I rode it once over 10 years ago. My impression at that time was quite good, so I decided to ride it again this time, but... I was disappointed because I couldn't see much. There were hardly any Japanese people on this trip, so the captain's talk was all in English, which I didn't understand well (^_^;) I wonder if it depends on the weather. I won't be doing it again.

10年以上前に、1回乗りました。
その時の印象が割りと良かったので、今回も乗ったのですが…
あまり、良く見えなくてがっかりでした。
日本人が殆どいない回だったので、船長の話しも英語オンリーで、良くわからん(^_^;)
天気にもよるのかな～
再度は無いですね。

My father-in-law and I had an awesome time out on the water. We took the morning tour/sail. The staff was very nice, informative and professional. It was a great way to start any day. The views from the boat were spectacular. I would recommend anyone coming to Waikiki to look them up and take the tour.

This was my first time participating. There were two staff members accompanying us on the boat, both of whom were locals. One of the staff members spoke Japanese, albeit with a bit of difficulty. They were cheerful and had an interesting way of talking!

As for the parasailing, I joined the 110m program. Before taking off, the staff asked whether I wanted to land on the boat or be dropped into the sea. Since it was a special occasion, I chose to be dropped into the sea, which was fun!

The view from above was breathtaking, and I’m really glad I participated. Also, I think it’s essential to take motion sickness medication before getting on the boat to avoid causing trouble for the staff and other participants. Before participating, please make sure to read the precautions carefully, follow them, and ensure you are in good health.

初めて参加しました。船に同行するスタッフは2人、どちらも現地の方でした。
カタコトではありますが、スタッフのうち1人の方は日本語でお話ししてくださりました。明るい方で、トークが面白かったです！
パラセーリングの方ですが、110mのプログラムに参加しました。
飛ぶ前に、スタッフの方に船上に着地かそのまま海に落としてもらうかを聞かれました。せっかくなので海に落としてもらいました笑
上空から見る景色は絶景で、とても参加してよかったと思います。
また、スタッフの方、他の参加者に迷惑をかけないよう、酔い止めはボートに乗る前に必ず飲んでいた方が良いと思います。参加の前には、
注意事項をしっかりと読み、それに必ず従い、体調が整っている上で参加してほしいです。

We participated with two families of friends. Chieko and Dan provided excellent support, and we got to see the adorable honu and colorful fish. When I asked the kids what they enjoyed the most in Hawaii, they immediately replied, "snorkeling." Thank you for the wonderful memories! ♪

After reading the experiences, I was excited to participate because I heard we could see turtles and a lot of fish. Last time I joined an outrigger tour, there were many turtles, and I was really impressed, so I expected something similar this time. However, the waves were a bit high at the location, and there were many children and non-swimmers in the same group, so we probably couldn't go out too far this time. There weren't many fish, and of course, there were no turtles or seals... it left us wondering what we came here for. (laughs) Maybe it would have been better to snorkel on our own in Waikiki... I think it depends on the day! Also, the tour guide was very kind and nice. The transportation and care were excellent! So, you can participate with peace of mind! My rating reflects the condition of the sea that day.

前回アウトリガー 前からのツアーに参加したら亀がたくさんいて、大感動したのでそんな感じかなと。
思ってましたが、現地では波も高めで同じグループの方も子供や泳げない人も多めで今回はあまり沖に出られなかったのかな？
魚も大していなくて、亀やアザラシはもちろんいなくて、、、何しにきたんだろうわたし達ってゆう感想でした。笑
ワイキキで自分らでシュノーケルした方が良かったかも。。。
日によるんだと思います！そして、ツアーガイドの方はとっても優しくていい方でした。
送迎やケアがとても良かった！なので安心して参加できます！
評価はこの日の海の状態と言った感じです。

I had a great time, so I’ll share some information for those who are new or considering a snorkeling experience. I hope this helps!

- The experience takes place on the left side as you exit the beach, where two blue umbrellas are set up. I confirmed at that time that fins are available for free (are they included in the experience plan?) so you don’t need to bring your own.

- Although it wasn't mentioned in the list of things to bring, if you are prone to motion sickness, especially seasickness, it's definitely a good idea to take some medication. The boat moves quite fast in the latter part of the experience, which might be a bit scary for those who are not fond of roller coasters.

- You can bring drinks, but it’s not necessary. Drinks are available for purchase on the boat (you pay when you disembark), so if you don’t want to carry extra items, I recommend buying them on the boat.

- During snorkeling, you can see schools of fish and turtles. I was able to see the turtles come up for air a couple of times, which was really close and exciting.

楽しかったことは言うまでもないので、初めての方や、シュノーケリング体験を考えている方のための情報を書き込んでいきます。参考になれば幸いです。

・体験場所は、ビーチを出て左側に、青いパラソルが2つ並んだ場所で行います。
この時確認しましたが、フィン(足ひれ)は無料(体験プランの中に料金が入ってる？)で貸してくれるとのことでした。持参しなくても大丈夫でした。

・持参するものの中に書かれていませんでしたが、もちろん乗り物酔い、特に船酔いをする可能性がある人は、酔い止めを必ず飲んだ方がいいです。体験の後半かなりのスピードで船が移動します。ジェットコースターが苦手な方には、ちょっと怖いレベルかもしれません。

・飲み物は持参しても、しなくてもかまいません。船の中で有料(降りる時に支払います)で販売しているので、荷物が増えるのが嫌な方は船で買うことをオススメします。

・シュノーケリングについては、魚の群れや亀を見ることができます。亀は2回ほど息継ぎのため上がってきて間近で見ることができました。

良い体験になることを祈っております！

The husband and wife team were insightful, helpful, and made sure everyone was safe. They even picked us us and gave us a mini tour of the island sites as we drove. I would definitely recommend to anyone including families with children. They had an additional family with us with small children and they provided them with extra resources to be safe and have fun.

Sunscreen is a must. The staff were very kind, and I had a great time. The view from 150 meters is spectacular.

We experienced the 90-meter activity with my 10-year-old and 6-year-old sons. Since we had confirmed multiple times about doing it together as a group of three, I immediately checked with the staff, and they readily gave us the okay, which was a relief.

Perhaps because we were the first group, the duration was long, and the height was more than sufficient. They even provided a service where we were lightly dropped into the sea, and the staff spoke Japanese well, which made us very satisfied.

However, the other two families felt that their experience time was short, and one family who had signed up for the 150-meter height didn't feel much of a difference compared to us.

After the experience, my 6-year-old son was overjoyed and said he wanted to do it again.

10歳と6歳の息子と3人で90メートルで体験しました。
実施前に再三、3人での実施について確認していたため、スタッフにすぐに確認すると、あっさりオッケーをもらい、一安心。

1番最初だったからか、時間も長く、高さも充分過ぎるくらいでした。
しっかり、海に軽く落とすサービスもしてもらえたし、日本語も上手で、とても満足でした。

ただ、他のふた家族は、実施時間が短く感じたり、高さを150メートルで申し込んだという方と、自分達の差をあまり感じませんでした。

体験が終わると、6歳の次男が、またやりたくなってきたと大喜びでした。

We went on our honeymoon with another foreign couple. It was unfortunately rainy, but the guide contacted us early and suggested we dress in clothes that could get muddy, so I participated in shorts, a T-shirt, and comfortable sandals. I got completely muddy, and it felt great! (^ ^) The guide provided fun explanations in both English and Japanese while we walked, and also shared recommendations for shops and culture, which was really wonderful! I would love to join the dolphin tour next time, and I hope to have the same guide again.

新婚旅行で行ったのですが、外国人カップルとの4人でした。
あいにくの雨でしたがガイドさんが早めに連絡をくださり、泥だらけになってもいい格好でとの事だったので短パンにTシャツと歩きやすいサンダルで参加。
思いっきり泥だらけになり気持ちよかったです(^ ^)
またガイドさんが英語と日本語で楽しく説明しながら歩いてくださり、オススメのお店や文化なども教えてくれて本当にお会いできてよかったです！
また次回ドルフィンツアーにも参加したいので、同じガイドさんがいいなーと思っております。

It was all a first-time experience and I was full of anxiety, but it was fun! However, for those who get seasick, please take medication in advance. The boat sways quite a bit, so it was a bit tough for the kids.

全てが初めての経験で不安だらけでしたが、楽しかったー❗ただ、船酔いされる方は薬を事前に飲んで下さい。船がかなり揺れますので子供にはちょっと可哀想でした。

Before boarding ship, performers played fura dance, they made good moody.
This dinner was very good for me, especially I likeed roasted beef!
I enjoyed performance by singer and dancer, so I could join the teaching fura dance.
Of course, I could take a picture behind sunset on horizon.
Finally they celebrated us about honeymoon.

I participated in the 120m parasailing activity. The weather was great, and it was a beautiful and amazing experience.

The photos were taken by the crew and sold to us, but they allowed us to bring our own cameras, so everyone was taking pictures with their own cameras.

Also, since we could bring our cameras at our own risk, I was able to take a lot of photos from the sky. I am very satisfied.

I'm glad I participated!

120mのパラセイルに参加しました。
天気にも恵まれていたこともあり、とても綺麗で最高なアクティビティでした。

写真はクルーの人たちが撮影⇒販売という形態でしたが、
カメラ持参を許してくれたので皆さん普通に持参したカメラで写真撮っていました。

また自己責任という形でパラセイルにカメラ持参で挑むことができましたので、空から沢山の写真を撮影することができました。とても大満足です。

参加してよかった！

My wife and I had such a great experience! The sharks come close but stay at a safe distance. The guides are very knowledgeable about the ocean and have utmost respect for the sea. I recommend taking the earliest trip to have the calmest sea so you don’t have to work too hard fighting waves and currents. A+ outfit!

I was very anxious about participating with my 4-year-old child who can't swim, but the staff said, "I'll take good care of you, so you just enjoy yourself," which I was really grateful for. They held my daughter securely both in the water and on the boat, and she seemed to feel safe.

The other people were also friendly and would check in on us, creating an easy-going atmosphere where it was comfortable to ask questions.

And we encountered dolphins! At a distance of about two meters! We came across a group of about eight, and two of them swam alongside me. They looked directly into my eyes, and I looked back at them… it was an unexpected moment of eye contact! It may have been a very brief time, but it felt like we were together for a long time in the blue sea, and I will never forget that memory. It was an event that made me realize that even in middle age, there are still things that can move me so deeply.

We also met a sea turtle. It was swimming leisurely and had an impressive presence.

I recommend renting a wetsuit. The first boat departs at 7:30 AM, and the wind after getting out of the water can be quite cold. My husband, who has a bit more body fat, didn’t seem cold at all, but my child and I felt chilly even in wetsuits. Also, I recommend bringing motion sickness medication. The prestigious Dolphin University uses a double-hulled boat, so it doesn't rock much, but it's a good precaution just in case you start to feel unwell.

4歳の泳げない子どもを連れての参加でしたので、非常に不安でしたが、スタッフの方が「私がちゃんとケアするから、あなたはしっかり楽しんで」と言ってくださり、本当にありがたかったです。
実際、娘を海の中でも船の上でもしっかりと抱きかかえてくれて、娘も安心していたようです。
他の方々も、ことあるごとに声をかけてくださるし、何かあれば聞きやすいフレンドリーな雰囲気です。

そしてイルカ、出会えましたよ！　しかも２メートルくらいの至近距離で！　8頭くらいの群れと出会ったのですが、うち2頭が私と並行に泳いでくれたんです。そして私の目をじっと見て、私も彼らの目を見て…まさかのアイコンタクト！　それはとても短い時間だったのでしょうが、音が一瞬聞こえなくなり、青い海のなかでとても長い間一緒にいたような気がしました。一生忘れられない思い出です。中年になっても、こんなに感動できることがまだあったのかと思うくらいの出来事でした。

ウミガメ先生にも出会えましたよ。ゆったりと泳いでらして、すごい貫禄でした。

ウェットスーツのレンタルはおススメです。第1便だと7時半出港ですから、水から上がったあとの風はかなり冷たいです。肉付きのよい夫は全然寒くなかったようですが、私と子どもはウェットスーツを着ていても寒かったです。
それから、酔い止めのお薬の持参をおススメします。名門イルカ大学は双頭船なのでさほど揺れませんが、気分が悪くなってはもったいないので念のためのお守りです。

I participated with my son. Since we used it a few days before summer vacation, my son, who is 10 years old, was the only child, but both adults and children enjoyed it.

It's quite a physically demanding tour, but it's fine for kids. Even those who can't swim were able to enjoy it with the support of the staff. I was thrilled to swim with dolphins on my third attempt. The place where we first dove was astonishingly beautiful, and that alone was moving. I also got to swim with sea turtles, and we had a lot of fun with sea kayaking, slides, and stand-up paddleboarding.

My son also had a great time playing with the staff. The hamburgers were excellent.

There were a few people who got seasick, so it's essential to take motion sickness medication if you participate. Even though my son and I usually don't get seasick, we took it just in case, and I think that was the right decision.

I purchased photos for $65 on a USB. If you download them, it's $60. There are about 500 photos from the entire tour that day.

息子と2人で参加しました。夏休みの数日前に利用したためか、子どもは10才のうちの息子のみでしたが、大人も子どもも楽しめました。

けっこう体力がいるツアーですが、子どもでも大丈夫。泳げない方もスタッフの方のフォローで楽しんでました。３回目のチャレンジでイルカと泳げて感激しました。始めにダイブした場所は海が驚くほどキレイで、それだけでも感動。海亀とも泳げて、シーカヤックやスライダー、サップもできてホントに楽しかったです。

息子もスタッフの方に沢山遊んでもらって良かったです。ハンバーガーも絶品でした。

船酔いでダウンの方も数名いらっしゃったので、参加の際は酔い止めは必須です。普段は酔わない私達親子も念のため飲んで行きましたが、正解だったと思います。

写真は65ドルでUSBを購入しました。ダウンロードだと60ドルです。その日のツアー全体の写真が500枚くらいになります。

The sixth-grade boy was very satisfied. As others have mentioned, I didn't have high expectations for the BBQ. I thought we would be grilling and eating raw meat, which would have been disappointing. However, the meat (beef and chicken) was delicious.

On the day of our visit, it seemed like there were about 200 to 300 local elementary school students on a field trip, so the wait times were long. We couldn't go on all the slides, but the kids were very happy.

We had a nearly private lesson for bodyboarding in the wave pool, but since the waves weren't as high as those in the ocean, I think experienced boarders might find it lacking. However, the kids were thrilled.

We couldn't take advantage of the free Wi-Fi because we booked just a few days before our departure date. I recommend making reservations early.

小学生６年４年の男の子は大満足。
他の方も記載あるようにBBQは期待してませんでした。実際に生の肉を焼いて食べるのだと思ったらガッカリされると思います。しかし美味しいお肉(牛肉、鶏肉)でした。
当日は遠足らしく地元の小学生が200~300人程の団体できてましたので並ぶ時間は長かったです。
全部のスライダーは行けませんでしたが子供達は大満足でした。
ボディーボードにレッスンはほぼ貸し切り状態になっての波のプールでボディーボードをしましたが実際に海でやるような高い波ではないので一回でもされている経験者からしたら物足りないと思いますが子供達は大喜びでした。
無料特典のWi-Fiは予約した日が出発日の数日前だった為に受けられませんでした。予約するのは早めにすることをお勧めします。

Last year, I went to the sandbar, and this year, the timing of the low tide didn't match, so the water level was about waist-deep. There's nothing we can do about nature. At the sandbar, I had a great time playing beach volleyball with people from overseas and had a female guide take professional-level photos of me! Also, during the turtle watching, we saw turtles swimming gracefully, and the kids were overjoyed!!

After enjoying delicious hamburgers, we went snorkeling. Although the visibility was a bit poor, I was healed by the colorful fish that ate food from my hand!

The captain, the guide, and the crew were all very kind, making it a truly enjoyable tour! I will definitely come back!

昨年もサンドバーへ行きましたが、今年も干潮タイミング合わず腰下程度の水位でした。こればかりは自然の事なので仕方ない。サンドバーでは海外の人とビーチバレーしたり、ガイドの女性にプロ並みの写真撮って頂いたりと大変楽しめました！また、タートルウォッチングでは優雅に泳ぐカメが顔も出してくれて子供も大喜び！！
美味しいハンバーガーを食べた後は、シュノーケリング。こちらも透明度はやや悪かったものの、手からエサを食べてくれる色とりどりの魚に癒されました！
キャプテン、ガイドの方、クルー、皆さん優しくて行程中ほんとに楽しいツアーでした！

We had a wonderful morning kayaking! Our guide, Dan, was so knowledgeable about the island and made it a great experience. We got lucky and saw at least 10 turtles. I highly recommend this activity!

The car that was supposed to pick us up was over 20 minutes late, which made me very anxious thinking we might be left behind...

Parasailing itself was incredibly fun! There wasn't anyone who spoke Japanese, but the guide made an effort to communicate, and despite not understanding everything, we had a great time.
If you're planning to do this, it's best to wear something that you can easily take off since there are no changing facilities. You'll need to change on the boat!
Also, if you're prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking some medication beforehand. We saw about five groups, including ourselves, doing parasailing, so it can be quite intense.

迎えに来てくれる車が20分以上遅れてきたのが置いてかれたのかと思い大変不安に思いました…

パラセイリング自体はものすごく楽しかったです！日本語が話せる方がいなかったのですが、ガイドさんが頑張って話しかけてくれたりしてわからないながらに楽しく出来ました。
これからやる方がいれば、着替える場所がないのですぐ脱げるものを着ていった方がいいです。船の上での着替えになります！
そして、車酔い船酔い不安な方は酔い止め飲んでおいた方がいいかと思います。自分達を含め5組ぐらいパラセイリングをやってるのを見るので結構しんどいです。

Participation of a 5-year-old boy alone

I read in other people's experiences that it was okay not to understand English, but in our case, we were in a group of five (four of whom were children from English-speaking countries), and there was no particular support, which made my son feel quite isolated. The instructor initially taught us about the size of the dolphins, but since we couldn't understand the words, we waited for what felt like thirty minutes for the explanation to finish. At one point, my son had a gloomy expression and said, "I don't understand what they're saying, so this isn't fun at all." I regretted participating in this program.

After that, we finally entered the pool and had a photo session with the dolphins, but compared to the other four, my son clearly had fewer poses. For example, we took turns kissing the dolphin for photos, but my son's turn was skipped. When it came to swimming with the dolphin for photos, he was skipped again. And when it was time to feed the dolphin for photos, he was skipped once more. I seriously wondered if this was some form of discrimination.

Still, I held onto a faint hope that they might take photos of him later, but as expected, my wish was not fulfilled until the end. He was skipped so many times that I thought about going to the reception to ask for photos, but by the time I circled the pool, the program had ended. I couldn't bring myself to ask to go back into the pool for photos again, so I gave up, but I felt regret and tears came to my eyes.

It seemed like he was ignored because he couldn't speak English.

Later, when we were choosing the photos to purchase, none of the poses I had initially requested were available, and there wasn't a single good photo, which was disappointing. I regretted coming all this way and paying a high price for the photos. I managed to buy a few photos, but every time I look at them, I feel sad, so I’ve put them away.

I apologize for the lengthy message, but if your child is going to participate, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they are fluent in English like a native speaker. I think it would be fine for adults.

５歳男子一人参加

他の方の体験談に、英語がわからなくても大丈夫と書いてありましたが、
うちの場合は5人グループ(うち4人は英語圏の子供達)で、
特にフォローもなく疎外感がかなり強かったみたいです。
インストラクターの方が、最初にイルカの大きさなどを教えてくれましたが
言葉がわからず、数十分(恐らく30分程度？)ひたすら説明が終わるのを待っていました。途中「何を言ってるかわからないから、ちっとも楽しくないね。」と暗い顔をしていたのでこのプログラムに参加したことを後悔しました。

そのあといよいよプールに入って、イルカと撮影をしてくれましたが、
他の4人と比べて明らかにポーズが少なかったです。
例えば順番ずつイルカにキスをする写真を撮るのですが、息子の番だけスキップされました。
順にイルカと泳ぎ写真を撮る、息子だけスキップ。
順にイルカに餌をあげる写真を撮る、息子だけスキップ。
これは人種差別なのか？と割と真剣に悩みました笑

それでも後から撮ってくれるかもと淡い期待をいだいておりましたが、
予想通り最後まで願いが叶うことはありませんでした。
あまりにスキップされるので、受付に写真を撮って欲しいと言いに行こうと思いプールをぐるりと周っている間にプログラムが終了しました。
まさかもう一度プールに入って写真を撮ってくれなんて言えませんでしたので諦めましたが、悔しくて少し涙が出ました笑

息子が英語が話せないから、存在を無視されていたようでした。

あとから購入する写真を選ぶのですが、最初に希望を伝えていたポーズも無く、良いものが一枚もなかったので落胆しました。
高いお金を払って写真を撮ってもらいに来たのに、と後悔しました。
なんとか写真を数枚購入しましたが見るたびに悲しい気持ちになるので、しまいこんでいます。

長くなりましたが、お子様が参加されるのであれば英語がネイティブ並みに堪能でないとおすすめしません。大人なら大丈夫だと思います。

While my husband was playing golf, my 9-year-old daughter and I participated together. My daughter usually handles quite intense roller coasters well, but this one seemed to scare her, and she was shaking while we were flying. It was more thrilling than I expected, but I enjoyed it.

The pickup was on time, and the guide only spoke English, but they really tried to lift everyone's spirits, which was fun. Overall, I'm glad we participated.

夫がゴルフをしている間に９歳の娘と二人で参加しました。
いつもかなりハードなジェットコースターでも大丈夫な娘ですが、これは怖かったようで飛んでいるあいだ震えてました。予想よりも迫力がありましたが、私は楽しめましたよ。
お迎えも時間通り、ガイドさんは英語のみですが、みなさんの気分を盛り上げようとしてくださって楽しかったです。
結果、参加して良かったです。

We participated with my wife and our three daughters, who are in fifth grade, third grade, and kindergarten. Initially, we considered an all-inclusive plan, but since the price was almost 1.5 times higher and we had a larger group, we opted for a plan that only included transportation and park admission. The food and drinks inside the park are indeed more expensive compared to outside, but the portions are large enough that one item can serve two children. One large drink is also sufficient for our family of five. I believe the all-inclusive option is unnecessary unless you're part of a university sports team group. Both the kids and I had a great time in the park. From what I observed, it seemed that the kids enjoyed this much more than swimming at the beach.

小5、小3、年長の娘3人、妻と私の5名で参加でした。最初にフル込みのプランと悩みましたが、価格がほぼ1.5倍なのと人数が多いため送迎とパーク入園のみのプランにしました。パーク内の飲食は、外と比べると確かに高めですが分量が多いため一つで子供２人分はいけました。飲み物もラージサイズ一つで家族五人分はいけるのでこちらも一個で十分です。フル込みは、大学の運動部のグループでなければ、不要だと思いました。パーク内で子供もわたしもすごく楽しめました。見てると、子供にとってはビーチで泳ぐよりは、こちらの方が楽しそうでした。

I can't forget the view of Diamond Head when I climbed up to 150 meters. I was especially moved when I could clearly see a rainbow from the board.

150メートルまで昇った時の、ダイヤモンドヘッドが忘れられません。しかもボードから虹がはっきり見えた時は感動したしました。

It was more of an island tour. Saw some places they filmed at their homes but Definitely wasn’t worth what I paid for. Super disappointing. The guides were nice

I participated with my father and son. All three of us were filled with anxiety as it was our first time snorkeling. In the end, we felt that we couldn't have done it without the guide! We didn't even know how to put on the wetsuits, and once we got into the water, we struggled to put on our fins due to the waves and ended up stumbling a lot. During those times, we received help multiple times. Especially my father, who is 70 years old, needed support in some areas. He also mentioned that he couldn't have done it without the guide! We were desperately trying to keep up with everyone, but the underwater scenery was more beautiful than we imagined, and it became the best memory of this trip! Thank you very much!

三人とも初めてのシュノーケリングで不安でいっぱいでした。結果としてガイドさん無しでは出来なかったという感想です！ウェットスーツの着用の仕方から分からず、また海に入ってから波に押されなかなかフィンが履けなかったりよろけてしまったり。そんな時に何度も助けて頂きました。特に父は70歳という年齢もありついていけないところもサポートして下さいました。父もガイドさん無しでは無理だった！と話していました。皆さんについていくのが必死でしたが、、海の中は想像以上に素敵でこの旅の1番の思い出となりました！！ありがとうございました！

Here we have a small group of nice folks pouring their soul into this wonderful luau. Imagine all this happing within the beautiful confines of Waimea Valley! Great food, great entertainment and one heck of a value. Toa Luau is centered around the traditional Samoan luau ways and pays respect to Hawaii and all the islands of Polynesia. My party of six adults chose the Silver package and were delighted with our seating position to the show. The food was amazing. Do yourself a favor... leave the other touristy luaus to the tourists and experience what these lovely folks work so hard to share. Well done Toa Luau!!

It's expensive, but I signed up for a plan that includes transportation. There are pizzas and hamburgers available on-site for about $10. I had those, and they were sufficient. There are a lot of slides, and I rode them all! It was so much fun!

I noticed that while some slides were empty just a moment ago, they suddenly had long lines, while others that were crowded earlier became available. I think it's a good idea to ride the ones that are less crowded. The big slide has both four-person and two-person floats, and I believe the green one is for two people.

If you just stand in line, everyone is waiting for the yellow four-person float, so two-person groups can get the green float by skipping ahead a bit. This way, your turn will come up quickly. There was no guidance, so I ended up standing in line.

It was great because I could play without it being too crowded! The showers are cold water. Please be careful as the lockers are small.

スライダーがたくさんあって乗りまくりました！楽しすぎました！
スライダーはさっきまで空いてたのに急にすごい並んでると思いきや、さっきまで混んでた方が空いてたりするので、うまくすいてるやつから乗るといいと思います。
デカスラは、四人用と二人用の浮き輪があって、確か緑が二人用。
普通に並んでると四人用の黄色の浮き輪をみんな並んでるので二人組は緑色の浮き輪を横抜かし的な形でもらって行くことになります。
そーするとすぐ順番来ますよ。
なんの案内もないので、列に並んじゃってました。
混みすぎずにあそびまわれるので、最高でした！シャワーは水です。
ロッカーは小さいので気をつけてください。

On July 12, I participated with my 6th-grade daughter. The pickup was smooth, and since we arrived early, we waited about 20 minutes at the entrance. Waiting in the blazing summer sun without any shade was quite tough. After checking our bags, we entered. We were allowed to bring one unopened plastic bottle per person.

We used a smaller locker. I had heard that only cards could be used, but it turned out that cash was accepted for $13. I had a waterproof cover for my phone hanging around my neck, along with a card and about $50 in cash, so I might not have needed to rent a locker for just a towel and a change of clothes. There were plenty of chairs, so everyone left their belongings and went off to play.

Since we only had a plan for pickup and entrance fees, we bought a hamburger and fries set for about $10 for lunch. I wasn't expecting much, but it was really delicious! It was around 12:30, and we didn't have to wait long to buy it.

The attractions require you to carry your own float and climb quite a steep slope and stairs to slide down, which is pretty tiring, but it was a lot of fun and something you can't find in Japan. It was bustling with local kids during summer vacation.

The stairs and slopes were hot on bare feet, but beach sandals tended to slip off when sliding down, so marine shoes might have been a better choice.

7月12日小学6年生の娘と2人で参加。ピックアップはスムーズで、早めに着いたので入り口で20分くらい待ちました。真夏の太陽の下日陰もなく並んで待つのはかなり辛かったです。カバンの中身チェックの後入場。無開封のペットボトル1人1本なら持込OKです。
ロッカーは小さい方を使用。カードしか使えないと聞いていたのですが13ドル現金使用でした。私は携帯の防水カバーを首から下げてカード1枚と現金を50ドルほど入れていたのでタオルと着替えだけならロッカー借りなくても良かったかも。椅子がたくさんあるのでみんな荷物置いて遊びに行っていました。
ピックアップと入場料のみのプランだったのでランチは10ドルくらいのハンバーガーとポテトのセットを購入。期待していなかったけどとても美味しかったです^_^12時半くらいでしたがそんなに待たずに買えました。
アトラクションは自分で浮き輪を抱えてかなりの坂道と階段を上がって滑り降りる仕組みになっているのでかなり疲れますが日本にはない
アトラクションでとても楽しかったです♪
夏休みで地元の子供達で賑わってました。
裸足だと階段や坂道あがるのに熱いですがビーチサンダルは滑り降りるときに脱げてしまうのでマリンシューズだとよかったかも。

The staff seemed to speak some Japanese, and although all the other customers were foreigners, they spoke to us in broken Japanese. They were also very good at getting everyone excited and creating a lively atmosphere on the boat. They took photos during the parasailing, which can be purchased for $30 on an SD card. The quality of the photos was just okay. The parasailing experience itself was less bumpy than I expected, and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

スタッフの方は日本語は多少話せるようで、他のお客さんは全員外国の人でしたけど、私達に話してくれるときには片言の日本語で話してくれました。また、すごく盛り上げ上手で船内を盛り上げてくれました。パラセイリング中の写真も撮ってくれて、購入する場合は30ドルでSDカードにて渡されます。写真の出来はまあまあといったところです。パラセイリングの体験自体は思ったよりも揺れはなく、良い景色を味わいました。
