After passing through customs inspection and exiting through the left corridor, I found a staff member waiting with a sign bearing my name. As we walked together to the bus stop, there were a few other groups waiting as well. We waited together for about 15 minutes until both reserved and walk-in guests gathered, and then we boarded the bus. The driver was helpful in sorting and loading the luggage according to the destinations.

税関検査を出で左の通路から外に出ると、スタッフの方が名前のプラカードを持って待っていました。
一緒に歩いてバスの乗り場へ行くと、他に何組かのグループが待機していて、そこで15分くらい一緒に待機、予約と飛び入りの方が集まったところでバスに乗り込みましたが、ドライバーさんが荷物を行き先に分けて積み込んでくれたので助かりました。

Easy to deal with from UK internet booking to airport pickup. Telephone receptionist very helpful with directions at airport when you call to advise of your arrival. Driver very helpful at pickup. Comfortable, clean minivan.

Look for the yellow aloha shirt as a marker. I wasn't sure where the designated kiosk was, so I asked someone from another tour company and found out.

As soon as I exited the international terminal, I was able to contact a representative holding a sign. After that, they guided me to the pickup location, and it was comfortable.

国際線出口をでたらすぐに看板を掲示している担当者にコンタクトできました。その後、ピックアップされる場所まで誘導していただき、快適でした。

I arrived at the pickup location almost on time and reached the roadside near the airline's check-in counter with safe driving. I appreciated the careful loading and unloading of my luggage. Additionally, the unfamiliar tip was included in the fare, which made for a comfortable experience. Thank you very much.

ピックアップ場所に、ほぼ定刻で到着し、安全運転で利用する航空会社の受付カンター近くの路側に到着しました。
トランクの積み、下ろしも丁寧で感謝です。
また、不慣れなチップも料金に含まれているので快適に利用できました。

The welcome was absolutely no problem. Since I was traveling with a lot of luggage, a typical transfer would usually cost around $60 including tips. Considering that, it was reasonable, and I was able to move to the hotel with peace of mind. I recommend it.

出迎えも全く問題ありませんでした。
大荷物を携えての移動なので、通常の移動であればチップ込みで60ドル位掛かります。それを考えればリーズナブルでホテルまで安心して移動出来ました。オススメです。

I was wearing a mask, but no one else was. The mask-wearing rate in Hawaii is about 1%. They departed quickly without much waiting.

自分はマスクをしていましたが、どなたもされてません。　ハワイでもマスク着用率は、1%くらいですね。

Great Service.....turned up on time when booked. Bus was clean.

Despite having made a reservation, there was a lack of proper understanding, which caused delays in boarding the shuttle. Being in an unfamiliar country already made me anxious, so this added to my worries.

予約していたにもかかわらず、きちんと把握されていなくてシャトルに乗るのに手間取りました。慣れない海外で不安なことも多かったので、余計に不安になりました。

When traveling with my family, we usually move between the hotel and the airport by rental car, but this time I used the shuttle for the first time for both trips since I was alone. It's reassuring that they will take you right in front of the hotel, even if you only speak Japanese. The interior and seats are spacious compared to a bus, making for a smooth and comfortable ride. I think it's more affordable and convenient than taking a taxi. It's very handy and cost-effective when there are fewer people, and I recommend it for those traveling to Hawaii for the first time.

家族で行く時は、レンタカーでホテル空港間は移動するのですが、今回は1人だったので初めて往復ともに使いました。
日本語しかわからなくても、ホテル目の前まで送迎してくれるので安心です。
車内も席もバスと違い広々していて、スムーズな移動で快適でした。
お値段もタクシーを使うよりお安くて便利だと思います。
人数が少ない時には大変便利でお得だし、初めてのハワイ旅行の方にもオススメです。

The timing was accurate, and while Uber might be cheaper for multiple people, I recommend this option for one person. During the pickup from the domestic flight, they approached me and it was smooth.

時間も正確だし、複数だとウーバーの方が安いかもしれませんが、一人ならこちらをお勧めします。国内線からのピックアップの時も、向こうから声をかけてくださって、スムーズでした。

It was difficult to find the reception after exiting the airport. It would have been helpful to have a guide at the exit since the location is far from other tour companies and not easily visible. However, after checking in, everything went very smoothly, and I was able to arrive at the hotel quickly. I would like to use this service again.

空港出口を出てから受付が分かりにくかったです。他ツアー会社と場所が離れていて、見えない場所のため、出口に案内係りの方がいたら良かったのですが…。
受付後は大変スムーズで、早くホテルに到着する事ができました。
また利用したいと思います。

As always, the driver was cheerful and kind. You can use the service with peace of mind even if you don't understand English. Thank you very much for taking good care of my suitcase.

a good cost & very realible

I used the airport to hotel shuttle bus. This is my third time using it. The hotel is Waikiki Sunset, located on the outskirts of Waikiki, so it's fun to visit various hotels along the way from the airport, as it's the last stop. The driver was kind and it was a good experience.

空港～ホテル送迎シャトルバスの利用です。
三回目の利用です。
ホテルはワイキキのはずれのワイキキサンセトなので
空港からは最後、空港までは最初で色んなホテルを
巡ることができ楽しいです。
ドライバーも親切で良かったです。

I was asked for the name of the airline, but I wish they had asked me if the terminals were different for my destination. I got off at Terminal 1, but the terminal for flights to Japan was Terminal 2, so I had to walk a bit. The ground assistant at Terminal 1 kindly came outside to show me the way to the terminal.

エアラインの名前は聞かれたのですが、行き先でターミナルが違うのならば聞いて欲しかったです。
第1ターミナルで降りたのですが、日本行きのターミナルは第2で、少し歩きました。
第1ターミナルのグランドアシスタントが親切にターミナルの外まで出て行き方を教えてくれました。

The pickup arrived at the hotel. I had been waiting well before the scheduled arrival time, but even after 15 minutes past the time, they still hadn't come. It said not to leave the location and to call if they were more than 5 minutes late, but since I was in a foreign country, I wasn't sure how to make a call, and I was just anxious.

Since there were two of us participating, I had one person wait at the location while I went back to the lobby to ask the hotel staff to help me make a call. During the call, the bus arrived 15 minutes late. I thought that if I had been alone, I might have been left behind while I was away. The driver didn't apologize or anything, and while he did see us off with a smile when we got off, I felt that a 15-minute delay without any communication was quite unacceptable.

到着予定時刻よりだいぶ前から待機してたのですが、15分過ぎても来ず、ピックアップの時間を5分過ぎても来ない場合、場所を離れず電話してくださいとありますが、外国なので電話もよくわからず、ただただ不安でした。
二人で参加していたので、一人にはその場所で待っててもらい、その間にロビーに戻り、ホテルの人に頼んで電話してもらうことに。
電話の最中に15分遅れでバスが到着。
もしも1人であれば席を外している間に置いていかれたのではないかなとも思いました。
ドライバーの方も謝罪とかはなく、降りる際は笑顔で見送ってくださいましたが、さすがになんの連絡もなく15分の遅れはひどいなと感じました。

Everything was on time, and I was able to find the meeting place without any trouble. There were four hotels, and about 16 people gathered, so the meeting time was a bit early at 9:35 for a 13:15 departure. The driver was friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

時間通り、集合場所も迷うことなく利用できた。
ホテルは4か所、16人ほど乗り合わせたため、13：15出発に対して9：35集合と少し集合時間は早めだった。
運転手さんが気さくで気持ちよく利用できた。

They were accommodating in the early morning, and there were about three groups in the vehicle, including us. We were the only Japanese people. I was happy that the driver helped carry our luggage into the vehicle and was attentive to ensure we didn't get off at the wrong terminal. The best part is that this shuttle service operates even for early morning flights.

早朝に対応してくれていて 車内は私たち含めて3組ほど。日本人は私たちだけでした。運転手さんが
荷物を車内まで運んでくれて ターミナルも間違えないように気を配ってくれたのが嬉しかったです。
1番いいところは早朝の飛行機でも ここの送迎バスは対応してくれるということです。

Everything went smooth and the driver was very kind and friendly.

After moving from Kona Airport to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, we used the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Upon arriving at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, there was a malfunction with the boarding bridge when our plane arrived at the gate, which caused a change in the arrival gate and resulted in a delay of over 30 minutes. Perhaps because of this, there were only the two of us as passengers, so we had to wait for other customers to arrive, and in the end, we waited for about 20 minutes at the bus stop.

　コナ空港からダニエル・K・イノウエ国際空港への移動後、空港からホテルまでの移動に利用。
　ダニエル・K・イノウエ国際空港に到着後、飛行機が到着ゲートに着いた際、ボーディングブリッジの故障があり、到着ゲートを変更することになったため、予定より３０分以上遅れました。
　そのためか、利用客が私たち２人だけだったため、他の客が来るのを待つことになり、結局２０分くらい、バス乗り場で待たされました。
　

I was picked up on time. With Uber, it takes a while for them to arrive, so the shuttle is definitely cheaper and more reliable. I was taken to the location with check-in counters for different airlines.

予定時間通りにピックアップして貰えました。ウーバーだと来るまで時間がかかるのでやはりシャトルが安いし確実。航空会社別のチェックインカウンターのある場所まで運んで貰えました。

I used Hawaiian Airlines to return home, but when the driver asked, "Hawaiian Airlines?" I replied "Yes," and I was dropped off at the terminal for domestic flights to the islands. From there, I had to walk quite a distance to the international terminal. It was disappointing since I had informed them at the time of booking that I would be taking an international flight.

ハワイアン航空を利用して帰国したのですが
ドライバーさんが「ハワイアン航空？」と聞くので「イエス」と答え空港で降ろされた場所が国内線の離島へいくターミナルでしたのでそこから国際線のターミナルまで結構な距離を歩かされました。予約時には国際線に乗ることは伝えてあるのに残念でした。

Although I applied at the last minute as the date was approaching, they responded quickly and safely took me to the airport. Thank you very much.
It was no problem communicating in English only, and it was very helpful as it was the cheapest option available.

I mistakenly went to the wrong meeting place and was at the counter waiting, feeling lost without any sign of the person I was supposed to meet. Fortunately, a staff member came to look for me, which was a huge help. The service was excellent.

集合場所を間違えてしまい、カウンターで待てどくらせど目印の人もおらず途方に暮れていたところ、スタッフの方が探しに来てくれて大変助かりました。サービス最高です。

Amiable driver with good knowledge of Honolulu and Waikiki. He could tell us about many attractions and restaurants.

I was waiting at the hotel for the bus to arrive, but no other guests (other than Japanese) were there, and the driver was looking for them to pick them up. I had the impression that we were waiting for the same bus, but I hesitated to speak in English, and since I was going to a completely different hotel, I made sure to confirm and wait properly. The very kind service left a good impression of Veltra. I hope to use it in other countries as well.

私は、ホテルでバスのくる場所を確認し待っていましたが、他のお客さんがそこに来ていなくて（日本人以外）、そこでドライバーさんが探しに行きのせていました。なんとなく、同じバスを待っているかというイメージはありましたが、英語で話しかけるのもなんですし、私は行が全く違うホテルのためしっかり確認し待っていました。あまりの親切な対応にベルトラはいい感じのイメージでした。また、他の国でもお願いします。

I was so nervous not having used a shuttle here before ,and half of the companies i called ,they either didn't get back to me ,or were to much for one way ,My driver was so nice and courteous and i had to call the office when i off plane here to figure out where i should be She was very patient with me ,It all worked out very well . I was relieved that they arrived on time to pick me up. The driver helped me with my suitcase and brought it into the bus, which made it very convenient since they also dropped me off at the airport. I will use this service again next time.
