I had a great time.
However, I think it could have had a bit more speed and thrill.
My elderly mother seemed to be expecting more excitement than I was.

Meeting in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, also known as the Pink Palace, 30 minutes before the start. (I used it during the dinner buffet with a show last time. To visit again for an activity...) It's very convenient to access, as it's within walking distance from the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center (trolley stop) and hotels in the Waikiki area. Heading to the beach from Kalakaua Avenue through a narrow path with board lockers, I arrived next to the counter.

First, I checked in at the counter. After reading and signing a document with important notes regarding participation, we began the lesson using boards at Waikiki Beach. First, we learned how to balance on the board, including foot and face positioning. Next, we learned paddling (the efficient hand shape), how to go through waves, and how to avoid contact with others. The instructions were very clear, which eased my tension.

Finally, we headed to the sea. First, I got on the board and paddled out. Upon reaching the surfing point, we waited for the waves. When a suitable wave came, the instructor shouted, "Paddle, paddle!" and I paddled vigorously. When I felt I could ride the wave, I quickly grabbed both sides of the board and moved into the riding position. I adjusted my stance to maintain balance and kept my gaze focused on the horizon to stay calm. At first, I was nervous and couldn't move my body as I wanted. Gradually, with the instructor's support, my desire to stand on the board grew stronger, and I managed to ride successfully. If I have another opportunity to surf next time, I hope to be able to take off on my own... I also want to review the CD to pay attention to my riding position, posture, and gaze for my next attempt. The one-hour surfing experience flew by surprisingly quickly, but it was just the right amount of physical activity. After the activity, we had a lunch buffet at the restaurant. Additionally, boards are available for rent, and I plan to surf again at Waikiki Beach later.

This was my first surfing experience, and thanks to the support of all the staff, I was able to enjoy the thrill of standing on the board. Also, I had my riding pose captured with Diamond Head in the background on the CD, creating a wonderful memory. Thank you very much for all your help. I sincerely appreciate it. If there is another opportunity, I look forward to it.

憧れのピンク・パレスことロイヤルハワイアンホテルのビーチ前に開始３０分前集合。（前回ショー付きディナービッフェにて利用。再び、アクティビティにて訪れるとは…。）ロイヤルハワイアンショッピングセンター（トロリー停留所）やワイキキエリアホテルから徒歩圏内のため、アクセスも大変便利。カラカウア通りからボードロッカーのある細道をビーチへ向かうとカウンター横に到着。
まずは、カウンターにてチェックイン。参加にあたっての注意事項等書面にて一読後、署名。その後、ワイキキビーチにてボードを使用してレッスン開始。まずは、ボード上でのバランスのとり方、足や顔の向き等々。次に、パドリング（効率の良い手の形）やウェーブスルー、人との接触回避方法も学ぶ。とても解りやすく教えて頂き、緊張感も和らぎました。
いよいよ、海へ。まずは、ボードに乗りパドリングで沖へ出る。波乗りポイントに到着、波を待つ。サーフィンに適した波が来たら、先生の掛け声「こいで、こいで。」とともに、勢い良くパドリング。波に乗れたと感じられたら、瞬時にボードの両脇を持ち、ライディングの工程へ。立ち位置を修正しながらバランスをとり、目線を遠くに向けるなどをしてなるべく持続できるように平常心を保つ。最初は、緊張していたためなかなか思うように体を動かすことができませんでした。徐々に、先生のサポートによりボードに立ちたいという思いが強くなり、なんとかライディング成功。次回サーフィンをする機会がありましたら、一人でテイク・オフができるように…。また、CDを見直してライディング位置や姿勢、目線などに注意をしながら再チャレンジ計画に役立てたいと思いました。１時間程度のサーフィン体験は、驚く程あっという間でしたが体力的にもちょうど良かったです。アクティビティ参加終了後は、レストランにてランチビッフェ。また、ボードはレンタル可能、後日再びワイキキビーチにてサーフィン。
この度は、初めてのサーフィン体験でしたが、お陰様でスタッフの皆様のサポート力でボードに立つ楽しさまでも味わさせて頂きました。また、ダイヤモンド・ヘッドをバックにライディング姿をCDに収めて頂き、素敵な思い出となりました。色々とお世話になり、本当に有難うございました。心より感謝申し上げます。また機会がございましたら、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

I enjoyed the cruise dinner very much. Beautiful meal with a beautiful transportation to take in the view of the beautiful island.

It was a blast. Capt Mike made it fun, fast and exciting. We had a great time sitting on the net area while the catamaran screamed across the swell.

My grandmother and I chose this as something different to do from the sightseeing and beach time we had been enjoying. The transportation is great even for those of us that are familiar with the island, and well worth the additional cost. The seating area is packed and truly would be more enjoyable with fewer people crammed in. The food and service were far better than expected and the "All You Can Eat" crab truly lives up to the name. The boat from an external view is beautiful and makes a striking appearance out on the open ocean. On the decks there are areas that could be maintained better, especially the areas that food is served from and are in plain view of guests. The top deck is amazing for catching sight of the city line and would be a great place to spend a romantic evening with a significant other. Overall this is something that I am glad we experienced and would be willing to take others on.

I had such a great time riding on a catamaran yacht in the past that this time I joined the sunset cruise. Unfortunately, there were a lot of clouds in the mornings and evenings all week, so we could only catch a glimpse of the sunset through the clouds. Even though it was an all-you-can-drink option, one Mai Tai was enough for us. I brought some snacks as mentioned in the reviews, but unlike what others had said, there wasn't any cheerful dancing that started... it was a very quiet cruise. The yacht was pleasant, but even though check-in was at 5 PM, it actually started after 5:30 PM, which felt like a waste of time.

昔日中のカタマランヨットに乗って、あまりにも楽しかったので、今回はサンセットクルーズに参加しました。この週はずっと朝晩雲が多く、夕日の雲の合間からちらっとしか見えない状態でしたので残念でした。飲み放題とはいえ、私たちはマイタイ１杯で充分。口コミにあったので、おつまみも少し持って行きましたが、他の口コミにあったような陽気なダンスが始ったり…はなく、とても静かなクルーズでした。ヨットは気持ち良かったですが、５時チェックインとあるのに、実際始ったのが５時半過ぎで、時間がもったいなかったかな。

I was nervous since it was going to be our first snorkeling excursion, but the crew was awesome and it ended up being the highlight of our trip! From beginning to end it was fantastic! Would book again for sure! Totally worth it!

The cruise, which offers stunning views of the beautiful sea changing from emerald green to cobalt blue, as well as Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head from the water, is fantastic. Additionally, it was very convenient to board from the beach in front of the Sheraton Waikiki Resort Hotel.

リーズナブルな金額でハワイのエメラルドグリーンからコバルトブルーへ変化する美しい海と、海からのワイキキビーチ、ダイヤモンドヘッドを眺められるクルーズは最高です。
また、シェラトンワイキキリゾートホテル前のビーチから乗船出来るのでとても便利でした。

The weather was nice, and it was a comfortable cruising experience. However, the commentary was only in English, so I didn't understand it well. I think it would have been more enjoyable with explanations in Japanese.

天候もよく快適なクルージングでした。ただ、解説が英語のみでしたのでよくわかりませんでした。日本語の説明があればもっと楽しかったと思います。

I participated with a friend. I wanted to try something new, but I was actually quite nervous because I'm not very good at swimming. However, I was able to use something like a float, so I didn't have to worry about drowning, which was a relief (laughs). At first, I was both excited and very nervous, and I didn't have the presence of mind to look underwater. But after a little while in the sea, I got used to it. I was able to see many turtles swimming underwater.

After that, we enjoyed about an hour on the boat over the sea. The sea looked very blue and beautiful from the boat. The instructor was serving drinks there, but they weren't free. The hour on the boat was also a lot of fun. Sunscreen is a must for this occasion! My friend and I got badly sunburned and were in a stinging state for about one or two weeks.

私は友達と二人で参加しました。
新しいことを体験してみたいと思い、参加したのですが実際私は泳ぐのがあまり上手でないのでとても緊張しました。しかし浮き輪のようなものを使う事が出来たので溺れる心配はなく、安心しました(笑) 最初は楽しみと思う反面とても緊張していて最初は水中を見る余裕がありませんでしたが、実際海に入って少しするとなれました。水中で泳ぐ亀を沢山みることができました。
その後、船で１時間くらい海の上を堪能しました。船から見る海はとても青く綺麗でした。インストラクターはそこでお酒や飲み物をふるまっていました。飲み物フリーではありません。船での１時間もとても楽しいものとなりました。この時の為に日焼け止めはマストです！私と私の友達は酷く焼けてしまい、１、２週間ほどひりひりした状態でした。

Highly recommended. Very comfortable ride. Friendly crews. Sun set was unforgettable. Recommend to bring a wind breaker. It can gets quite cold on the way back.

Be careful not to drink too much; you'll want to go to the bathroom.
The scenery from the sea is beautiful and refreshing, different from what I usually see. Since there are few Japanese participants, you can really enjoy the overseas atmosphere.
The sunset was also beautiful, so I was very satisfied. I will participate again next time!

友達と参加しました。マイタイ号に乗って、マイタイを飲む！
飲みすぎ注意です。トイレに行きたくなります。
普段見ている風景とは違い、海からの景色もきれいで、水しぶきも気持ちいい！日本人の参加が少ないので、海外気分が味わえます。
夕焼けもきれいに見えたので大満足です。次回も参加します！

This was my second time, and I had a great time! The lively music is enjoyable for everyone, from the elderly to children, and the pleasant breeze, champagne, wine, and cocktails are all you can drink. Bringing snacks really boosts the mood! Being on the net is amazing; it feels like gliding over the ocean. The sunset was beautiful, and I saw couples kissing. There are restrooms available, so don't hesitate to use them; it will create good memories. Just be careful not to sit on the toilet lid—my friend's husband got stuck! Overall, I highly recommend this cruising experience.

今回で2度目でした　とにかく楽しめますお年寄りから子供までのりの良い音楽に気持ち良い風　シャンパン　ワイン　カクテル　すべて飲み放題つまみなんか持参でテンションあがりまくりです　ネットの上は最高です　まるで海の上をすべっているかのようサンセットもとてもきれいでカップルがキスしてましたよ　トイレもあります　我慢するよりまずは使用してみてください良い思い出になりますよ　ただしトイレのふたに座られないよう気お付けてください

This was the second time I went on this cruise... Love the atmosphere and the crew is supper friendly. The Reggae music and fireworks were the best but the Mai Tai drinks are definitely the best I've had!!! Overall I totally loved it and will do it a third and fourth time!!!

I've seen various shows before, but this one seems to be aimed at first-timers. Since the duration is shorter, I think it's good for entertaining guests.

Being at the Hilton, you can get there by trolley or on foot, but as others have mentioned, the reception area is really hard to find. It was good that I arrived early and could get into the venue quickly.

Since I arrived too early, I think I got quite sunburned from the strong sunlight. Just when I thought the sun was going down, it started to rain heavily, and the hotel staff were handing out towels. It would be nice to have some kind of roof to shield from the rain (like a plant-covered roof).

今まで色々なショーを見てきましたが、こちらは初めての人向きですね。
時間が短めなので、接待にはいいと思います。

ヒルトンなので、トロリーでも歩いてでもいけますが、他の方が書いている通り、受付の場所がすごくわかりずらいです。
早めに行って、早めに会場に入れたので良かったですが。

早く入りすぎたため、日差しが強く相当焼けたと思います。
日が陰ってきたと思ったら、今度は雨が本格的に降ってきて、ホテルの方がタオルを配っていました。
多少なりとも雨が防げる屋根があるといいですね。（植物の屋根とか）

The crew did a wonderful job. Travis was especially good at keeping all the guests adequately hydrated.

In the evening of the day, it started to rain, and I was worried about whether we could set sail. About 20 people were waiting on the sandy beach, with 7 to 8 of them being Japanese. When the rain lightened, boarding began. Looking up at the boat, I started to worry that there wouldn't be enough seats, and when I asked a staff member, she said "On the net," and I couldn't help but respond, "Huh?"

When I got on, all the guests were seated on a net stretched over the hull of the boat. Below was the sea, and we set sail just like that. It was a sturdy net, with no walls or roof, making it feel very wild. The sea breeze blew through, and it felt amazing. The waves weren't too big that day, and the rocking of the boat was comfortable, much less than I had worried about.

As we moved out, we could see the hotels of Waikiki, and when a rainbow appeared over Diamond Head (and it was a double rainbow), everyone cheered. There were unlimited drinks available, and you could choose from alcoholic options (cocktails, wine, whiskey) or non-alcoholic ones.

After a while, the catamaran slowed down as we waited for the sunset. By this time, everyone started to relax while enjoying their drinks. Listening to rock music, especially the cheerful Westerners began to dance, and there were couples taking lots of photos.

I had previously participated in a sunset dinner cruise on a large boat, but I remember being too busy with the meal to enjoy the sunset leisurely. In comparison, the catamaran felt much more open, giving a sense of unity with the sky and sea.

Isn't it perfect for those who want to calmly gaze at the ocean? In the end, we rode the waves while basking in the sunset, and the sensation was wonderful, almost like being on a surfboard, and before I knew it, we were back at the beach. It became an unforgettable and wonderful memory of Hawaii.

最後は夕陽を浴びながら波に乗り、まるでサーフボードに乗っているようなスピード感が素敵で、あっという間にビーチに戻りました。

This time, I went to Hawaii with my friends. On the day of snorkeling, it was canceled due to the weather and rough sea conditions, but we rescheduled with the local staff to go on another day that fit our stay. The meeting place was really hard to find, and we couldn't locate it at first.

On the day, after signing up, we waited for the boat a little distance away. I didn't speak Japanese with the local staff, so I wasn't sure if they could speak it, but they were very friendly and kind, so I think they would explain things until anyone who doesn't speak English understands!

Before departure, we could take photos in front of the boat one group at a time. Those who wanted the photos could buy them for $15 after returning from snorkeling!

Besides my friend and me, everyone else was from overseas. I was surprised to see so many Japanese people on Oahu, and it was fun to talk to them. We moved to the sea by boat, but there was absolutely no shade, so we got sunburned quickly... During the transfer, there was an explanation from the staff, but I couldn't hear much because of the noise of the boat. However, they used gestures while talking, so I think I could understand somewhat.

During snorkeling, I was able to see schools of fish and sea turtles!

It was my first time seeing a sea turtle swimming in the ocean up close, and I was very moved! I think it was a really great experience.

今回は友達と一緒にハワイに行きました。
シュノーケリング当日は、天候と海の荒れ具合のために中止に
なりましたが、現地のスタッフさんと一緒に滞在期間に合わせて
もう一度日にちを決め直して別の日に行きました。
集合場所はすごくわかりづらくて、最初は見つけれませんでした。

当日、サインアップをしたあと、そこから少し離れたところで
船が来るのを待ちました。現地のスタッフさんとは、
日本語で話さなかったので、日本語を話せるかどうかは
わかりませんでしたが、とてもフレンドリーで
親切なので、英語が話せない方でも理解するまで
説明してくれると思います！

出発する前に、船のまえで一組ずつ写真を撮ってもらえます。
その写真は、シュノーケリングから帰ってきたあとに
欲しい人は$15買うことができますよ！

私と私の友達以外は海外から来た人たちばかりでした。
オアフ島はびっくりするほど日本人がたくさんいたので
珍しいなぁと思いましたし、話したりできて楽しかったです
海へはもちろん船で移動するのですが、日影などは
まったくなくて、身体がすぐ焼けちゃいます...。
移動中にスタッフさんの説明がありますが、船の音で
何を言っているのかあまり聞こえませんでした。
でも、ジェスチャーを交えて話しているので、
なんとなく理解はできると思います。

シュノーケリングでは、魚の群れや海ガメを
みることができました！

海ガメが海を泳いでるのを間近でみたのは
始めてだったのでとても感動しました！
とてもいい経験だったと思います。

First of all, I highly recommend this tour!
After the Golden Week, there were two Japanese participants who brought a friend, along with others from America, Oceania, and Europe.
We set sail while listening to the local guide's somewhat thick-accented English explanation.
(Even if you don't understand English, you can get by with gestures.)

We moved by boat to a snorkeling point not too far from the shore.
There weren't too many different types of fish, but we encountered a lot of fish and, most importantly, many sea turtles.
It was truly lucky to see them swimming alongside us up close.

After snorkeling, we cruised near Diamond Head and encountered a large pod of dolphins.
They entertained us with tornado spins and other antics.

The cheerful captain extended our cruising time significantly beyond the schedule.

This has definitely become one of the tours I want to do again.

まずはじめに、このツアーはお勧めです！
私が参加したゴールデンウイーク後は、日本人の参加者が友人を合わせて２名で
その他アメリカ・オセアニア・ヨーロッパ等の方々でした。
現地の方のなまりがきつめの英語の説明を聞きながら、出航です。
（英語がわからなくても、手振りで何となく伝わります。）

陸からそれほど遠くない場所に船で移動し、シュノーケリングポイントへ。
それほど種類は多くないですが、たくさんの魚と
何といってもたくさんの海亀に遭遇です。
平行して泳ぐ姿を至近距離で見れるなんて、本当にラッキーでした。

シュノーケリング後に、ダイヤモンドヘッドの近くまで船でクルージングしたのですが、イルカの大群に遭遇。
トルネードスピンなどしてくれて、楽しませてくれました。

ご機嫌になった船長は、予定よりかなり長くクルージングをしてくれました。

また、必ず行きたいツアーの１つとなりました。

We were able to see many fishes and even two turtles. I hadn't realized that the duration of the submarine ride would be so short though(40 minutes).

I participated with my family.

It was nice that we could gather at Waikiki Beach, making it easy to join in.

The snorkeling was quite bumpy due to the waves, and I felt a bit seasick. My companions felt even more nauseous. I recommend bringing a plastic bag just in case.

There were many fish, but not a lot of variety. We were able to see sea turtles several times. Snorkeling in the moderately deep sea was refreshing.

After snorkeling, we took our time cruising. It was nice to view the scenery of Waikiki from the ocean.

It surprisingly got a bit chilly, so make sure to bring a T-shirt or something for sun protection.

ワイキキのビーチに集合なので気楽に参加できるのが
良かったです。

シュノーケルはけっこう波に揺られてしまい、少し
酔いました。同行者はもっと酔っていました。
もしもの時に備えてポリ袋を持っていくことを
おすすめします。

魚がたくさんいる場所でしたが、種類はいません。
ウミガメを何度か見ることができました。
まあまあの深さのある海でのシュノーケルは爽快でした。

シュノーケル後はゆっくりと時間をかけてクルーズしてくれます。
ワイキキの景色を沖から眺めるのも良いものです。

意外に寒くなってくる＆日焼け防止のためにTシャツ等は
必ず持っていきましょう。

I participated using a member monitor! Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I was looking forward to the sunset. I was a bit anxious because I read in the experiences that there were no Japanese-speaking crew members, but surprisingly, I enjoyed the atmosphere☆
It was a mystery why there was almost an hour from the meeting time to the boat's departure...
The yacht was very stable, and the wind out at sea felt great. I was excited because we went further out than I imagined, but the foreigners were really into it (laughs).
There were nearly 30 people on board, but only about three groups were Japanese.
I couldn't understand the crew's English at all, but on the contrary, I was able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of being in a foreign country. After all, when walking around Waikiki, it's mostly Japanese people.
When drinks ran out, the crew would check on us♪
We were quietly enjoying the ride like typical Japanese, but next time, I definitely want to master at least conversational English to communicate with other guests.

集合時間から船の出発まで１時間近くあったのが謎でしたが・・・・。
ヨットはとても安定していて、沖の風も気持ちよかったです。想像していたより沖合まで行くのでドキドキでしたが、外国の人たちはノリノリでした（笑）
30人近く乗っていましたが、日本人は３組くらいでした。
クルーの英語はまったく聞き取れませんでしたが、逆に外国にきた雰囲気を満喫できました。ワイキキ歩いてると日本人ばかりですからね。
飲み物なんかもなくなると、クルーが声をかけてくれます♪
私たちはいかにも日本人らしく静かに乗っていましたが、次回は是非日常会話程度の英語をマスターして他のお客さんとコミュニケーション取りたいと思えるツアーでした。

I have visited Hawaii other times ! And always make it a point to go on this catamaran, I meet the owner back in1996 and had my first ride than, his catamaran experience is the best! When visiting Hawaii this is the FIRST activity on my list of must do , also the same when my daughters visit, we love you!

The one-hour cruise went by in no time.
With a pleasant breeze, we approached Diamond Head, which was the perfect location.
I had a great time relaxing in the beautiful interior of the boat with a beer in hand.
However, while the staff greeted us with smiles, all the explanations were in English, which was a bit disappointing as I didn't understand them well. It would have been nice if the types of drinks were written somewhere in English or if there was a menu.
Still, it was a luxurious cruise.

1時間のクルーズで、あっという間でした。
気持ちのいい風の中、ダイヤモンドヘッドに近づき、最高のロケーションです。
ゆったりときれいな船内で、ビール片手に、いい時間を過ごせました。
ただ、スタッフの方は、笑顔で接してくれましたが説明が全部英語で、よくわからなかったのが残念でした。飲み物の種類が英語表記でもいいので、どこかに書いてあるか、メニュー表があれば、良かったのですが・・・
それでも、贅沢なクルーズでした。

Good experinace esspecially for those who are afraid of diving. You can see different species of fishes, nice trip, not long not to short. However if you have see deasease please take medicine

My friend and I wanted to go to a luau, but didn't have much time, so this one located right in Waikiki was perfect! As we sat down, they came around with the complimentary Mai Tai (yummy!) and there was entertainment and live music as we relaxed.

The buffet was great, there was an assortment of food for everyone's tastes and my plate was huge by the time I got back to my table! The show was very entertaining and the fire knife dance at the end took our breaths away! You could feel the heat of the fire from the table. What a great way to end our day.
