The reservation confirmation stated to go to the Roberts counter at the group tour exit, but the notes mentioned that for flights arriving after 1 PM, staff would be waiting at the individual tour exit. I sent an email beforehand to clarify which was correct, but received no reply.

Upon arriving in Honolulu, I exited the individual tour exit but found no staff, so I walked to the group exit, only to find that the counter was already closed. I wandered around and asked people from other shuttle companies until I finally found a Roberts staff member, but I ended up walking quite a bit inside the airport.

She was rude and not helpful at all. I suggest you figure out a way to make the find and check-in process better.
