The meals were served buffet-style, and I was able to eat until I was full. The flavors were delicious. The focus was on meat, but there were also fish and vegetables available. The seating arrangement during the meal felt a bit cramped. It seems that seats are assigned based on the order of arrival at the venue. During the show, we wore masks while watching. It seemed that not many people around me were wearing masks. There appeared to be many tourists from outside Japan. Some staff members could speak a little Japanese. The hula dance and fire dance were also enjoyable.

食事はビッフェ形式で、お腹いっぱい食べることができました。味も美味しかったです。
お肉が中心でしたが、魚や野菜もありました。
食事中の座席の間隔は狭い印象です。会場到着順に座席が指定されているようです。
ショー中はマスクを着用して、鑑賞しました。
周りの方はあまりマスクはしておりません。
日本国外の観光客の方が多い印象でした。
スタッフは日本語も多少しゃべれる方がおりました。
フラダンスにファイヤーダンスもあり楽しかったです。

The Hilton Grand Waikikian is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the meeting point, and this was my first time booking.

I was told that Japanese was not spoken, but the staff at the reception did their best to communicate in Japanese.

Additionally, the staff on the boat helped ease the tension before the flight by creating a lively atmosphere.

I chose the 1,000 feet option, and it felt like we flew longer than expected. It was exhilarating, and my son, who has a fear of heights, was thrilled.

I definitely want to fly again next time!

ヒルトングランドワイキキアン泊で集合場所まで徒歩3分と利便性も良く初めて申し込みをしました。

日本語が通じないとの事でしたが、受付の方は一生懸命日本語で対応してくれました。

また船上のスタッフの方々は、飛ぶ前の緊張感を少しでも和らげる為に盛り上げて下さいました。

1000フィートを選択しましたが、思いの外長く飛ばしてくれてた様に感じました。
兎に角、爽快でしたし、高所恐怖症の息子も大喜びでした。

また、次回も飛んでみたいと思います！

It was an amazing experience for me and my kid.
Everything ran smoothly -- from the hotel pick up to the drop off.
The orientation was a good way to detail important instructions.
The Kualoa Ranch is so breathtaking that even down times were utilized to just explore.
The tour guide was hilarious, entertaining, and informative. Also helpful whenever we needed photo ops.

I had been going to Hawaii every year, but due to the pandemic, it had been three years since my last visit. Usually, I would watch hula shows on the Big Island, Maui, or Kauai. This time, I was excited to participate in the Rock-a-Hula show in Waikiki for the first time.

The buffet seating was surprisingly cramped, considering the pandemic, and the food was average, so I can't really recommend it. After the meal, we moved to the hall where the show began. Whether or not the performers resembled Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley is another story, but the indoor performance was glamorous and provided a fun time.

If I have someone to take to Hawaii again, I would like to participate once more.

毎年通っていたハワイもコロナ禍で３年ぶり、例年はハワイ島やマウイ島、カウアイ島でフラショーを見ることが恒例でした。
今回はワイキキで初めて見るロック・ア・フラショウを楽しみに参加しました。
ビュッフェはコロナ禍とは思えないほど狭い間隔に座らされ、食事の内容も普通であまりお勧めとは言えません。
食事の後、場所をホールに移動してショーが始まりました。
マイケルジャクソン、エルビスプレスリー（もどき）が似ているかは別として
室内での観劇は煌びやかで楽しいひと時でした。
またハワイへ連れていく人がいたら参加したいと思います。

We really enjoyed the trail ride. The staff was friendly and the group was small. The scenery was the best part. I will admit I thought we would be riding in the sand and the water but that was not the case. Most of the ride was on a trail behind the actual beach but you still got a great view of the beach. This is a basic and slow ride and the horses basically walk themselves. It was expensive but the memories are worth ii.

I was able to see small, beautiful fish and sea turtles! We signed up during a time when there was no Japanese guide. There were many foreigners around, and while I was somewhat overwhelmed by the different energy and vibe, I still had a great time. If you want to hear explanations in Japanese, I recommend choosing a time with a Japanese guide.

小さく綺麗な魚や、ウミガメを見る事が出来ました！
私達は日本語ガイドでは無い時間に申し込みをしました。
周りは外国人が多く、テンションやノリの違いに多少は圧倒されつつも、楽しめました。
しっかりと日本語で解説などを聞きたい方は、日本語ガイドの時間帯をお勧めいたします。

In Miyako Island, we had to give up on parasailing due to bad weather, but in Hawaii, we were able to do it in perfect conditions. I was the second to fly, and I was nervous seeing how high the first person went, but before I knew it, it was our turn, and we quickly ascended into the sky. It was more stable and quiet than I expected, and the view included Waikiki and Diamond Head. I felt like I was monopolizing this amazing scenery without any fear; it was the best feeling. The crew's handling of the parachute was perfect, and whether it was splashing down into the sea with just our lower bodies or landing smoothly, every group managed it effortlessly. I'm really glad we did it.

宮古島では、天候不良の為、断念したパラセイリング今回ハワイでは、絶好のコンディションで出来ました。
二番目に飛びましたが、最初の人の高さにビビってドキドキしてましたが、すぐに自分達の番になり、あっど言う間に上空へ、思ったより安定して静かに昇って行って見渡す先はワイキキとダイヤモンドヘッド、怖さも無くこの景色を独占している感じ、最高の気分でした。
クルーのパラシュートさばきも完璧で、着船前の海に下半身だけチャブンも、スムーズな着船も、どのグループも自由自在にこなしてました。
ホントやって良かった。

It's been a few years since I visited Kualoa.
I participated in different activities each time.

The staff's guidance was excellent.
We were also blessed with good weather.

This sunset cruise was an awesome way to end our vacation. The fireworks, food, entertainment and service was phenomenal. Ryan was our server and was so kind and service on point. Can't wait to return

The meal was delicious. However, the VIP guests ended up having their meals in a cramped seating arrangement, so there wasn't really a sense of exclusivity compared to others. The venue for the show isn't very large, so I thought that even seats in the back would be sufficient for viewing without needing to reserve VIP seats. The venue is quite cold, so a jacket is essential. There are impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson, but they might not appeal to those from different generations. The fire show was good.

食事は美味しかったです。
ただVIP席の人たちも結局詰め詰めのお席での食事でしたので、他の方たちとの特別感は特になかったです。
ショーの会場内もそんなに広くないので、べつにVIPで予約しなくても後方の席でも十分観覧できるなと思いました。
会場はとにかく寒いので羽織ものは必須です。
エルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのモノマネさんがでてくるのですが、世代が違う方にはあまり受けないかもしれません。
ファイアーショーは良かったです。

The ladies who worked there were nice and friendly. The horses seemed well cared for. It was a nice ride but we would have preferred a little faster. It was Super slow. And they made us wear a helmet which we thought was not necessary, especially with how slow we went. Also it would have looked better in the pictures without the helmet. So overall, for the price, we really would have liked these things mentioned. A little disappointed unfortunately. But it was nice and peaceful.

Since it was my first time in Hawaii, I wanted to go to a luau show on Oahu and did some research. I decided on this one because of its great location in the heart of Waikiki. It's located within the Royal Hawaiian Center, so I could shop as well, and it was very convenient being so close to the hotel.

The evening started with a buffet, and the staff were very friendly. There were people from various countries at the same table, and we all introduced ourselves, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Don't worry if you can't speak English! When I mentioned it was our honeymoon, they even sang a song for us on the spot, which made me really happy.

The food was very American (laughs), and there was so much of it that I ended up quite full. After the meal, we headed to the show venue. The stage was much closer than I expected, and with a live band, it felt like a concert venue. The show started with hula dancing from different eras, followed by impersonators of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. All the songs were familiar, and I had a great time.

The highlight was definitely the fire dance. It was truly breathtaking. Overall, I felt it was worth attending, and I highly recommend it!

初めてのハワイということで、オアフ島内でルアウショーに行きたくて色々と調べていたのですが、ワイキキ中心にあるという立地の良さで決めました。ロイヤルハワイアンセンター内にあるので、買い物もできますしホテルからとても近くて大変便利でした。
まず初めはビュッフェから始まるのですが、スタッフの方たちがとてもフレンドリーでした。同じテーブルには様々な国の方がいらしていたのですが、みんなで自己紹介しあって和気あいあいとした雰囲気でした。英語ができなくても全然大丈夫です！新婚旅行だと伝えると即興で歌ってくださり、嬉しかったです。
食事内容はザ・アメリカンという感じ(笑)とにかく量が多いのでお腹いっぱいになりました。
食事が終わるとショー会場へ。
思ったよりもステージがとても近く、生バンドということもあり、ライブハウスのような感じでした。年代ごとのフラダンスから始まり、エルヴィスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのそっくりさんのステージ続きました。聴いたことある曲ばかりでとても楽しめました。
そしてなりよりも凄かったのがファイヤーダンスです。とにかく圧巻でした。全体を通して行ってよかったと思いました。おすすめです！

Our tour guide, Susumu, kept the atmosphere light with jokes throughout, making it a fun experience. His attention to detail was excellent, and I felt comfortable the entire time. In addition to Manoa Falls, we also enjoyed the stunning views from Tantalus Lookout, which seemed a bit hard to access. The lunch was also very delicious. I would love to join Susumu's tour again next time.

ツアーガイドのススムさんが終始ジョークで場を和ませてくださり、楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
要所要所での気配りも素晴らしく、始終、心地よく過ごす事が出来ました。
マノアの滝に加え、アクセスの悪そうなタンタラスの丘の素晴らしい景色も楽しめました。
お昼ご飯もとても美味しかったです。
今度もススムさんのツアーに参加したいです。

I think horseback riding and buggies are great, but if you want to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace, this tour is perfect. You can fully enjoy the movie filming locations, the agricultural and fishery conditions, and the wonderful views of Kualoa. However, since it was an English-guided tour, I think it would have been even more enjoyable if I understood English better.

乗馬やバギーも良いと思うが、ゆっくり景色と楽しむなら、このツアー。映画ロケ地を堪能、農林水産の状況、クアロアの素晴らしい景色を存分に堪能できた。ただ、英語ガイドだったので、英語が分かればもっと楽しかったと思います。

Really enjoyed our Sunset Cruise! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and the entertainment was great. The entertainers were very talented and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.

I had an English instructor, but since the videos on how to ride were in Japanese, I was able to understand everything properly.

I thoroughly enjoyed riding a smart horse in the magnificent nature of Kualoa Ranch for a full two hours!

英語のインストラクターでしたが、乗馬の仕方などは日本語の動画が流れましたので、きちんと理解出来ました。

2時間たっぷりとクアロアランチの雄大な自然の中を、お利口なお馬さんに乗って堪能出来ました！

This is fun for the family ,a must experience for the family trip in hawaii

Greg is the best tour guide we have ever had on a tour. He was so knowledgeable and funny. He went out of his way to make our tour so great. He also ensured that my daughter had a shrimp plate that responded to her food allergies.

●Meals
- The meal was a buffet outdoors.
- There were several long tables with chairs placed closely together, leaving almost no space between neighbors.
- The food, including the whole roasted pig, was delicious.

●Show
- The VIP seats provided a great sense of immersion.
- The shows featuring Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson were of a higher quality than I expected and very enjoyable.
- It was fantastic to also enjoy the Polynesian show.
- Photography (no flash) is allowed, but video recording is not permitted.
- I would like to use this service again.

　・屋外でのビュッフェの食事でした。
　・席は、長テーブルがいくつかあり、そこに椅子が隙間なくあり、隣の人との間隔はほぼありません。
　・豚の丸焼き他、食事は美味しかったです。

●ショー
　・ＶＩＰ席は臨場感がよく伝わり良かった。
　・エルビス・プレスリーとマイケル・ジャクソンのショーは、想像以上にクオリティが高く楽しめました。
　・ポリネシアショーも一緒に楽しむことができて最高でした。
　・写真撮影（ストロボＮＧ）はＯＫ、ビデオ撮影はＮＧです。
　・また、利用したいと思います。

The Manoa Falls hike and tour was an amazing adventure and wonderful experience for my whole family of 9.
The tour guys was very friendly and educated on the mountains and Tree's that are in the environment.

I was a little nervous about the hike since my youngest is 4 years old and never been hiking before. The Tour guides where very helping in giving us information on how the trail might be slippery or what to expect so that everyone could enjoy the hike.

After the hike we went for a small lunch picnic on one of the mountain tops. We had great food and got to explore and see great views of the Waikiki Valley and Ocean views. We also got to see the diamond head mountain area.

This is an amazing opportunity to get some great pictures and learn about the Manoa Valley waterfalls as a family activity with younger kids.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something fun to do.

The buggy activity was very satisfying! However, since it's an activity that requires a long time on the buggy, the time from arrival to participation and the time from the end until the return bus was a bit tight. There were other activities like horseback riding, but we didn't have time to eat lunch. We quickly looked at souvenirs, waited in a long line at the register, rushed to the restroom, and then headed back. The plan started at 12:15, but the morning gathering was at 10:15. Since we came to the resort, we chose a time that allowed us to relax in the morning. However, even though there were many places to explore, we had no time to wander around...

We got off the return bus around 5 PM. It takes an hour each way, so I wish the plan had a bit more flexibility or that we could choose the return bus time. It felt like a waste.

As for the driving, the staff told us to get closer quite a bit. We went on roads that a regular car could never handle. It was thrilling and fun to drive over bumps that felt like we might flip over if we turned the steering wheel the wrong way, and to navigate through muddy areas with uneven surfaces. However, there were also blind curves, and if the car in front had trouble, we could end up in a collision, or even if we managed to stop, someone could crash into us from behind! We were told to get that close, which was a bit nerve-wracking.

On top of that, even though it was a four-wheel drive buggy, it was set to two-wheel drive... The car in front was slipping on a gravel incline, with its rear wheels spinning for about three seconds. I was also drifting like in a rally. However, we were repeatedly warned that any damage to the vehicle would be the driver's responsibility, and if they deemed our driving dangerous or if we couldn't follow instructions, the staff would take over driving. So, if you try to maintain a safe distance, you might be told to switch drivers.

I think this should be communicated to the local staff rather than being treated like a tour. Also, we weren't taken to the Jurassic Park gate and the tree shown in the photos... Maybe it's under construction, or there are several courses, but it was disappointing.

バギーのアクティビティは大満足！
ですが、なかなか長時間バギーに乗れるアクティビティなので、
着いてから参加までと、終わってから帰りのバスまでの時間がややタイト。
乗馬とか他にも色々あったのに…
お昼を食べたりする時間はなく、ガーっとお土産見て、長時間並ぶレジを待ち、急いでトイレに寄って帰り、でした。
12:15スタートのプランだったのもありますが、朝の集合が10:15。
せっかくリゾートに来たので朝ゆっくりするとちょうど良い時間を選びました。
しかしながらお昼食べたり、色々ある場所なのに散策する時間もないとは…
帰りのバスを降りたのは17時頃。
片道1時間かかるのに、もうちょっと余裕を持ったプランか、帰りのバスの時間を選べるようにしてほしいなと思いました。なんかもったいない。
また、運転ですが、結構前に詰めろとスタッフに言われました。
普通車では到底走れないような道を行きます。
腹を擦りながら走るハンドル反対に切ったらひっくり返るんじゃないかというような起伏や、
左右の段差があるドロドロのぬかるみを走るのはとてもスリリングで楽しいのですが、
見通しの悪いカーブもあり、前の車がトラブったら追突したり、自分が止まれても後ろから突っ込まれるでしょ！？
という間隔まで詰めろと言われます笑
おまけに四駆のバギーなのに、設定されているのは二駆…
前の車も砂利の急こうばいで滑って後輪が3秒間くらい空転。
自分もドリフトラリー走行していました。
でも、車体へのダメージはドライバーの責任になるという注意事項を散々言われますし、
言われた通りできなかったり危険な運転だと判断したらスタッフが運転を変わると言われます。
なので、しっかり車間距離取ろうとすると、運転変われと言われるかもしれません。
ツアーというより、現地スタッフにこのこと伝えてほしいですね汗
あと、写真にあったジュラシックパークのゲートと木のところは連れて行ってもらえませんでした…
工事中とか、何コースかあるのかもですが。

Kayak was fun and the staff was very thorough with how to kayak and which place we can go. Its a bummer though that it was raining when we kayak but it was still a fun experience overall

Had a lovely evening with my fiancé, brother, and his wife. The food was excellent, and the sunset view was gorgeous at the top deck. The live shows were also very enjoyable. An overall wonderful experience that will never be forgotten.

This was a very enjoyable experience of the North shore. It was filled with fun activities, excellent food, and good shopping. Uncle Kevin was a perfect host and tour guide, and the trip would not have been the same without him. Very wonderful experience!

I went with my husband and 6 yrs old daughter. Our overall experience was good. The activity was awesome and the guy who was helping us on the boat was friendly.

This was a great tour and wonderful opportunity for photos! My boyfriend and I went to this tour and it's a good enough time for the price. You get to see various places where iconic scenes were filmed from Jurassic park and Godzilla. The scenery alone is enough to make me want to go back and take it all in. Good for couples and families while on vacation.

We had a great time with a wonderful crew of ladies! You all run a tight ship. Well organized, fun and relaxing time. Would have been fun to have a “I survived a Portuguese Man of War sting” shirt for the lady that ran into the little guy. Mahalo!

Highly recommend this tour. The crew was awesome! The sandbar was one of the coolest places ever. Beach volleyball was so much fun and the food was great. Snorkeling at the coral reef was good! We saw several turtles during the turtle watch time. The crew was very experienced Totally awesome experience! You won’t want to miss this one!
