I did it thinking it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience! But I want to do it again!! It felt amazing! However, as the reviews said, the wait is really long! I read the reviews and went by rental car, but I checked in before 9 AM and waited 3 hours until the flight... It seemed like they prioritized the shuttle people. If that’s the case, they should either stagger the check-in times from the beginning or let us know that we would be waiting for 3 hours, so we could have gone sightseeing during that time!! The DVD is a bit pricey, but I'm glad I asked for it! They edit it really cool!

On the night of my arrival, slightly tipsy, I made a reservation. I finally got to try skydiving, something I had wanted to do for a long time.

I boarded the pickup wagon at 6:30 AM, and shortly after, a waiver was distributed. I gulped as I read through the items, including "I will not hold your company responsible, including my family, in case of an accident," and signed all the items! The car was silent.

Upon arriving at the airfield, we watched a video explaining the potential risks, and then I met my instructor, who would jump with me. He was friendly and cheerful, but his serious expression while putting on the gear gave me a sense of reassurance, showing he was indeed a professional.

Then we boarded the Cessna and took off. A few minutes later, when the altimeter indicated we were almost there, the instructors in the cabin started shouting excitedly as the large door opened.

One by one, the dives began, and finally, it was my turn. Perhaps because it was too high or because I had no time to think, I didn't feel much fear of heights as I jumped out, falling at a speed of 200 km/h! It felt more like floating in the air. (It varies by person, but for me, doing a freestyle swim in the air was the most fun part!)

Once the parachute opened safely, I finally noticed the amazing scenery and was able to slowly enjoy the magnificent panorama. (I had heard that looking down could make you dizzy, so I occasionally looked into the distance.)

As the ground quickly approached, I realized I was going quite fast, but I landed safely. I exchanged a firm handshake with my instructor, and my unknown experience came to an end.

Thanks to the clear skies and calm winds, I was extremely satisfied. This could become addictive. I highly recommend giving it a try!

以前からやってみたいと思っていたスカイダイビング初挑戦です。

6：30AMのお迎えワゴンに乗り込みしばらくすると誓約書が配られ、「事故が起きても遺族を含め貴社に責任を問いません」等の項目にゴクリ・・・全項目にサイン！車中はシーンとしていました。

飛行場に到着すると、これまたビデオでミスの可能性などの説明ビデオを見てから一緒に飛ぶインストラクターとご対面。
気さくで明るい方でしたが、器具装着時の顔は真剣そのもので、さすがプロという姿勢が安心感を与えてくれました。

そしてセスナ機に乗り込み離陸。
数分後に高度計を指し、もうじきであることを告げられると、機内のインストラクター達が奇声を発して大きな扉が開かれます。

次々とダイブが始まり、ついに自分の順番。
高すぎるためか、考える間もなく飛び出されたためか、高所恐怖はさほど感じないまま、時速200kmのスピードで落ちる！というより空に浮いている感覚でした。（人にもよりますが、空で平泳ぎをしたりでこのときが一番楽しい!）

無事パラシュートが開くとようやくすばらしい景色に気づき、ゆっくりと壮大なパノラマを楽しめます。（下を見たままだと酔うと聞いていたので、時折遠方に目を向けます）

みるみる地面が近づくと、結構なスピードが出ていることが分かりましたが、無事着地。
インストラクターと固い握手をかわして、未知の体験が終了です。

快晴と無風に恵まれたこともあり、大満足でした。
これは、クセになりそうです。

Skydiving was my number one thing I wanted to do on my honeymoon.

I experienced it with my husband. It was very scary being up in the sky and jumping out until the parachute opened, but the instructor reassured us, and I was able to dive with confidence!!

It truly felt like I became a bird, and it was a wonderful experience!!

I thought I should do it at least once in my life, but if I have the chance again, I would love to do it!

We were greeted by our guide who made sure we were in time for all of the activities. She would have us leave a little early to get to shows that were especially popular so we could get good seats. When it was time for dinner, we opted for the prime dining instead of the luau, so I cannot comment on the luau. After dinner we had a few minutes before going to the show. The show was a fabulous way to end the evening. It was a history of Hawaii that sort of reminded me of the Broadway play, "The Lion King". I would definitely take guests who had never been to the Polynesian Culture Center. I doubt that my husband and I would go again unless we wanted to try the luau. Not because it wasn't enjoyable, but because we have already experienced it. About the staff: they were wonderful! Our guides were so protective over us that it was hard to get away from the group to buy a soda! There is no alcohol served here which suited us fine. Without a doubt, jumping from 4,000 meters was a moment of instant tension. The aerial experience was incredible, offering a panoramic view of Hawaii's ocean and mountains. I even spotted some small whales in the sea. It's an experience that can't be fully conveyed unless you try it yourself, and it made me want to do it again. The staff were very experienced, which provided a great sense of security. This was the highlight of my trip to Hawaii!

I participated this time with anticipation, a long-held wish. There was no worry about joining alone, and we smoothly took to the skies. I had no fear of flying at all. The weather was great, and the scenery was fantastic.

One disappointing thing was that I requested videos and photos, but the quality varied greatly depending on the cameraman. After the flight, in the waiting room, other people's flights were being shown, and it looked like they were having fun, holding hands and touching with the cameraman (a male cameraman with curly blonde hair).

During my flight, I had a female cameraman, and I wondered where she was. After returning home, I was disappointed when I watched my video. The second half was unclear due to fogging and water droplets on the lens. It was quite a poor product. I suppose I have a memento that I flew, but that’s about it.

It was absolutely amazing!! So much fun!! I want to do it again and again!!
I have a fear of heights and I'm not good with amusement park thrill rides, but this feeling is completely different. You definitely should try it! I think it's worth more than the price.
I recommend taking photos. I thought it might be okay to skip the DVD. The wait time was long, but I was so excited that it didn't bother me at all.
I did it in early February, and I saw a lot of whales from the sky!

Then we did log jumps, and afterwards, we even got to canter, which made us very satisfied.

I love horseback riding and have taken various lessons, but I had my first experience with polo in Japan, as there weren't many opportunities.

First, we practiced hitting the ball on the ground. After that, I hit the ball while walking on the horse, and gradually I was able to hit the ball while the horse was running. The horse was very smart and moved towards the ball on its own.

I was very satisfied with the added enjoyment of horseback riding.

I had a great experience in the beautiful nature of the North Shore.

The staff were kind, and even though I didn't understand much English, we were able to communicate through gestures.

One of the sites that I will never miss out on visiting during my frequent visits to Oahu is the Polynesian Cultural Center. This is an amazing place to spend a day if you are interested in learning more about the history and culture of Polynesia in a enjoyable and entertaining way. I strongly recommend that you spend the extra money and take advantage of the full day Ambassador Package. It is certainly well worth the extra cost! With it you will spend the entire day on a small group tour given by a knowledgeable guide who will take you to all the different villages where you will learn the history and culture of that particular Island from individuals who actually grew up on those Islands. Following a full day of touring the villages, you will eat a large meal. Here, with the Ambassadors Package, you have the choice of eating at the Luau or the Prime Rib/Seafood dinner. Skydiving was incredibly fun! On the day of the jump, there were some clouds, so we jumped from a slightly lower altitude, but I was more than satisfied. The cameraman assigned to me seemed to have low skills, and it looked like we might have to turn back due to the thick clouds, but somehow we managed to jump. I also bought the DVD, and it became a great memory. When you go, I definitely recommend renting a car with a navigation system and driving there yourself! Next time, I want to jump on a clear day! I'll definitely go again!

I participated alone at the end of the year. The weather was great, and the free fall while looking out from Turtle Bay to Diamond Head was amazing.

Honestly, I thought there would be more lectures at the beginning, but we only watched a video and then jumped right in, which was a bit surprising, but in a way, it was efficient.

It seems that my jumping buddies didn't speak much Japanese, so having some understanding of English might reduce the enjoyment a bit, but the experience itself was truly wonderful, so I definitely want to recommend it.

年末ひとりで参加しました。天気がよかったこともあり、タートルベイからダイヤモンドヘッドまで見渡しながらのフリーフォールは最高でした。
正直初めのレクチャーがもっとあるのかと思いましたが、ビデオ見ただけですぐ飛ぶのは少々面食らったところありますが、ある意味合理的。
一緒に飛ぶバディの方々はあまり日本語が話せないようなので、多少の英語理解力が無いと楽しみが減ってしまう感じですが、体験そのものは非常に素晴らしいものなので是非ともオススメしたいです。

I might have been sleep-deprived from playing late every night, but I couldn't stop the ringing in my ears during the flight, and even after it was over, I felt dizzy and went back to the hotel to rest. I was really looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. My friend who went with me said they had a great time, so make sure to take care of yourselves and go, everyone!!

A showery day at PCC

We upgraded to the full day, rather than sticking to the late entry. We wanted to have more time to check out the presentations etc. The presentations were interesting and well done. They came over as authentic rather than cheesy or Disneyesque. The staff were excellent all 'round. There were showers passing through, but it didn't take away from our day, as there were plenty of buildings/huts to head into, and showers don't seem to last too long in this part of the world. The entertainment and food at the Luau was good. It did take a long time to get to the lining up and eating part, but there were a lot of people. It would have been better if they started processing the tables through the buffet right after the unveiling of the pig, and we could just watch the entertainment as we went, instead of largely sitting for nearly an hour before anyone started lining up. The HA show was amazing, and I would recommend it too anyone going to Oahu. Overall an opportunity to learn about

My first skydiving experience from 14,000 feet was truly one of a kind. However, the waiting time before the jump and for the return shuttle was excessively long and felt like a waste (they didn't provide any estimates), so I wouldn't recommend it for those who are impatient.

でも一瞬でパラシュートが開き、色んな方向を見せてくれたりクルクルと回って遊んでくれたり…
とても素晴らしい体験ができて満足しています。

またいつか空を飛びたいです!!

On the day of the event, we rented a car, so we opted out of the shuttle service. The meeting time was set for 9:00, so we arrived around 8:30, but the office was already open, and it seemed like the order of jumps was based on the order of check-in. Even though we arrived at 8:30, there were already many people there, and we ended up taking off around 9:30.

This was my second time skydiving, and it was just as amazing as the first. The view from the sky was incredibly beautiful, and I felt no fear at all when jumping from the plane. I was surprised when we passed through the clouds, as the temperature suddenly dropped. I had requested photos, so I flew facing the photographer a couple of times. The pictures turned out really well, and I wished I had done more poses (the instructor was doing various poses for us).

There was a box for tips, and after we finished, the instructor and photographer pointed out their respective boxes, so I left a tip there. The photos were ready in about ten minutes. After confirming them and making the payment, we finished up and left around 10:30 since we had a rental car. It seemed like the shuttle passengers had to wait for their bus back to Waikiki, so I think it's more efficient to go on your own if you can.

２度目のスカイダイビングだったのですが、やっぱり最高でした。空から見る景色はとてもきれくて、飛行機からとぶときも怖さは全くありませんでした。雲の中を通ったときだけいきなり気温が下がったのでびっくりしましたが・・・写真をお願いしていたので、２度ほどカメラマンを向き合った状態で飛んでいました。とてもよくとれていて、もっといろんなポーズをしておけばよかったと思いました。。。（インストラクターの方は色んなポーズをしてくれていたので）
チップを入れる箱がおいてあり、終わったあとにインストラクターとカメラマンが自分の箱を教えてくれたので、そこにチップを入れておきました。
写真は１０分ほどですぐにできました。それを確認して、代金を支払い、私たちはレンタカーだったので10：30頃には終了して出発しました。ワイキキに戻るバスの時間は決まっているようで、送迎付きの人はまだ待っていました。行くなら自分たちで行くほうが時間を有効に使えると思います。

This is a tour that you can only experience here!! The location is on the North Shore, so it’s a bit far, but I definitely recommend participating. It’s very safe and you can join with peace of mind.

I signed up for the tour without transportation and met at the location because I had a rental car to enjoy the North Shore afterward. Since you can only get to the North Shore by car, I recommend going with a rental car.

The location is at the port next to Alii Beach, where there is a sign. There’s no one around, and it can be a bit difficult to find, so I recommend arriving early.

You will travel to a cage anchored offshore on a mysterious boat called "Dangerous Boat." About eight people will enter the cage.

You can see sharks from the boat, but once you’re in the cage, several sharks measuring 3 to 5 meters swim around you. When you throw food from the boat, you can see their fierce side, which is very exciting. It lasts about 20 minutes, but it was a lot of fun.

However, please note that Japanese is not spoken. After getting off the boat, there are showers at the nearby Alii Beach, so it’s better to park your rental car at Alii Beach! If you plan to go to the North Shore, I highly recommend it.

私は、送迎なしの現地集合で申し込みました。それは終わったあとはノースショアを楽しむ為、レンタカーを用意していたからです。ノースショアは車でないと行けないのでレンタカーで行かれたほがお勧めです。

場所は。アリイビーチの隣の港で看板が立っています。誰もいませんし、ちょっとわかりにくいので早めに行かれることをお勧めします。

”危ない号”という不思議な船で沖合に係留してあるケージまで移動します。
大体８人くらいでケージに入ります。

船の上からでもシャークの姿が見えますが、ケージの中に入ると目の前を３～５mのシャークが数匹ケージの周りを泳いでいます。船の上から餌を投入すると獰猛な一面が見れて大興奮します。２０分程度で終わりますがとても楽しかったです。

但し、日本語が通じませんのでご注意ください。船から上がったらシャワーは隣のアリイビーチにありますので、レンタカーはアリイビーチに停めたほうがいいでしょう！ノースショアに行く予定があれば是非お勧めします。

I went skydiving for the first time 15 years ago, and this was my second time, but it was still amazing. There's a saying that your heart feels like it's going to come out of your mouth, but it's even more than that (laughs). The instructors and guides are friendly, and it's perfect for activities in Hawaii.
