The instructors were a veteran woman and an American who spoke Japanese well. They were very knowledgeable about Hanauma Bay and took safety into consideration, allowing us to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind. I heard that they resumed tours in February, but due to environmental protection measures, it can be difficult to make reservations, so I recommend booking early.

インストラクターは、ベテランの女性と日本語が上手なアメリカ人の2人で、ハナウマベイを熟知されていて安全に配慮してくださり、安心して、たっぷりとシュノーケルを楽しめました。2月から本格的にツアーを再開したとのことでしたが、環境保護などから予約が取りにくいツアーなので、早めの予約をお勧めします。

Dan and Chieko were great hosts and guides. Dan picked us up and we talked with him quite a bit. He was kind, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Chieko was energetic, caring, and knowledgeable. The whole process (pick up and drop off, fitting for flippers, trolley down to the beach, putting on wet suits (additional option), instructions on technique and guidelines, storage of valuables, etc) was smooth from start to finish. This was my partner’s first experience snorkeling; she felt safe and at ease with Dan’s and Chieko’s instructions and guidance. We spent some time in the shallows and then went to deeper parts of the bay. We saw lots of fish! Hanauma Bay is a very special place. Overall, this was an amazing experience that my partner and I highly recommend!!!

When I got on the bus, I was asked to show my passport, and when I showed my driver's license, they said, "A Japanese driver's license cannot be verified" (tears). When I showed my credit card, they trusted me.

Easily marked where to go once we got the ranch! Great tour guides that you could tell had fun working there. Knowledgeable about the land, ranch, nature, etc. they provided us with a dust covering, eye protection and helmets. Safe vehicles. Definitely saw more of the ranch than any other tour or on horseback since we were using the UTV’s! I’d definitely recommend this to friends.

We had a great time, the food was delicious and the show was outstanding. We even got to share in celebrating a wedding.As usual such a great dinner cruise, thanks.

We had a big group of us go on this tour. It was seamless from the start. Check in was super easy, the boat ride was quick and so much fun!! The band was incredible!! And the donuts were yummy. When we got to the sandbar instructions were given and we got to go explore and have fun! My daughter actually got stung by a jellyfish while snorkelling and it could have ruined our excursion but the staff were excellent. Got her help immediately and were super attentive and caring to make sure she was doing ok. They even shared their own experiences with jellyfish. She got out in the water and had more fun before we had to head back to shore. Thank you for everything!! If we come back to Oahu we would definitely do another tour!!

The staff included Japanese speakers, so they provided explanations not only in English but also in Japanese, which made me feel comfortable participating. I was able to see whales and pilot whales, and during snorkeling, I encountered a variety of colorful fish. I had a very enjoyable time, and it was a great experience.

This was my first time parasailing, and I couldn't have imagined how much fun it would be. It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Hawaii. However, the meeting point was a bit hard to find in the morning. It was listed as Ala Wai Boat Harbor, but when I arrived, there were many boats and yachts, and I got lost at first. I received a photo of a small hut as a landmark via email, but there were several huts, and I couldn't tell which one it was. In the end, I asked someone nearby for directions, and they helped me get there safely. If you follow the navigation and go deeper, you will eventually see the hut for the meeting point, so I think it's better not to give up and go all the way as directed by the navigation. I ended up being about seven minutes late, but they welcomed me kindly, and I was able to parasail without any issues. There were only two groups when we went, so we could enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

When we finally went parasailing, we first boarded the boat and headed out to sea. The boat sped up at one point, which added to the thrill and was fun. We were the second group because we took a bit longer to get ready. It was nice to see how the first group was doing. Once we put on our life jackets and secured our belts, we moved to the position to take off, and before I knew it, we were suddenly airborne. I was really surprised by how quickly we took off. At first, I felt a bit scared due to the suddenness, but once I regained my composure, I was able to enjoy it a lot. The view was so beautiful that I didn't feel scared at all. It felt like being on a trapeze in the air. I was truly moved to see all of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above. It felt like just a moment, but surprisingly, the flight time was long enough to enjoy it thoroughly.

Without any particular signal, we were brought down, and in the end, we splashed into the sea. The foreign couple in front of us landed gently, but we were dropped right into the water. My face didn't go under, but my upper body did. Just when I thought I was in the water, I was suddenly lifted back up, which was thrilling and amusing. After that, we were dropped off at the boat, and that was the end of the experience. They also took photos with a DSLR, which can be purchased for $40 per group. Afterward, they transferred the photos from the SD card to my iPhone. They took over 130 photos, and all of them were wonderful, so I think it's worth buying them. We also had someone on the boat record a video for us. Both the photos and videos turned out great. You can even bring a GoPro, making it a fantastic memory. I will never forget that view. I definitely want to do it again when I come back to Hawaii. Thank you very much!

初めてのパラセイリングで最初は想像がつかなかったのですが、本当に楽しくてハワイ旅行のいい思い出になりました。ただ朝に向かって集合場所が分かりづらかったです。集合場所がAla Wai Bort Harberとなっていますが、着いてみるとたくさんのボートやヨットみたいなのがあり最初は迷いました。目印となる小屋のような写真がメールで送られてきたのですが、その小屋もいくつかあってどれか分かりませんでした。結局近くを歩いていた人に聞いて、教えてもらい無事に着くことができました。ナビ通りに進んで、奥まで進むと集合場所の小屋が見えてくるので諦めずにナビ通りに奥まで行った方が良いかと思います。迷ってしまい、集合時間を7分くらい遅れてしまいましたが快く受け入れてくれて無事にパラセイリングをすることができました。私たちのときは2組しかおらず、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。いざパラセイリングをしましたがまず最初にボートに乗り込み、海に出ます。途中船が暴走しますがそれもスリルあって楽しかったです。私たちはやる前にもたついたので2番目でした。前の人がやっている様子が分かったので良かったです。ライフジャケットを着て、ベルトをして飛ぶ位置に移動すると心の準備をする暇もなくあっという間に飛ばされます。本当に急に飛ばされたのでびっくりしました。驚きすぎて落ちそうになって、最初は勢いに恐怖心もありましたが平常心を取り戻すととても楽しむことができました。景色がきれいすぎて全く怖さはなかったです。イメージは空中ブランコのようなイメージです。ダイヤモンドヘッドからワイキキの街全てが見下ろせて本当に感動しました。一瞬かと思いましたが、意外と飛行時間も長く十分楽しむことができました。特に何の合図もなく降ろされ、最後には海にポチャンされます。前に飛んでいた外国人のカップルは優しく着水させられていたのに私たちは思いっきり海に落とされました。顔は海に入ることはないですが、上半身は入りました。海に入ったかと思いきやまたいきなり上に飛ばされてスリル満点で面白かったです。その後は船に降ろされて終わりです。一眼レフで写真撮影もしてくれて、1組40ドルで購入することができます。終わってから小屋でSDカードからiPhoneに転送してくれます。130枚以上撮ってくれて、どれも素敵な写真ばかりだったので購入した方がいいかと思います。それと私たちは一緒に乗船した人に動画を撮ってもらいました。写真も動画も良かったです。ゴープロも持ちながらできるのでいい思い出になりました。あの景色は忘れません。またハワイに来たときには絶対にやりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The ranch is spectacular and if you like a bit of country you will love not just the movie sets the farmland and animals. Highly recommend.

The meeting place is farther than I expected, so I recommend that those staying in hotels in the center of Waikiki head there early.
I experienced this with my daughter. We put our phones in waterproof cases and were able to take photos while hanging them around our necks.
The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from above was amazing, with the ocean below being a brilliant blue, and there was absolutely no fear at all.
You won't understand this refreshing feeling unless you experience it.
I highly recommend it.

集合場所は思ったより距離があるのでワイキキ中心部のホテルに泊まっている方は早めに向かうことをお勧めします。
娘と二人で体験。防水ケースに携帯を入れ、首から下げて撮影できました。
上からのワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッドなどの眺めは素晴らしく、下は真っ青な海、怖さなんて全くありませんでした。
この爽快さは体験しないと分かりません。
オススメです。

I experienced this with my 4-year-old and 6-year-old children. The explanations were all in English, and while the staff's responses were a bit rough at times, it was great to see the kids enjoying themselves. It seems like the facility is under renovation, so we couldn't see everything, and since there's nothing around, it was a little disappointing.

説明は全て英語、スタッフの方は少し雑な対応があったりしましたが、子供たちが喜んでいたので良かったです。
施設が改装工事中？のようで全てを見ることができず、周りにも何もないところなので少し残念。

It was so much fun racing through the magnificent nature on a buggy. After the experience, we had a good laugh at how covered in sand we were. Doing laundry when we got home was a hassle, but it was so amazing that it didn't matter at all. It's essential to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, along with goggles or sunglasses. At the beginning of the experience, there was a time for participants to introduce themselves, and we were the only Japanese group there. That was also a valuable experience. However, it was a bit disappointing that we had to wait a long time for the bus after the experience. But it's an activity that I think everyone should try at least once.

とにかく壮大な大自然の中をバギーで疾走するのが楽しかった。
体験後砂まみれ具合に大笑い。
帰ってからの洗濯が大変でしたが、そんなことどうでもいいと思えるぐらい最高でした。
汚れてもいい服装とゴーグルやサングラスは必須です。
体験の始めに参加者同士で自己紹介する時間があるのですが、日本人は私たち1組でした。それもまた貴重な体験です。
体験が終わってからバスの待ち時間が長かったのが少し残念でした。
でも1回は体験してほしいアクティビティです。

Until we arrived at the site, we were guided in Japanese, and we were able to enjoy snorkeling at Hanauma Bay! The water was so clear that we could see the fish beautifully, and it was incredibly fun!
It seems that boats are prohibited at Hanauma Bay, so since you enter from the beach, I think wearing a wetsuit is essential to avoid injury while swimming over the coral reefs!

ハナウマ湾は船が禁止らしくビーチから入るため、サンゴ礁の真上を泳いだ際に怪我しないようにウェットスーツは必須かと思います！

During the week, I went parasailing twice! The first time, my wife and I did a 60th birthday parasailing together. Unfortunately, my wife got seasick and felt unwell from the parasailing, but I was totally hooked! Three days later, I went parasailing again, this time with my daughter. The location was amazing! The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean was just incredible. I encourage everyone to enjoy parasailing activities as well! They also take wonderful photos for you. The photos are available for a fee, but you can get the data on an SD card. The crew was very entertaining and fantastic! I’m definitely thinking about trying it again.

1週間の間に、2回もパラセイリングをしました～。
最初は妻と二人で還暦パラセイリングをしました～残念ながら妻は船酔いとパラ酔いでダメでしたが、私がハマリまくり、2度めは娘と3日後に再度パラセイリング。最高〜のロケーション。海側からのワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドの景色は最高〜皆さんもパラアクティビティを楽しんでくださ〜い。素敵な写真も撮影してくれま〜す。写真は有料ですがSDカードでデータがもらえます。クルーの方々もとても面白く最高でした〜またチャレンジしようと思いま〜す

We participated as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers). To conclude, I absolutely recommend it! Our family, who tends to be a bit timid, chose the 120m option, but we might have been fine with the 150m as well.

We enjoyed it at the end of March around 4 PM, and the sun was starting to set, making the sunlight softer. We took a lot of photos, and the SD card for two sets was $40. I was too scared to take photos myself while up in the air, so I decided to purchase the SD card.

From the high vantage point over the ocean, we could see Diamond Head and the streets of Waikiki, which felt amazing. It was an experience we wouldn't normally have, so I'm glad we took the plunge and signed up. Since we departed from next to Hilton Village, we walked back along the beach to the Sheraton with wet bottoms.

家族４人（大人２名、中高生２名）で参加しました。
結論から申し上げますと、絶対おススメです！ビビリ家族の我が家は、１２０ｍを選びましたが、１５０ｍでもよかったかも。
3月末、16時から楽しみましたが、少し日が傾いており、日差しも柔らかくなった時間帯でした。
写真もたくさん撮ってもらい、SDカードは２組分で＄40でした。上空で自分で撮るのが怖くて、SDカードを購入させてもらいました。
海の上の高い場所から、ダイヤモンドヘッドやワイキキの街並みを見て、とても気持ち良かったですし、ふだん体験できないことなので、思い切って申し込んで良かったです。
ヒルトンヴィレッジの横から出航だったので、お尻が濡れた帰りは、ビーチを歩いてシェラトンまで戻りました。

This was a great evening on our trip! The food was really great and the entertainment topped off the evening!

Really loved this tour as you get to see Arizona and a bit of extra time to explore the park, not tooshort or long just perfect day!

My 16 year old son and I had an incredibly awesome time Para-Sailing and Jet Skiing. The staff were professional, safe, and a whole lot of fun!!! I highly recommend that all visitors to Oahu include this adventure while enjoying their Hawaiian vacation.

Impressed with the staff. They made us feel welcomed and allowed us to take pictures. They gave us island recommendations and were so nice. I definitely want to come back and do this again. The pictures do no justice to this beautiful place. We didn’t want to leave. There’s so much history and things to do here.

My mom and I had such an amazing time going on the Jurassic Valley Movie Tour. I thought we were going on a different tour because I am a die hard dinosaur fan but this tour was just as amazing. We got to see some amazing movie sets and when our tour guide took us to one of the Jurassic World Movie sets I about died. I was so excited. It was everything I dreamed. Our tour guide took us into the movie set when technically he wasn't supposed to, but he knew how much of a fan I am of Jurassic World so he made an exception. I couldn't have been more grateful. This is one experience I will never forget. My mom and I plan to come back to do the Jurassic Valley tour that is specific to the Jurassic Park/World movies and nothing else. We both had a blast. I kinda went Overboard in the gift shop and got so much Jurassic Valley souvenirs. The gift shop had so many things to choose from. I highly recommend recommend Kualoa Ranch. They have so many things for you to do there. Horseback riding, ATV's, Ziplining (which I've done and it's a amazing experience). They have amazing staff working there. I will be coming back to Kualoa Ranch for years to come.

This is a tour I will remember for the rest of my life. I have never been touched by an experience like visiting the Arizona Memorial!! It left me in awe. I also enjoyed the USS Missouri - tour guides were very knowledgeable and made the signing for the end of the war with Japan come to life. My husband is former Navy and it made the tour even more enjoyable. Loved the Bowfin Submarine and Aviation Museum also.

And our Tour Driver Lehue was OUTSTANDING!

Since I stayed at Hilton, it was a convenient location where I could walk from the lagoon, so I participated in this company's parasailing. I wondered if it would be scary, but it wasn't scary at all. It was high up, but for some reason, I didn't feel much fear at that height; it was truly a pleasant aerial stroll with beautiful scenery. I thought it would be over in no time, but the time spent in the sky was satisfying. If anyone is hesitating because they think it might be scary, I believe there's no need to worry at all. However, for those who are prone to seasickness, since there is some up and down movement on the way to the parasailing spot, it might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication. The photos are expensive, but you can take your own pictures from up high, though you can't take pictures of yourself while up there, so I decided to purchase them. It seemed like they would take a lot of photos if you asked. During our time, we didn't have any interesting photos, just regular ones. The picture quality was nice, and they provided a download to your phone and a card, which was great.

ヒルトン宿泊だったのでラグーンの横から歩いて行ける便利な場所だったのでこちらの会社のパラセーリングに参加しました。
怖いのかな？と思いましたが怖さは全然なかったです。高いですが、なぜかあまり怖いような高さも感じず本当に綺麗な景色が気持ちのよい空中お散歩です。
どうせあっという間かな？と思いましたが空にいた時間も満足できるくらいありました。
怖いかな？と迷っている方がみえたらその心配は全くないと思います。ただ、船酔いしやすい方はパラセールする場所まで行くのに波に乗りアップダウンがあるので酔い止めを飲むなどした方がいいと思います。写真は高いですが、上からの写真は自分で撮れますが、上がっている写真は撮れないのでせっかくなので購入しました。購入する方は声をかけると沢山撮ってくれる様な気がしました。
私達の時は面白い写真はなく、普通の写真でした。
画質は綺麗で、携帯にダウンロードとカードでもくれるので良かったです。

At Dolphin Aloha, we had the incredible experience of touching dolphins for the first time, and our whole family was thrilled. It was reassuring to have Japanese staff following up with explanations.

The dolphin show and feeding the sea turtles were great, but the highlight for my 8-year-old daughter was definitely feeding the little birds! The friendly birds kept coming to eat the food, which was very exciting for her. I highly recommend this alone. Additionally, there was a play area for little kids, and they seemed to be having a lot of fun.

One point to note: The voucher listed a meeting place at Hotel B, which was a bit far from our accommodation at Hotel A. We moved to Hotel B early in the morning to wait for the shuttle bus, but when the time came, the shuttle did not appear. It turned out that Hotel A was actually the meeting place. I'm not sure if it was a mistake by VELTRA or the tour company, but because of the error on the voucher, we ended up taking a taxi from Hotel B to the location, and we were reimbursed later. However, the service was very polite, so I have no particular complaints. Even if you are staying at a fairly well-known hotel, I think it's safer to confirm the meeting place in advance if it is not your hotel.

ドルフィンアロハでは、初めてイルカに触る体験ができて、家族皆感激しました。日本人スタッフが説明をフォローしてくださったのも安心感ありました。

イルカショーやウミガメの餌やりもよかったですが、娘（8才）が1番楽しんだのは、小鳥のエサやりでした！人懐っこい小鳥がどんどんエサを食べにくるので大興奮でした。これだけでもおススメです。あと、ちびっ子用の遊具のスペースもあって、小さい子たちも楽しそうでした。

注意点をひとつ。
voucherには、自分たちが宿泊しているAホテルではない、少し離れたBホテルが集合場所として記載されていたので、朝イチバンでBホテルへ移動してシャトルバスが来るのを待っていたのですが、時間になってもシャトルバスは現れず、実はAホテルが集合場所だったそうです。VELTRAかツアー会社かわかりませんが、voucherに手違いがあったせいで、私たちはBホテルからタクシーで現地に向かうことになり、後日精算してもらいました。尚、対応はとても丁寧だったので特に不満はないです。ある程度メジャーなホテルに自分が宿泊しているにも関わらず、集合場所が自分のホテルになっていない場合は、念のため事前に確認されると安全だと思います。

I wanted to see the show from a good seat, so I chose the Diamond Seat. The seating arrangement was not as shown in the seating chart, which surrounded the stage; instead, it was a standard setup with the stage directly in front and tables facing it. I arrived 30 minutes before the reception, but there was already a long line. I mistakenly lined up in the Golden Seat line because I wasn't sure where to queue. It seemed that those with Diamond Seats had priority entry, and we ended up being the last to enter among the Diamond guests. Fortunately, there was an open table in the front row, almost in the center, so we were able to sit there, but please be careful not to make a mistake in the line.

Before the show, there were solo hula performances by both men and women, followed by a moment where all the guests danced a hula together. Then came the buffet. Since we could access it first from the Diamond Seats, it was nice and not crowded.

The show featured not only hula but also Tahitian, Polynesian, Maori, and fire dancing, which kept us entertained until the very end.

The Diamond Premier Seat is a bit more expensive, but I think the satisfaction level is high, so I recommend it.

良い席で見たかったのでダイヤモンドシートにしました。
席はこちらにある座席表のようにステージを囲むような配置ではなく、普通に正面にステージ、それに向かってテーブルがありました。
受付の30分前に着きましたが、既に長蛇の列でした。
しかも並ぶ所がよくわからずにゴールデンシートの列に並んでしまっていました。
ダイヤモンドシートから優先入場、それも先着順に良い席に案内されているようで、私達はダイヤモンドの中では入場が最後になってしまいました。
幸いほぼ中央の最前列テーブルに空きがあったのでそこに座れましたが、並ぶ列をお間違えの無いようにお気を付けください。

ショーの前に男女それぞれソロのフラがあり、その後、客がその場で全員で1曲フラを踊る場面がありました。
そしてブッフェ。
こちらもダイヤモンドシートから優先で取れるので混まずに良かったです。

ショーはフラのみでなく、タヒチアン、ポリネシアン、マオリ、ファイヤーダンスがあり、最後まで飽きること無く楽しめました。

ダイヤモンドプレミアシートは少しお高くなりますが満足度は高くなると思うのでおすすめです。

Last time I experienced horseback riding, and this time I tried the four-wheeler! It was amazing! Everyone from abroad came in shorts. My clothes got a bit dirty.

前回は乗馬、今回は四輪バギーを体験しました！最高です！外国の方は皆さん半ズボンでこられておりました。服は多少汚れました。

The perfect oceanfront Luau! The show was outstanding and so was the food!

The weather was cloudy and not great, but even so, the middle and high school students seemed to be having fun playing various games. Since it was a weekday, there were fewer people, which meant no waiting in line, but in exchange, some attractions had time restrictions, making it difficult to use them. The attraction called "Tornado" seemed to be the most interesting, but it was a bit disappointing that it was open for such a short time.

天気が曇りでイマイチでしたが、それでも中高生は楽しそうにいろいろ遊んでいました。平日なので人が少なく並ばずに済むというメリットと引き換えに、アトラクションが時間帯で制限されておりタイミングが合わず利用できないことも。「トルネード」というアトラクションが一番面白かったようですが、開けている時間が短かったのが少し残念でした。
