We had an amazing tour, this was great fun and so worth the money. I would do this again. Our tour guide was great, energetic, fun, and knowledgeable of the ranch. She made our experience great. Highly recommended
Staff was amazing the whole boat guest crew wax amazing . The activities were amazing created so many memories. Do not forget your water and snacks Dont!!!!!
This luau had some really good food. The drinks were ok but could be better. I had gone to a different luau and had our own table so when they told we're sitting with others I was surprised but wasn’t bad. Also the benches could use some cushion. By the time the show started my butt was already hurting.
Aloha Grisel, So happy that you enjoyed our Hawaiian/American buffet, local style. I'm not sure how many were in your party, but once the covid guidelines were altered, it allowed us to seat at least 10 ppl at a table with a little distance between parties. So sorry the picnic style benches weren't so comfortable, but it's difficult to have cushioned tables out there on the beach exposed to the heat and sunshine all day, especially since we don't have a covering overhead. The picnic tables were chosen so that people might have that kind of backyard style BBQ with family feeling in mind when they think of a luau on the beach, and because regular tables just weren't stable in the sand. The experience was far better then we could have imagined. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Everyone was so nice and did a great job at guiding and explaining everything. You truly get to enjoy every moment and not feel rushed. We were super surprised we got to see so many sea turtles, we were not expecting to see any so that was such a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this tour.
The only problem with the 1 hour raptor tour was that it wasn't the 2 hour raptor tour. Wish we planned the longer ride!! It was a ton of fun. We also wished we signed up for multiple tours that day..................
Did the V.I.P table for my father’s Birthday and the whole family had a blast definitely would suggest booking the VIP because of the drink service and food service brought to you. It also includes a picture for every adult in your group.

We had an amazing time! The only downfall was it was windy so it made it hard for me the short person to hold on and take pictures.
Captain Bob’s was such an amazing experience!! The people there were really helpful with instructions and they were so sweet! Truly a 10/10 experience!
This event was great and fun, the view while on the parasail is great and the captain/crew had great personality. A warning to those who get motion sick however, don’t eat too much before going on this trip. The boat ride gets a bit nauseating from all the waves.
Of all the reservations and activities we made while visiting Oahu, this was one of our families favorite ones!! Definitely worth the price, great experience and great service!
The guides who helped us set up were very polite and helpful, let us know where to go to see the most fish, and we had an amazing time snorkeling around coral, fish, sea cucumbers and then we even saw two sea turtles right next to our kayak, which was a highlight of our vacation. highly recommend

Our two families ranged from 10yo to middle aged, we all had an amazing time!! We saw sea turtles while floating through the sky! Thank you for a memorable first visit to Hawaii!

The only water park in Hawaii. Most of the rides are pretty fun to ride on. Not many options Other than that the lines went by the quick, the rides were pretty fun themselves, and the day pass is a great option for the day in my opinion.
Such a great time! Played volleyball and then had some burgers. Totally recommend!! Was able to swim the reef three times. Saw so many turtles and even some eels. Loved the crew and had a blast. Would totally do again.
Such a well thought out organized and creative luau. I’ve been to other luau’s on the island, but this one is hands down the best. The Chief was so entertaining and the shows were amazing! I was also able to take terrific photos! Highly recommended.

Worth every penny, We will be doing this again when we return to the islands. The crew was friendly, interactive with everyone, and also very caring and attentive to the folks that didn’t have their sea legs. The day we went, we swam with 3 spinner dolphins, and some bottle nose, then on the way to the coral reef we saw a pod of over 500 dolphins. The snorkel, slide, paddle board spot was rad as well, legit like diving into a nature film. Getting to see a sea turtle in nature was just an amazing end to an already awesome day! To the crew and cpt. Mahalo for such a great adventure!
We loved this tour. Thought I was going to be scared but I didn’t hesitate to jump in. Everybody was super nice and we felt like we had ample time in the water with the sharks. We saw SO MANY. It was a very cool experience that we won’t forget. Make sure to take some sea sickness pills. Some people on our boat couldn’t handle the waves. Everybody was a good sport about it though. Super fun!!
This was a breathe taking experience that my boyfriend and I got to experience. From start to finish they were very accommodating and crew was very nice and sweet. Always checking if we needed anything. Highly recommended and well worth your money.

Chiefs luau was so entertaining. Chief was hilarious and the dancers were amazing. We loved the atmosphere and staff was so friendly. I recommend this as a MUST go to event. Food was really good. We were so glad we picked this luau and would definitely go to again. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

This was definitely one of my favorite experiences. I highly recommend it. You see the island in all of its beauty. Also arrive a little early so you can get to film an extra little film on site.
Make sure you bring good sunglasses and I recommend either a bun or braid if you have long hair because just a ponytail will still hit you a bit. It does get chilly so bring long sleeves. And if you’re a freeze baby long pants too.
And if you can’t see something clearly on your feel free to ask your pilot to flip the helicopter around so you can get a better view! They’re super nice and accommodating about making sure you can see :)
The food can be better, also, the ticket said it was waiter served, but It wasn't like that, it was only for the VIP tables . Also, the ticket said open seating, and they didn't let us sit where we wanted and assigned us the farthest table, where we couldn't see very well.
Aloha Natalia, I'm sorry you were disappointed, however you purchased our basic package which does not come with Table Service, or "waiter served". The Vip package comes with the Table Service for beverages and dinner. We normally offer open seating in the Original package, but due to the covid guidelines when you attended our luau, we couldn't. We had to assign tables for Tracking purposes, to know where all our guests were seated. It's a difficult task to sit people at safe distance to each other, with limited seating capacity. If you were able to book a little earlier, your seats may have been better. Even our Vip tables,..if you booked early for a certain date, the odds of you being seated in the front row would be greater. We hope you'll give us another chance on your next visit to our beautiful island, after we pass through this unusual time in our lives.
