend it.

Lastly, I want to mention one thing. This tour picks you up from each hotel by bus. The bus is supposed to take about an hour to reach PCC, but Japanese tourists are forced to take a break at a drive-in just before arriving at PCC. There were many Japanese-speaking staff and Japanese customers buying products there. We wanted to get to PCC quickly... it was the only wasted time (30 minutes).

But overall, I highly recommend this tour.

参加したスタンダードは、日本人20人くらいの単位でガイドさんに案内していただけるツアーでしたが、ガイドさんからビュッフェの集合時間を聞き、2人だけで園内を楽しませていただくことができました。そのお陰でカヌーショーをはじめほとんどの村をまわることができました。中でもお勧めは、タヒチとサモアです。タヒチのリズムとダンスは鳥肌がたつくらい興奮しました。またサモアは添付の写真の人のパフォーマンスが面白く会場は爆笑の渦でした。
ビュッフェは、ハワイの味だなぁって感じです。
イブニングショーは感動の嵐です。音も光もそして踊りも感動です。超お勧めです。
最後に、ひとつだけ書きます。このツアーは、バスで各ホテルに迎えに来てくれます。バスは1時間くらいでPCCに着くはずなんですが、日本人観光客はもう少しでPCCというところで無理やりドライブインで休憩をとらされます。そこには日本語を話す店員さんと、商品を買う日本人がいっぱいいました。早くPCCに行きたいのに…唯一無駄な時間（30分）でした。
でも、とってもお勧めのツアーです。

Hawaii was great, and I regret ever being unsure about going for the third time. The hotels in Waikiki are incomparable, so for those who are hesitating, please go without a second thought. The meals were much better than I expected, perhaps because I opted for the deluxe option. This time it was twilight, but next time, I want to stay for a whole day.

I participated in the deluxe tour on May 21. It was a long bus ride from the hotel (about an hour and a half), but the guide provided various information, and I got to see a different side of Waikiki, so I wasn't bored. As soon as we arrived, we had a meal at the Ambassador Restaurant, which was a buffet style. The taste was decent, but I thought the variety was a bit lacking. The show itself felt less fresh since similar shows have been happening in Japan recently, but I had a great view from the third row in the front, and the final fire dance was very impressive and the highlight of the evening. Also, during a break, we could eat pineapple ice with a free coupon, but it was too big, and everyone ended up leaving some behind...

５月２１日にデラックスで参加しました。ホテルよりバスでの長い道程（１時間半位かかる）でしたが、ガイドさんが色々と案内してくれてワイキキとは一味違った所が見れて、退屈しませんでした。着いたらすぐに食事なのですが、アンバサダーレストランでバイキング形式でした。味はそこそこなのですが品数が少ないかな～って思います。ショー自体は最近は日本でも同じようなショーをやっているので新鮮味は感じませんでしたが、席が前から３列目の正面だったので良く見え、最後のファイアーダンスはとても迫力があり最高でした。また途中の休憩でパイナップルアイスを無料券で食べられますが、大きすぎてみんな残していました・・・。

I had been recommended the Polynesian Cultural Center tour from various sources, and I was able to see the show as expected. The intensity of the show varies greatly depending on your seat, so I would recommend booking a higher class if your budget allows. Next time, I want to go as a Super Ambassador. Based on the feedback from those around me, the buffet was about half "delicious" and half "not so great."

各方面からオススメをされていたポリネシアン文化センターのツアーですが、前評判どおりにショーが見れました。尚、ショーの迫力は席によって全く違うので、予算が許す限り上位のクラスで申し込みたいものです。次回はスーパーアンバサダーで行きたいです。ビュッフェは周囲の感想からしても、「おいしかった」「いまいち」が半々くらいでした。

I attended the dinner show at the Polynesian Cultural Center. I arrived at the pickup location at the time stated on the voucher, 2:00 PM, but the shuttle bus didn't come even when the time arrived. My friend and I were getting anxious. Thinking something was off, we went to the hotel concierge and asked them to make a call for us. It turned out there was a mistake in the voucher regarding the pickup time; it was supposed to be 4:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM. What a surprise! We arranged to meet again at 4:00 PM and were able to arrive safely at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Phew! We had dinner, and the show began. The atmosphere with the other international participants was lively, and the performances showcased various cultural differences, bringing laughter and enjoyment. I was amazed by the beauty of the hula dance and the incredible fire dance! The highlight was definitely the women's hip movements during the dance—so fast and intense! Unexpected events are part of traveling. It was a day filled with surprises from start to finish!

ポリネシアン文化センターのディナーショーに参加しました。バウチャーの予約に書いてある時間14:00にピックアップ場所に行ったものの、時間になっても送迎バスが来ない。焦る私と友だち。おかしいなぁ～とホテルのコンシェルジュのところに行って、電話をかけてもらいました。どうやら、バウチャーのピックアップ時間をpm.4:00と14:00の記入ミスだったようで、びっくり！！再度、16:00に待ち合わせ、無事ポリネシアン文化センターに到着することができました。ほっ。ディナーをいただき、ショーの始まり。周りの一緒に参加している外国の人たちのノリもよく、ショーのパフォーマンスもいろいろな土地の違いあり、笑いありで楽しむことができました。フラダンスの華麗さやファイヤーダンスのすごさにびっくり！！1番は、ダンスの中での女性の腰ふりにびっくり！！早い！！激しい！！旅にハプニングはつきもの。最初から最後まで、びっくり！！の1日でした。

This trip was a combination of my wedding with my wife, so we wanted to participate in activities that both families could enjoy, which is why we joined the Polynesian show activity.

As for the details:
- Shuttle service from our hotel
- Dining at the Polynesian Cultural Center's restaurant (buffet style)
- Polynesian show
- Shuttle service back to our hotel

The guide on the shuttle provided interesting commentary and stories about Hawaii, making the hour-long ride from Waikiki to the Polynesian Cultural Center feel much shorter.

Regarding the meal, the crab, meat, and fruits were delicious, but the restaurant closed at 7 PM, which made it feel a bit rushed.

The show was impressive and highly entertaining; I think it was the best activity we participated in during this trip. The fire dance, in particular, is a must-see. The dancer was very entertaining. By the way, during the break in the show, a large dessert was served, which delighted the women who love sweets. I believe this is the best activity for families.

As for the return shuttle, there seemed to be some variability; the bus we took was a bit older and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, making the ride back a bit warm.

Overall, we had a fantastic time. I rate the show higher than the meal. Additionally, since our trip was centered around Waikiki, I appreciated being able to enjoy the scenery of the North Shore on the way there.

今回の旅行は私と妻の結婚式を兼ねたものだったので、両家の家族で楽しめるアクティビティに参加したいなと思って、ポリネシアンショーのアクティビティに参加しました。

？については、送迎バスに乗っているガイドさんの道中案内、ハワイ四方山話
などが面白く、ワイキキからの1時間少々の時間をあまり感じることなく、ポリネシアン文化センターまで到着することが出来ました。

？の食事に関しては、カニやお肉、フルーツなどがおいしかったのですが、レストランが7時までだったためか、少し慌しい感じがしました。

？ショーは迫力がありますし、エンターテインメント性も高くすごく楽しめました。
今回の旅行で参加したアクティビティーでは一番よかったと思っています。
（中でもファイヤーダンスは必見です。ダンサーのおじさんがとても面白いです。）
ちなみにショーの合間にある休憩ではでっかいデザートが振舞われ甘いものが好きな女性陣は喜んでいました。
家族で行くにはベストのアクティビティーだと思います。

？帰りのバスはあたりはずれがあるのか、私たちの乗ったバスは少し古めでエアコンのききが悪く帰りの時間はちょっと暑かったです。

全体としてすごく楽しむことが出来ました。食事よりもショーを高く評価します。
また、今回の私たちの旅行はワイキキ中心だったため、行きのバスでノースショア方面の風景も楽しむことができありがたかったです。

This is my third time in Hawaii, and I regret not coming sooner because it was incredibly fun and a wonderful show that truly represents Hawaii! I was amazed that I could enjoy so much at this price. From the shuttle bus, we were able to see coastal areas that are not usually accessible, and the guide's explanations doubled the enjoyment. This is a highly recommended activity!
