We didn't feel any motion sickness, but I think taking motion sickness medication feels like a safety measure. Since it's basically for two people at a time, if you're in a group of more than two, you can take photos together. I definitely recommend the height of 150 meters; the view is breathtaking and makes you feel like you're monopolizing Hawaii, which is amazing. The reason we chose this one among many options is that it departs conveniently right in front of the Hilton Lagoon where we were staying, and we wanted to experience Hawaii by viewing Waikiki Beach, the city, and Diamond Head from the sky.

We were the only Japanese people there, but the explanations mixed with Japanese were well done, so we didn't feel anxious. Contrary to my expectations of being scared of heights or not being able to open my eyes due to strong winds, it was calm up there, and the three of us were able to have a normal conversation at a regular volume.
