We went all the way to Diamond Head and anchored for a long time near Waikiki Beach. They said there were whales, but even after anchoring for almost an hour, we couldn't see any. It's said that whale breathing lasts 20 to 40 minutes, so if they were nearby, we should have been able to see them... I felt the same while looking from the hotel at Waikiki Beach. From this point, it seems like you could see them with a telescope from places like the Hyatt & Beach or Sheraton.

ダイアモンドの先まで行き、ワイキキビーチ行きで長く停泊。クジラがいるということでしたが、1時間近く停泊したが見えなかった。
クジラの呼吸は20〜40分と言われているため、近くにいるなら見えるはずだが…。
ワイキキビーチ沖ではホテルから眺めても同じと感じた。　このポイントならHYATT&Beachやシェラトンなどからなら望遠鏡で見えそうです。

Snorkeling was fun. The boat is nice, large, and stable. The two singers are good.
And the sneaky little creep sitting next to us at the next table reached right into my beach bag and stole my Yeti Coffee Cup and lid. We did not want to make a big scene. He was really fast and he and his "girl" were the only two people within 15 feet of us as Patsy and I had the front starboard corner of the boat. Keep an eye on your possessions. The staff on the boat are very conscientious and polite.

We had a fun experience with a muscular local guy in the front and back of the canoe, while the three of us seniors sat in between. We paddled with the commands of the guy in the back, who would say "right" or "left." If we made a mistake, he would point it out in Japanese by saying "number one opposite." He also scooped out the seawater that came into the canoe with a bucket. It felt great to ride the waves in the canoe, but next time, I want to experience it with even bigger waves!

カヌーの前後にマッチョな地元のお兄さんが乗り､その間に私たちシニアの3人が乗り込み、後ろのお兄さんの右､左､と言う掛け声でオールを漕ぎます､間違ったら番号で1番反対〜と日本語で指摘されたり､カヌーの後ろに入ってくる海水をお兄さんがバケツでかき出したり楽しい体験でした👍
波に乗ってカヌーが進むのが気持ち良かったでも､次はもっと大きな波で体験したいと思います

Warm welcoming and very friendly crews.
The water was quite cold and some breeze so I didn’t into the water but really enjoyed the views and colour of water

At first, I was nervous and anxious, but those worries were blown away by the views of Diamond Head and Waikiki! It was such a refreshing parasailing experience.

最初はドキドキ不安でしたが、そんな不安も、ダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの景色で吹き飛びました！とても気持ちいいパラセーリングでした。

I had a great time! The fire was impressive and amazing! The food was delicious and there was plenty that the kids could eat!

とても楽しかった！

ご飯も子供達が食べれるのばかりで美味しかったです！

The way this show was organized and put together was amazing. We enjoyed every aspect of the show. They made it feel like you were a part of the performance the entire time. The only reason I gave the good rating was because the photographer didn't take enough time arranging our family of 17 so you could see everyone in the photo. Also she quickly snapped the two pictures before we were ready so eyes were closed in both pictures. We also wanted individual family photos and she wouldn't do it for us. She would have made more money by all of us buying a photo package. The food was OK, it was a little cold and the pork was dried out.

It included transportation, but since it didn't stop at our hotel, we walked to the hotel across the street. The large bus arrived on time and took us to the boarding area!

As soon as we got off the bus, we boarded the boat and took some commemorative photos! Later, a staff member came around to show us the pictures they took! We decided to purchase one as a keepsake (laughs). Then, we enjoyed the breakfast we had been looking forward to. The morning coffee was really great!

Inside the boat, the air conditioning was on, so I think short sleeves might feel a bit cold.

We received an explanation about the whales from the captain and headed to the deck! The blue of the ocean was something you can't feel in Japan, and the view of Waikiki getting farther away! Plus, Diamond Head was clearly visible! I was already satisfied with just that.

And on that day, we were able to see whales! In fact, multiple times!!! We even encountered a mother and baby whale! There is a limit to how close you can get, so they were a bit far, but we could still see them!

The captain announced the direction of the whales, so everyone moved in unison to follow the report. Even if you don't understand English, you'll be fine just following everyone!

Before we knew it, it was time to disembark, and we took the bus back to the hotel.

Personally, I thought it was really great! It was nice to relax on the boat in the Hawaiian sea, and seeing the whales was truly moving! Since it was a large boat, I don't think you would get seasick (but it's better to take motion sickness medication just in case).

There were plenty of restrooms! They weren't super clean, but it was totally fine! I want to go again!

送迎付きでしたが、自分たちのホテルには止まらなかったので向かい側にあるホテルまで歩きました🌴時間通りに大型バスが迎えに来てくれて、乗り場まで連れてってくれました！

バスに降りてすぐに船に乗り、まずは記念撮影！後ほど、係の人が回ってきて撮った写真を見せてくれます！私たちは記念に購入しました（笑）そして、楽しみにしてた朝食をいただきました🍍朝のコーヒーがめちゃくちゃよかったです☕️

船の中はクーラーがかかっていたので半袖は少し寒いと思います。

船長からクジラの説明を受け、デッキへ！
日本では感じられない海の青さ、遠くなっていくワイキキの街並み！そしてダイヤモンドヘッドがよく見える！これだけで満足でした😆

そしてこの日はクジラを見ることができました！しかも何回も！！！🐳親子のクジラにも遭遇しました！近づける範囲が決まってるので若干遠くはありますが見える！！！

船長が◯時の方向だよとアナウンスしてくれるので、みんなその報告を受けて一斉に移動📢英語がわからなくてもみんなについていけば大丈夫です！！！

あっという間に下船になり、バスに乗ってホテルへ戻りました。

個人的にはめちゃくちゃよかったです！とにかくハワイの海で船に乗りながらのんびりできたのもよかったし、クジラも見れて感動しました！大きな船なので船酔いもしないかなと思います！（一応酔い止めは飲んでおいた方が🙆‍♀️）

トイレもたくさんありました！すごく綺麗なわけではないですが、全然大丈夫です！また行きたいです🌴🤙

I was a bit worried because it rained the day before, but on the day itself, it was sunny and I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea. Thank you very much.

It was so much fun! 😀 The captain and the crew were very cheerful, and the people who participated in the tower with us were all so much fun, which made it even more enjoyable. 😃 We took a lot of pictures and were able to create wonderful memories.

Upon entering, I simply presented the voucher at the reception, and I was guided without any issues. The dishes were just the right amount—not too many, and certainly not too few—and I enjoyed the familiar flavors as always.

入店時にバウチャーを受け付けで提示するだけで、問題なくご案内いただけました。
お料理も多すぎることなく、もちろん少なすぎるわけでもなく、いつもながらのお味で楽しめました。

I participated with excitement, knowing that whales come to the waters off Hawaii only during the winter months for calving and raising their young. I was able to see the baby whales a few times! However, they were far away and small, and it was just for a moment, so if I could wish for more, I would have loved to see them even more. Nevertheless, the weather was great, and the cruise itself was very comfortable, allowing me to have the best time. Thank you to all the staff!

鯨が出産、子育てにハワイ沖に来る冬の時期だけということで、ワクワクしながら参加しました。
赤ちゃんを何度か見ることができました！でも遠くて小さい、しかも一瞬なので、欲を言えばもっともっと見たかったです。
ですがお天気もよく、クルーズ自体がとても快適で、最高の時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフのみなさん、ありがとう！

This was my third trip to Hawaii, and for the first time, I participated in a solo trip. The large bus arrived right on time at the Sheraton hotel 🚌. This time, the tour was made up entirely of international guests.

When we boarded the Star of Honolulu, the captain welcomed us. There was a photo opportunity with the crew as we entered the ship. Later, the crew developed the photos and offered them for sale. I think it was around $26. Many people chose not to buy them, but I purchased one as a keepsake. By the way, they only accept credit cards.

Once on board, I quickly enjoyed some drinks and light snacks. There was a booklet with explanations about whales in Japanese, which I skimmed through, followed by an explanation from the captain about the whales. As the ship set sail, the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea was absolutely wonderful.

After a while, the captain announced over the intercom, "There are whales at the direction of ◯ o'clock (in English)," and everyone hurriedly pointed their cameras to look. Fortunately, we encountered a mother and calf whale. It was a bit disappointing that we only saw them spouting water and didn’t get to see any larger movements, but just being able to encounter them was great. I made sure to capture it on video.

We were blessed with beautiful weather, making it the best cruising experience!

ハワイ渡航歴3回目にして、初めてひとり旅で参加。シェラトンのホテルまで大型バスが時間きっちり到着🚌
今回は海外の方ばかりのツアーでした。
スターオブホノルル号乗船の時に船長が出迎え。
船内に入る際にクルーから記念撮影があります。
後でクルーが現像してくれて販売してくれます。たしか26$だったかな。
買わない人が多かったですが、私は記念に購入。
ちなみにクレジットカードのみです。

船内に入って早速飲み物と軽食をいただきました。日本語のクジラの説明などが書いた冊子がありさらっと読んだ後、船長からクジラに関する説明。
船が出航し、海から見るワイキキの街並みやダイヤモンドヘッドがとてもよかったです。

しばらくすると、船長が船内放送で「◯時の方向にクジラがいます(英語)」と放送されるとみんな慌ててカメラを向けて探します。
運良く親子のクジラに遭遇できました。
今回は潮吹きだけで、大きい仕草を見れなかったのは残念でしたが、遭遇できただけでもよかったです。
しっかり動画に収めました。

お天気にも恵まれ最高のクルージングになりました。

Since there were only two groups, we were able to return to the departure point in about 40 minutes. The guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable, and I'm glad I participated! I had read in reviews that the boat could be very rocky, so I brought motion sickness medication from Japan. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the ride without feeling seasick, even with the intense rocking of the boat!

２組だけだったので、４０分くらいで出発場所に戻ってくることができました。ガイドさんもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれて楽しませてくれて、参加してよかったです！ボートがすごく揺れると口コミで見たので酔い止めを日本から持っていきました。そのおかげで、ものすごい船の揺れにも全く酔わず楽しむことができました！

It was surprisingly uncrowded, with few Japanese people, giving it a foreign theme park feel. There's quite a lot to see, and if you take your time, one day won't be enough.

意外と空いてました、日本人は少なく外国テーマパークという感じです。かなりのボリュームでゆっくり見たら1日で足りません。

We booked the Captain Bobs experience and it was 10/10. We played volleyball, went snorkeling and had a BBQ lunch. The crew was super sweet and professional!!!

We didn’t see much through the glass bottom areas but were able to see lots of fish and even turtles swimming next to the boat! My daughter was too young to snorkel and this was the perfect option for us.

I was surprised that we went quite far by boat, but it was really fun!
150 meters was pretty high and a bit scary, but it was a valuable experience and I'm really glad I did it!
The staff were kind, and there were some Japanese tourists, so we took pictures of each other and sent them via AirDrop! (laughs)

船で結構遠くまで行くのでびっくりしましたが本当に楽しかったです！
150mはかなり高くて怖さもありましたが、貴重な経験で本当にやってよかったです！
スタッフの方々も優しく、観光客で日本人の方がいたのでお互いに写真を撮ってAirDropで送り合いました！笑

I was anxious about whether we would be able to see anything, but the captain explained everything in detail, and we were all moved to be able to go see it together. The banana coconut cake was delicious, and the kids were satisfied after eating it and seeing the whales. I thought it might be expensive, but we were satisfied with the boat, the cake, and the coffee, and we made wonderful memories in Hawaii.

見れるかわからないと不安だったけど、キャプテンが、細かく教えてくれて、みんなで見に行けて感動した。
バナナココナッツケーキが美味しくて、子供達は食べてクジラも見れて満足していた。高いかなと思ったけど、船もケーキとコーヒーも満足でハワイのいい思い出ができた

It was an overwhelming feeling of nature's greatness, even higher than skyscrapers! The staff also made it fun for us to play!

自然の凄さがわかる感じと高層ビルよりも高い圧倒的な感じでした！
スタッフの方も楽しく遊ばしてくれました！

I previously used another tour, but this one was definitely better! Kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, and above all, it felt like we were playing with turtles on the banana boat!

以前他のツアーを利用しましたが、断然今回が良かった！　カヤック　サップ　シュノーケリング　何よりバナナボートで亀のと一緒に遊んだ感じでした！

I had heard it was 150 meters high, so I was worried about being scared, but it was so much fun! The color of the ocean from the sky was beautiful, and the view of Honolulu while paragliding was magnificent and moving. If you're hesitating, I definitely think you should participate. I would love to join again if I have the chance.

高さ150メートルと聞いていたので怖かったらどうしようと心配でしたが、とても楽しかったです！
空から見る海の色はとてもきれいなのに加え、パラセーリング中に見るホノルルの景色は壮大で感動的でした。
悩んでいるならぜひ参加したほうがいいと思います。
また機会があったらぜひ参加したいです。

2hour Raptor tour, great experience for our group

I enjoyed the speed of the buggy, felt the Hawaiian breeze, and fully experienced the mountains, ocean, and nature. It was also fun to see the filming locations. The instructor was great at boosting the mood. The shuttle bus was comfortable, too, as it was a Mercedes-Benz.

バギーのスピード感、ハワイの風を感じて、山、海と大自然を満喫できました。
ロケ地を見るのも楽しかったです。
インストラクターも盛り上げてくれて気分が上がります。
送迎バスもベンツで快適でした。

The participation day was very few, and it was almost like a private charter. The weather was nice, and the sea was so clear that I could see the bottom. I could even see fish resting on the seabed! There were also a few turtles swimming, which was amazing!

The boat has a restroom, but I didn't use it, so I can't say if it's clean. However, I saw a few others using it. You can buy drinks on board (soft drinks and alcohol), and they also mentioned that snacks are available for free. I tried the recommended snacks, and they were truly free.

After the experience, there aren't many places to change out of your swimsuit, but the restroom on the first floor of the hotel where the reception is located was not locked, so I could change there. No one seemed to get seasick during the sailing. Depending on the time, you might see dolphins jumping in the distance, and in February and March, you can also see whales. On the day of the experience, I spotted dolphins and whales a bit far away while sailing!

参加日はとても少なくほぼ貸し切り状態でした。天気ぐ良く海も底が見えるまで透き通っていました。海底で休んでいる魚も見えました！亀も数匹泳いでおり最高でした！
船にはお手洗いもありますが使用していないので綺麗かは分かりません…。他の方は何人か使用されていました。後払いですが飲み物も船上で買えます。(ソフトドリンクやお酒など)またスナック菓子を無料で食べてねと言われます。おすすめを食べましたが本当に無料でした。
体験後、水着を着替えるところはあまりありませんが受付のあるホテルの一階のお手洗いはロックがかかっておらず使用できたのでそこで着替えることも出来ます。セーリングで酔っている方も居ませんでした。時間によってはイルカが跳ねているところが遠くに見えたり、2~3月はクジラも見れたりします。体験日はセーリング中にイルカやクジラが少し遠くに見えました！

Driving the buggy was easy, and we were able to explore all areas! During the tour, all explanations were in English, but there was no problem since we were shown a Japanese video with precautions for riding the buggy beforehand! The staff were friendly and engaged with us a lot, which made it enjoyable!

バギーの運転も簡単で、全てのエリアを周ることができました！
ツアー中は全て英語での説明ですが、事前にあったバギーを乗る際の注意事項は日本語のビデオを見せていただけたので問題なかったです！
スタッフの方も気さくで、楽しめるようにたくさん話しかけてくださってよかったです！

It was soo fun the crew members where so nice and kind to everyone and at the end they told us where some things were made in the island that was cool.

The large ship was stable with little rocking, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind. The pineapple banana bread at breakfast was very delicious.

We were able to see whales swimming several times, and the scenery was wonderful.

The ship's staff were very kind, and although it was a two-hour cruise, we were able to spend it comfortably.

It was a spacious ship, and those in wheelchairs were able to board without any issues, and there were also many families with small children.

大きな船で揺れも少なく、安心して楽しむことができました。
朝食のパイナップルバナナブレッドがとてもおいしかったです。

クジラが泳いでいるのが何度か見れて、景色も素晴らしかったです。

船のスタッフさんたちはとても親切で、2時間ほどのクルーズでしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。

ゆったりした船で、車いすの方もそのままで乗船できていましたし、小さなお子様連れの方もたくさんいました。

The reception started at 8:00, boarding was from 8:45, and the schedule for departure was set, but the reception was quite relaxed, so arriving around 8:30 is safe. Just showing the reservation confirmation email was enough.

The cabin was quite spacious. Seats near the windows are popular, so if you prefer a window seat, it's best to line up early for boarding. The pineapple banana bread that came with the service was really delicious, and I had a second helping. Coffee, tea, and water were also available for free.

As for the whales, I was able to see them more times than I expected! However, they appeared small and far away (due to a Hawaiian treaty that prohibits getting too close to marine life. It's okay if the whales come close to you, and if you're lucky, you might see them up close). So, it's important to listen carefully to the captain's announcements like "You can see a whale in the direction of 〇〇 o'clock."

The captain also announced when sea turtles were swimming by, but I couldn't spot them.

The ocean was incredibly beautiful. I was able to make good use of the morning time, which was very nice.

8:00受付開始、8:45〜乗船、出航のスケジュールでしたが、受付はかなりゆるいので、8:30くらいに間に合うように行けば安心です。予約完了メールを見せるだけでOKでした。

客室内はかなり広いです。窓付近の席は人気なので、窓側がいい方は早めに並んで乗船した方が◎。サービスでついてくるパイナップルバナナブレッドがかなりおいしく、おかわりしました。コーヒー、紅茶、お水もフリーで飲むことができました。

肝心のホエールですが、思っていたより何度か見れました！ただ、船から遠いところで小さめに見えた（ハワイの条約で海の生物に近寄ってはいけないそうです。クジラなどから近寄ってくれるのはOKで、運が良ければすごく近くでみれるかも？）ので、「◯時の方向にクジラが見えます」など、キャプテンのアナウンスをしっかり聞いて見る必要があります。

ウミガメも泳いでいると度々キャプテンがアナウンスしていましたが、私はどこにいるか確認できず見れませんでした。

海がとにかく綺麗でした。朝の時間が有効活用できたのでとてもよかったです。

The experience of viewing Waikiki and Diamond Head from above was truly luxurious. The time spent in the air was enjoyable and passed quickly, but strangely, it felt satisfying enough that it didn't seem short! You can fly with your smartphone or GoPro at your own risk. While waiting for others to fly, you can enjoy the view of Waikiki and the ocean from the boat, and the captain keeps things lively in English, so I was never bored at all.

ワイキキの街やダイヤモンドヘッドを上空から眺める体験はとても贅沢でした。
上空での時間は楽しくてあっという間ですが、不思議と短く感じないほどに満足感があります！
自己責任で、スマホやgo proなど持ってから飛ぶことができます。
他の人たちが飛んでいる間の待ち時間も、船からワイキキや海を眺めていられるし、キャプテンが英語で盛り上げてくれるので、全く退屈しませんでした。
