My 2nd time to Pearl Harbor. 1st time touring Bowfin!

We chose the trip with the tour because we had nothing else scheduled for the day, and I'm glad we did! After visiting the memorial, we were able to go aboard the USS Missouri and spent a good amount of time there. Afterwards, our super nice guide took us around town showing us all of the main attractions and was able to answer all of our questions! We were picked up and dropped off at the hotel which made this really convenient. I would recommend this to everyone! We were back by early afternoon so still had plenty of time left to do our own thing for the rest of the day. Great experience!

We had such a great time! Our tour guide was so personable and made the most of our trip. The tour of Downtown Honolulu is a must if you have the time!

It was raining dogs and cats, so the Pearl Harbor tour was shut down on that day...We only saw a video of Pearl Harbor...luckly we still have USS tour, we had wonderful time in the battleship!

I had hardly used the Waikiki Trolley until now, but it was convenient not only for shopping but also for sightseeing (Red and Green Lines). I even took it for just a few blocks.

I purchased a four-day pass. The Pink Line (to Waikiki and Ala Moana) has frequent service, making it convenient, but the Red Line (to downtown) and Green Line (to Diamond Head) have less frequent service, with intervals of about 40 minutes. If you miss the timing, you may end up waiting for quite a long time. However, it covers almost all of Honolulu's attractions, so if you plan your activities in conjunction with the trolley schedule, I think you can visit many places and have a lot of fun. The drivers are cheerful and enjoyable as well.

４日間のパスを購入しました。ピンクライン（ワイキキやアラモアナ方面）は本数が多いので便利ですが、レッドライン（ダウンタウン方面）とグリーンライン（ダイアモンドヘッド方面）は本数が少なく運転間隔も４０分とかなので、ちょっとタイミングを外すとかなり長い間待つ結果となります。しかしホノルルの名所はほぼ網羅しているので、トロリーの時刻表と照らし合わせて計画的に行動すればかなりと沢山の所へ行けて楽しいと思います。ドライバーさんも陽気で楽しいです。

In Honolulu, it's inconvenient to get around without using the trolley bus. Since we are traveling independently without going through a major travel agency, we purchased this ticket because we couldn't use the travel agency's exclusive trolley bus. However, it turns out that the only lines where you need to show the ticket are the Red Line and Green Line. The Pink Line, which is heavily used, is free if you have a JCB card, so it seems that most people can board without any checks. I slightly regret that we might not have needed to buy the ticket after all.

ホノルルではトロリーバスを利用しないと移動が不便なため、大手旅行会社を通さず旅行している私達は旅行会社独自のトロリーバスを利用できないため、このチケットを購入しましたが、チケットを見せる必用があるのはレッドラインやグリーンラインくらいで、利用者が多いピンクラインはJCBカードがあれば無料なため、ほとんどの人が持っていると思われているのかチェックすらなしで乗車できていました。買わなくても良かったかなと少し後悔しました。

I had read other reviews of this tour that mentioned not having enough time for everything, so when we booked the tour, I mentioned that seeing the Missouri was our top priority. Sure enough, when we arrived at the memorial, our guide (Steve) handed us tickets to the Missouri with the right guidance so we could see it first, and still have time for the Arizona. Steve was great, gave the whole group detailed coaching and an insider's perspective, and kept us all on track. Terrific use of a day of our vacation!

The Bus Driver was excellent; very knowledgeable and gave us a great visit with great information on the history. Unfortunately it was a morning tour - but we had tickets for 2 PM? Having paid so far in advance it was a little annoying to have to wait for an hour on the stand by line. We never saw the Missouri - just the Punchbowl cemetary - so I think we should get a partial refund on this one as well.

I used the four-day ticket again this year. Although the routes have changed, it was truly convenient. I was able to visit the long-awaited farmers' market and hike Diamond Head using just this trolley. Even though it's a four-day ticket, it can be used anytime during my stay, allowing for flexible use over the six days.

路線が変わったりもしていますが、本当に重宝です。
念願のファーマーズマーケットやダイアモンドヘッド登山もこのトロリーだけで行く事が出来ました。
今年も４日チケットとはいえ滞在中の４日分いつでも使用可能なので６日間中不連続で使用できて使い勝手があります。

Good tour for the price. Worth having someone pick you up and do the driving. We wish we had more time on the Missouri and to see the museums back on Ford Island. We drove from Honolulu, to Pearl Harbor to get tickets, back to Honolulu for the tour, then to Pearl Harbor, and then back to Honolulu. I would have preferred that we were picked up a bit later and have the tickets all ready for us. We barely had any breakfast and because there isn't much time, we didn't eat from 6:30 am to almost 4 pm. Our tour guide was very courteous and informative (Marlan).

Highly recommend this tour...hotel pick-up, comfortable narrated bus ride through Honolulu, no waiting in line for tickets! Very enjoyable and interesting tour. Back to hotel by 2 pm to enjoy the afternoon on the beach. Well worth spending the $ !!!!

On the morning of August 3rd, around 8 AM, we went from in front of the Hyatt to Diamond Head. The driver's talk was excellent. I want to rate this as the best part of the trip. It was so much fun.

I thought I paid for the battleship Missouri tour but was never taken. Arizona memorial was just as I remember it.

Tour was great and the tour guide did a great job. However, the pick up point was a closed hotel and not well marked. Took a while to find the pick up point, which was only a block away from the hotel where we were staying. Do not understand this as other buses from the same company were picking up at out hotel. We spend a few hours trying to find the pick up point and the operator that was called was not helpful. Overall it was a very nice day but it didn't start out the way that was expected. You need to set the pick up point at the hotel staying. Do not understand why he had to find a closed hotel!

This event was amazing!!! There is so much history behind it, that I left hungry to come back for more information!! It's a must see for everyone!!! It's an unforgettable experience!! Get to experience the deck in battleship Missouri. The tourist guide where very helpful. I'm happy that I booked all my activities with Veltra Hawaii activities, they send me reminders and I got curtesy calls 1 day prior to my events. Thanks again for all your great work!!

The service was great! They accommodated our changes efficiently and we were able to work around our schedule. Our guide Theus was amazing and we shared quite a few laughs and good info during the entire tour. Highly recommend!! We had a great time!

I had a great time riding, but I noticed that there were many more trolleys from Japanese travel agencies, which made me question the convenience. I also felt that the closing time was a bit early.

Honolulu is hectic enough without worrying how to get places with traffic. The tour is great. The driver knew the ins and outs of the places we went and made our experience worthwhile. I'm glad we could keep our bags on the bus in between places, especially our packed lunch!

I participated with my mother, my sisters, and my aunt. I signed up so that my mother and aunt, who were visiting Hawaii for the first time, could truly experience it. On the day of the event, my mother and aunt got the time wrong and arrived about 30 minutes late, but the staff were very accommodating, and it didn't affect the rest of the schedule.

The activities included making leis and hula lessons, but thanks to the staff's arrangements, we also got to pick and crack open kukui nuts, which was an experience you can't find elsewhere. The teachers were exceptional, providing instruction that you wouldn't normally receive, and my beginner mother and aunt were very pleased. By the evening, they were so engrossed that they were reviewing what they learned at the hotel.

When you think of Hawaii, you might think of sightseeing, shopping, and gourmet food, but I believe participating in a tour like this, where you can touch on Hawaii's history and culture, will create wonderful memories. While going with friends is great, I think participating as a parent-child duo allows for unexpected discoveries and strengthens bonds.

It was a very satisfying tour. Thank you very much. However, while they do provide water, it's just a paper cup's worth per person, so I think it's better to bring your own bottle.

母と私達姉妹とおばと４人で参加しました。ハワイが初めての母と叔母にハワイを感じてほしくて申し込みしました。当日母達が時間を間違えて３０分程遅れてしまいましたが、スタッフの方の対応もよくてその後のスケジュールにも支障がでずに済みました。
内容はレイ作りとフラレッスンでしたが、それ以外にもスタッフの方の計らいでククイの実を拾って割ってみたりと他では体験出来ないような内容です。
レイとフラは先生も普段では、教えていただけないよな先生にきちんと教えて頂き初心者の母や叔母もとても喜んでいました。夜にはホテルで復習するほどに夢中になっていました。
ハワイというと観光、買い物、グルメと思いますが、ハワイの歴史や文化にふれあうこの様なツアーに参加してみるのもとてもいい思い出になると思います。
友達同士もいいけど親子で参加すると意外な発見や絆を感じることが出来ると思います。
とても大満足なツアーでした。ありがとうございました。
ただ、お水を頂けるのですが、一人一本のボトルではなく紙コップ一杯の水なのでマイボトルを持参したほうがいいと思います。

Our first and most memorable experience with this company was being picked up by Coach Driver Jerry. This guy is a credit to the company and to Hawaii. He supplied a huge amount of information about the islands, the history and Pearl Harbour. He was extremely helpful to everyone on the coach and gave sensible advice to all the 'out of towners' The experience of visiting the Missouri and the Arizona memorial was a humbling and memorable experience for our family.

The Royal Start tour to Pearl Harbor was more than I had hoped for. "Cousin Jerry" was an amazing guide and made us feel like ohana (family). The comfort of the tour bus was very very nice. The visit to the Arizona was everything I expected and was a very emotional time for me, being a Navy veteran. We really felt like we got our money worth and definitely recommend the Royal Star tours.

There were so many Pearl Harbor tours to choose from, I thought my head was going to explode just trying to decide. In the end, I was glad we chose this one. We had a lot of time on our own to explore Pearl Harbor and there were optional audio tours available for an additional fee, but we didn't do that. There was so much to take in and see as it was!

Our family really enjoyed the tour of Pearl Harbor and the Battleship Missouri. It was very informative and easy for our kids to follow along. Our tour guide, Frank, was the best! Very personable and helpful with any questions.

This trolley not only allows you to get around the city but also takes you to Diamond Head and Kahala Mall, and I use it every year without fail. You can use it for four days on any day during your stay, and the ability to extend the days you don't use it adds to the value. Many of the drivers are entertaining, so you won't get bored.

このトロリーは、市内の移動だけでなくダイヤモンドヘッド観光やカハラモールまでいく事が出来、毎年必ず使っています。
滞在中のどの日でも4日間分使用でき、中日に使用しない日は延長でき使う日に使用できるのもお得感があります。
運転手も面白い方が多く飽きさせません。
