It was a more enjoyable cruise than I imagined.
They offered special cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and free drinks. (There were some foreigners who brought snacks, and it might be even more fun if there were some light snacks available.)
In April, the sunset is at 7 PM! I thought that meant we wouldn't be able to see the sunset at the scheduled time, but they adjusted the return time properly, allowing us to enjoy nearly two hours of cruising with a departure at 5:30 PM and return at 7:30 PM!
It sways more than expected, so if you are prone to seasickness, it might be a good idea to take some medication.
There were only five of us Japanese on board, and all the safety instructions (like areas to avoid) were given in English, which I couldn't catch, so I thought it would be nice if they provided a paper in Japanese at the beginning.
There was a lot of lively music playing, and before I knew it, even my father started dancing!

For this price, the fun with free drinks is quite a good value! I highly recommend it!

想像以上に楽しいクルーズでした。
特製カクテル、ビール、ワイン、シャンパンと
フリードリンク。（おつまみ持参の外国人がいて、
何かちょっとしたスナック菓子とかあるとより楽しいかも）
４月の日の入りは、１９時！これだと、スケジュールにあった時間ではなく、サンセットがうまく見れないのかと
思いきや、ちゃんと戻りの時間を調整してくれていて、
１７：３０出港、１９：３０戻りといった具合に
２時間近くクルージングを楽しめました！
思いのほか揺れるので、船酔いする方は、何か薬を飲んだ
方がいいかもしれません。
私達家族５人しか日本人がおらず、船上での注意事項
（踏み入れちゃいけない場所等の説明があったらしい）も
全て英語で、聞き取れなかったので、最初に日本語で
紙でも渡してくださるといいのでは。。。と思いました。
ノリがいい音楽がたくさんかかり、
気がつけば、父まで踊りだす始末！

この価格で、フリードリンクであの楽しさは、かなりコスパいいですよ！オススメです！

This cruise was fantastic!! We saw so many whales. The captain did a wonderful job anticipating where they would reemerge. It was fantastic. We initially didn't order the lunch, but we added it, and I firmly recommend that you add it as well. The timing fits in perfectly within the trip and the kids loved eating the plentiful buffet. The activities are fun and there is plenty of room. My daughter made a lei for her mom to wear. Overall a great value and a tremendous time!

I participated on the last day of my stay. I took part in various activities, but this one felt the most Hawaiian. The waves weren't too high, and the surface of the water felt very close, which was pleasant! The staff were also very kind and accommodating.

滞在中の最終日に参加しました。他のアクティビティにもいろいろ参加しましたが、一番ハワイらしかったような気がします。波もそれほど高くなくて、海面がすぐ近くに感じられて気持ちよかったです！スタッフの方にも親切に対応していただきました。

We gathered at 2:30 PM and departed at 3 PM! We were told to be punctual, but when I rushed in at 2:30, I got a Hawaiian response: "Oh, just sitting on the beach." It made me feel the pressure of time that Japanese people often experience.

We left a little after 3 PM and enjoyed about an hour of fun. At first, we started the engine to set sail, but once we were out at sea, we raised the sails and let the wind take us. The views of Hawaii were a different experience compared to the scenery seen from larger boats during whale watching. On the yacht, various cocktails and beers were available, and enjoying a drink while feeling the sun and wind was incredibly refreshing! We ventured further out than I expected and enjoyed a panoramic view of Honolulu. I definitely plan to participate again on my next visit to Hawaii.

Considering that the day after we boarded, the tsunami from the Chile earthquake prevented access to the sea, we were very lucky.

２時半集合、３時出発！　時間厳守！　との事でしたが、２時半に走って行ってら「あ。ビーチで座っていて~」　っとハワイアンな答えが！　ついつい時間に追われてしまっている日本人を感じてしまいました。
３時過ぎに出発し、約１時間程　楽しませてもらいました。
最初はエンジンをかけて出航していましたが、沖に出ると後は帆を張り風まかせ。　ホエールウォッチングなどの大きな船から見る景色とは、また一味違う　ハワイの景色を楽しませてもらいました。　ヨット内では、数種類のカクテル、ビールが販売されていて、太陽＆風　を感じながらのアルコールは格段に美味しい♪　思ってたよりも沖に出てホノルルの景色を一望して楽しませてもらいました。　次回のハワイ訪問時にも　是非　参加させてもらう予定です。
私たちが乗船した翌日は、チリ地震の津波で海に近寄れなかったのを考えると、とっても運が良かったのかも。

After whale watching, having a meal while enjoying Hawaiian music on a leisurely cruise is the best. Unfortunately, the whales were only small dots in the distance... However, I was able to see whales up close the day before during a dinner cruise, so I was able to accept it. It's all about timing.

ホエールウォッチングをしたあと、ゆったりとしたクルージングでハワイアンミュージックを聴きながらの食事は最高です。残念ながら、クジラは小さく見えただけでしたが・・・
実は前の日にディナークルーズに参加した時に近くでクジラを見ることができがので、あきらめがつきました。

We were able to see a mother and baby whale right after we set sail. I was surprised because I thought we wouldn't see them unless we went further offshore! Amidst the cheers of the people around us, we took lots of photos. Soon after, we spotted more whales... When we returned to the cabin, lunch was already prepared. The meal was just okay, I would say. We also got to participate in a ukulele class with the kids, which was a lot of fun.

まわりの人々の大きな歓声の中、写真もいっぱい撮りました。そのあとすぐにまた他のクジラ・・・船内に戻るともうランチの用意ができていました。食事はまあまあ、といったところでしょうか。子どもとウクレレ教室にも参加でき、楽しく過ごすことができました。

On March 26, 2010, I participated with my family of five (myself, my wife, our 14-year-old son, 12-year-old daughter, and 9-year-old son). It was a tour with lunch included but no transportation provided. We took The Bus from Waikiki to Aloha Tower. At check-in, we received a green sticker to wear on our chests, and when we arrived at the ship's entrance, a handsome man who appeared to be the captain welcomed us. I asked if we could take a picture together, but he firmly declined.

There were different entrances for those with lunch included and those without (yellow badge). We, who had the lunch included, enjoyed unlimited welcome coffee (hot) and cold water on the first floor. While seated, a vendor came around selling paid juices, but about half of the guests did not order any. After an explanation in English and a brief one in Japanese, we set sail around noon. During the explanation, seasickness medication was offered for free to those who wanted it. It was mentioned that the lunch buffet would start around 12:30, followed by activities like lei-making and hula dancing on the same floor.

After that, we had free time and went to the observation area on the third or fourth floor. There were several summer beds on the fourth floor where you could lie down. We searched for whales at the front of the fourth floor. However, it wasn't easy to spot them, and before we knew it, it was already 12:30... At that moment, an announcement came over the speaker: "A whale has appeared at 3 o'clock!" The whale spouted water into the air, and the ship erupted in cheers! When the dorsal fin became visible, there was another round of applause, and finally, when the tail fin was seen, there was yet another cheer.

It was past 12:30, and lunch had started on the first floor, but since the whale continued to appear, we decided to postpone lunch and keep watching. After about 20 minutes, we moved to the first floor and had lunch while still watching the same whale. Our seats had been assigned beforehand, and we could see the whale from our seats. Later, an announcement said, "Unfortunately, we must say goodbye to this whale as 30 minutes have passed." We were able to enjoy watching for a full 30 minutes, and our family was very satisfied.

After that, lei-making, hula dancing, and ukulele classes began. After lunch, those without lunch also entered the first-floor area, but I’m not sure if similar classes were held on the second floor. However, someone who came in said, "It's cool in here!" so the area where those without lunch were might have been hot. Additionally, we participated in lei-making during the latter part of lunch.

2010.3.26　家族５人（私、妻、長男；14歳、長女12歳、次男9歳）で参加しました。ランチ付き・送迎なしのツアーです。ワイキキからはザ・バスに乗ってアロハタワーまで行きました。チェックイン時、胸に張るシール（緑色）をもらい、船の入口に行くと船長さんらしき格好良い方がお出迎えしてくれました。そこで、写真を一緒に撮って欲しいとお願いしましたが、きっぱりと断られました。乗船はランチ付きとランチ無しコース（黄色いワッペン）で入口が異なりました。私たちランチ付きコースの人は１階でウエルカムコーヒー（ホット）と冷水が飲み放題でした。座っていると有料のジュースを売りに来ましたが半分くらいの方は頼んでいませんでした。英語の説明と日本語の簡単な説明のあと、１２時頃、出航しました。説明の際、酔い止めの薬（？）が無料で希望者に配られました。説明では１２時３０分頃からランチバイキングが始まり、その後、同じフロアーでレイ作りやフラダンスの催しが行われると言ってました。そして、自由行動となり、３階もしくは４階の展望コーナーへ行きました。４階には寝そべることができるサマーベットも数台ありました。私たちは４階の先頭で鯨を探しました。とはいえ、そう簡単に見つかるわけもなく、あっという間に１２時３０分・・・・。そのとき、放送で「３時の方向に鯨が出現！」。鯨は上空に潮を吹き、船上は大喝采！。そして背びれが見えると、また大喝采！、そして最後に尾ひれが見え、再度、大喝采がおきました。１２時３０分を過ぎており、１階ではランチが始まっていましたが、鯨が継続して現れるので家族でランチを後回しにしてずっと見てました。２０分ほど見た後、１階に移動し、ランチを食べながら同じ鯨を見ました。席は始めに決められており、席からも鯨を見ることが出来ました。その後、放送で「３０分が経過したため残念ですがこの鯨とお別れです。」という放送が流れました。３０分、たっぷり鑑賞でき、家族一同、大満足でした。その後、レイ作りやフラダンス、ウクレレ教室が始まりました。ランチ終了後、ランチ無しの方々も１階のフロアーに入ってきましたが、２階でも同様な教室が開けれていたのかどうかはわかりません。しかし、入ってきた方が、「ここは涼しい！」って言っていたのでランチなしの方が居るフロアは暑かったのかもしれません。また、私たちはランチ後半からレイ作りな

I had heard that you can't see them up close on Oahu, so I didn't have high expectations, but I was able to see breaching at very close range!!

At first, I only saw a little bit of spouting and the back of the whale, but suddenly there was a big jump right next to the boat! It was like a scene from a TV show happening right in front of me, and the other guests were also very excited, cheering and clapping.

Even the staff who are on board every day said it's a rare occurrence to see it once every week or two, so I felt really lucky.

Of course, the whale watching was amazing, but the lunch buffet had everything from salads to meat, fruits, and desserts. We also enjoyed hula and ukulele lessons, and a cruise with a view of Waikiki and Diamond Head all at once. I think it’s a very worthwhile tour.

The announcements were in both English and Japanese, and all the staff were friendly, which made me very satisfied!

I definitely want to participate again! ♪

オアフ島ではそれほど近くでは見れないと聞いていたので、
あまり期待してませんでしたが、
至近距離でのブリーチングが見れました！！

最初は潮吹きや背中がちらっと見えたりする程度でしたが、
突然船のすぐ横で大きなジャンプ！
テレビで見るようなシーンが目の前で起こって、
他のお客さんたちも大興奮、拍手喝さいで盛り上がりました。

毎日乗船しているスタッフの人でも
1，2週間に1度見れるか見れないかの珍しいことだそうで、
すごくラッキーでした。

ホエールウォッチングはもちろん、
サラダからお肉、フルーツやデザートまでそろったランチビュッフェ、
フラやウクレレ、レイメイキングのレッスン、
ワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドが一望できるクルージングがいっぺんに楽しめて
とってもお得なツアーだと思います。

アナウンスも英語と日本語の両方であったし、
スタッフの人たちもみんなフレンドリーで、大満足！

是非また参加したいです♪

The staff was magnificient. The cruise along the sunset waters of Oahu was romantic and picture perfect. Great entertainment and food. We had the 3 star VIP with Dom Perignon. Wonderful night. Perfect for couples. And if you are thinking of Proposing, this itinery is perfect. Alo'ha!!!!

We boarded a yacht from the calm Waikiki Beach.

Onboard with us were a couple who had been swimming near the yacht before departure, and a relaxed foreign couple enjoying their retirement.

The yacht is equipped with seats, but we chose to sit on the net that can hold people, peering into the sea as we slowly set off!

I thought we would be gently swaying while looking into the water and gazing at Waikiki Beach, but to my surprise!

We sped off towards the vast ocean, feeling the wind and splashes of water all over, which instantly boosted our excitement!

I couldn't help but hope, "Maybe we'll see dolphins or whales!" as we ventured further out.

Unfortunately, we didn't see any dolphins or whales, but when we returned near Waikiki Beach, we encountered a sea turtle!

Isn't the sea turtle a symbol of happiness?? Watching it poke its head out and swim around was incredibly soothing!

For those who, like me, have never been on a yacht, I think just being on it is plenty of fun. You should definitely give it a try!

穏やかなワイキキビーチからヨットに乗り込みます。

一緒に乗船したのは、出発前までヨットの近くで
泳いでいたカップルや、リタイヤして悠々自適な
カンジの外国人夫婦などなど。

ヨットにはイスも備え付けられているのだけど、
人が乗っても大丈夫なネットの上に座って、
海の中を覗きながら、ゆっくりと出発進行！

「穏やかに揺られながら、海の中を覗き込んだり、
ワイキキビーチを眺めたりするんだろうな~」と
思いきや！

すっごい勢いで大海原に向かって走っていくので、
風や水飛沫を全身に感じることができて一気に
テンションアップ↑↑

「イルカとかクジラとか見れないかね~」と
期待しちゃうくらい沖にでます。

残念ながらイルカもクジラも見れなかったですが、
ワイキキビーチ近くまで帰ってきたときに、
ウミガメに遭遇しました！

ウミガメは幸せの象徴でしたっけ？？
頭をチョコンと出して、プカプカ泳いでるのを
間近で眺めて、すごーく癒されました！

私のように、ヨットに乗った経験がない方は、
乗るだけでも十分楽しいと思います。
一度体験されてみては？

Um... yeah. this was an AMAZING way to start our Oahu vacation. We went as a couple doing the regular package. The food was good- no real complaints there. and you get one drink (that was pretty weak). and there is entertainment. all as one would expect...

but the best part of it was the SUNSET!! Even though it was a little chilly, it was incredibly romantic and we got some nice photos

And we SAW HUMPBACK WHALES!!! about 12-15 of them to be exact. Lots of tail flukes and 4 spy-hopping. We were probably the only couple that saw that many because we ate dinner and then decided to for-go the cheesy entertainment with all the ...tourists, and go up on the deck to make sure we didn't miss the sunset. When we went back in, we were surprised how many people didn't go on the deck, and didn't see ANY whales!!

TIPS: Arrive early to get a dinner table by the window. Don't waste your time with the cheesy entertainment, the sunset is what makes this trip worth it (and whales!!). Also, get

This time, I wanted to feel the blue sea of Hawaii even closer and fully enjoy it, so my partner and I participated in the Outrigger Catamaran plan. At first, we both had some anxiety, but once we were out at sea, that anxiety disappeared in an instant. In a word, we were very satisfied. The departure from Waikiki Beach was wonderful, with both the sea and the scenery being spectacular. We were blessed with good weather, enjoying the warm sunshine and pleasant breeze together, and the time flew by.

What left the biggest impression on me was being able to connect with Hawaii's nature. Looking at the blue sea, we could observe schools of fish and turtles up close, and since we could bring cameras and videos, we could perfectly capture those memories. Also, the view of Honolulu from the sea felt different and special.

The staff were very accommodating and kind to us as Japanese visitors, for which we are grateful.

I recommend this plan to anyone who wants to feel the blue sea of Hawaii more closely and connect with nature. We would also like to participate in the Outrigger Catamaran plan again.

今回、ハワイの青い海をもっともっと身近に感じたい。そして満喫したいという思いから私と彼女の二人でアウトリガー・ カタマラン号のプランに参加しました。初めはお互い不安もありましたがその不安も海に出れば一瞬にして消え去りました。一言でいうと大満足でした。ワイキキビ−チから出発して海、景色ともに素晴らしかったからです。天候にも恵まれ暖かい日差しと気持ちのいい風を二人で浴びながらあっという間の時間でした。

一番印象に残っているのはハワイの自然に触れられたことです。青い海に目をやると魚の群れや亀を身近で観察できカメラやビデオも持ち込めるのでバッチリ思い出として記録できます。また、海から見るホノルルの風景も一味違うものだと思いました。

スタッフの方の対応も良く日本人の私達にもとても親切に対応していただき感謝しています。

ハワイの青い海をもっと身近に感じたい。また自然に触れたい方にはお勧めのプランです。私たちもまた参アウトリガ−・ カタマラン号プランに参加したいと思います。

The meeting point, which is said to be hard to find, was at the Sheraton, so it was easy to spot the bright blue beach umbrellas (the meeting point) after walking along the beach for just 2 or 3 minutes. The staff there (two people) were also fluent in Japanese and very enjoyable to be around, which was a great help. Although Japanese is not spoken on the boat, I still had a wonderful time. Fortunately, I was able to see both turtles and whales. There were only two Japanese participants, but it really felt like being abroad. I think this tour is suitable for everyone from children to the elderly, and it offers a close-up experience of the sea. Since participation is barefoot, it's best to wear appropriate footwear.

わかりにくいと言われている集合場所も宿泊がシャラトンだったので浜辺を歩いて２・３分で真っ青なビーチパラソル（集合場所）もすぐわかりました。そこのスタッフ（二人）も日本語が上手で、それにとても楽しい方で助かりました。船上では日本語は通じませんが、でも十分楽しめました。ラッキーなことに、カメもクジラも見ることができました。日本人の参加は二人だけでしたが、海外だという実感がわきました。このツアーは子供さんからお年寄りまで参加でき、身近に海を体感できるツアーだと思います。はだしでの参加ですので履き物はそれなりがいいですよ。

On the day of the reservation, there was a tsunami warning in Honolulu due to an earthquake in Chile. Transportation in the city was halted in preparation for the tsunami. I called the staff and was able to reschedule for the next day. I was relieved that there were staff members who spoke Japanese.

As for the whales, I was glad to see several of them. The kids were very excited, and I was satisfied with that. However, the lunch package was a bit chaotic; with the announcement of "There are whales!" everyone was too distracted to enjoy the meal, so it might be better to go without lunch.

予約当日、チリの地震の影響でホノルルは津波警報。市内は津波に備え交通もストップ。スタッフに電話して翌日に振り替えてもらいました。日本語ＯＫなスタッフで安心しました。
肝心のクジラですが、数頭見ることができてよかったです。子供も大興奮、これには満足です。ただしランチ付きのコースは「クジラがいた!」とのアナウンスで食事そっちのけで右へ左へで落ち着かないのでランチなしがいいかも…。

I participated in the 3 PM departure on the day I arrived in Hawaii. Thanks to this, I was able to avoid jet lag. The staff seemed to be quite skilled at providing explanations in Japanese during check-in, making it easy to understand. Their bright and cheerful demeanor really made me feel like I was in Hawaii!

When boarding the boat, everyone must leave their footwear in a designated box. Also, be careful as you might get splashed up to your knees if the waves hit while boarding. The day we participated had excellent weather, but it was quite windy on the boat and felt rather cool. As many have mentioned, I recommend bringing a jacket.

I was a bit anxious since I was with my parents, who are nearly 70, but we were able to see a pod of dolphins and a sea turtle, which made them both very happy. My mother, who usually gets seasick, seemed fine with the rocking of this yacht. The drinks sold on board are reasonably priced as well.

This was my sixth time in Hawaii, and I found myself regretting not participating in this activity before. When I go to Hawaii next time, I will definitely rely on your services again.

ハワイに到着した日の15時出発に参加しました。
おかげで時差ボケ防止になりました。
スタッフの方は、チェックイン時の日本語の説明は得意のようで、わかりやすかったです。また、明るくひょうきんな対応は、ハワイに来た♪って思えます。
船に乗り込むときには、全員、履物を専用のBOXに預けます。また、運が悪いと乗り込む際に波に襲われ膝上まで濡れてしまうのでご注意下さい。
私たちが参加した日は、非常に天気が良かったのですが、船上は風が強くかなり涼しかったです。みなさんが書かれているように上着を持参されることをお勧めします。
70歳近い両親と参加したため少々不安でしたが、イルカの群れやウミガメを見ることができ、二人ともとても喜んでくれました。船に弱い母もこのヨットの揺れは大丈夫だったみたいです。
船上で販売されている飲み物も良心的な値段で楽しめます。
ハワイは6回目だったのですが、なぜ今まで参加しなかったのか少々悔やんだりして。。。
次にハワイに行くときは、またお世話になります。

Me and my family had a wonderful time on board the Star of Honolulu, despite my son being seasick due to the south swells! Charmaine, who was absolutely wonderful, gave my son some medicine and she was very attentive towards our needs and checking up on us to assure he was o.k.. Nana, another staff member also helped my 4 year old daughter make leis! We did see some whales and some dolphins. Food was good, service was great! Hopefully next time we do this, my son wont be so sick!

I have been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time participating.
I was so moved to see a whale jump right in front of me!
I was able to see it multiple times, it was the best!
I also got to make a fresh flower lei, and it was really nice to wear it for photos at the party the next day.
The food was delicious too.

At first, I mistakenly confused Outrigger with Outrigger Reef, and I thought it was inconvenient that there was no map on the voucher. I ran along the beach to get to my destination, but I ended up being late. When I spoke to the staff about it, they kindly allowed me to join the next cruise, which was a few hours later.

There were only two of us Japanese people, but everyone was very friendly, and it was so much fun! The staff's service was great, and I was thrilled to view Waikiki Beach from the sea. The captain's explanation allowed us to see as far as Kauai Island, and on the way back, we threw food to attract baby sharks that swam close to the yacht, and we even got to see a baby whale up close.

Cruising on the yacht was amazing! I definitely want to participate again next time.

最初アウトリガーとアウトリガー・リーフとを間違えてバウチャーに地図が無いのは不便だな~と思いながらビーチを走って目的の場所へ行ったものの時間に遅れてしまいどうしようかと思ってスタッフの人にお話したら次のクルーズに参加させてくれるとの事で数時間後のクルーズに参加しました。
日本人は私たち２人だけでしたがみなさんフレンドリーにしてくださりとっても楽しかったです！！
スタッフの対応も良くてワイキキビーチを海側から眺めて感激しキャプテンの説明で遠くにカウアイ島まで見えて帰還途中には餌を投げてサメの子供が群れをなしてヨットに近づいたりクジラの赤ちゃんまで間近で見ることができました。
ヨットでのクルージングはさいこ~でした！！
次回もまた参加したいと思いました。

We went on the Dinner Cruise for our anniversary and it was so enjoyable. They had some great entertainment (singer and dancers). The food was wonderful as well. But to top of our evening we were able to spot some dolphins swimming and jumping along side the boat. Could not have had a better experience and would definitely do this again.

It's an affordable tour that lasts an hour and a half. My husband and I rode on a catamaran for the first time, and it was stable with no rocking, making it suitable for older couples and families with small children. The view of Waikiki Beach from offshore was a different sight, and we took a lot of photos. Looking down at the water, we saw turtles and schools of fish swimming, and when the staff threw bread, the fish jumped out of the water with white splashes. Then, when the staff pointed and shouted "Whale!", we looked into the distance and, lo and behold, there was a whale showing its tail. When we stopped offshore, we could jump into the sea from the catamaran, which felt great. The staff didn't speak Japanese, but they were charming and kind, taking photos with us. There were also soft drinks ($1) and beer or champagne ($3) available, and we toasted on the boat. The hour and a half flew by, but it was a very enjoyable tour.

私たち夫婦は、初めてカタマランというものに乗りましたが、揺れもなく安定感のあるヨットのためか、高齢のカップルや小さな子供連れの家族も一緒でした。
沖合から眺めるワイキキビーチも一味違う光景で、写真をたくさん撮りました。
水面を見下ろすと亀や魚の群れが泳いでおり、スタッフがパンを投げると魚は白いしぶきを上げて水面を飛び跳ねていました。そしてスタッフが「ホエール！」と言いながら指さす先の遠くを見ると、な！、なんと！クジラがテールを出していました。
沖合で止まるとカタマランから海に飛び込むこともできて、とても気持良かったです。
スタッフは、日本語は通じませんが、愛嬌があっていっしょに写真を撮ってくれたりして親切でした。
また、ソフトドリンク（１＄）やビール・シャンパン（３＄）もあり、船上で乾杯しました。
あっという間の１時間半でしたが、とても気持いいツアーでした。

On the day we arrived in Hawaii, my friend and I participated in this activity! It was a bit chilly, but the weather was nice, and the ocean was sparkling and very beautiful. I thought there would be many Japanese participants, but it turned out to be just the two of us, and all the crew members only spoke English, so we couldn't understand what they were saying and felt a bit out of place. However, once we set off, it was incredibly refreshing, just as the name suggests, and the view from the ocean was stunning. The lower part of the yacht was a net, so we could see the ocean directly below us, which was fun. Plus, we were lucky enough to encounter a pod of dolphins! It was my first time seeing wild dolphins, and it was so moving! We even got to see them jumping. Along the way, we were served a Hawaiian drink called Mai Tai, so we were just full of good luck! I think it's a great deal to have such an experience for this price, so I highly recommend it! If I have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate again!

ハワイ到着日に友人と２人で参加しました！
ちょっと寒かったですが天気も良く、海もキラキラしていてとってもきれいでした♪
日本人の参加者がたくさんいると思っていたら私たちだけで、しかもクルーの人たちもみんな英語しか話していなかったので何を言っているのかさっぱり分からずちょっと私たちだけ浮いていたかも・・・。
でも、出発してみると名前の通りすごく爽快で、海から見える景色もとってもきれいでした☆ヨットの下の部分がネットになっているので、真下に海が見れて楽しかったです。しかもラッキーなことにイルカの群れに遭遇しました！！野生のイルカを見たのは初めてだったので感動です！！！ジャンプしてるところも見れました♪途中、ハワイのお酒マイタイもサービスして頂き、ラッキーずくしでした♪この値段でこんな体験ができるのはとてもお得だと思うのでお勧めです！！またハワイに行く機会があれば是非参加したいと思います☆

On the day, the wind was strong and there were splashes from the waves, making it difficult to see the whales' spouts clearly. However, there were many activities on the boat, such as lei-making and hula lessons, which kept the children entertained, and we had a great time. My child continued to practice the hula we learned even after returning to Japan.

当日は風が強く、波しぶきが立っていたので鯨の潮吹きがわかりにくく、あまり良く見えなかったのですが、船内でのレイの作成やフラレッスンなど、子供が飽きない催しも多く、大変楽しめました。
子供は日本に帰ってからも教えていただいたフラを家でやっていました。

I participated in the 3 PM departure. It's great that there are afternoon departures available. It's perfect for getting used to the Hawaiian climate while enjoying the pleasant sea breeze when you're just relaxing on the day of arrival. Engaging in intense activities on the arrival day can leave you tired for the rest of your trip. I recommend it because you can indulge in a luxurious feeling at this price!

3時出発に参加しました。午後発があるというのがいいですよね。到着日にボーとしているときに心地よい海風をうけてハワイの気候に身体をならすのにはぴったりです。到着日に激しいアクティビィテイは残りの日まで疲れが残りますからね。この価格でゴージャスな気分に浸れるからおすすめです！

I participated at 3:00 PM on the day of my arrival on Oahu. I arrived from the Big Island at 11:30 AM, so I had plenty of time. At 2:30 PM, I went to the beach side of the Outrigger Reef on the Beach Hotel, where there were similar umbrellas for boat tours, and I quickly found the sign for the Outrigger Catamaran with blue letters and a staff member. He spoke Japanese well. (I've attached a photo for clarity.) It was my first time on a catamaran, so I was really looking forward to it. I was a bit worried since the boat was on the smaller side, but there was little rocking, and cruising while enjoying the pleasant breeze and views of Waikiki and Diamond Head was incredibly enjoyable—I lost track of time. The crew was friendly and interacted with everyone; there were only my wife and me as Japanese guests, but we were able to enjoy ourselves without feeling out of place. Along the way, we saw whales and fed fish, so there was never a dull moment. They also made cocktails on board, which everyone seemed to enjoy. I definitely want to go again when I visit Oahu. It's suitable for children too.

オアフ島、到着日の15：00に参加しました。ハワイ島から11：30に着いたので時間的にも余裕がありました。14：30分にアウトリガー・リーフ・オン・ザ・ビーチホテルのビーチ側にいくと同じような船の案内のパラソルがありますが青い文字のアウトリガー・ カタマラン号の看板が出てるところにおにいさんがいてすぐにわかりました。日本語も上手でしたよ。（わかるように写真を添えています。）カタマランは初めてなのでとても楽しみにしていました。船は弱いほうなので少し心配していましたが揺れも少なく心地よい風とワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドなどの景色を見ながらのクルージングはなんとも言い難い心地よさで時間のたつのも忘れるくらいです。クルーの人もみんなに声をかけてくれて日本人は私と妻だけでしたが浮くこともなく楽しむことができました。途中クジラを見たり、魚にえさをあげたりと飽きることなく楽しむことができました。中ではカクテルを作ってくれます。外国の人はみんなおいしそうに飲んでいました。オアフに来た時はまたぜひ乗りに行きたいと思います。子供さんも大丈夫ですよ。

It was a big boat... so I was a bit anxious, but my intuition was right.

I recommend it for those who get seasick or are going whale watching for the first time! Since it's a large boat, you can relax comfortably on board.

However, for those who just want to see whales, a slightly smaller boat might be better.

It's great for those who want to enjoy meals and hula lessons!

As for me... I don't get seasick, so I found it a bit lacking...

大きな船・・・。というので、ちょっと不安がありましたが・・・。予感的中でした。

船に酔う方や、初めてホエールウォッチングをされる方には、オススメですよ!!大きな船ですので、船の上でゆっくりとすごせます。

が、鯨を見たいだけの方には、もう少し小さい船のほうがよいかな~とおもいます。

食事やフラレッスンなどを楽しみたい方にはオススメですね!!

私は・・・。船には酔わないので、ちょっと物足りなかったです・・・。

I participated with a friend on February 4th. I had heard that whales can only be seen in the winter, so I thought it was a great opportunity and signed up. According to the captain, they have been able to see them almost every day recently, so we were looking forward to the trip. Both my friend and I are prone to seasickness, so we brought medication from Japan. There were courses that included meals, but anticipating that eating might make us feel sick, we deliberately chose the most economical option without meals; however, drinks were included, so it turned out to be a good choice.

As for the whales, unfortunately, we didn't see any jumping up close, but during the two-and-a-half-hour cruise, we were able to see their backs several times as they spouted water and dove, which was very moving. The view of Waikiki from the boat was also beautiful. However, it was much windier on the boat than expected, and it was very cold, so I definitely recommend bringing a long-sleeved hoodie that blocks the wind. Even so, when it got too cold, it felt nice to go up to the upper deck where the sun was warm.

２月４日に友達と２人で参加しました。クジラは冬の時期しか見られないと聞いていたので、良いチャンスだと思い申し込みました。船長さんの話では最近はほぼ毎日見る事が出来るという事でしたので、楽しみにして出発しました。私も友人もとても船酔いしやすい体質なので、薬は日本から持参しました。食事付などのコースもありましたが、食べると気分が悪くなる事を予測して、あえて一番お得な食事無しのコースにしましたが、飲み物は付いているので結果的には良かったと思います。
肝心のクジラは残念ながらすぐ近くでジャンプ、とは行きませんでしたが、２時間半のクルーズの間何度も塩を吹いたり潜ったりする背中を見る事ができてとても感動しました。船の上から見るワイキキもとてもキレイでした。ただ船の上は予想以上に風が吹いて非常に寒いので風を通さない長袖のパーカーなどを持っていく事を是非オススメします。それでも寒い時はいっそ屋上階に出てしまった方がお日様がぽかぽか当たって気持ちが良かったですよ。

On February 5th, I went whale watching for the first time and was able to see a pod of five whales and one whale twice!

I was worried about getting seasick, but once I spotted the whales, I was so excited that I completely forgot about it and had a blast! The pod of five whales swam slowly alongside the boat just ten minutes after we set sail, off the coast of Aloha Tower. According to the naturalist's explanation, it's rare to see five whales together like that?!

After observing the pod for about 30 minutes, we moved to another location to search for the next whale, which was time for a lunch buffet. I filled up on everything from salad to chicken, roast beef, fruit, and dessert! After lunch, I had the experience of making a lei with plumeria flowers.

Since I was full and had enjoyed a cultural experience, I thought I’d take a moment to enjoy the view outside, and suddenly, a whale jumped out of the water!!! It leaped four or five times, splashing as it performed!

I was moved by the whales' dynamic performance, and I had a wonderful time with the cultural experience as well. Next time, I’ll go with my family and friends!

2月5日に初めてホエールウォッチングに、５頭のクジラの群れと１頭のクジラ、２回見ることができました！

船酔いの心配もあったんだけど、クジラを見つけて大興奮していたら、そんなことすっかり忘れておおはしゃぎ☆
５頭からなるクジラの群れは、出港してから１０分ととたたないうち、アロハタワーの沖合いで船の横をゆ~っくりと泳いでいました。ナチュラリストさんの説明によると５頭一緒に見かけるのは珍しいのだとか？！
３０分くらいクジラの群れを観察してから、次のクジラを探しに場所を移動するとのことだったので、お昼ご飯ビュッフェに。
サラダからチキン、ローストビーフ、果物、デザートまでおなかいっぱいに！
ランチの後は、プルメリアでレイ作りを体験♪
おなかもいっぱいになったし、カルチャー体験もしたから、ちょっと外で景色でも見ようかなっと思って景色を眺めていたらクジラが大ジャンプ！！！４、５回水しぶきを上げて大ジャンプを披露してくれました！

クジラのダイナミックなパフォーマンスに感動できたし、カルチャー体験もできたし、と~っても楽しませていただきました。今度は家族や友達と一緒にいきます！

I participated on January 22. I thought it might be too early to see much, so I expected to only catch a glimpse from a distance, but I was thrilled to see it up close multiple times! Various groups appeared all around, and the staff mentioned that it was rare to see so many up close, so I felt very lucky. My daughter seemed to enjoy searching for whales too, and she was excited when she spotted one over there! On the way back, my husband took a ukulele lesson while my daughter and I had fun making leis. My husband had learned a bit of ukulele before, so he was happy to have a mini concert with the teacher at the end. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki from the ocean was amazing, and we created many wonderful memories. I'm glad we participated.

1月22日に参加しました。
少し時期が早いので遠くで見れる程度かなぁと思っていたけど、すぐ近くで何度も見れて大興奮でした！
色んな集団があちこちに出現し、スタッフの方が「こんなに沢山近くで見れるのは珍しい」と言っていたけど、大変ラッキーでした。
娘はクジラを探すのも楽しかったみたいで、あっちにいたぁ！と見つけたときは嬉しかったみたいです。
帰りには、主人はウクレレのレッスン、私と娘はレイを作って楽しかったです。
主人は少しだけウクレレを習ったことがあるので、最後にウクレレの先生と一緒に発表会ができ、嬉しかったようです。
海から見るダイアモンドヘッドやワイキキの景色もサイコーでしたし、いい思い出が沢山でき、参加して良かったです。

Everything was great. Food, fun, and entertainment. From pick up to drop off. Professional and courteous. Great experience. I'd recommend t for everyone.

Actually, it's called a briefing, but in the beginning, there were cheers just from seeing a part of the whale. When a jump happened, there was an overwhelming cheer and excitement. While waiting for the next jump, people nearby were getting excited together, creating a strange sense of solidarity during the pleasant cruising experience. Luckily, I was able to see about eight jumps. On the way back from whale watching, there were activities like making flower arrangements and hula lessons, making it a very enjoyable cruise.

本当は　ブリーフィングとか言うらしいのですが　最初のころは　クジラの一部が見えただけで歓声が上がっていましたが　ジャンプが出た時の大歓声と大興奮　次のジャンプを　今か今かと待つ間にも　近くの人同士でも　盛り上がり　不思議な連帯感のような　和やかなクルージングの中　ラッキーにも８回ぐらい　見ることが出来ました。ホエールウオッチングの帰りの船中では　生花でのレイ作りやフラのレッスンとかが有り　とても楽しいクルージングです。
