We were divided into three groups, but the waves in the North were high, and by the time we got to the last group, it was impossible to enjoy the experience due to seasickness! Several people were vomiting. Unfortunately, some had to withdraw. I cannot recommend this for anyone who is prone to seasickness!

One of the purposes of my visit to Hawaii was this. My husband and I were supposed to participate together, but unexpectedly, he fell ill the day before, so I considered canceling. However, he encouraged me to go alone, and I did.

My impression? Simply the best!!

The photographer was very good at Japanese and made various efforts to help me relax. The instructor spoke mostly in English, so I think it would be better to have some speaking ability.

I experienced a new world. When I come to Hawaii next time, I would like to participate again with my husband.

The Polynesian center is a must see. The Luau was a bit disappointing in terms of the food selection and quantity. The evening show however was Outstanding!! I would recommend make this an all day event so as to explore the entire center.

Best way to visit the North Shore Area. There is so much to do on this tour I only wished it had lasted longer. We snorkeled at sharks cove where we saw beautiful fish and sea turtles, swam under a waterfall at Waimea Valley, visited sunset beach and turtle beach. We then hung out and ate in Haleiwa town. There are different options to choose from depending on your package. We missed Waimea bay - could not fit into schedule. Maybe next time. Highly recommend if you are NOT renting a car.

I was taken with a group of about 10 people. I thought we would have plenty of time at Dole, but the pineapple train took longer than expected, and we ended up hurriedly eating our soft serve. I think the timing of the train plays a role, but before boarding, the staff takes photos of each group with the train in the background, so we had to wait until everyone was done taking pictures, which took a lot of time before we could depart, especially since it was summer vacation. At the North Shore, we were able to eat garlic shrimp and see sea turtles, which made for a fun experience.

I can't recommend a better way to capture the essence of Hawaii than on this beach trail ride. The scenery is beautiful, relaxing and the overall experience made our trip that much more memorable. We saw sea turtles and even caught a glimpse of an endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal. The horses are very well trained polo ponies that do trail rides in their spare time. ...just another reason that makes this ride unique. The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. we will be back!

The DVD captured everything well, conveying the excitement, so for first-timers, it might be a bit pricey, but I definitely recommend it!

The seaside location is amazing! It was a bit disappointing that it was only 45 minutes long, but riding the horse while enjoying the beautiful ocean, sandy beaches, and greenery of the North Shore created the best atmosphere! I was able to take great photos that my friends would envy, even while riding with one hand on the shutter! There were three instructors with us, and they chatted with us, saying things like, "They filmed Pirates of the Caribbean here!" and "Turtle!" I had a lot of fun, especially since I'm studying English. We stopped at various places on the way to the North Shore, which was also enjoyable! The ocean at the North Shore was very beautiful and felt like a private beach, which was great! I wanted to play in the ocean as well as ride horses, so I would be happy if there was a plan that combined horseback riding and swimming! But I definitely want to ride horses at this place again!

After a comfortable drive of just over an hour from Waikiki towards the North, I spotted the GUNSTOCK sign and felt a rush of excitement. The expansive ranch, along with the goats and horses, was truly soothing and impressive.

While horseback riding, I leisurely enjoyed the scenery, and at the top of the hill, a breathtaking view unfolded, making me feel refreshed. Riding while holding the reins myself really allowed me to fully embrace the cowboy experience.

We had a wonderful time here. Our driver and escort provided lively Hawaiian music,taught us about sacred Hawaiian land, historic places where movies were filmed, and a list of Hawaiian vocabulary. As we got there we were greeted by employees while checking in. We saw every village and participated in some activities. We learned how to dance hula and play the ukulele. We also got to see the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Luau portion was the best! I have never been satisfied with an endless luau buffet.Food was great but I have only one suggestion which is make sure you don't eat too much because you still need to attend the show HA The Breath of Life. The show was awesome with historic facts of how children were raised with the sense of Ohana in Hawaii. After watching this show my girlfriend and I are aware of how and what life means to the Hawaiians.Ultimately if you are planning on visiting Oahu and was interested in this activity, then don't hesitate to book it!

It was absolutely amazing!
I had breakfast at 6:00 and was picked up at the hotel at 6:45.
In the hotel lobby, the driver, Mr. Takahashi, taught me how to fill out the participation form.
You can take your time to fill out the documents on the bus, of course in Japanese.
We picked up participants from three or four hotels and arrived in about an hour.
The training consists of watching a video, explained in Japanese.
The content is simple: ① The position when jumping from the plane (arched back with arms crossed) ② Spread your arms at the instructor's signal (they will tap your shoulders twice) ③ Never touch the instructor ④ Leave the landing to the instructor (extend your legs forward).
The instructor also explains using simple Japanese and gestures.
If you request photos or videos, or both, a photographer will jump with you.
I chose photos, and there were 177 images in the data.
They will provide goggles on the plane.
During free fall, breathe through your nose, and if your ears hurt, pinch your nose and slowly release the air.

North Shore Shark Adventures - Oahu Cage Diving Tour with Waikiki Transportation

Without a doubt, the best thing I did all week.

When my friend asked me to do this with him, I was a bit hesitant. Not knowing what to expect, my imagination relived several scenes in "Jaws". After doing some research and coming to the realization that North Shore does this on a daily basis without people loosing limbs, I agreed. It turned out to be an absolutely phenomenal experience. We arranged for the hotel pickup and once in the van, took the 45 minute ride to the North Shore area of Oahu. Once at the marina, it's about a 20-30 minute ride out to the cage. The Captain went over all the safety instructions thoroughly and describes what types of sharks we would be seeing. His shark lecture was very informative and wasn't stumped when questions were asked. Once at the site, the cage is secured to the side of the boat and after the 8-10 passengers get in, the cage is allowed to float away about 20 feet. Observing the sharks was a thing of beauty and simply can't be described in words. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

Circle Island Sightseeing Tour & Full-Day Polynesian Cultural Center Tickets

The circle island tour (1 star) was too much a rush, it is literally a drive half way around the island to get to PCC, only a couple stops that barely has time to get off the bus and take photos, and no where states that the famous Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesday for cleanup.

The PCC operates like the cruise ship, put a lei on you just to have photographer take pictures to sell you later, and then take the lei back. The so called guides in the PCC are students where some of them are not well trained to handle the group; you can do everything by yourself using the schedule of programs.

The Luau was mediocre, no whole pig roasting, just a huge dinning hall with lots of people, eating the buffet, and some show on stage. Sorry, I live in Vegas, this cannot compare.

"HA: Breath of Life" Show definitely 5 star, very well done and great performers, if you are willing to pay high price for shows in Vegas, this one is on par.

Ballet the donkey came to greet us. He was so cute, rubbing his face against us. I wanted to take him back to Japan! (laughs) The horse was also very smart, and my daughter was in a great mood. We had a wonderful time together as a family until the end.

Four years ago, I went skydiving with this company in Hawaii. I couldn't forget the excitement from that time, so I decided to sign up again. Just like last time, the waiver included scary statements like "we are not responsible for accidents" and "general travel insurance does not cover this," but I understood well that it is a dangerous activity, yet a valuable experience, so I went ahead with the skydiving.

First, a video explanation is shown, detailing the methods and points to note. The instructors who jump with you also provide explanations. However, many of them seem to speak only very simple Japanese. (But since you watch the video, you will definitely understand.) There are many friendly and cheerful people.

You can have photos and videos taken, but since one cameraman jumps with you, the cost is nearly double. When you're on the plane, you can see the beautiful ocean and rise through the clouds, making the view inside the plane quite moving.

Then, under the instructor's guidance, you jump from the plane. Some people felt the wind pressure and said they couldn't breathe, but I was able to breathe normally. It felt less like falling and more like being a bird flying.

When the parachute opens, the drop speed suddenly decreases, which is surprising, but from there, you can enjoy the scenery slowly. The instructor made several turns so we could see various views. You land on the ground in just over five minutes. However, even when the ground is right below you, the landing can be quite jarring. So I think wearing jeans or long pants is better. Last time, I landed normally, but this time, due to the strong wind, I fell and landed on my backside (laughs).

But it was really fun, and I felt I had a great experience.

まず説明のＶＴＲが流れ、方法や留意点などの説明されます。
一緒にとぶインストラクターの方からも説明があったりします。でも本当にカンタンな日本語しか話せない感じの人が多いです。（でもＶＴＲを観ているので絶対わかります）
とても気さくな明るい人が多いです。
写真や映像も撮影してもらえますが、カメラマン１人がとぶので２倍近い料金がかかります。
飛行機に乗ってる時点できれいな海が見えたり、雲をつきぬけて上昇するので飛行機内での景色も感動モノです。
あとはインストラクターさんの指示のもと飛行機から飛びます。風圧を感じて「息ができなくなる」という人もいましたが、あたしはけっこうフツーに息してました。
落ちてるというより、鳥になって飛んでるような気分。
それからパラシュートが開くと急に落下速度が落ちるのでびっくりしますが、そこからはゆっくり景色を楽しむことができました。インストラクターさんはいろんな景色が見れるように何度も旋回してくれました。
５分少々で地上に降りてきます。が、地面がすぐ真下に見えても着地はけっこう衝撃があります。なので服装はＧパンや長ズボンの方がいいと思います。前回はフツーに立てましたが、今回は風が強かったせいもありコケてお尻で着地（笑）

My first experience with skydiving. I boarded a Cessna and ascended into the vast sky. We went up so high that I wondered if we were still climbing. At 4,200 meters, we were significantly higher than Mount Fuji. Naturally, the clouds were far below us. After jumping, it felt like I did a flip. The wind pressure during the descent was incredible. It felt like the flesh of my cheeks was being pulled back towards my ears. It felt quite long until the parachute opened, but later, based on the video time, it was just a little over a minute. Once the parachute opened, it felt like we were going up. After that, I thought we would descend slowly, but… we made right turns and left turns, going over the ocean and back to the coastline. ｽｶｲﾀﾞｲﾋﾞﾝｸﾞ初体験。ｾｽﾅに乗って大空へ。まだ上へ行くの?という位ずいぶんと高く上がっていきました。4,200ﾒｰﾄﾙ富士山よりかなり高い。当然雲ははるか下方。飛び降りてから、1回転くらいしたようだ。下降中の風圧がすごい。ほっぺたの肉が耳の後ろへ持って行かれる感じ。ﾊﾟﾗｼｭｰﾄが開くまで、結構長く感じる。あとでﾋﾞﾃﾞｵの時間からすると1分ﾁｮｯﾄ。ﾊﾟﾗｼｭｰﾄが開くと、上に上がる感じ。そのあとは。ゆっくり降りていくかと思ったら…。右旋回、左へ旋回。海の上へ行ったり海岸線へ戻ったりと。チョット酔ってしまいました。我が家の二男は随分と酔ってしまったようです。気分が少し悪くなったせいか、よけい時間が長く感じられ地面に降り立つまで長く感じました。着地した後は少し足が震えていました。写真撮影はお願いしましたが、ﾋﾞﾃﾞｵは購入しませんでした。二男一人分だけ、ﾋﾞﾃﾞｵをかったので、人間は違うけど風景は一緒です。カメラマンが一人一人着くので、その人のｾﾝｽによって写真の枚数と、映り方が違うので、ここは運ですね。私たち夫婦はもう飛ぶことは無いでしょうが、息子たちは、又ﾁｬﾝｽがあるでしょう。一度体験したので、次回はより楽しんで飛べることと思います。ハワイの美しい景色を見ながらのﾀﾞｲﾋﾞﾝｸﾞは、素晴らしかったです。乗り物酔いの無い方にはお勧めです。

I strongly recommend this experience! The crew were helpful, down to earth and nice which made the experience even better. I recommend purchasing the video of yourself under water with the sharks - it will be a lifelong memory.
