The activity lasted 14 hours, but we were never bored and the time seemed to fly by. A great guide/bus driver in Henry, an entertaining samoan, helped greatly.

You get to see many of the famous beaches, mountains and other parts of Oahu, as well as the Dole plant (where we spent so little time that it was almost a waste) and the Polynesian cultural center.

The buffet was OK, as expected, but nothing special. The shows before and after though, were very good. A must see for all visiting Oahu.

Good value for the money.

I felt more fear about signing a consent form that seemed to relinquish all my rights than I did about flying, but once it was over, I thought, "I'm glad I did it!"

It's such an extraordinary experience that it creates unforgettable memories.

If you're interested, I recommend giving it a try.

I'm not sure if it was because I mentioned it was my second time diving, but this time the instructor (Bandi) taught us how to operate the parachute during the fall and let us play freely (laughs). Also, before opening the parachute, perhaps because I was particularly excited, he allowed us to experience some intense movements that the previous instructor didn't do. It was amazing! I definitely want to participate again.

However, there was one issue... We were picked up at our hotel in Waikiki at 7:10 AM, and the four Japanese groups who came with us finished their dives around 10 AM, but the return vehicle didn't leave until 1 PM... During that time, there was nothing to do, and everyone was sleeping. The reason for the wait was that we were waiting for a foreign family who arrived much later to finish... I remember waiting for about three hours after finishing last time as well. If it weren't for this, I think it would have been even more enjoyable.

ダイビングをする前に２回目だと伝えたからかどうかはわかりませんが、今回のインストラクター(バンディ)は落下中にパラシュートの操作法を教えてくれて自由に遊ばせてくれました(笑)またパラシュートを開く前にも僕のテンションがやたら高かったせいか、前回のインストラクターはやってくれなかったような激しい動きも体験させてくれました。最高でした！また絶対に参加したいと考えています。
ただ一つ問題が・・・・７時１０分にワイキキのホテルピックアップし、１０時頃には一緒に来た日本人４組のダイブは終わっていたのですが、帰りの車両が出たのが１３時・・・・。その間は何もすることがなく、みんな寝ていました。
待っていた理由は、だいぶ後から来た外人家族の終わり待ちち・・・・。確か、前回も終わってから３時間程度何もやることがなく待っていた記憶があります。
これがなかったら、もっともっと楽しいと思います。

It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I participated with that thought in mind, and it was absolutely addictive!!!

Actually, I have a severe fear of heights, but from 14,000 feet, I felt no fear at all and was able to enjoy it without any stress. For those who are struggling with skydiving due to a fear of heights, I highly recommend giving it a try!

By the way, in my opinion, the bungee jump from the Macau Tower at 233 meters was scarier!!!

Lastly, the DVD was edited very nicely, making for a great keepsake!

I want to experience it again!

Before it started, I was quite nervous. The instructor was friendly and cheerful, chatting to help ease my anxiety.
We took off in a Cessna, but it was quite cold up in the air.
When I jumped, I was so caught up in the moment that I couldn't think of anything, but I wasn't scared.
While flying, it was hard to breathe, but once the parachute opened, I felt so good that I could sense the vastness of the Earth. The ocean and islands of Hawaii were incredibly beautiful. I was deeply moved.
I highly recommend that everyone experience this at least once!!!

始まる前は、かなり緊張していました。インストラクターのかたは、気さくで明るく、不安を取り除くようにいろいろおしゃべりしてくれていました。
セスナで空へ向かいましたが、上空はかなり寒かったです。

The place was about an hour away from Honolulu but that wasn't problem. The website said to be there 30 min early and we were but the horse handlers said that wasn't neccessary. They were short handed and we ended up waiting more than an hour to ride but the place was majestic so we weren't bothered by the wait. The guides prepared us and were concerned about everyones safety. The ride was perfect. They guides were professional and took time to take our pictures while we were on the beach. I would do it again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii.. It was a great family experience.

I made a reservation.
However, I was unsure about canceling until the day before.
The night before, various thoughts crossed my mind, and I couldn't sleep well.

My family and I enjoy horseback riding but this one was not up to par. I booked a private lesson and was told we would be able to do more with the horses beside just walking them and also would not be a nose to tail ride but that's exactly what it was. We were told many things but none were true. A couple of the horses did not like having another horse so close to it's tail so they would constantly kick backwards. You're only on the beach for a short time to cross to the dusty path were you spend most of the time until you cross back over the beach to go back to the club. Our guide was also an unpleasant women who never spoke unless it was to tell us what we were doing wrong. It was definetely not worth the money we spent and would not go back.

I didn't have a friend to fly with, so I participated alone this time! I'm not good with roller coasters, but to be honest, this was way less scary than a roller coaster. It was exhilarating! However, I did feel quite nauseous after the parachute opened. I ordered the DVD, and when I had a screening with my friends at the hotel, it was a lot of fun!

一緒に飛んでくれる友人がいなったので、今回は一人で参加しました！
ジェットコースターが苦手なのですが、はっきり言ってジェットコースターよりも全然怖くりませんでした。爽快の一言！！
ただ、パラシュートが開いた後がかなり酔います。

Horseback riding has always been a really fun pastime for me, and I especially thought after seeing the ad on your site that this particular ride seemed different and unique. And it was!

The horses themselves are polo horses....and wow...are they beautiful. Very different from most ranch horses i have seen...and the ride itself...all I have ever been on have been on ranches along dusty trails or in the woods...THIS WAS ON THE BEACH...RIGHT BY THE WATER...IN HAWAII!! I honestly think I don't need to say anymore! On the beach...in Hawaii!

I choose this horsebackriding venue because of the website which stated they are not your typical trail ride. According to the ad we would not be riding nose to tail - that's exactly what we had to do--- also the ad stated we would be free to ride the horses to our ability-absolutely not, we were not allowed out of the line or to go faster than a walk or to go ahead of the guide-who was a most unpleasant woman. Also the beach part of the ride was very limited. The only high marks I give are to the horses!! They were not your typical trail horses. Overall I was disappointed, especially considering the high cost.

It was my first experience and I was very nervous, but as the instructor said, I was able to fly like a bird without feeling weightless. Falling from 4,200 meters at a speed of 200 km/h was thrilling. If you pay an additional fee (USD 188), a personal photographer will capture the entire experience from takeoff to landing on DVD and in about 100 photos. If you request something like "Please take a photo that captures the curvature of the Earth," they will likely accommodate that. Before flying, there is a few minutes of an image video and a brief lesson, but you will sign a contract stating that they are not responsible for any accidents, so the decision to participate is at your own risk. If you have any health concerns, it is recommended to see a doctor beforehand.

June 25, 2011: My first and probably last skydiving! I want to praise myself for doing well... Anyway, 1. Fear of heights doesn't really matter 2. There’s no G-force like on a roller coaster, and you don’t feel that floating sensation 3. The instructor is reliable, and you can experience it without any anxiety 4. The rapid descent changes the air pressure quickly, so your ears might hurt a bit 5. I think those who participated should definitely order the DVD 6. For those who haven't experienced it yet, those who are hesitating, and those who are unsure, I highly recommend participating (please consider the risks carefully). In December, I'm going to Hawaii with my husband, and he has also expressed his intention to participate, lol. It was so much fun!! Thank you to all the instructors!!

Having seen too much "Shark Attack" and "Shark Week" on Animal Planet and Discovery Channel, I wasn't too happy with my decision to do this activity. Though when I went in the cage, I wasn't scared at all, but fascinated by the beautiful creatures that sorrounded us. Just a tip; bring motion sickness pills. P.s. I'm not scared of sharks anymore.

I had a great time on this snorkel trip. The North Shore has always been my favorite part of Oahu, so when I saw a tour that was located here I had to take it. Haleiwa is so cute and I just ended up making a day of it enjoying the surrounding area too.

and the snorkeling was so cool. so many things to see, I didn't know where to look half the time! loved it.

We participated as a couple. My wife was initially anxious about joining, but once we got into the enclosure, she found the sharks to be beautiful and realized they were a safe species that doesn't attack humans, so she enjoyed the unique experience.

Even though small fish were swimming nearby, the sharks showed no signs of wanting to eat them, which might have been a bit disappointing in terms of excitement. We both talked about wanting to see more dangerous sharks like great white sharks next time.

We brought a disposable underwater camera, but it was difficult to take pictures because of the waves. I wish we had bought a waterproof case for a digital camera so we could take a lot of pictures while looking at the screen.

妻は当初参加に不安でしたが、檻に入ってみると鮫はきれいで、鮫は人を襲わない安全な種類と分かったので、珍しい体験を楽しんでいました。

鮫は小魚が近くを泳いでいても食べる気配なしで、迫力という点では、ちょっと物足りないかも。
夫婦二人とも次はホオジロザメのような危ない鮫を見たいねと話していました。

使い捨ての水中カメラを買っていきましたが、波で揺れて写真を撮るのが難しかったです。
デジカメで画面を見ながら大量に撮れるように、防水ケースを買えばよかったなと思いました。

The waves were high, so it's advisable to take motion sickness medication. On the boat, I was swaying, and during the experience, I was swaying with the waves as well. When I saw the shark, I was surprised and scared, even though I knew it was coming. They provided a Japanese explanation for the Japanese guests. Since there wasn't anyone among the boat staff who could speak Japanese fluently, basic English conversation skills are necessary for communication.

We participated as a couple. It was my husband's wish to join, and we had a really great time! I definitely recommend the course that has the longest airtime and goes the highest!

It gets cold up there. Also, the belts are quite tight, so I recommend wearing clothing that has some length around the shoulders and thighs. I wore a short-sleeve T-shirt and a long-sleeve shirt, but I ended up with light marks on my arms. If you have long hair, make sure to bring a hair tie! My hair is about shoulder length, and since I forgot a hair tie, it got really tangled after the flight.

You can land on both feet on the grass. I noticed that a few men landed on their bottoms (including my husband), so it might depend on the weight distribution with the instructor.

それでも私たちのときは参加者10人、ＤＶＤ5人で、12時半ごろにはワイキキに戻れました。

The worst thing about the trip was I had to go home. I did the 7 am tour and the staff was great. The boat was nice and clean everything was way above board. I bought the video and I watched as soon as I got back home on the mainland and I still cant believe the beautiful sharks and how many of them were in the waters it was not what I expected but thankful. If you are reading my post you better do this.. One of the best tours I went on while I was in Hawaii...My last comment I cant wait to do it again someday..

Polynesian Cultural Center Tour Ticket - Full Day Admission, Dinner & Show

Late Entry perfect for our child!

We easily could have spent all day at the Polynesian Cultural Center, and definitely hope to go back and do so someday! But for our 6-year old daughter, that would have been far too much. She enjoyed the canoe ride, the tattoos, the leaf weaving, and the poi demonstration. She is still talking about the dinner. Us grown-ups also loved the experience. The luau and the after show were exceptional! Far better than a previous, more expensive and over-rated experience on Maui. I think that if you only do one tourist activity on Oahu, this should be it, including the show. The HA show is WELL worth the price!

We had a BALL with Henry (our tour guide) and ALL of the employees we came across was sooooo friendly, funny and quick with jokes! This is a MUST DO! in Hawaii and booking thru Hawaii activities was easy and they call to confirm my pick up time and gave all the details again. From the time we got on the bus it was laughter from Everyone! Polynesian CC was just way beyond our expectations - we could not get enough. By the end of the day we were pooped! If you really want to get your $$'s worth and see Hawaii for what it is...DO THIS TOUR! you will not regret it. (Then again who regret anything in Hawaii?) I say BIG THANKS! to Henry and Hawaii Activities!! Mahalo again!
