The food was delicious and enjoyable even for elementary school students. Unfortunately, due to a private party on the top floor, the only space available on the deck was in front of and behind the second floor. Additionally, it was quite rocky, which made my daughter seasick. Motion sickness medication is definitely necessary. The air conditioning inside the boat was too strong, making it cold.

料理は小学生でも飽きずに美味しく食べれるものでした。
タイミングが悪く一番上の階でプライベートパーティーをやっていたためデッキには二階の前後にあるスペースのみでした。
また、結構揺れたために娘が船酔いになってしまいました。酔い止めは必要ですね。船内は冷房が効きすぎて寒かったです。

The boat sways a bit vertically, which can make you feel seasick, but the view from above is amazing. I will never forget it. The guide was also very kind, and I felt good enough to give a generous tip.

船は少し縦揺れが凄いので酔いますが、空からの長めは最高。
一生忘れません。
ガイドさんも親切で、チップ多めに渡すくらい気持ちよかったです。

The sea was beautiful, and I was able to see a lot of fish! It seems that some people even saw sea turtles up close. I would love to go again if I have the chance! ^_^

とにかく海がきれいで魚もたくさん見れました！
すごく近くでウミガメを見た人もいるみたいでした。
また機会があれば行ったみたいです^_^

This tour was one of the best parts of our trip. We are huge fans of the show. We loved walking through the McGarrett House (Bayer Estate). It made the trip extra special! IWhen we watch the show now, we always see locations we went to on the tour. Our tour guide was so awesome and knowledgeable. He had so many stories and informatiiom about the show and Hawaii!

I participated in early December. I wanted to walk on the sandbar, but the tide was high, and the water was up to my waist, feeling cold. I understand it's seasonal, but it was disappointing. Next time, I want to join in the summer for a rematch!

12月上旬に参加しました。サンドバーを歩きたかったのですが、潮が満ちていて海は腰まであり、水温も低く寒く感じました。。時期的なもので仕方ないと思いますが、残念でした。次回は夏に参加してリベンジしたいと思います！！

I participated in an activity during my trip to Hawaii in September. Since it was a special occasion, I chose the 150-meter height. The weather was great, so the view was amazing.

Before we started, the guide took a photo of me flying with a professional camera, and there was a service that allowed us to purchase the data. Since it was a special occasion, I decided to buy it! For about $20, I got a lot of great photos, so it was definitely worth it.

I would love to participate again when I go back to Hawaii!

9月に旅行でハワイに行った際のアクティビティで参加しました。せっかくなので150mの高さを選びました。天気も良かったので最高の景色でした。
始まる前にガイドさんの一眼で飛んでいるところの写真を撮ってもらい、それをデータで買うことができるサービスの案内がありました。せっかくなので購入しました！20ドル程度でたくさん撮ってもらえたので非常に良かったです^_^

またハワイに行った際には参加したいです！

My two sons wanted to try surfing, so we signed them up for a lesson since it was their first experience. They received instruction in Japanese. It seemed quite difficult, but by the second day, they were able to ride the waves a little. According to them, it was a lot of fun!

息子2人がサーフィンしたいと言うので、初体験だったのでレッスンの体験を申し込み、日本語でレクチャーしてもらったそうです。
かなり難しかったみたいですが、2日目には波に少し乗れたそうです。
2人曰く、楽しかったそうです！

This tour was amazing although a long day well worth it. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone

We had a special day and were well accompanied. We were happy and very well received. The day was full of surprises. We have high expectations and we were satisfied.

Parasailing was amazing! The captain and crew were very enthusiastic, and even though my fellow passengers were strangers, they chatted with me before and after parasailing. I was filled with anxiety, but it was so much fun.
(Note) Japanese is not well understood.

However, I waited for 45 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, so I would have appreciated an email or some form of communication if there was going to be a delay. I was left wondering whether they would come or not, and it felt like I was just waiting around...

パラセーリング、最高でした！
船長さんたちも盛り上げてくれ、同乗者は知らない人たちでしたがパラセーリングする前後に声かけてくれ、不安いっぱいでしたがとても楽しかったです。
(注)日本語はほぼ通じないです

但し、迎え予定時間から45分も待ったので遅れる場合はメールなどで連絡が欲しかったです。
来るのか来ないのか分からず、待ちぼうけになってしまったので…

For the English lesson, there were some details I didn't fully understand, but the instructors provided solid support, so I was able to enjoy surfing!

I was also happy that they took photos of me while surfing.

It was my first time surfing in the ocean, but I was able to stand up and had a great time!

英語でのレッスンのため、細かい事分からない部分もありましたが、インストラクターの方々がしっかりサポートしてくださるので、楽しくサーフィンできました！

サーフィンをしている姿を写真に撮ってくれるのも、嬉しいです。

海でサーフィンは初めてでしたが、立つ事ができ、楽しめました！

Was great fun and more than we expected. Our guide was informative about so much more than just the Five-0 show. It was a great introduction to Hawaii and I have recommended the tour to other family members and friends. We were even lucky enough to see some filming on location.

The guide was very friendly and easy to talk to. It might have been even better if the foreign guide had communicated a bit more, as it would have enhanced the feeling of being in a foreign country.

ガイドさんとても気さくで話しやすかった。
外人のガイドさんがもう少しコミュニケーション取ってくれたら更に外国に来た雰囲気を味わえてよかったのかもしれない。

The dolphins were slow to appear, and just as we were starting to feel discouraged, the cheerful hula dance by the crew got everyone excited, and then the dolphins showed up! We couldn't swim with them due to time constraints, but we were able to see many dolphins from the boat, including some jumping! It was a group of three ladies, and we had a great time with our first kayaking, waterslide, and snorkeling experience. One of us was worried about seasickness, but the anti-nausea bracelet we bought on the shuttle bus was very effective! The hamburgers for lunch were delicious, and the crew was kind and fun, making it an amazing experience. I would love to participate again when I go to Hawaii!

イルカがなかなか現れず、諦めムードのなか船上でクルーの陽気なフラダンスで盛り上がりはじめると、イルカ出現！時間的に一緒には泳げなかったけど、沢山のイルカが船上から見れました。ジャンプしているところも！おばさん3人組でしたが、初カヤック、滑り台、シュノーケリングとてもたのしかったです。１人船酔い心配でしたが送迎バスの中で買った酔い止めブレスレット効果的面！ランチのハンバーガーも美味しく、クルーのみなさんも親切で楽しく最高でした。また、ハワイに行ったら参加したいです。

We participated as a group of five. Since we were the last ones, we got completely soaked, to the point where we were dropped into the water (laughs). The previous groups barely got wet, or only their feet went into the water.

5組での参加でした。私たちは一番最後だったので、頭までずぶ濡れになるほど、水の中に落としてもらえました（笑）それまでの組みは全然濡れなかったり、足だけが水の中に入ったり。

The tour of the filming locations for Jurassic World was more fun than I expected. Only those who have experienced it can understand how enjoyable it is. It was unfortunate that it rained, but it was still worth going. Having a Japanese guide made me feel at ease, and I had a great time. I created the best memories. If I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to participate.

ジュラシックワールドのロケ地巡り、思った以上に楽しかったです。どんな風に楽しいのかは、体験した人にしか分からないですね。
雨が降ったのは残念でしたがそれでも行く価値はありました。
日本語ガイドさんなので安心もできましたし、楽しく過ごせました。最高の思い出が出来ました。
またハワイに行ったら是非、参加したいです。

We take a boat out to the submarine. We glide past canoes and surfers, enjoying views of Honolulu's beaches and cityscape, as well as Diamond Head from the sea before boarding. We also enjoyed a short cruise. At the bottom of the ocean, there are not only fish but also sea turtles and eels...

潜水艦に乗る沖合まで船で行きます。
カヌーや波乗りの横をすり抜け、ホノルルのビーチと街並み、ダイヤモンドヘッドを海側から眺めてから乗船です。短い時間のクルーズも楽しめました。
海の底には、魚のほかにもウミガメやウツボも、、、

My daughter and I really enjoyed the scenic route. We get to experienced the outdoor adventure where they filmed Lost, Godzilla, Hawaii Five O’s, and Jurassic World. We were actually there riding UTV through out the location. It was so fun for both of us.

The staff at the office spoke Japanese and patiently explained everything, which was very reassuring. That's the only good thing about this place.

However, the foreign tour guide was the worst.

The first thing he said when he greeted us was "shorty," which is unacceptable. He claimed to be from Japan, but if that's true, wouldn't he know that "shorty" is not a nice thing to say? He continued to make disrespectful comments about Japanese people, brushing them off as "just jokes." It seems like he confuses being friendly with being rude. Is this how communication works in Hawaii?

It was extremely unpleasant to feel uncomfortable during a tour that I paid a lot of money to join. I definitely do not recommend this.

事務の方は日本語が通じ、一つ一つ教えてくれるのでとても安心できます。
いいところはそこだけです。

ただ、ツアーガイドの外国人の方。
最悪でした。

最初の出迎えの一言が「チビ」はあり得ません。
日本出身の方と言ってましたが、日本出身ならば、「チビ」が良いことばでないことはわかりませんか？
その後も日本人をなめた発言をしては「ジョークジョーク」と言って済ませてましたが…
フレンドリーと失礼を履き違えてるのでは。
これがハワイのコミュニケーションの取り方なのかな？

高いお金を出して参加したツアーでわざわざ嫌な気分にされたことは相当不快でした。
絶対にオススメしません。

This was my first surfing experience in Hawaii, even though I've been there several times! The group lessons with Hands Heideman Hawaii Local Surfing Lessons were so much fun, as the instructors helped us a lot and made it easy to ride the waves. I want to make this a routine every time I come to Hawaii from now on!＼(^^)／ I think it would be difficult to enjoy surfing like that without the instructors. Everything, including the timing, was just perfect, and I am truly satisfied. I can't find any complaints. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy the Hawaiian sea even more than usual!! ✩.*˚ Thank you so much! ((﹡ˆ︶ˆ﹡))

ハワイは何度と行かせてもらっていながら、はじめてのハワイサーフィン体験でした！

Seeing the turtles was so fun and the guys that helped us get all set were amazing. They filled our drinks after and made she we were well taken care of.

It was a great sunset (as almost all are in Hawaii) meeting some new friends and having some fun with a lively crew. Would recommend for family entertainment as well as enjoyable for 'just the two' of you. It was great to have the pre-boarding show and get to meet some of the crew/cast. The food was good and the crew took very good care of of all.

It was my first time, and I was nervous, but I had the best time enjoying the wonderful scenery and the ocean while on the boat. I definitely want to try parasailing again. When I come to Hawaii next time, I will absolutely do it again.

初めてで、ドキドキしましたが、ボートに乗ってる時も素敵な景色と海を満喫出来て最高でした。
パラセイリングも、是非、又やりたいと思いました。
次回ハワイに来たときには、絶対又やります。

It was my first time snorkeling, but they were very kind and taught me well, allowing me to enjoy it. I'm glad I chose to do it here; I felt safe. The two instructors were friendly and approachable, and they were amazing. Thank you!

I always go every time I visit Hawaii. Usually, it's during the busy summer vacation period. This time, it was a weekday in October. I'm glad it was less crowded. However, because it was less crowded, the attractions only opened at staggered times, and many were closed, so I ended up having to wait in line anyway.

Also, at the bar counter, I usually can buy alcohol without any checks, but this time, they were serving alcohol at the food stalls too. Maybe it's due to their manual, but they asked to see my passport or ID... Who brings their passport just to go to the pool?! Japanese people don’t carry IDs!

ハワイに行く度に必ず行きます。いつもは夏休みの繁忙期。今回は10月の平日。空いてて良かった。がしかし、空いてるが為、アトラクションは時間差にしかオープンしなくて、クローズが多く、結局並ばなくてはいけなかった。
また、バーカウンターでは、いつもはノーチェックでお酒が買えるのに、食べ物売ってるところでお酒も出している。マニュアルのためなのか、パスポートかID見せろって言われて… プールに行くのに、パスポート持っていく人居る⁉️日本人は、IDなんて持ってないっつうの‼️

Outstanding Crew- excellent service...beautiful venue...fun packed day

My husband, our 5-year-old child, and I signed up for the 120m parasailing. I thought our child might be scared since it was their first time, but they are good with roller coasters and enjoyed it without any fear, saying they want to do it again! The boat does sway quite a bit, so it might be tough for those who get seasick.

夫、私、5歳の子の3人で120mを申込みました。子どもはパラセーリングが初めてだったので、怖がるかと思いましたが、ジェットコースター等は得意な方なので、全く怖がらずにまた乗りたい！と楽しんでくれました。
船はかなり揺れるので、船酔いする方は厳しいかもしれません。

The guide was fun and friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk in the sky! The view of Diamond Head and the hotels from up high was exceptional.

ガイドの方も楽しく親切で、空の散歩を満喫しました！
高いところから見る、ダイヤモンドヘッドやホテル群は格別でした。

This was the highlight of my trip! I loved it, so much fun and the view was amazing! Not for those without a strong stomach though or plenty of seasickness meds on board as the boat ride was a little rough. I think I was one of the only one’s who didn’t have a problem with it! Definitely worth trying especially since you can get hotel pick up and drop off as well as optional pictures which was nice.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots to see on this tour.
