Highly recommend! I was worried about a longer tour that would lose the kids interest, but this did not disappoint. Both my boys loved the experience.

The Polynesian Culture Center is a must see!!

There is rich culture and knowledge and pride to be embraced. The tribes are welcoming and the proceeds go toward supporting the local college students. They engage the crowds and make it fun. The food and entertainment is amazing. There are several local artists with shops for souvenirs to take home. I’ve made it a point to visit the center every time I’ve visited the island and it’s always amazing.

Great experience learning about the different polynesian culturals..

All very insightful and interesting in their own way with each of the 6. Would easily go back again and do it all over. Everyone there was helpful and always asking if you needed any help or to answer questions in general. Great for the family or take your date. Show in the evening was outstanding as well.

Unable to experience all the activities being offered on the same day though.
If interested you guys can buy shows tickets after the cultural center activities ahead of time or at least look into it if you want to do it or not.

Bishop Museum Tickets & Admission - Hawaii Museum of Natural & Cultural History
Excellent visit!

Passport to Pearl Harbor Ticket - Official One-Day Admission & Self-Guided Tour
Passport to Pearl Harbor (still need to get your own USS Arizona tickets)
Reviewed by: CiaoBella, 2021/11/18This Passport to Pearl Harbor was very convenient because you have the QR code that'll easily get you all the places except the USS Arizona Memorial.
Once you arrive, they'll check your vaccination card & ID and will give you a wrist band. From there it's up to you where you want to visit.
I started with the USS Bowfin, where they'll give you an audio you can listen to as you walk through the sub. My advise is to make sure to carefully listen to it before moving forward cause it's not going to replay. Once you're done visiting the sub, there's a museum that has a virtual tour of the submarine.
After taking a 10 minute shuttle to USS Missouri, you get to step foot where the Japanese surrendered 80 years ago. On the Battleship there's guides who can answer your questions and give you a piece of history. You take another 5 minute shuttle to the Pacific Aviation Museum where they have displays of old aircrafts. It's a great place for those have interest in airplanes cause you are standing right there in front of 20+airplanes! The last stop I made was to the USS Arizona. Highly advise to purchase the boat ticket in advance on the Recreation.gov website because if you don't have one you're going to be in the stand-by line. Give yourself about 1.5-2 hours for each attraction so you can make the most of this passport.

Educational and entertaining
Reviewed by: Barry, 2021/10/22Great place to visit. Highly recommend going but honestly will next time rent a car or take an Uber and just pay at the park or on line for tickets. We went with buffet and stayed for the show. Things could get hairy at the end because the bus you arrive in may not be the same you head back on. There are multiple buses waiting and you have to ask each driver if they are going to your stop. We were very lucky to hit the right bus on the first try. Need a better system. Great place to visit with kids. Folks there are super friendly.

Pearl Harbor Guided Arizona Memorial & USS Battleship Missouri Tour by E Noa
A must see tour
Reviewed by: Barry, 2021/10/22How can you visit Honolulu and not see Pearl Harbor and the Missouri. Trip started off badly as our bus was over an hour late. It meant things we were supposed to see on the way to Pearl Harbor was squeezed in on the way back. Not good when you have made dinner cruise plans with the same tour company. Guide Ru Ru was pleasant but brushed aside the delay as being on “Hawaiian time.” Wish we had more time to spend at the Missouri.

It was our 30 year anniversary Hawaiian trip and after that long flight, it was delightful to get a true Hawaiian greeting!! The young lady was gracious and very informative! She directed us straight to the shuttle service send took several pictures for our memory book. The flowers lasted 5 days and kept our condo smelling like a sunny floral garden.

Fun and beautiful!

They have reverence for the Islands and also have fun showing the beauty and fun of their heritage. We visitors are referred to as “Family”. We are made to feel very welcome and are invited to participate in crafts, dance and games with the Island people. The Buffett and the show are wonderful. Thank you!!!

This excursion is TOO LONG!
Reviewed by: KMcKay, 2021/10/01While we enjoyed the Polynesian Cultural Center overall, this day was entirely too long for our taste. There really wasn't much to do at the center to fill up our time, so we just sitting around waiting for the Luau dinner. And, the gift shop is on the other side of the entrance, so we couldn't even shop to kill time, which we would have loved to do.
The Luau was delicious, especially the welcome drink in the pineapple. And, the show was fantastic, but we were tired of being there all day.
So, if you want to waste a full day in paradise with not much to do, then this is the excursion for you.

I was looking for something unique to surprise the love of my life while visiting the Island of O‘ahu. I came across the Kamoauli and I'm so glad I did! It was an amazing experience!!! We were able to sail during sunset and soak up so much Hawaiian culture. This was truly different than any other advertised cruise. It truly felt like we were in a different world. We got a chance to get away from the hustle & bustle of Waikiki and escaped to our own little paradise on the water. We felt a sense of peace. We danced, learned about the history of Waikiki and listened to beautiful music throughout the cruise. Did I say the food was authentic Hawaiian food and delicious! This was such a memorable experience and to be able to share it with the man I love was..... priceless! I love you R!

No USS Arizona, but still worth it
Reviewed by: Sully, 2021/08/07The passport gives you access to the USS Battleship Missouri, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum and the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum. You do need an ID when you are entering all these museums. You do have to get separate tickets for the USS Arizona, which is the main attraction, but the museums are filled with amazing details of Pearl Harbor, definitely some new to our group. Along with that there are so many artifacts and visuals to experience Pearl Harbor. We loved the Submarine experience.

Having never been there, on the first day, we were not watching the time and when we realized the villages all closed at 5:30.. I think its wonderful to allow the guests to use the tickets for up to three days since the first day. This gave us the opportunity to return and enter the rest of the villages that we didn't have time to see on the first day. We were bummed that the luau, buffet and show were all sold out on both days.

Worth every second there!

The different areas had different shows to share their culture. Most of the employees are college students from the different Polynesian areas and families. Due to Covid restrictions and timing, we were not able to attend a luau. When we return to Hawaii we will go here again (it is hard to fit it all in, in a day) and also do the luau. This was the best money we spent on the island. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! We prepurchased entry with the Veltra passes and it worked great. Moved right to the front of the line and no worries about getting in.

Polynesian Culture Center (PCC) all day with buffet and show

It’s worth the money and the time. To be able to see things before the buffet I would suggest showing up around 1200 to look at the shops and then go right into the culture center g go if the activities and shows.

Had to do it again!
Reviewed by: Jeff, 2021/05/09I had family members flying to Honolulu for first time back in 2019 and found I could have them receive Lei's as the came off the plane. I thought that sounded like a great greeting to Hawaii for the first time.
My family members loved it so much. I found out they were going to go back to Honolulu again because they fell in love with Hawaii. This time there was going to be a total of 5 family members traveling. I got them all Lei's.
Because of Covid, this time the greeters could not meet my family members at the gate when they deplaned. Everyone in my family still loved getting the Lei's when they reached the baggage claim area.
So be it a gift for yourself or family or friends, I highly recommend a Welcome Flower Lei Greeting at the airport.
