Oahu
We did the Jungle expedition, movie sets and agriculture tours. The guides at the ranch were great. The ranch itself is beautiful. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Polynesian culture, what’s grown on the ranch and got to try a few foods while on the agriculture tour. I took a star off because the bus driver was kind of a jerk. He complained about the other driver and belittled us for not laughing at his jokes or wanting to interact with his aggressive attempt at a side show on the way to the ranch. One lady did attempt to interact with him by asking a question and he got angry with her. No one attempted to engage with him after that. On the ride back to Waikiki he didn’t speak and hurried people off at their stops.

The buggy experience is about a 40-minute bus ride from Waikiki, and you get to drive quite a bit. You can use your Japanese driver's license, and since it's an automatic, there's no need to worry! The local guides are friendly, and the breathtaking views in front of you are just like what you see in the movie Jurassic Park.
There are also tours that take you around the movie set, but I’m glad we chose this option as a family of three. You can switch drivers, so my eldest son took the wheel partway through. Since it takes up almost a full day, I recommend planning your schedule accordingly. I highly recommend it!

Best experience I have ever had on an excursion. Our tour guide, Jackson, was the best! He was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the land and the conservation of it as well as all the movies filmed there along with dates and cast. For a huge movie buff that was an extra bonus for me. I thoroughly enjoyed this activity with my family. The two hour trek was great and wasn't too long. I loved that the tour provided bandanas, helmets, and goggles for all participants. Best trip ever!

Driving a buggy in the wonderful nature of Hawaii was a lot of fun, something you can't experience in Japan. However, the roads are not only unpaved but also quite bumpy in all directions. There was a sign stating that the maximum speed limit is 20 km/h, but the instructor driving the lead buggy instructed us to maintain a distance of just 2 meters from the buggy in front. That instructor was comfortably driving at 30 km/h, making it difficult to keep up and I was worried about tipping over. The engine brake worked well, but the foot brake was quite weak, so I was also concerned about crashing into the buggy ahead. I enjoyed it more in the second half once I got used to it, but until then, I felt more anxious than anything else.
There were more people in shorts, so it didn't seem necessary to wear long pants. Occasionally, there were explanations in English, but I, not being good at it, couldn't understand at all. The scenery was amazing, so I recommend it for those who are confident in their driving skills.

This is one of our favorite things my wife and I were able to do in Hawaii. We made a mistake while making our order, but they were very accommodating and helped us out. The captain and crew were extremely nice and helped set the tone for a good expedition. Quite a few families with kids went along, as well. Initially, clouds obscured our view of Diamond Head, but the weather changed suddenly, and by the end, we could see a bit of blue sky. I thought it was a miracle.
I usually participate in tours that are exclusively in Japanese, so I found this mixed tour to be a wonderful opportunity to communicate with people from overseas. I believe travel companies should actively promote mixed tours.
At the end, we all hugged goodbye. Although it was a short time, it was a very meaningful experience during my brief stay in Hawaii.

当日は日本人（日本語）のグループが４組程度，英語グループ（メインランドやオーストラリア，イタリア）からの参加が4組~5組程度でツアーガイドのKANAKOさんが英語と日本語両方を使って参加者の方々をアテンドしてくださいました。
英語と日本語でずっと話していたのでいつもよりきっと疲れたと思いますがいつもニコニコしていてずっとみんなを気遣っていて本当に素晴らしい方です。
KANAKOさんの対応がフレンドリーでバスの中や現地での散策が国籍問わず一体となって楽しく移動できました。私はひとりで参加しましたが本土からひとりで参加していた女性の方と一緒にお話しして写真を撮ったりメアドを交換したりと久しぶりに海外旅行にきた感触を得ることができました。ありがとうございます。
当日はワイキキを出たときはかなりどんより曇っていてマノアではどうなることかと思いましたが，散策途中は雨は降らず足元に気を付けながら大自然を満喫してきました。途中でいろいろなエピソード等も伺いやはり自分ひとりではなかなか得られない情報だったと思いツアー参加は正解でした。
散策終わるとマノアで３世代続くアンディーズのサンドウィッチとお水がタンタラス国立公園で渡されました。（ここのサンドウィッチはものすごくボリューミーで私は半分だけでお腹いっぱいになり持ち帰りました。そして味も最高。パン生地に甘味があって美味しい！！と思いました）
雨の後だったので東屋のようなところでみんなで食べました。いつもなら芝の上等で自然をさらに満喫しながら食べられたと思います。食後は公園内のダイヤモンドヘッド~ワイキキ~空港までが見渡せる場所へ移動し写真撮影しました。写真撮影の最初は雲がかかってしまっていてダイヤモンドヘッドも見えない状況だったのですが途中から天気が急変して最後はすこしだけ青空が見えました。奇跡だと思います。
私は普段日本語（日本人）だけのツアーを当たり前のように参加します。今回このように混在したツアーは海外に来て海外の方とコミュニケーションをとるすばらしい機会だと思いました。積極的に旅行会社も混在ツアーをアピールしてよいのではないかと思います。
最後はみんなお別れする時はハグしてお別れしました。とても短い時間でしたが短いハワイ滞在の中でとても有意義な時間となりました。
