Once again this year, it was a five-star experience. The seats were spacious, and we enjoyed the live performance, the food, the scenery, and above all, the beaming smile of my partner. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

The crew was so kind and professional. We had an amazing time snorkeling and seeing the fish/turtles! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

This was a fabulous tour. Johnny and Keely were great guides. This was a ton of fun, but be warned, you will get dirty and quite possibly a little wet. Highly recommend this activity.

Whenever I'm planning to join a tour, I always wonder if it'll be fun for the kids too. Even though it's a bit pricier, choosing the Friday luau in the courtyard by the lagoon was a great choice! Even if the kids got a bit bored halfway through, they could play on the grass for a bit. And the best part was it was free for kids under 4, which was super awesome! What made me even happier was the kids buffet corner, with kid-friendly foods like Tater tots, Teriyaki chicken, and meatballs etc. We made some fantastic family memories in Hawaii.

The show was a blast, featuring dances from the various Polynesian islands.
There were even a few fire dancers, which the kids absolutely loved.

We were bummed we couldn't see the final fireworks from our seats, but watching them up close from right in front of the hotel was an incredible experience. Totally satisfied!

The only participants from Japan were us, but the staff were very kind. I checked the precautions in a Japanese video. There was a hole in the seat I sat in, and my backside got wet (from water after washing the car), but I quickly forgot about that while riding through the magnificent scenery, covered in dust. My wife was busy taking photos and videos while we were riding, but she stopped at key points for explanations and commemorative photos. It was very dusty, and it was quite a hassle when we got back. But it was fun. The dining area is a bit cramped, so when the bus tours return, a lot of people gather and form a line to order. We had our meal early, so there was no one around. There’s a sign that says "Order Here" on the far right of the food service area, so you can order there, pay at the register, and just wait for the buzzer to go off when your order is ready. The burgers are huge, so for an elderly couple like us, sharing one is just about right. I recommend having a meal before starting, as your mouth will get dusty too. Enjoy!

日本人の参加者は私達だけでしたが、スタッフの方々が親切に対応してくれました。注意事項は日本語のビデオで確認しました。私の座ったシートに穴が開いていて、お尻が濡れてしまいましたが（洗車した後の水）、そんな事もすぐに忘れるくらい壮大な景色の中を埃まみれで走りました。妻は走りながら写真にビデオに忙しそうでしたが、要所要所で止まって説明と記念写真です。とにかく埃で、帰ってきたときは大変でした。でも楽しかったです。食堂が少し狭いので、バスのツアーが帰ってくるとたくさんの人が集中してオーダーの列が出来ます。私たちは早めの食事をとったので、誰もいなかったです。食事を提供している所の一番右にオーダーヒヤーと書いた看板があるので、そこでオーダーしてレジでお金を払い、出来上がるまでブルブルが鳴るのを待っていればOKです。バーガーがでかいので、私たちの様な老夫婦でしたら、1個を二人で分け合ってちょうど良いくらいです。スタート前の食事をお勧めします。口の中も埃だらけになるからです。楽しんでください。

Onboard, Hawaiian music played like a live performance, making the journey enjoyable.

Once we arrived, we could freely play in the beautiful sea or take a break on the boat.

You can enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and snorkeling in the sea. There were also balls available for rent.
You can't wear shoes while paddleboarding or kayaking, but it might be good to have water shoes for snorkeling.

We were able to take turns using the paddleboards and kayaks.

船内はライブのようにハワイの音楽が流れていて、向かうまでも楽しかったです。

着いてからはとにかく綺麗な海で自由に遊んだり、船で休憩したり出来ます。

海ではサップやカヤック、シュノーケリングを楽しめます。ボールの貸し出しもありました。
サップやカヤックは靴の使用が出来ませんが、シュノーケリング時はマリンシューズがあるといいかと思います。

サップやカヤックは交代に使うことが出来ました。

I visited Kualoa Ranch for the first time. The shuttle bus was comfortable, and once we arrived at Kualoa Ranch, the tour guide provided a thorough explanation in English.

The pre-ride video for the ATV was in Japanese, which made it easy to understand.

As we set off, it felt like we had entered the world of a movie. We stopped at movie spots, and the tour guide took many photos in English.

There are restrooms, souvenir shops, and a café. If you want to take your time looking at souvenirs, I recommend allowing extra time for the bus schedule.

I wore clothes that could get dirty and brought a change of clothes to store in a locker. (Even if you cover your face, you can still get dirty. If women plan to go out afterward, it might be good to bring makeup remover for touch-ups.) I hope this is helpful!

クアロアランチに初めて行きました。
送迎バスも快適で、クアロアランチについてからもツアーガイドから丁寧に説明がありました。(英語)

四輪バギー乗車前映像の説明が日本語であり、わかりやすかったです。

いざ出発すると映画の世界に入ったようでした。
映画のスポットにも止まって、英語でのツアーガイド、写真をたくさん撮ってくれます。

トイレ、お土産屋、カフェもあります。
お土産をゆっくりみたい方はバスの時間に余裕が出るようにするといいと思います。

汚れてもいい服で行き、着替えを持って行きロッカーに預けました。(顔もカバーで覆っていても汚れます。女性はそのまま出かけるようであればクレンジング化粧直しまで持って行くと良いと思います。)
少しでも参考になると幸いです。

This was a really great package that the whole family enjoyed! Snorkelling was amazing and the banana boat was a blast. It was very comfortable that the boat stays docked so you can find shade, drinks, and any of the items you need throughout the time on the sandbar. Highly recommend!

Everything from the snorkeling practice to the sea turtle watching and snorkeling around the coral was amazing. The burgers for lunch were also incredibly delicious! There was a Japanese interpreter, so I was able to enjoy it without any worries! I got to see sea turtles multiple times, and the coral was beautiful, but the fish swimming around were also really stunning! I would love to go again if I have the chance!

シュノーケリングの練習からウミガメウォッチングからサンゴの周りのシュノーケリング全て最高でした。
また昼食のバーガーも最高に美味しかったです‼️
日本語の通訳さんもおられたので安心して楽しめました‼️
ウミガメが何回もみれてサンゴも綺麗かったですが周りを泳いでる魚も凄く綺麗でした‼️
機会があればまた行きたいと思います‼️

It was a very nice tour, from the captain to the whole crew super nicely, I felt safety at all times, very explanatory the stops, rules and Safet. The food was delicious they gave us grill hamburgers they were super. I loved their

Great sunset tour. Team was warm and friendly. We were able to see many dolphins, offered to take photos and turned around so we could get better pictures of the sunset.

We participated as a couple to celebrate my 60th birthday. I felt secure participating in Japanese, and the experience exceeded my expectations in terms of satisfaction. Even though I'm not good at swimming, I had a great time fish watching in the water! It was a pity that we didn't encounter any honu (sea turtles).

還暦記念に夫婦で参加しました。日本語で安心して参加できて内容も思った以上の満足度でした。
泳ぎが苦手な私も楽しく水の中でフィッシュウォッチングできました！
ホヌに出会えなかったのは残念でした。

It was an incredibly fun experience racing around the wild course. I dashed through the dust kicked up by the buggy in front of me, getting covered in mud from head to toe, and that was enjoyable too.

ワイルドなコースを走り廻り想像以上の楽しい体験でした。前のバギーからの土埃の中を疾走し、頭から足まで泥まみれでこれも楽しかったです。

Will be doing this again next year for sure! Crew and the band were awesome

It was a bit murky in the afternoon, but I was able to see fish clearly at certain points, and although from a distance, I also saw a turtle, so I was satisfied. I didn't use the Japanese guide because I wasn't sure when to listen to it. However, I think it's a tour that can be enjoyed fully without the staff guide or the Japanese guide if you love the ocean and fish.

午後からの出向で少し濁っていましたが、ポイントポイントではしっかりと魚を見ることができたし、遠目でしたが亀も見れたので満足です。
日本語ガイドは聴くタイミングがよくわからなかったので使いませんでした。
でも、海や魚が好きならスタッフのガイドも日本語ガイドも無くても十分に楽しめるツアーだと思います。

I initially wanted to book this my first time in Hawaii back in 2021 but it was sold out. I decided to pre book before my trip this year. I am so glad I did. Me and my boyfriend had the best time. The views and history are just incredible. Our tour guides knew so much history and we were so amazed. The UTV was so much fun. You should DEFINITELY bring something to cover your face or you will be eating a lot of dirt. I would totally book this tour again. Totally worth it!

The friendly staff makes it easy for beginners to enjoy surfing right away, so you can feel at ease. After just 10 minutes of practice, we were able to try it in the ocean! Half of us were able to stand up on the first wave! The waves were great, and we participated in both private and group lessons with five people, and everyone was satisfied!

波も良くで、5人でプライベートとグループレッスンと分かれて参加しましたが、全員満足出来ました！

There were many reviews recommending the buggy, so I decided to participate, and it was amazing! My wife, who is a paper driver, also drove, and she only almost veered into the bushes right after a downhill curve! She said it was really fun!! During the trip, we could switch drivers three times when we got out for photo opportunities, so if you're anxious about driving but want to try, I recommend starting from the beginning. Goggles and helmets are available for rent, but the dust from the buggy was intense, and my nose and mouth area turned completely black. Having a scarf or a snug mask like bikers use would make photo sessions smoother?! Still, it's better to have wet wipes as well. I read that someone mentioned it was cold when it rained, and we also had a sudden rain shower during our time, so you definitely get wet. If the weather looks bad, it might be a good idea to bring a poncho or raincoat from a dollar store.

下り坂直後のカーブで草むらに突込みかけただけですみました！とても楽しかったそうです！！
途中3回写真撮影で下車する時に交代出来るので
運転に不安があるけどしてみたい方はスタートからがお勧めです
ゴーグルとヘルメットは貸出ありですがバギーの土埃が凄く鼻口周りは真っ黒になりました
バイカーがするようなスカーフや密着するマスクがあると写真撮影もスムーズにできる⁈
それでもウエットティッシュもあった方がいいです
雨だと降り込んできて寒かったと書いてる方がいて、私たちの時もにわか雨がありましたが確かに濡れます
天気が悪そうなら100均などのポンチョやレインコートを持って行った方がいいかと

Every member of the staff was phenomenal. The live music was perfect, and they had a great (DJ style) song list that played while we were out on the water. It was convenient to be able to grab hot food or snacks and beverages at the dock. There was plenty of room on the boat and we didn't feel overcrowded. The one thing I would improve is the size of the activity area. I specifically signed up to kayak, and found that the only option was to just row in a big circle (the area was identified by bouyies). My friend also snorkeled, but there wasn't much to see at that time of day. I think the best part of the trip was when one of the staff members offered to take a few of us out on a small speed boat around the reef. We found that it was affordable and convenient to pay extra for pick-up and drop off.

We went to a black sand beach, bakery ( try the malasadas they're amazing), craters, lava field, lava tube, and steam vents. We didn't get to try their lunch because someone in the group was car sick(hard to eat when someone is vomiting right in front of you)
For the helicopter ride we went down the coastline instead of over the volcanoes due to weather around there. The pilot was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, funny, and friendly.
This tour would have been a lot better if it wasn't raining (rains there a lot so bring a raincoat just incase) and we didn't have someone who got carsick. That wasn't the tours fault and I definitely would do this tour again.

I had a great time visiting the places I saw in the drama. The guide was very considerate of our family, who doesn't speak English well, and spoke slowly while occasionally using Japanese. They were very kind. I want to improve my English skills and participate again.

ガイドさんが英語ができない私たち家族を気遣って、ゆっくり話してくれたりたまに日本語を交えて話してくれました。
とても親切でした。

I had some anxiety on my first trip to Hawaii, but the presence of Japanese staff made me feel at ease. Instead of breakfast, we enjoyed an all-you-can-eat donut feast on the moving boat! The ride was smoother than I expected, and we arrived in no time. The water level was higher than I thought, but the beautiful, clear sea was amazing. We had fun with SUP and snorkeling, and we even got some photos taken along the way. It gets quite cold after coming out of the water, so extra towels and a jacket are essential. Please be careful as the return bus can also be quite chilly.

初めてのハワイで不安もありましたが日本人スタッフもいて安心した環境でした。
朝ごはんは食べずに移動の船で食べ放題のドーナツ！
思ったより揺れずにあっという間に到着。
思ったより水位がありましたが綺麗な海で透き通っていて最高でした。
SUPやシュノーケリングで楽しみ途中で写真も撮ってもらえました。
海から上がるとかなり寒いので余分なタオルや上着は必須です。
帰りのバスもかなり寒いので注意して下さい。

Wonderful staff, beautiful views, and yummy food! This was a great way to spend the morning - we would do it again in a heartbeat!

Everything was so well organized and every member of the crew gave such great service. Will definitely be doing this again! They were on time and took the initiative to explain the different activities and provided everyone the opportunity to be involved.

Last year, I had a wonderful experience with Dan and Chieko, so this year I made a reservation without hesitation, and I was able to meet them again. I am truly grateful. This year, I was also moved to meet the unexpected Honu (sea turtle). Of course, for us who can't swim much, the two of them were like sea gods, providing reassurance. I definitely want to rely on them again. Thank you very much! I highly recommend them to everyone! ✨

Enjoyed the cruise and seeing Waikīkī from the sea
The buffet dinner was quite nice
The show was okay but not great.
It wasn’t really a show. It was dancers spread over the one deck. The dancers themselves were good but wasn’t a show. The waiters had to dance but most were not great. Armondo was good.
The lady singing was terrible.
The waiters service was good.
The Mai Tai’s were good.
Everyone was friendly.
If I did cruise again would do the deck 3 menu and show.

After taking a shuttle bus from Waikiki for about 50 minutes, we arrived at Kualoa Ranch. Once everyone got off the bus, there was an announcement saying, "If you would like to hear the explanation in Japanese, please follow the Japanese staff." While we were sitting with the rest of the group, others were being called by name and receiving their tickets and schedules, but we were not called... In the end, our tickets were with the Japanese staff, and there was a bit of a delay there. It would have been clearer if they had said, "Those with Japanese names, please go over there."

Thanks to our cheerful driver guide, we enjoyed visiting filming locations from Jurassic World and LOST, but just before the afternoon Ocean Voyage Tour, there was a sudden downpour! Everyone else had ponchos and umbrellas ready, but we were left unprotected and got completely soaked from head to toe. There was a poncho vending machine at the meeting point... I should have bought one without hesitation. Well, it's a good memory now.

ワイキキから送迎バスに乗って約50分ほどでクアロアランチに到着。全員バスから降りたところで、「事前説明を日本語で聞きたい人は日本人スタッフについて行って下さい」と案内があり、そのままその他大勢と一緒に座っていたところ、他の人はどんどん名前を呼ばれ、チケットとスケジュール表をもらっているのに呼ばれず・・・結局私たちのチケットは日本人スタッフさんが持って行っていて、そこで少し手間取りました。「日本の名前の人はあちらへ」と言ってもらったほうがわかりやすかったです。
明るいドライバーガイドさんのお陰でジュラシック・ワールド、LOSTなどの撮影場所を楽しく見学、まではよかったのですが、午後オーシャンボヤージツアー直前に突然の大雨！！皆さんポンチョや傘などを用意されていましたが、私たちだけ無防備で頭から足まで全身びしょ濡れになりました。集合場所にポンチョ自販機があったのに・・・迷わず買っておくべきでした。ま、いまではいい思い出です。

This experience was amazing our tour guide Dexter was great explaining everything very well accomodating everyone’s needs would highly recommend this tour.
