On the day, I was told that the waves were high and that stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) would be difficult, so I switched to surfing. There were seven students, and my friend and I ended up with Mr. M, who hardly speaks any Japanese. This Mr. M was the worst! He had no smile from the beginning and looked scary. I was nervous as a beginner...

Even when we were in the water, he never came over to the students. Even when he told us to come over, we couldn't move towards him... It was not fun at all. He assumed we didn't understand English and kept complaining, saying things like, "I'm just doing this for work," and "You can't even swim."

If you get this teacher, it's the worst. He should be let go! What should have been a fun memory turned into a terrible one that I don't want to remember. The woman at the counter (a Japanese person) also said that this teacher has a bad reputation. I can't understand why he is still employed. I want my money back. Of course, there are things that need to be said for safety, but that attitude is unacceptable!

当日、波が高いとのことでＳＵＰ難しいと言われサーフィンに。生徒が７人いたため、私と友人は日本語のほとんどできないＭ先生となった。このＭ先生が最悪です！最初から笑顔なし、怖い顔のまま。初心者で緊張しているのに・・・
海で出ても、先生から生徒に寄ってくることなし。こっちにこいと言われてもなかなか先生のところまですすむこともできず・・・
全く楽しくない。そして、こちらが英語がわからないと思って、「俺は仕事だからやってんだ」とか、「泳げないくせに」とか、文句ばかり。
この先生にあたったら、最悪です。やめさせるべき！
楽しいはずの思い出が思い出したくない最悪の思い出になりました。
カウンターの女性（日本人）もこの先生は評判が悪いと言っていました。なぜ、雇っているのか理解に苦しみます。
お金を返してもらいたい。もちろん、危険もあるでしょうから、言わなければいけないこともあるでしょうが、あの態度はない！

From small play equipment for young children to thrilling slides, kids of all ages can enjoy themselves. It gets crowded during lunchtime, leading to long lines, which reduces playtime. I recommend purchasing tickets early. The food was very delicious! I highly recommend the fries!

小さな子向きの遊具から絶叫スライダーまで、どの年齢の子もそれぞれに楽しめました。
昼食時は混み合うため、行列になります。遊ぶ時間が減ってしまいました。早めに購入したほうが良いと思います。フードはとっても美味しかったです！フライズがオススメ！

We had a very enjoyable time with our family of seven this time. We would like to go to Hawaii again. Thank you very much for this experience.

I experienced zip-lining for the first time, and the exhilaration along with the cheerful staff made it incredibly fun. I’ll definitely come again next year!

初めてジップラインを体験しましたが、その爽快感とスタッフの方々が陽気に盛り上げてくれて、メッチャ楽しかったです。また来年も来ま～す！！

The cheerful instructor was a lot of fun. They taught us carefully, so I was able to ride relatively smoothly. I recommend it for those who are trying surfing for the first time.

陽気なインストラクターさんがとても楽しかったです。丁寧に教えてくれたので割とスムーズに乗れるようになりました。サーフィン初めてという方にはオススメです。

The slide was super fun while screaming! It wasn't too crowded, so I was able to enjoy the whole day. The all-you-can-drink soft drinks were great too, as I didn't have to bring any drinks with me.

絶叫しながらのスライダーが超楽しかったです！それ程の混雑でもなく一日楽しめました。ソフトドリンク飲み放題なのも、飲み物を持っていく必要がなくてよかったです。

We had a great time. My wife was a bit nervous since it had been a while since she went into the ocean, but she was always taken care of during snorkeling. She even said, "I want to go snorkeling again! I wanted to do more!" Thank you for such a wonderful time! 😊

楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。奥さんは、海に入るのも久しぶりで緊張していましたが、シュノーケリング中いつも気にかけて下さり、奥さんは「またシュノーケリング行きたい！もっとやりたかった！」と言ってくれるまでに。

I was initially anxious about the conditions of the sea (during the bus ride from Waikiki), but the crew who greeted us in Japanese quickly eased my worries. We encountered a pod of dolphins twice, and I was moved by their twist jumps right in front of us! It was a wonderful experience. The crew was really cheerful, and we laughed a lot, creating lovely memories. There were a few people who felt seasick, but I took motion sickness medication beforehand, so I had no issues. I also didn't experience any motion sickness after returning. The rental of dive suits was helpful as it kept me warm. Additionally, make sure to put your belongings in a waterproof bag, or they will get soaked.

潜る海の状況がわからず(ワイキキからバスでの移動に)不安がありましたが、バスで迎えてくれたクルーの日本語がうまく不安はすぐになくなりました。
2回もイルカの群れに出会い、目の前でツイストジャンプには感動！！素晴らしい体験でした。
また、クルー達はほんと愉快だし笑いっぱなしで素敵な思い出になりました。
船酔いで体調を崩している人も何人かいましたが、事前に酔い止めを飲んで参加したので問題なし。戻ってからの丘酔いもありませんでした。
ダイブスーツのレンタルも寒くならずに助かりました。
あと荷物は防水バックに入れないとビチョビチョになります。

Awesome,great experience! Safe, highly recommend this tour. As a travel agent will recommend Hawaii Shark Encounter to people who looking extreme .Suggestions: Make a video for people from the side. People will love it to see themselves in the cage surrounding by different types of sharks.

This was my third consecutive year participating, and the exhilarating feeling of riding the waves was as amazing as ever! It's one of the must-do activities in Hawaii, so I'll definitely be back next year!

This was my first time in Hawaii, and it was also my first time surfing. I had a bit of anxiety, but the instructors were very friendly, and the lessons were enjoyable from start to finish! I'm not particularly good at sports, but I was able to stand up on the board!! The way they taught was also very good. When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to surf here again!

初めてのハワイで、しかもサーフィンも初めて。不安も少しありましたが、教えてくださった方々がとてもフレンドリーで終始楽しいレッスンでした！運動は、どちらかといえば苦手だったのですが、立てました！！教え方がとても上手なところもよかったです♩またハワイに行った際は、是非またここでサーフィンをしたいと思います！

Paddling is such an amazing Hawaiian tradition; these guys made it a blast. My family hasn't paddled before and it had been 20 years for me. They took us out in Waikiki and we caught some swells and rode the waves in. The photographers associated with canoeing took great shots and captured everyone smiling. I absolutely recommend this excursion for anyone traveling to Oahu.

On windy days, those who are prone to seasickness may want to take motion sickness medication, as it could be helpful. It's close to Waikiki, so I recommend it for those who are short on time.

風が強い日は、船酔いしやすい人は酔い止めを飲んで、望むとよいかも。ワイキキから近いので時間の無い人にもオススメです。

It was a perfect night on the ocean as it was my wife’s Birthday so I decided to take her on the dinner cruise every thing was perfect , from the Lady and crew who picked us up from the hotel to the cruise staff ,food was great service was great and entertainment was fantastic I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great night out

I had a great time with the guidance in Japanese. I think it would be really fun to participate if you watch movies often. The staff were all cheerful and entertaining. Next time, I want to try horseback riding.

日本語で案内してくれてとても楽しめました。映画をよく見て参加するととても楽しいと思います。

It was very expensive, but since it was over the sea, I wasn't scared. The view of Waikiki was very beautiful. The boat rocked quite a bit, so it's better to take motion sickness medication. In the end, you get dropped into the sea, but I had fun.

とても高かったけど、下は海なので怖くなかったです。ワイキキの景色がとてもきれいでした。かなりボートが揺れて船酔いしやすいので酔い止め飲んだ方がいいです。
最後に海にドボンされますが、楽しめました。

I had a great time playing volleyball at Angel's Beach Sandbar; that space was the best! I also got to see a lot of sea turtles, and I created amazing memories with the snorkeling experience during summer vacation. The staff were fun, and the lunch was delicious. I want to go again! Mahalo!

I referred to the experiences beforehand. Following the advice, I gave motion sickness medication to my children who are prone to getting seasick before boarding, but only my eldest daughter ended up feeling seasick among the three kids. The boarding position might also be a factor. It may be better for those who are prone to seasickness to board towards the back of the boat.

The parasailing experience itself was wonderful. I let my 5-year-old try it at 150 meters. Thanks to the cheerful and friendly staff, we had a great time.

ｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽ通り、乗り物酔いしやすい子供たちに酔い止めを内服させて乗船させましたが、3人の子供のうち長女のみが船酔いしてしまいました。乗船位置も関係しているかもしれません。船酔いしやすい人はなるべく後部の方に乗船した方がよいかもしれません。
ﾊﾟﾗｾｲﾘﾝｸﾞ自体は素晴らしい体験でした。
5歳児も150mで体験させました。陽気でﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰな添乗員のおかげでとても楽しめました。

this was such a fun excursion! I really loved the sandbar experience. It was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely do this tour again with my family. We were able to take our 10 month old and she enjoyed it. We also brought her infant floatie and let her swim at the sandbar. The staff were so friendly and provided great customer service. We originally kept trying to book this tour but saw no availability until I checked the day before leaving for Hawaii and I was so happy we got confirmed to do the tour.

I have done ziplining several times in Japan, but the length and scenery here are incomparable. There were three staff members accompanying us, so there were no safety concerns. The explanation in Japanese was only in a video before the start, but they supplemented it with broken Japanese and gestures during the activity.

It was a wonderful experience in Hawaii.

日本で何度かジップラインをしたことがありますが、長さと景色の良さは比べものになりません。
スタッフが３名付き添ってくれるので、安全面の心配もなし。日本語での説明はスタート前の動画のみでしたが、途中の説明は片言の日本語や手振りで補ってくださいました。

ハワイでの素晴らしい体験になりました。

Angel's Sea is a stunning spot that looks great in photos, and on top of that, you can experience snorkeling, making it a very satisfying plan. Although lunch is included, it's just a small sandwich, so you might find yourself quite hungry after returning from the tour.

天使の海は、写真映えする絶景スポットで、それに加えてシュノーケリングも体験できて、満足度がとても高いプランでした。お昼が付くとありますがちょっとしたサンドイッチが出してもらえるだけなので、ツアーから戻ってからお腹がますがすいてしまうかもしれません。

I signed up for a 90m experience with my wife and our two elementary school children. The whole family was super excited about this extraordinary experience! We had a great time.
There was a middle school boy and a woman from another couple on the same boat who got seasick, so it's better for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication beforehand.

小学生2人と妻と私の4人で90mに申し込みました。非日常の体験に家族みんな大興奮！すっごく楽しめました。
同じボートに中学生の男の子と、別のカップルの女性が船酔いで死んでましたので、酔いやすい人は酔い止め薬を先に飲んでおいた方がいいです。

We all had a great time on the 1.5-hour course. My 9 and 11-year-old kids initially looked a bit anxious, but they got used to it and were very happy along the way. My mother, who is in her late 50s, was also satisfied. The course involved climbing up and down the mountain. Along the way, we had a nice view of the sea. The staff's explanations were in English, but it wasn't a problem at all.

9才と11才の子供達が、最初は不安そうな顔をしてたけど、途中から慣れてきてとても喜んでいました。
50代後半の母も満足していました。
山を登って降りてというコース。
途中、海が見えていい景色でした。
スタッフの方の説明は英語でしたが、問題なかったです。

I thought the lazy river was closed, but when I passed by around 1 PM on my way out, it was open. Other attractions, like the surfing experience, were closed, giving the impression of a low season operation.

Be aware that the bag check at entry takes quite a bit of time, and only water (one bottle per person) is allowed to be brought in; food and juice are not permitted.

流れるプールが閉鎖されていると思いきや、13時頃の帰る時間に通りかがったらオープンしていた。他にもサフィン体験のようなアトラクションも閉鎖されていて、閑散期の営業体制のような感じを受けた。
入場時の荷物チェックにかなり時間がかかることと、水(一人一本まで)のみの持ち込みが許され、食品やジュース類は持ち込めないことに注意。

I was very satisfied with the horseback riding experience, which allowed me to ride in a more elegant natural setting than the last time I rode for an hour. The horses are very intelligent, so I could mostly leave it to them. I hardly had to use the reins, and I was able to enjoy the scenery safely. I would like to participate again if I have the opportunity.

前回1時間の乗馬体験の時よりもたっぷりと優雅な自然の中を乗馬体験できて、大満足でした。
馬が頭が良いので、ほぼお任せ。無理に手綱を使うこともほとんどなく、安全に風景を楽しめます。
また、機会があれば参加したいと思います。

We had to wait for the people coming later with the kayak, and that made the kids feel sick. Since they weren't able to paddle the kayak themselves, we were relieved to be towed back by the mother boat. However, it was tough being in a place without any shade while feeling nauseous.

カヤックは後から来る人を待たなければならず、それで子供が酔ってしまいました。自分でカヤックを漕げる状態で無かったので帰りはマザーボートで引っ張ってもらい助かりました。しかし酔った状態で日陰も無い所でいるのはきつかったです。

Me and my husband were on our honey moon and decided to do this! Such a blast! When you wait your turn you can snorkel, which I got to swim with a sea turtle! Then we got to go on the awesome scooters and you get to feed/touch the fish!
Also if you get sea sick or think you might take something before hand!
The staff was excellent! So nice and helpful! They all did an amazing job!

I was a little disappointed that we didn't land in the water for some reason, but my first parasailing experience was very enjoyable. I recommend going for 150 meters! I usually get motion sickness, but thanks to taking motion sickness medicine, I was totally fine with the boat's rocking!

なぜか着水してくれなかったのが少しだけ残念でしたが、初めてのパラセイリング体験はとても楽しかったです。150mがオススメです！普段乗り物酔いする私ですが、酔い止めを飲んでいたおかげか、船の揺れは全然平気でした！

I was very satisfied with the thorough guide from one end of Hanauma Bay to the other. Compared to other tours, the content was rich and a bit challenging, but I think the level of satisfaction was completely different. Additionally, I was impressed by the flexibility in adjusting the content to match the participants, and I was touched by the personalities of Chieko and Dan! I also appreciated that they provided photos for free on Facebook.

ハナウマ湾を端から端まで丁寧にガイドいただき大満足でした。
他のツアーに比べて、内容が充実していて、少しハードですが、満足度が全く違うと思います。
また、参加者に合わせて柔軟に内容を合わせていただいており、チエコとダンの人柄に感激しました！
