I wanted to swim with dolphins, so I enrolled in Dolphin University. While riding the bus to the port, the staff shared various stories, making the journey enjoyable. On the boat heading to where the dolphins were, I was thrilled to also see whales! I was so happy to get off the boat twice and see a large group of dolphins up close. I also got to see sea turtles and fish, which was fun. Although I found the SUP, slide, and canoeing a bit lacking since we could only do them for a short time, I had a great time overall. If I get the chance to come back to Waikiki, I will enroll in Dolphin University again! For those who are prone to seasickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

イルカと一緒に泳ぎたくて、イルカ大学に入学しました。バスに乗って、港までの間もスタッフが色んなお話をしてくれて楽しく過ごせました。船に乗ってイルカのいるところまで向かう間に、クジラも見えて感動しました！二度船から降り、イルカの大群をたくさん間近で見れて嬉しかったです。また海ガメも間近で見れたり、魚も見れて楽しかったです。SUPや滑り台やカヌーはおまけで少し出来るくらいで物足りなかったですが、すごく楽しかったです。またワイキキに来れたら、イルカ大学に入学します！！
船酔いする方が沢山いたので、心配な方は必ず酔い止めを飲むべきです。

Absolutely amazing time! The crew of the Holokai was great! They provided everything needed for our snorkeling adventure, they knew just where to go to see wondrous underwater life, and everyone aboard saw sea turtles as well as several different schools of colorful fish!!! They knew just where to go! Such a great value for our money! Sun, music, snacks, sails, water, and beverages. Woohoo! If you must pick one activity while in Hawaii, this is it! You will not be disappointed

Despite my companion, who is afraid of heights and dislikes water, feeling nervous before the jump, once we were in the air, they were laughing joyfully. I even worried they might be losing it from fear... But thanks to the motion sickness medication, there was no seasickness, and once we were up, the breathtaking view was all mine. In a way, it was a graceful experience (laughs). The staff and the other people in our group were also enjoyable and satisfied! The driver who picked us up was so chatty that I wondered if they were okay, but they seemed to be really considerate and engaged us in various conversations. Thanks to that, the journey was never boring (＾∇＾).

I don't think there is a specific dress code, but I believe it's better to dress up a little. There weren't many people in casual attire.

I was able to enjoy the stunning views, including Diamond Head. My 64-year-old mother also enjoyed the 120 meters, but she was initially scared of the height, so for those wanting to be considerate to their parents, a lower height might be better. Additionally, you can purchase photos on an SD card for $30, which made for a nice keepsake.

ダイヤモンドヘッド含めて絶景を楽しめました。
64歳の母も120mを楽しんでいましたが、高さは最初怖がっていた
ので親孝行の方はもっと低い高さでも良いかもしれません。
なお、写真をSDカードで30$で購入できますが、良い記念になりました。

I was a bit anxious about snorkeling for the first time since I'm not a strong swimmer, but Chieko and Dan kindly and patiently taught me, allowing me to enjoy observing the underwater world. I got to see sea turtles and a lot of fish, and the weather was great, making it truly the best experience. I participated alone, but I had a wonderful time, and on the way back, they recommended some great places to eat, which was very helpful. Thank you so much! I will definitely join again!

初めてのシュノーケリングで、あまり泳ぎが得意ではないので不安だったのですが、チエコさんとダンさんに優しく丁寧に教えていただいて、海中観察を楽しむことができました。ウミガメも見られて、お魚もいっぱいみられて、天気も良くて、本当に最高の体験をさせていただきました。１人で参加しましたが、楽しく過ごせて、帰りの車の中でオススメのお店も教えてもらい、参考になりました。本当にありがとうございました。また参加します！

This was a terrific tour well worth the cost. We were driven around the Kualoa Ranch in a comfortable Mercedes van for 2 and 1/2 hours by a guide who had great information, and we were shown filming sites from our favorite movies and TV shows. We were able to enter a site still standing from Jurassic World, and take pictures by the log from Jurassic Park where Sam Neill and the kids hid during the dinosaur stampede. We were able to walk around the bone yard from Kong:Skull Island and see locations from the new Jumanji film which opened and we saw in Honolulu 2 days later. We walked around a fish pond that was used in many movies and we were taken to a a WWII bunker on the side of a mountain that had a lot of movie memorabilia including the submarine from Lost. We were even given popcorn, candy and cold water to enjoy on the trip. We had a wonderful time and have many terrific pictures.

Easy transportation from the hotel with a shuttle service.
In December, it was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy all the slides without much waiting.
The steep slides, large slides, and many other slides left the children very satisfied.

12月は空いていて、スライダーほとんど並ばず全て制覇できました。
急な傾斜のスライダー、大型スライダー、多くのスライダー子どもたち大満足でした。

My husband had a high fever the day before, and I was worried about canceling, but thankfully his fever went down on the day of the trip. We both felt unwell and took some motion sickness medicine we bought at the ABC Store, unsure if it would help. There were three groups of Japanese people. There was hardly any time to stop, and I truly felt it was worth coming for the breathtaking views and the pleasant experience right from the start. After it ended, we quickly finished by watching others, and I didn't feel sick at all. You can get the photos on an SD card for $30. They show you the pictures, so you can decline if you want. I would love to ride again when I go to Hawaii.

まさかの旦那さんが前日高熱で、キャンセルしようかとも悩みましたが当日なんとか熱は下がり、2人ともに不調のままABCストアで買った聞くかどうかわからない酔い止めだけ飲んでいどみました。日本人3組。止まってる時がほぼなく、つくない1番最初で絶景の景色と気持ち良さで本当に来て良かったと思いました。終わった後も他の人の見たりであっという間に終わり全く酔いませんでした。30ドルでSDカードにしてもえます。写真を見せてくれるので断ることもできます。またハワイいったら乗りたいです。

I couldn't see any dolphins, but I had a great time swimming in the beautiful sea and playing on the board! I had heard it was the wrong season to see whales, but I was happy to see two of them.

I experienced severe seasickness, so I recommend taking motion sickness medication before going! Also, everyone was renting wetsuits, so I think it's a good idea to rent one as well.

I'm glad I made some wonderful memories!

イルカには会えなかったけど、綺麗な海で泳いだりボードに乗って遊んだり楽しかったです！
クジラは見れない時期と聞いていたのに、2匹も見ることができて嬉しかったです。

船酔いが凄かったので、酔い止めを飲んで行くのをお勧めします！
あと、ウェットスーツも皆さん借りられていたので借りた方がいいと思います。

いい思い出ができて良かったです！

The ship was large, and there was no rocking at all, but unfortunately, we didn't see any whales. It seems that it really depends a lot on luck...

船は大きく、揺れは全くありませんでしたが、肝心の鯨は見れませんでした。
やはり、運によるところが大きいのでしょう。。。

I was worried about going by rental car, but using the navigation system made it easy for the two of us. The activity itself exceeded our expectations in terms of fun; although it was said that it wouldn't be very fast, there was still plenty of thrill, which was great. Many foreigners were wearing shorts, but our shoes and long pants got muddy, so it's definitely better to wear shoes and long pants that you don't mind getting dirty. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes. My wife had no problem driving, but it might be tough for a slender and delicate woman.

レンタカーで行くのが心配でしたが、ナビを使って２人で行けば問題ありませんでした。
アクティビティ自体は期待を上回る楽しさで、スピードが出ないとの事でしたが十分スリルもあり良かったです。
外国人は短パンが多かったですが、靴と長ズボンがドロドロになったので、確実に汚れて良い靴と長ズボンを履いて行った方がいいです。
着替えも忘れずに。
うちの嫁は運転問題無くできましたが、細くか弱い女性だときついかもしれません。

Due to the bad weather, there were only us and one other family participating. The interaction content was sufficient, including explanations about the dolphins' bodies, dolphin touch, instructions for jumps, and dolphin kisses. We also enjoyed feeding sea turtles and tropical fish, as well as the dolphin and sea lion shows. The pickup times were a bit inconvenient, so having a rental car would be more convenient.

天候が悪かったため、参加者はウチともう１家族のみでした。
イルカの体の説明、イルカタッチ、ジャンプ等の指示出し、イルカキスなど、ふれあい内容は十分でした。
ウミガメや熱帯魚へのエサやり、イルカショー、アシカショーなどもあり、楽しめました。
送迎時刻が中途半端なため、レンタカーがあった方が便利です。

I gathered at the meeting point and headed there by rental car, but there was a problem, and I arrived an hour late. However, I was able to participate safely, and as the organizer, I was filled with gratitude!

I think everything was great in terms of safety, scenery, fun, and kindness!

If I have the opportunity, I would love to go again privately! ^ ^

I had high expectations for the main event of my trip to Hawaii, but I didn't see any dolphins at all. I understand that it's a wild animal, so it's not surprising. Even when they said, "It's a whale!" it was too far away, and even with my contact lenses, I couldn't see it well. They worked hard to find dolphins, and since we waited on the boat for a long time, I ended up feeling seasick, even though I usually don't take motion sickness medication. I hoped to do a lot of snorkeling since I couldn't see any dolphins, but it ended rather quickly. I think it was a stroke of luck that I got to see a sea turtle! They took a lot of photos, but honestly, if you don't buy a USB, you won't see anything, so I recommend purchasing it on the bus if you want to keep those memories. For lunch, I think "light snack" is a better description than "lunch." Later, I received an email saying, "Here are today's photos," but there were no attachments... I didn't even know who to contact about it. I think I might have had too high expectations. I received a discount voucher for the next time since I didn't see any dolphins, but to be honest, I'm not sure if I would want to participate again.

ハワイ旅行のメインイベント、くらいに思って期待しておりましたが、全くイルカに逢えませんでした。
野生の生き物なので仕方のないこととは思います。
鯨だよ！と言われてもかなり遠くてコンタクト着用していてもよく分からなかったです。
一生懸命イルカを探してくれて、長いこと船上で待機していたので普段は酔い止めを飲まない私でも船酔いしてしまいました。
イルカが見れなかった分、たくさんシュノーケリングができればと思いましたが、案外あっさり終わってしまいました。
ウミガメが見られたのは不幸中の幸いかなと思います！
写真を沢山撮ってもらいましたが、正直USBを買わない人は何も見られないので、思い出として欲しい方はバスの中で購入を希望しておいた方がいいと思います。
お昼もランチというか軽食という表現がベストかと思います。
後ほど、今日の写真です、とメールが届きましたが写真は添付されておらず…どこに問い合わせていいのかも分からず…
ちょっと期待し過ぎたかなと思いました。
イルカが見れなかったので次回割引券頂きましたが、次回も参加したいかと聞かれたら正直微妙なところです。

I participated with my fifth-grade and first-year middle school children (ages 40) as a group of three! Since we are an active family that enjoys things like obstacle courses in Japan, I really wanted to go to the adventure park and made a reservation while in Japan.

We arrived after about a 30-minute bus ride from Honolulu, put our belongings in a locker, and were ready to go.

Feeling excited, we headed to the Adventure Tower and were surprised! It was taller than I had imagined... My son was a bit nervous at first, but he easily cleared the first mini bungee jump! With the help of the staff, we managed to conquer all the obstacles around the tower, and before we knew it, an hour and a half had passed!

On the day I participated, there were Japanese staff members, so it was fine even if you couldn't speak English! Inside the Adventure Tower, there were some challenging spots where I thought, "I can't do this after all," but the kind staff came to help, which was reassuring! I highly recommend it for active people, so if you're looking for thrills, I think you should definitely give it a try.

I also think it would be interesting if there were courses that go deeper into the mountains, not just around the tower!

Next, I want to try the zip line.

小学５年生と中学１年生の子供と私(４０歳)の３人で参加しました！
元々日本でもアスレチックなど好きなアクティブ派なので、アドベンチャーパークにどうしても行きたい！と日本で予約して参加しました。

ホノルルからバスで３０分くらいで到着し、ロッカーに荷物を入れ スタンバイ完了。

ドキドキしてアドベンチャータワーに行ってビックリ！
想像していたよりも高さがある…
最初はややビビっていた息子でしたが、一発目のプチバンジーも難なくクリア！
その後もタワーの周りのアスレチックをスタッフの方にお手伝いしてもらいながら、無事に完全制覇でき、気がつけば１．５時間が経っていました！

私が参加した日は日本人のスタッフがいたので、英語が話せなくても大丈夫でした！
アドベンチャータワーの中にはちょっと難しくて途中で『やっぱり無理〜』という難関もありましたが、その時は優しいスタッフさん達が助けに来てくれますので、その辺りも心強いポイントです！
アクティブ派にはオススメなので、ぜひスリルを味わいたい方は行ってみるといいと思います。

タワー周りだけでなくもっと山の中を進んでいけるコースがあってもおもしろいと思います！

次はジップラインに行きたいと思います。

We set sail and were immediately greeted by a whale. It was an amazing start, as we could clearly see the spout and the body along with the tail, raising our expectations of encountering dolphins and turtles. After that, under the captain's guidance, we encountered many dolphins and turtles just as we hoped. The baby turtles were incredibly cute. We were able to welcome 2018 with a wonderful beginning. The staff were also very kind, and I am grateful. Thank you.

I can't swim, so I was scared when I jumped from the boat. But even at my age, I found the courage to try, and surprisingly, I was able to do it. It became a journey of discovery where I could challenge myself. Thank you.

出航していきなりクジラのお出迎えです。
潮吹きと胴体にシッポもハッキリくっきり見ることが出来て最高な滑り出し、イルカちゃんやカメさんに出会える期待が高まる船出でした。
その後、船長さんの操縦で期待通りに沢山のイルカ達やカメ達に遭遇しました。子亀がとっても可愛らしかったです。２０１８年が素晴らしい幕開けで迎えることが出来ました。スタッフの皆さんもとっても親切で感謝です。ありがとうございました。（m）
泳げない私、船から飛び込む時怖かった。でも年をとってもやって見ると意外とできる勇気をもらいました。チャレンジ出来る発見の旅となりました。

Although we were a bit anxious as it was our first experience with snorkeling, we were able to encounter the wonderful underwater world of Hanauma Bay thanks to the appropriate and courteous guidance of our Japanese instructor.

シュノーケリング初体験の二人で多少不安もありましたが、案内役の日本人インストラクターの適切・丁寧な指導で素晴しいハナウマ湾の海中世界と出会うことができました。

I enjoyed the Snorkeling tour. It was my first time snorkeling and had the peace of mind that I would not miss anything and I was in good hands. Dan picked us up from the hotel and made us feel very welcome and gave us ideas on other activities to do around the area. Throughly enjoyed it!

Although the waves were small, it was my first time surfing, so I felt a sense of accomplishment being able to stand and ride the waves. I don't speak much English, but since not much conversation is needed, I managed just fine.

波は少なかったものの、初サーフィンなので、
立って波に乗るということができて達成感もありました。
英語はほとんどできませんが、さほど会話も必要ないので、
なんとかなります。

I experienced it once a few years ago. I liked it at that time, so I applied again this time. I signed up for a higher altitude than last time. This was a success!! I enjoyed an endless sense of exhilaration while seeing tiny figures below. My schedule was flexible, so I made a reservation the night before, but I was able to book without any issues. I recommend it for those who want to enjoy a sense of freedom.

そのとき気に入ったので今回また申し込みました。
前回より一段と高い高度を申し込みました。
これが成功！！
豆粒程の人影を他所目に限りない爽快感を満喫しました。
スケジュールが流動的だったので、前日夜の予約だったのですが、問題なく予約ができました。
開放感を満喫したい人にはおすすめです。

Due to strong winds on the day of the tour, there were overall delays, and the start time was pushed back. However, the woman at the reception booth and the staff on the boat provided friendly and professional service. I was concerned that the time spent in the air might be short, but it was sufficient. I think it was because it was a windy day, but there can be some turbulence while in the air. For those with a weak vestibular system or who are prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking motion sickness medication in advance, avoiding heavy meals beforehand, and participating on an empty stomach.

当日強風のためツアーが全体的に遅れており、開始時間は後倒しになりましたが、受付小屋の女性も、船上のスタッフも、フレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなサービスを提供してくれました。上空滞在時間が短いのではないか？と思いましたが、充分です。風が強い日だったからだと思うのですが、上空で揺れる場合があります。三半規管が弱い方、乗り物酔いし易い方は予め酔い止めを服用し、事前の食事は控え、胃の中を空にして参加することをお勧めいたします。

I woke up early, but it's disappointing that I couldn't see any whales. When you can't see them, you can get a re-boarding ticket, but the period is too short. Since I went on the last day of my trip, it ended up being a waste of money. My kids were also disappointed, which made me sad. I wonder if it's really true that there's a 95% chance of seeing them. If I ended up in that remaining 5%, that's just too unlucky.

朝早く起きたのに、くじらが見られず残念。。
見られないときは再乗船チケットもらえるけど、期間短すぎ。。
旅行最終日に行っちゃったから、結局お金の無駄になった。。
子供もがっかりしてて、悲しくなった。。
95%の確率で見られるって本当なのかな。
その残り5%になったなら、運悪すぎる。。

The flight lasted longer than I expected.
We were able to ride with three family members.
Even though I couldn't speak Japanese, it was totally fine.
It was so much fun!
The only downside was my son's motion sickness...

We were the only Japanese people on the tour. I couldn't understand Japanese, and I didn't know what the captain was saying, but it was okay, haha.

The tour description mentioned that they would lend us fins, but they only provided snorkeling gear and life jackets. I think the tour details need to be updated. Everyone else around us brought their own fins! It was fine without them, though.

Once we set out, we encountered a pod of dolphins!

There was only one snorkeling spot. We got to swim with five big turtles! If you have a GoPro, the staff will dive down to take pictures of the turtles for you.

We enjoyed drinks (for a fee) while listening to music and having fun. They said that if you jumped into the sea, beer was free! But it was too cold for me to do that.

We went further out to look for whales, but we couldn't find any and had to head back.

Although I couldn't understand Japanese, the staff lady was cheerful and friendly.

I usually don't get motion sickness, but I felt seasick this time. It was cold in January, so be prepared!

日本人は私達だけでした。日本語も通じませんし、船長は何言ってるかわかりませんでしたが大丈夫です笑
ツアー内容にフィンも貸してくれるとありましたが、シュノーケルと救命胴衣だけでした。ツアー内容に変更が必要かと思います。周りの外国人達はみんな持ってきてました！なしでも大丈夫です。

普段乗り物酔いしませんが、船酔い海酔いしました。1月で寒かったです。対策を！

This time, we went with my husband, myself, our third-grade daughter, our first-grade son, and our four-year-old son, a total of five people.

Since it was our first time at a water park, we discussed as a couple that it would be safer to go with an optional tour, so we decided to sign up.

First, for lunch:
We hesitated until the last minute about the BBQ lunch plan, but we felt that our three kids wouldn't eat much in front of the pool (they would be too focused on playing), so we opted for a plan with transportation only and bought hot dogs to eat ourselves. We brought our own water, so lunch cost about $10 per person. We had checked reviews in advance, so we observed the store (there was only one) and decided to have lunch around 11:30 after we arrived. There are tables and benches in front of the store. There was a bit of a line after 12:00, but it wasn't as long as we expected, though it might depend on the season. By the way, my daughter ordered pizza, but it seemed she didn't like it much and hardly ate any.

Now, for the activities:
Both kids and adults can enjoy it!! The pool with regular waves was a hit with our family!! Our four-year-old son also had fun riding on a float. There are various zones suitable for different ages, which is great. This time we came with a family friend, so our elementary school daughter and son took turns enjoying the water slide with their family, while my husband and I were able to enjoy the slide with our four-year-old son being looked after by our friends. If it had just been our family, we probably would have split up to play in groups of two and three...

I visited on December 30, and people of all ages were having fun! If I had to say something, the water felt cold to me ( ;∀; ) Maybe it was because of the wind. I would like to go on a sunny day!

今回、夫・私・小3娘・小１息子・4歳息子の5人で行ってきました。


初めてのウェット～だったので、
オプショナルツアーで行くのが確実かなと夫婦で話し合い、
思い切って申し込みました。


まずは【昼食】
ギリギリまで昼食ＢＢＱ付プランも迷いましたが、
子どもたち3人がプールを前にしてお腹いっぱい食べないような気がして(遊びに夢中になって)、あえて送迎付きプランのみにして自分たちでホットドッグを買って食べました。
昼食代は水を持参していたので、１人約１０ドルぐらいでした。
あらかじめこちらで口コミをチェックしていたので、
お店(１店舗だけでした)の様子を見ながら、
ついてしばらくして１１：３０ぐらいには昼食タイムにしました。
お店の前にテーブルとベンチがあります。
１２時以降はちょっとした列ができていましたが、
時期にもよるのでしょうが、
思っていたよりかは並んでいませんでした。
ちなみに娘はピザを頼みましたが、口に合わなかったみたいでほとんど食べませんでした。


そして、【アクティビティー】
子どもも大人も楽しめる！！
定期的に波が起きるプールは家族ではまりました！！
４歳の息子も浮き輪に乗って楽しみました。
子どもの年齢に応じて様々なゾーンがあるのでいいですね～。
今回は友人家族ときていたので、
小学生の娘や息子は交代しながら友人家族とウォータースライダーを楽しみ、
私たち夫婦も４歳の息子を友人家族に見てもらって、
スライダーを楽しむことができました。
家族だけだったらきっと２人と３人で分かれて遊んでいたかも…と思います。



私は１２月３０日に利用しましたが、
老若男女遊んでいました！
強いて言えば、私には水が冷たく感じました～( ;∀;)
風もあったからかな。
天気のいい日に行ってみたいです！

We participated in the Dolphin Swim Adventure as a family of four. The instructor communicated in broken Japanese and gestures, which made us feel at ease. It was our first time seeing dolphins up close, and everyone was excited. We were worried about whether we could do it well, but the dolphins were smart, so everyone did great. The instructor allowed us to interact with the dolphins multiple times, which was really wonderful. However, the bus ride there was quite cold due to the air conditioning, so bringing a towel and long sleeves is essential.

家族4人でドルフィンスイムアドベンチャーに参加しました。インストラクターは片言の日本語とジェスチャーで対応してくれたので安心でした。こんなに目の前でイルカを見たのが始めてでしたので、皆んな興奮していました。上手く出来るか心配でしたが、イルカがお利口なので全員が上手く出来ました。インストラクターが何度も触れ合いをさせてくれたので本当に良かったです。ただ、行きのバスは結構クーラーで寒いので、タオル、長袖必須です。

I had heard that encounters are quite rare, but I was satisfied to see the tail fin come out of the water and spouts several times. However, they were only visible from a distance, so I wish I had brought binoculars. It would be great if they could offer binoculars for rent on the boat, even on a deposit basis. I recommend that future participants bring their own binoculars.

なかなか出会えないと聞いていましたが、尾びれが水面から出たのや潮吹きも何回も見られて、それ自体は満足でした。しかし、遠くに小さくしか見えなかったので、双眼鏡を持っていったらよかったと思いました。船内でデポジット式で良いので、貸し出ししてもらえるとありがたいです。これから参加される方には双眼鏡持参をお奨めします。

Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, not too long, not too short. Worth the dollars. If same company, I took a Capt. Bob zodiac adventure Kauai about 30+ years ago, great time then as well. I think Capt. Bob was the actual Capt. of our zodiac.
