It was my first time on a jet ski and parasailing, but all the local staff were so enthusiastic, making it a wonderful experience and a great memory. Thank you very much.

The crew was excellent so friendly and so helpful. We had so much fun at the sand bar lunch was great. The snorkling was also a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this experience. Really enjoyed the movie trivia that our host shared with us on our way back to the dock. Thank you for a great time!

We gathered in front of the hotel early in the morning (5:45 AM) and watched the sunrise until our reservation time for Hanauma Bay (6:30 AM). This activity does not require a reservation for entry to Hanauma Bay, but you need to purchase tickets on-site, and you have to wait in line until it's time. I felt that time was a bit wasted, but I guess that's what you get for a cheap tour. One participant in the same tour kindly purchased tickets for everyone at the counter. Of course, we all lined up together.

If the tour included the ticket price, I suppose there wouldn't be any need to wait in line? I saw some people entering without waiting. Since everything was explained in English, there were some things I didn't understand. I heard there are lockers available, but I think it's better to take valuables to the beach. Someone needs to keep an eye on the bags. The snorkeling gear was cheap, and it was hard to breathe underwater. Some people mentioned it broke halfway through. The driver said if we called, he would help us... in English.

If you want to participate in the tour efficiently and with peace of mind, I think it's better to join a Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour guided by Japanese staff, even if it's a bit more expensive.

朝早くから(5時45分)ホテル前集合で、ハナウマ湾の予約時間(6時30分)まで朝日が昇るのを見てました。
このアクティビティーは、ハナウマ湾入場予約は不要なのだけど、現地でチケット購入しないといけないく、時間になるまでならんで待っていないとダメでした。
その時間がもったいなかったかな？安いツアーだからしょうがないです。
同じツアー参加者の一人が全員分のチケットをまとめて窓口で購入してくれました。もちろん全員同じかたまってならんでました。

チケット代金も入ったツアーならたぶんこの並ぶ　ということはないのかな？並ばないで入ってる人もいたので。
全部英語で説明させるのでわからないこともありました。ロッカーあるとのこと、でもビーチに貴重品はもっていった方がいいと思います。誰か一人荷物番が必要です。
シュノーケルも安物か海のなかで息がしづらいです。
途中で切れたという人もいました。電話してくれれば…と、ドライバーはいってました。英語です。
効率よく、安心してツアーに参加したいのであれば、少し高くても日本人スタッフが案内してくれるハナウマ湾シュノーケルに参加した方がいいと思います。

I rode a buggy while enjoying the great nature of Hawaii. It rained heavily along the way, but that was fun too! There was also an explanation in Japanese, which made me feel secure participating.

ハワイの大自然を見ながらバギーに乗りました。 途中大雨が降りましたが、それも楽しかったです！日本語での説明もあり、安心して参加できました。

We were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly until the meeting time of 12:30 thanks to the early morning pickup. Timely service is great!
For meals, only before going down to the beach, card payments are accepted. The BIG hot dog was $11, and we were able to share it between two people. The fish is larger and there are many more varieties compared to before the pandemic!

You can encounter a landscape that is completely different from Waikiki. It's surprising that it has been a filming location for Jurassic Park and many other movies! Please go and discover the Hawaii you don't know!

It was a beautiful evening on the ocean. The sunset was hidden behind clouds but you could see the rays from the sun peaking thru. The food was flavorful and an abundance of it. With a tremendous variety to choose from.

At Dolphin Exploration, you can experience performing arts together with dolphins in a swimming pool while wearing life jackets. My 8 and 10-year-old daughters, who have just started to put their faces in the water and dive a little at the community pool this year, enjoyed themselves without fear, thanks to the life jackets, even though they couldn't touch the bottom. It became a wonderful memory of interacting with the dolphins. Participants in the Dolphin Encounter were also experiencing in the same pool, standing on an underwater platform at the edge of the pool (about adult waist-deep) to see the performances up close. I think the grandparents who came with us enjoyed watching their grandchildren's joyful expressions from the covered spectator seats. In another area, feeding the sea turtles was a rare treat, and the children were delighted. Since the number of feedings was limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, we bought some in advance and enjoyed feeding after the dolphin experience. The air conditioning on the bus to and from the venue was a bit too strong, so having a blanket would have been nice.

ドルフィン・エキスパローションでは、ライフジャケットを着てイルカが泳ぐプールの中で芸を一緒に体験できます。市民プールで今年から顔をつけて少しだけ潜れるようになった8歳と10歳の娘も、ライフジャケットがあるので足がつかなくても怖がらず楽しめました。イルカと十分に触れ合えた良い思い出になりました。ドルフィン・エンカウターの参加者が同じプールで体験されていましたが、そちらはプールの縁にある水中桟橋（大人の腰ぐらいの深さ）に立って目の前で芸を体験していました。一緒に行った祖父母も屋根のある観客席で孫の喜ぶ姿を見学できて楽しめたと思います。他のコーナーでは、海亀の餌やりが珍しく、子供たちは喜んでいました。餌の数が先着で数に限りがあるので先に買っておいて、イルカ体験が終わってから餌やりを楽しみました。行き帰りのバスのクーラーが効きすぎているので、毛布があっても良いぐらいでした。

The shuttle bus was a Mercedes, and the seats were very comfortable, but the air conditioning was quite cold. Once we arrived, a Japanese staff member explained the flow of the program, and then we split into groups based on our plans for instructions in English on how to use the helmets, goggles, and bandanas, as well as how to operate the buggies. Even for someone who is a paper driver, it was easy to drive.

I tend to get car sick, so I was worried and took motion sickness medication, but although it was bumpy, I didn't feel nauseous, so it was fine! Since sand and dust were flying from the car in front, I think it's a good idea to wear the goggles and bandana properly and also bring a disposable poncho to avoid getting dirty. We brought some that we purchased at a 100 yen shop in advance.

They stopped at various points to explain the locations, but unfortunately, everything was in English, so I could hardly understand... However, the view was great, and the scenery was very pleasant! I was a little disappointed that we didn't stop at the place with the sign and bone sculptures that felt like "Jurassic Park." (It might have been a time issue.)

送迎のバスはベンツで座り心地がとても良いですが冷房が効いていて寒かったです。
現地についてからは日本語のスタッフの方が流れを説明してくれて、その後プランごとに分かれて英語でヘルメット・ゴーグル・バンダナの貸し出しやバギーの操作方法の説明があります。
ペーパードライバーでも簡単に運転できました。
また、私は車酔いしやすい方なので心配で酔い止めを飲んで行きましたが、揺れるけど酔う感じではなく大丈夫でした！
前の車から砂埃が飛んでくるので、ゴーグル・バンダナをちゃんと付けて更に使い捨てのポンチョを持参すると汚れず良いと思います。私たちは予め100均で購入したものを持参しました。
所々降りてその場所の説明をしてくれますが残念ながら全て英語のためほぼ聞き取れず…
ただ見晴らしが良くとても気持ちの良い景色でした！
ザ・ジュラシックパークという感じの看板や骨のオブジェがある所には寄らなかったのでそこが少しだけ残念でした。(時間的な問題かもしれません)

I am a woman in my 30s, and this was my first solo trip to Hawaii. I really wanted to try snorkeling at least once in my life, so I decided to participate. There were 9 participants that day, and only 2 of us were solo travelers, including myself. There were 2 instructors, both of whom spoke fluent Japanese, which made me feel at ease. It seems that it's quite difficult to make reservations for Hanauma Bay these days, so it was a good decision to book through this service. They also took photos for us, which helped create wonderful memories. It took a lot of courage for a beginner like me to join alone, but I am grateful for the warm welcome! I didn't see any turtles, but I was very satisfied with the many fish I got to see.

私は30代女性で今回初めてハワイ一人旅をしました。
どうしても人生で一度シュノーケリングをしたくて参加させていただきました。
当日は9人参加で1人参加は私を含めて2名でした。
インストラクターは2名でどちらの方も日本語がペラペラで安心できました。
ハナウマ湾は今はなかなか予約が取れないみたいなのでこちらでお願いして正解でした。
写真も撮っていただいてとても良い思い出を作ることができました。
なかなか初心者一人参加は勇気が必要でしたが、受け入れていただいて感謝です！
タートルは見れませんでしたが、沢山のお魚を見れて大満足でした。

Overall, it was enjoyable, and the scenery was beautiful. Here are a few thoughts:

First, when you book as a group, even if there are five people, you will only have one buggy. The driver can be up to two people. Your clothes will get quite dirty. Since there is only a small gap between you and the person in front, you can't drive freely or quickly. The guide at Kualoa speaks English, but there were also people who could speak Japanese.

内容としては楽しく、景色も綺麗でよかったです。
少し思ったことを書きます

まずまとめて予約すると５人でもバギー一台になります。
操縦者は2人までです。
服がかなり汚れます。
前の人と少しだけ車間距離空けて走るので自由に走るとか早く走れるとかはないです。
クアロアのガイドは英語ですが、日本語も話せる人もいました。

We were going back and forth on which boat to go with and we were so happy we chose this one! The staff were amazing. So friendly and informative and helpful. The live music was amazing and made experience that much more special! They had refreshments and donuts complementary. There we was snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boards and a dock to chill at when you arrived. When we were there we looked around at the other boats and they honestly had nothing going on lol. Would definitely recommend going with them for this experience :)

I will start at 12 o'clock and get on the buggy. The first part is a flat course, so I will make sure to confirm the operating methods here. After that, there are ups and downs that are far more intense than I imagined; it's a wonder that no accidents happen. I hope everyone enjoys a safe adventure.

私は12時スタート、バギーに乗り込みます。最初は平坦コースなのでここでしっかり操作方法を確認します。その後は想像よりもはるかに激しいアップダウン、これで事故が起きないのが不思議なくらい。皆様も安全なアドベンチャーをお楽しみください。

Generally, I think it's rare to encounter sea turtles while snorkeling. Here, they might be feeding them? I saw two sea turtles swimming normally, but there were more than five on the ocean floor, and I had a great time. The phrase "you will definitely see them!" seems to be true. You must wear a floatation device and cannot dive underwater, but I still had a lot of fun. If you can't speak any Japanese, it might be a bit challenging for those who don't speak English!

大概、ウミガメに会えるというシュノーケリングで、そうそう会えることもないのではと思う。
ここでは、餌付け？をしているのか、普通に泳いでいるウミガメは２匹だったが、海底にはそれ以上の５匹のウミガメがおり、楽しく過ごすことが出来た。
確実に会える！というフレーズは、確かだと思う。
浮きを必ず着用しなければならず、海中に潜水することは出来ないが、楽しく過ごすことが出来た。
日本語が全く使えないので、英語が話せない人は少し厳しいかも！

The boat was large, so it didn't sway at all, and we enjoyed drinks, donuts, and live music on board. I had signed up for a tour that was supposed to coincide with low tide, but we couldn't see the sandy beach, and the water depth was about to the chest of an adult. However, with this depth, it's safe even if you fall while snorkeling, and it might be just right for enjoying snorkeling. During snorkeling, you get to feed the fish, so they come right up to you, which is fun!

大きめの船なので全く揺れず、船上で飲み物やドーナツ、生演奏が楽しめました。干潮の時刻に合わせたツアーを申し込んだはずなのですが、砂浜は見えず、大人のみぞおち位の水深がありました。
でも、このくらいの水深だとSAPで転んでも安全だし、シュノーケリングも楽しめて丁度良いかもしれません。シュノーケリングでは餌をもらえるので魚が向こうから寄って来てくれて楽しい！

The weather was nice and I had a great time! However, the morning pickup location was the same as other tour companies, so there were a huge number of people gathered, and with so many shuttle vehicles, it was difficult to find my ride. Also, unfortunately, we couldn't see the sandbar due to the timing (but that's just a natural phenomenon, so it can't be helped). I was surprised when they said we would ride the bumper tube and banana boat one after the other right after we arrived (before going into the sea), but the bumper tube was thrilling and fun! The staff were all kind, polite, and enjoyable, which made me feel at ease.

天気も良くとっても楽しかったです！
ただ、朝のピックアップ場所が他のツアー会社と同じなので、ものすごい人数が集まり、送迎車もたくさんなのでどれが自分のお迎えの車なのか探すのに苦労しました。
それと、残念ながらサンドバーは時間帯が悪く見られませんでした。(こればっかりは自然現象なので仕方ない)
ついて早々に(海に入る前に)バンパーチューブとバナナボートに立て続けに乗ると言われびっくりしましたが、バンパーチューブはスリル満点で楽しかったです！
スタッフさんもみんな優しく丁寧で楽しい方たちなので安心でした。

Based on everyone's experiences, I prepared thoroughly and participated.

Regarding the time management, I had a reservation for 10 AM, so there was no waiting time at the start. After finishing, I was able to have a light snack, and after a break, it was just in time for the return bus.

At the beginning, I was able to listen to the video explanation in both English and Japanese, so I enjoyed it without any particular anxiety.

I was able to take plenty of photos along the way, and my elderly mother seemed to enjoy it as well.

Right after starting, they take photos for later purchase, so be mentally prepared. Since I was wearing a mask and goggles, when the photos were ready, my face was completely unrecognizable! (laughs)

I think it's worth participating at least once!

I participated in late March. As the title suggests, I wasn't able to see any whales, but the cruise ship was very nice, and it was a valuable experience to see Waikiki and Diamond Head from the boat. I was offered a coupon due to not seeing any whales, but since my stay in Hawaii was short, I declined. If I had been able to see whales, it would definitely have been a five-star experience.

3月下旬に参加しました。タイトルのとおり、クジラを見ることはできませんでしたが、クルーズ船はとても良かったですし、船からワイキキやダイアモンドヘッドを見ることができたのは貴重な経験でした。クジラを見ることができなかったことで、クーポンをいただく提案も受けましたが、ハワイの滞在は短かったので、お断りしました。
もしクジラを見ることが出来たら、間違いなく☆5つです。

Me and my family LOVED this tour. For the price you pay you get A LOT of BEAUTIFUL VIEWS and excellent service from the staff. I like that the beach is keeping as a secret and is not crowded at all. Also, the activities are phenomenal

My first parasailing experience! I forgot that I get seasick and decided to give it a try... and off I went into the sky! It was stable up there, so it wasn't scary at all, and the view was breathtaking. I recommend taking motion sickness medication for those who get seasick. It was a wonderful experience.

そのまま空へ！上空は安定していたので怖くはなく絶景でした。船酔いする方は酔い止め薬をおすすめ致します。良い体験をさせて頂きました。

When I arrived at the restaurant at the reserved time, I was shown to my seat. Since cars were passing right next to the outdoor seating, I asked to be moved to an indoor table. I was informed that I could change the menu for an additional fee, so I switched my pasta to porcini risotto. The balsamic sauce felt a bit too strong and sweet. The meat was cooked well, but I thought it was a bit too salty. It seemed like they were trying to turn tables within an hour, which created a somewhat unsettling atmosphere.

予約の時間に店に着くと、席に案内されました。外の席ですぐ横をを車が通るので、中の席に替えてもらいました。追加料金でメニューを変更出来るとの事で、パスタをポルチーニリゾットに変更。
少しバルサミコソースが強く甘く感じました。肉は焼き具合は良かったのですが、塩が効き過ぎと、思いました。一時間で回転させてる様で、少し落ち着けない雰囲気でした。

The friendly service and, of course, the taste were at a high level. I added $25 to the pre-reserved menu to change the pasta to risotto. Additionally, I added another $25 to have foie gras on top of the steak. The flavors from the appetizer to the dessert exceeded my expectations. If I go to Hawaii again, I would like to repeat this experience.

フレンドリーなサービスも、もちろん味もハイレベルでした。
事前に予約していたメニューに$25プラスしてパスタをリゾットに。
さらにもう＄25プラスして、ステーキの上にフォアグラを載せていただきました。前菜からデザートまで期待以上のお味でした。
またハワイへ行くことがあれば、リピートしたいと思います。

I was worried because the online reservation couldn't be completed due to an app malfunction, but the staff on-site were very kind and helpful. The staff on the boat were also Japanese, and although we were the only ones, they were considerate and we had a great time.

オンライン予約が、アプリの不具合で完結しない状態で心配していましたが、現地にいたスタッフの方が親切に対応して頂きました。
船上のスタッフの方も日本人が、私たちだけでしたが、きをつかって頂き楽しい時間を過ごせました。

The elementary school children were also very excited. It felt great to ride a buggy through the magnificent nature. Next time, I would like to try horseback riding.

After spending several days planning our schedule for our stay in Hawaii, this Dolphin & You tour was the highlight event for us!!

With the favorable exchange rate, I was hesitant about the photo option, but adding it turned out to be a great decision! Our Japanese guide AYA took wonderful photos for us! ☺︎

All the other staff members also entertained us, and we were able to see a pod of dolphins, which made us extremely satisfied!!!!

It was an early morning pickup, but the van was full. The entrance fee for Hanauma Bay is collected in cash inside the car, so it's a good idea to bring exact change. The driver will say various things in English, but as long as you can understand what time you need to be back at the car, you can just let the rest go. At Hanauma Bay, there is a place on the beach where you can rent fins and other equipment, and you can also rent lockers there. However, it's not a self-service system; you have to give your items to the staff, and when you want to retrieve them, you hand over the key.

早朝ピックアップでしたが、バンは満席でした。ハナウマ湾の入場料は車の中で現金で集められるため、お釣りがないように持って行くといいです。ドライバーが英語で色々言いますが、とにかく何時までに車に戻っていればいいか、聞き取れればあとは適当に流しておけば大丈夫です。ハナウマ湾には、ビーチにフィンなどレンタル品を借りる場所があり、そこでロッカーも借りれますが、自分で出し入れする式ではなく、物をスタッフに預けて取り出したい時に鍵を渡す式です。

We participated with our family of four, including two children in first and second grade! We thought we would have to go far to see wild dolphins, but we encountered them right along the coast as soon as we left the harbor. I was worried about seasickness and took some Travelmin beforehand, but there were no waves, so it wasn't necessary after all. I guess it depends on the weather.

Since our two children are naturally a bit timid, they quickly gave up on snorkeling as expected, but they had plenty of fun with the waterslide, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding! Our guide, Aya, and the photographer (I forgot their name) were very friendly and easy to interact with, and I'm glad we asked them for photos.

小学1年2年の子供2人、家族4人で参加してきました！
野生のイルカは遠くまで探しにいくと思ったら、ハーバーを出てすぐの沿岸で出会うことができました。船酔いを心配してあらかじめトラベルミンを飲みましたが、波のうねりなども無く、飲む必要はなかったです。天気にもよるのでしょうが。
子供2人は元々怖がりのため予想通りシュノーケルはすぐ諦めざるをえませんでしたが、ウォータースライダー、カヤック、SUPなどで十分楽しんでくれました！
ガイドのAyaさんやカメラマンの方（名前忘れちゃいました）はとってもフレンドリーで接しやすく、写真もお願いして良かったです。

I love Jurassic Park, so I was interested in this place. At the meeting point, Twin Fin Waikiki, I got flustered when they said my name wasn't on the list, but it seemed to be just an oversight.

The meeting point is easy to find, and since there are many buses stopping there, I think it's better to wait on the road. We arrived almost on schedule, and they provided guidance in Japanese for about half of the group, which was easy to understand.

For each tour, they tell you how many minutes before to arrive at the meeting point, but generally, they leave around that time, so I feel it's better to be there 5 to 10 minutes early. The meeting point is easy to find.

Lunch is a buffet. Even if you haven't ordered the buffet, there are places to eat. There is also a designated smoking area, which is reassuring for smokers. Actually, since there is quite a bit of waiting time, having a smoking area is helpful.

During the location tour, we get off the bus twice, but the rest is from the vehicle. The guide takes pictures of you being attacked by dinosaurs in front of the Jurassic Park sign. After that, we leave from the dock, which was also a filming location for Lost, and board a boat.

We cross over Moiliili Pond to get to the ocean, so there is a transfer along the way. Once we are out at sea, if you're at the front, you get splashed with water when the boat bounces. I think it was intentional, but it was exciting.

Since we had some time, I also rode on the boat, but I wonder if just the location tour would have been enough? If you love movies and have the time, I recommend it.

ジュラシックパークが好きなので、興味があった場所です。
集合場所のツインフィンワイキキで、名前を伝えると、リストに無いとか言われて焦りましたが、ただの見逃しのようです。

集合場所も、バスが多く止まっているので、車道に出て待っていた方良いと思います。
ほぼスケジュール通り到着すると、約半数の日本人向けに日本語でガイダンスをしてくれます。
分かり易い。
ツアー毎に各集合場所に、何分前にと言われますが、大体がその時間には出発していたので、集合時間の5分から10分前には集合場所にいた方が良い気がします。
ただ、集合場所は分かり易いです。
昼食はビュッフェになります。
ビュッフェを頼んでいない場合も、食べられる場所があります。
喫煙所もしっかりあるので、喫煙者にも安心です。
と言うか、待ち時間が結構あるので、喫煙場所があって助かります。
ロケ地巡りツアーでは、2回下車しますが、あとは車上から。
ジュラシックパークの看板前で、恐竜に襲われる写真をガイドの方が撮ってくれます。
その後、ロストの撮影場所にもなった船着場から出て、ボートに乗ります。
モイリー池を越えて海に出るので、途中乗り換えあり。
海に出て、先頭に載っていると、バウンドした時に下から潮をかぶります。
ワザとだとは思いますが、盛り上がってました。
時間があったので、ボートにも乗りましたが、ロケ地巡りツアーだけでも良かったかな？
映画が好きで、時間があるようなら、おすすめです。

After seeing off my parents and beloved dog, I returned to Hawaii for the first time in 10 years. I wanted to participate in this tour to enjoy snorkeling, which my active father loved. The crew mentioned, "You all are very lucky because the weather wasn't good until yesterday!" and we were indeed able to see the beautifully clear blue beach, which was amazing!

We found a net in the water and started playing volleyball with a friend, and soon Americans joined us. They cheered us on with "NICE!" when we did well and "Nice try!" when we made mistakes, allowing us to share a fun time together.

As a side note... it was fascinating how, just a few minutes after meeting each other without knowing names, we could all chase the same ball and celebrate together as a team, regardless of age or nationality. It made me wonder why wars happen.

After playing in the beautiful sea, the captain grilled delicious hamburgers for us! Thank you for the treat. A cute Japanese crew member (sorry, I forgot her name) provided very polite explanations, which made it easy to enjoy the experience. Thank you! I would love to participate again if the opportunity arises.

両親と愛犬を見送り、10年ぶりのハワイ。
アクティブな父が大好きだったシュノーケリングをぜひ・・・と思い、このツアーに参加しました。
「前日までお天気が良くなかったから、みなさんはとてもラッキーですよ！」とクルーの方がおっしゃっていましたが、本当に透き通るような青くきれいなビーチを見ることができ、最高でした！
海水の中に張られたネットを見つけ、友人とふたりでバレーボールを始めたら、すぐにアメリカ人の人たちが参加。
うまくいったらNICE！　ミスをしたらNice try !　と声をかけてくれ、楽しい時間を共有できました。
余談ですが・・・
初めて会う、お互い名前も知らない人同士が、たった数分後にはひとつのボールを追いかけて年齢や国籍に関係なくチームとして共に喜び、称えあう・・・こんなことができるのに、なぜ戦争は起こるのだろう・・・と思ってしまいました。

美しい海でさんざん遊んだ後は、キャプテンが美味しいハンバーガーを焼いてくれました！ごちそうさまでした。
日本人クルーのかわいい女性（名前忘れてごめんなさい）、とても丁寧な説明で安心して楽しむことができました。ありがとう！
また機会があれば参加したいと思います。
