My friends and I had a blast. It was super easy. The staff was very helpful. They explained everything to the detail. Also helps to have google maps pin the locations on the map

This show was outstanding. It surpassed all of our expectations. The talent and skills were evident and the energy level was high throughout the night. On the needing improvement side of things, the lines to get drinks were unbelievably long and very slow. The food was average at best but they were feeding 1000 people.

We definitely recommend this tour if you’re into any of the Jurassic movies! The highlight of this tour for my grandson was when he got to get down at the Indoraptor pen and actually go into the control booth! He had been waiting for this all week! The guide was wonderful and explained what we were seeing for those who didn’t have a dinosaur obsessed grandson like we did! My grandson actually kept the tour interesting with his comments and knowledge of the movies!

Everything was amazing. The employees were knowledgeable and kind.

We absolutely loved the ATV Tour at Kualoa Ranch! My grandson is obsessed with all of the Jurassic movies and loved every minute of this tour! He even contributed by asking and answering questions the guides had! They even offered him a job because he had sone so good! I’d definitely recommend this tour whenever you’re in that area! Well worth the time and money we spent on it!

I took my wife and 3 kids on this ATV tour. Keoki was our tour guide, and he did such a good job. What I really liked most about the tour were the different terrains we got to ride through. Keoki got everyone properly prepared for some of the thrills we'd encounter, and the kids weren't scared at all.
Overall, the kids rated it as their favorite day of our 10-day vacation.
Highly recommend!

This tour provided a number of firsts for me and my husband. It was our first time on a sandbar. Our first time turtle watching. Our first time snorkeling. Everything about this trip was fantastic. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!!

The ride was beautiful, we could see the beach for the majority of the time. Beware - you do pass a nude beach!

I couldn't swim with the dolphins. I could only watch them swimming from the boat. I was really disappointed because I joined thinking I would be able to swim with them.

The website mentioned dolphin watching, but it was only on the top page, and the wording on other pages was ambiguous, leading me to believe I would be swimming close to the dolphins, but instead, I just watched them from the boat for a few minutes.

There are still videos on YouTube showing people swimming with dolphins, which feels misleading, like a promotional ad.

The snorkeling afterward had no corals or tropical fish at all; what were we supposed to see in such a barren sea? I was told by the crew that we would see turtles, but there were none. Other guests quickly got out of the water and seemed bored on the boat.

The only fun part was the slide, but paying 20,000 yen per person for this experience is way too high and not worth it. I've participated in various tours before, but this was the least satisfying and the most expensive.

The lunch was not tasty either. The optional photos, which are also quite expensive, are definitely not worth it. The pictures we took ourselves were much better, and since we couldn't swim with the fish, turtles, or dolphins, we ended up with photos of just floating in the sea or sitting on the boat.

I absolutely do not recommend this tour. I even wonder if they set such high prices because they are struggling with fewer customers. I regret not choosing a different tour.

イルカと一緒には泳げません。船の上からイルカが泳いでいるのを眺めるだけ。イルカと泳げると思い参加しただけに残念でなりません。
HPにはイルカウォッチングと記載がありましたが、TOPページに載っているのみで、他のページにはイルカと泳げる様な曖昧な書き方だった為、イルカの近くには行けないけど、見える距離で一緒に泳ぐのかなと思い参加しましたが、船の上から数分イルカを眺めるだけです。
YouTubeにもイルカと泳いでいる動画が未だに載せてあったり、誘導広告のようで、紛らわしいです。
その後のシュノーケルは珊瑚も熱帯魚も全くおらず、何も居ない海で何を見ろと言うのでしょうか？
亀と会えると搭乗員から言われていたのに、亀も居ない。他のお客さんも早々に海から上がりつまらなそうに船でしてました。
唯一滑り台だけが面白かったですが、これで1人２万円の料金は高すぎて割に合わない。今まで色々なツアーに参加しましたが1番満足度が低く、高額でした。
お弁当も美味しくない。オプションで付けられる、これまた高額な写真は絶対に付けない方がいい。自分達で撮った方がよっぽど良い写真ばかりで、魚も亀もイルカとも泳げないので、ただ海に浮いてるだけ、船に座ってるだけの写真です。
こちらのツアー絶対にオススメしません。
客が少なくなり、経営厳しいからなのか、こんなに内容と見合っていない高額な金額設定にしているのではないかとさえ思います。違うツアーにすれば良かったと後悔です。

Awesome experience. I survived the Mokes. It was a long kayak ride from the main canal to the Mokes, very challenging but worth it. By returning the kayak gears and eating the lunch that was included, I also could get a bike which was awesome to ride around the beach.

The crew was incredible! We loved seeing so many dolphins up close and got to see a few sea turtles too! The crew ensured everyone stayed safe while in the water which helped us relax knowing they were there if any of us needed a little help. We also loved the Hawaiian traditions included. Highly recommend this tour!

It was worth every penny. We had a great time. We highly recommend a change of clothes and wet wipes to clean up after. It was a dusty day and we were filthy by the end but it was worth it.

Wherever he found turtles he took us there and we are truly happy with the experience

The maps are not helpful. Once out of the cove, it was hard to find the landmarks to orient ourselves. Did not see any fish or turtles while snorkeling. The wind was so strong and guides did not give advice on how to navigate in high winds- were paddling hard on right side trying to go left but kayak continued to go right. Upon finally making it back to the cove the guides did not get up from their seats, didn’t assist us getting out of kayaks and just told us to put the paddles and life jackets back ourselves.
Would not recommend.

Very relaxed environment, welcoming crew, and fun to be had by all ages. We snorkeled, played volleyball and had a great lunch, I would definitely do again.

I was overwhelmed by the powerful nature! I usually ride cross or road bikes, so I participated in an intermediate bike tour this time. However, there were people who dropped out on thrilling paths that you can't experience in Japan, so I recommend the beginner course for those who are not good with roller coaster-like rides or lack confidence in their balance! That said, the authentic paths, stunning views, and support from the guide made me very satisfied!

For reference, not many people were wearing masks due to infection control, but I recommend wearing one to avoid inhaling dust. Also, since the sunlight is strong, UV protection is essential!

とにかく迫力の大自然に圧倒されました！
普段からクロスやロードに乗っているので今回は中級のバイクツアーに参加しましたが、日本では味わえないようなスリリングな道に途中脱落している人もいたので絶叫系の乗り物が苦手な方やバランス感覚に自信がない方は初心者コースがおすすめです！
ただそれだけ本格的な道と絶景、ガイドさんのサポートもあり大満足でした！

参考までに感染対策のためマスクをしている人はあまりいませんでしたが、土埃を吸い込んでしまわぬようマスクをされるのがおすすめです。また日差しが強いので紫外線対策は必須です！

My kids age ranging from 5-9 years and they loved it! Best lunch-cheeseburger ever. Time went by so fast when you are on the boat having fun, I’m glad I picked this one over the three hour one fyi. We will definitely be back!

I love this tour! Being in a submarine allowed me a different perspective and appreciation of all sea life. My children and I loved this tour. I would recommend this tour to everyone. All of the staff are friendly.

Loved the activity! The travel was not too long. Food was really good and we could go for seconds. I got the VIP package and it was definitely worth it because it gets you closer to the stage, two framed photos to take back home as well as 3 comp drinks and some additional swag. Overall it was a great experience, the show went on longer than expected but we were okay with it. Highly recommend!

The COVID-19 measures were such that only the staff were wearing masks outdoors, but since online reservations were required and there was likely a limit on the number of visitors, the park was not too crowded, naturally avoiding the three Cs (closed spaces, crowded places, close-contact settings). Alcohol disinfectant gel was installed throughout the park, and it was available for use whenever needed. The food court had tables spaced apart, which was reassuring, and I enjoyed a delicious American-style lunch at Naked Dog with self-service ketchup, mustard, and relish (chopped pickles).

For the main event, the Dolphin Encounter, my 9-year-old son participated alone while I filmed from outside the enclosure. He had no trouble with English, so it wasn't necessary, but a kind Japanese-American staff member offered to provide translation if needed, so I believe those who are anxious about their English can participate without any issues. Commemorative photos with the dolphins were available for purchase in two sets of four photos, with one photo costing $35, and for $65, you could get two large prints, two small prints, and all the digital data included. The ticket I purchased included one photo ($35 value), so I paid the additional $30 to get the package that included all the data. It turned out that I needed to have received a photo coupon at the entrance, which I hadn't, and I was told to go get it. However, the aforementioned kind staff member said, "Don't worry, I'll go get it," and promptly returned from the entrance with the coupon, which was a great help. I hope that kind staff member continues to work there for the benefit of future Japanese tourists visiting Sea Life Park.

I entered the giant birdcage with no expectations, but feeding the colorful birds turned out to be unexpectedly fun. The staff gave me handmade feeding sticks, and when I held the stick horizontally, the birds, accustomed to people, would hop on to eat. Even someone like me, who isn't particularly fond of birds, found it so enjoyable that bird lovers might not want to leave.

コロナ対策は、屋外では係の方々しかマスクはしていませんでしたがオンラインでの事前予約が必要で恐らく人数制限がある為園内はそれほど混んでおらず自然と三密は避けられていました。園内のいたる所にアルコール除菌ジェルが設置してあり気になった時には随時使えました。園内のフードコートはテーブル同士が離れており安心でしたし、naked dogにセルフサービスのケチャップ、マスタード、レリッシュ(刻みピクルス)をのせザ・アメリカンな美味しいランチをいただきました。

メインイベントのドルフィンエンカウンターは9歳の息子1人で参加し親は柵の外でビデオを撮っていました。息子は英語に不自由しなかった為不要でしたが日系人の親切な男性の係の方が必要ならば通訳をと申し出て下さいましたので、英語に不安のある方でも問題なく参加できると思います。イルカとの記念写真は2カット計4枚が購入可能で、1枚だけだと$35、$65払うとプリント大2小2枚+データが全て含まれたパッケージでした。今回購入したチケットには写真1枚($35相当)分が含まれていたので、差額分$30を払ってデータも全部含まれるパッケージを購入しました。その際どうやら入園時に入口で写真クーポンとやらをもらっていなければならなかったそうなのですがもらっておらず取りに行ってと言われましたが、前述の親切な日系係員の方が『Don't worry I'll go get it』と颯爽と園内を入口まで戻ってクーポンを取ってきて下さり大変助かりました。今後シーライフパークを訪れる日本人観光客の為にもあの親切な係の方が長く働き続けてくれる事を祈ります。

全然期待していないで入った、巨大な鳥籠内でカラフルな鳥に餌をあげたのが予想外に楽しかったです。手作りの餌棒を係の方がくれ、その棒を横にして持つと人に慣れた鳥が飛び乗って餌を食べに来ます。特に鳥好きではない私でもあんなに楽しかったので鳥好きの方は出られなくなるかもしれません。

Dylan and Mack were very hospitable and entertaining. They showed they were knowledgeable and experienced. My family of four (two teenagers) had a great time. Check in was fast and easy. I would definately recommend!

This was an amazing trip and we had a wonderful guide Jo-jo who was super knowledgeable about all aspects of hawaii cultural, history, plants, food, birds etc...The bus was nice and air conditioned and the time stopping off at each location was just right. An 11 hour day is a long day but it didn't feel like it because we were so loving every step of the trip and jojo's stories and support was great!

The transportation to and from the place makes it such a smoother process! Everyone on the crew were really amazing and sweet! We had so much fun and it's definitely something everyone should do if it's their first time visiting. The only thing is that they don't have towels, so bring your own! Otherwise it was such a fun experience for the family!

This activity is for those who like to treated like a VIP. From arrival to departure, you feel like a special guest. This boat is enormous. 4 floors of dining & entertainment. The views from the 4th floor walk around area can’t be beat. The food is good and the drinks are outstanding. If you get cold easily, bring a light jacket. The dining area is air conditioned. Supposedly, you can see the Hawaiian Village fireworks on Friday nights. A great way to get some fantastic photos and memories.
