We took the family for a day of cruising, snorkeling, and relaxing. We saw dolphins, flying fish, sea turtles and beautiful coral and fish. The crew was amazing and took care of our every need. From keeping our drinks full, to sunscreen, dry towels, a delicious lunch and incredible snorkeling. We walked to the dock from Ko Olina, very easy. We cruised up the coast, so we did not go far but got a nice view of the resort from the ocean.

We reserved a private tour for 10 people, including our four grandchildren and our four daughters and their husbands. During the snorkeling, where we saw sea turtles and fish, we were able to enjoy it together at the pace of the little ones without any worries.

Matty and Mari were absolutely great! We went on the sunset whale watching tour and they made it such a fun and personalized experience! They answered all our questions, explained the different parts of the island that we could see from the ocean, and made it an overall great experience. We not only saw plenty of whales, but we also saw a shark too. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

We chartered a boat for our group of 11 across three generations. From the moment we made the reservation, the email communication was very polite and reassuring. On the day of the trip, the weather was great, and we were able to see a lot of whales, a large pod of dolphins, sea turtles, and fish, which made us very satisfied. The sight of the large pod of dolphins was particularly incredible and moving. The guide and driver, as well as the boat captain, were kind and made every effort to find dolphins for us. Although the kids couldn't snorkel, it seems the captain entertained them well. The snacks with bags were a big hit with both adults and children, and everyone plans to take them to school and work after returning home. Thank you very much!

Thank you guys for the amazing time! Would highly recommend this trip. We did see whales, beautiful views of paradise, some crap traps, and the site for the open shark dive. We loved the crew so much, we have now signed up for the shark dive! We can’t wait! The crew were fantastic, captain and skipper both knew and shared a ton of great information about the island. They took their time and were not in a rush. The sunset was also amazing. Could not have asked for a better trip!

We had a very special sunset cruise on the evening of November 3rd onboard the Makani Catamaran! I think we ended up with 22 in our Navy reunion group and it was the last of four events we had this weekend. Our crew was very professional and friendly. It was a smooth cruise from start to finish. The guys are great bartenders and my Mai Tai was outstanding! The views of Honolulu, Diamond Head and the sunset were amazing! I would strongly recommend this private cruise to any group of 20 to 49 people. Thanks Captain C for an amazing experience!

When looking at activities for our honeymoon, we were definitely looking for an on the water experience. There are lots of options in regards to sunset or fireworks(every friday) but most of them seemed to include having to be on a boat with many other families. While we are not opposed to spending time with strangers and getting to meet people, we really wanted to have a "next level" experience where we had pictures to share and memories to make.

Pau Hana sailing delivered on every single level. Captain Austin made sure our experience was one to remember. He helped us take pictures and was an absolute gem to spend two hours with.

Considering the pricing to be on our own private charter was only slightly more than being on one with tons of other families, there was absolutely no downside. I cannot recommend Pau hana sailing enough.

When we come back for an anniversary we will absolutely be booking again. Mahalo!

We chartered a boat for a family trip with nine members across three generations. We booked a two-hour course, and it was just the right amount of time to relax and enjoy a meal on board. However, if you plan to spend a longer time eating, a longer course might be better.

We brought takeout food and drinks with us, and there were plenty of utensils provided, along with cold drinking water, which was very helpful. There was also a cooler available, so we could keep our drinks and fruits chilled. There were two restrooms on board, and we were able to bring a stroller as well. Although we didn't use it, there was also a microwave (oven?!) available.

From the boat, you can see Waikiki and Diamond Head. The time spent lying outside while enjoying the panoramic view was absolutely the best!

The boat arrived at the dock about 15 minutes before the departure time. Since there isn't a waiting area like a terminal near the dock, it might be better not to arrive too early.

使用してはいませんが、電子レンジ(オーブン?!)もありました。

船上からはワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドを見ることができます。
特に屋外で寝転がりながらパノラマビューを見ながら過ごす時間は最高でした!

船は出発時刻の15分くらい前に桟橋にやってきました。
桟橋付近にはターミナルのような待つ場所がないので、あまり早めに行かない方がいいかもしれません。

I was a bit worried because there were no reviews, but it was an amazing time, to the point where I wondered why there were no reviews! I went in March with 10 colleagues, and the two staff members were fantastic! The party was great, and we even saw whales. We had a truly wonderful time that will remain in our memories!

In the evenings to nights in Hawaii in March, it can still be a bit chilly, especially when you go out to sea where the wind can be strong. You can swim (there are even showers!), so I recommend wearing a long-sleeve shirt that can get wet over your swimsuit!

We brought our own food and drinks, but everything was provided—plates, cutlery, cups, ice, and more. They even put our snacks in a basket, making it really cute! One of the staff members spoke a little Japanese. ❤︎

The private cruise for our family of ten was comfortable. First, we spotted a sea turtle in the bay! After that, when we went out to sea, a pod of dolphins came right around the boat, and we were able to see them up close. Then we headed out to search for whales and were able to see them as well, which was amazing.

While moving to the snorkeling spot, we enjoyed some snacks, making for a pleasant cruising experience. I thought it would have been good to bring a change of clothes since there was a restroom at the dock where we could change.

Absolutely LOVED this trip!! We did the 11am-3pm time block and it was perfect. The inside cabin was also air-conditioned. And, yes, the hot tub was perfect too!

We brought our own snacks and drinks since we knew it was a longer 4-hour trip. Snorkel equipment was included for those of us that wanted to snorkel.

The boat was HUGE (74ft!) so we had plenty of space. We brought our own smaller speaker which was great for lounging on the bow of the boat.

The private boat charter was a great help for families with small children. Since there were many little kids, it was really nice for us parents not to have to worry about other customers being around. Not only did we go wild dolphin watching, but we were also lucky enough to see whales. The dolphins swam alongside the boat, and we were able to see them up close, which was incredibly cute. I definitely want to participate again, but when I tried to make the next reservation, it seemed that my next visit to Hawaii was fully booked, so I couldn't reserve. I'm really disappointed... I wish I had planned earlier.

Captain Walter and our Japanese guide, Emi, were wonderful!

This tour is highly recommended for families. It was a completely private charter. We rented a boat that can accommodate 38 people, but it was just our family of five. Although it wasn't mentioned in the inclusions, we received a cooler bag from Sea Hawaii filled with lots of snacks.

We encountered a pod of dolphins! At the "Turtle House" they took us to, there were several large sea turtles. Thank you for a fun time! I would like to use Sea Hawaii's wild dolphin snorkeling cruise and private charter again next time.
