It was great having the other activities available also. The staff on the boat were friendly and helpful too. Great experience.

Last time, I participated with my husband, and this time we joined as a family of four. Previously, we were taken to a deserted island with a guide, but this time we chose a self-guided course. We carried the kayaks to the beach ourselves (after renting snorkeling gear) and went from Kailua Beach to the deserted island, then to Lanikai Beach (for snorkeling), and back to Kailua Beach. The wind was strong, so the beautiful Lanikai Beach was filled with sand, making visibility zero, and kayaking against the wind was extremely hard. However, the weather was nice and the scenery was great, so it turned out well in the end. There are many Japanese staff members and staff who can speak Japanese, which is very reassuring.

Picked up at the center of Waikiki, the bus show up with a Sign board which is very easy to be found.

Staff are very friendly and the guided is professional.We join a 2hrs plus 2hrs free time to relax. In the beach. They provide Snorkeling equipment and board which is very convenient. Beach is beautiful, highly recommended.

Awesome experience for my son and his friends!

I took my son, daughter, and my son's two friends on this cruise for my son's birthday and they had a blast! The crew got them sized for their snorkels and fins and they had so much fun swimming with all the fish in the clear water! The kids loved jumping on the inflatable trampoline, going down the slide, and especially loved jumping off the top deck of the boat! They raced each other on kayaks and the stand up paddle boards and had tons of fun. The crew were very accommodating and friendly! They even had snacks and drinks for everyone, which the kids devoured. My kids and my son's friends had a memorable day in the water and I got some great pictures to remember his birthday!

GREAT activity for families w/ kids of different ages!

This was SUCH a fun experience for my kids and their friends (ages 7 - 12). They got to do all five activities and didn't have any wait at all for 4 (there was a short wait for the stand-up paddle, but because there were four other things for them to have fun doing, they didn't notice at all). The crew was fabulous. They let the kids jump off the boat from different parts and had great snacks that the kids gobbled up. We asked them what they liked the best and they said they loved all the activities.
The stand-up paddling was probably the biggest hit. The snorkel and kayak and jumping off the boat (extra LOL) was next. Slide and trampoline after that. Since they're smaller/lighter, it was harder for them to jump on the trampoline -- adults will be able to make it bounce more. But yes, over all, AMAZING experience. Just a reminder that the harbor is paid parking so make sure to be ready for that. Hope you all enjoy it like we did! :)

Kaneohe Bay Kayak & Snorkel Self-Guided Tour [Tour Not Available]

THE BEST... WHAT AN AWESOME DAY AND CREW

This is why people come to Hawaii for a vacation and adventure. Today we had an awesome time from start to finish. Both Laura and T. from Ohio ( forgive not knowing how to spell his name) were absolutely the best. Very easygoing, sociable, and very informative about the excursion, the ecosystem and all it encompasses. We could see the passion they both have for the environment. They worked well as a team, always putting safety first.
As for the the actual excursion... Pickup was on time, the briefing was short but thorough. And off we went. We were towed out to a point (to save time) then we were cut loose to follow our leader out to our destination. Once there, they reviewed the do's and don'ts regarding the ecosystem and its inhabitants. We snorkeled for over an hour while our guides educated us about all the different things we were seeing. Once done we kayaked back the the shore, rinsed off and sat down for an impressive lunch. (thanks to the cook) YUMMY
Sad to say it was over... highly recommend this tour, company and crew!!!

Honestly, I don't have much confidence in my athletic ability. I told everyone I was going to Hawaii, and when you think of Hawaii, you think of marine sports, but drowning in the ocean is no joke. So, I decided to join this guided tour. They provided thorough explanations in Japanese, and it wasn't as difficult as I had feared, so I was able to enjoy it.

And above all, the ocean was vast, and the sky was blue. I feel like I truly enjoyed Hawaii. Just as a reference, I want to emphasize the importance of not neglecting sunscreen. Especially if you plan to wear flip-flops, please make sure to take care of the tops of your feet as well.

My friend and I did this activity last week and it was so much fun! Perfect thing to do on your day off or if you are vacationing in Hawaii. So many activities to do on one boat, you can't beat it! All of the employees were very kind and happily helped us when we asked to use kayaks/paddleboards, etc. Highly recommended!

The tour was guided only in English, but even if it's your first time kayaking, you can participate without any issues if you have snorkeling experience. On windy days, you can be towed to the patch reef (coral reef) by a rubber boat, making it easy. After that, you paddle the kayak on your own, and once you reach the shallow area, you can enjoy snorkeling. You'll be able to see colorful corals and fish. My overall impression of the experience was good. What I liked most about the activity was seeing the fish while snorkeling. I also saw a few turtles bobbing in and out of the water. There was a boat passing with some dolphins visible which was a nice surprise. My advice for future participants include taking precautions for any motion sickness because the water can make the boat rock a bit depending on the waves. Otherwise its a nice experience overall. It was great at the end of the trip when our shoes were lined up before exiting the ship.

Paddling is such an amazing Hawaiian tradition; these guys made it a blast. My family hasn't paddled before and it had been 20 years for me. They took us out in Waikiki and we caught some swells and rode the waves in. The photographers associated with canoeing took great shots and captured everyone smiling. I absolutely recommend this excursion for anyone traveling to Oahu.

We had to wait for the people coming later with the kayak, and that made the kids feel sick. Since they weren't able to paddle the kayak themselves, we were relieved to be towed back by the mother boat. However, it was tough being in a place without any shade while feeling nauseous.

We participated with two elementary school students and two adults, a total of four people. Our reservation was for 1 PM, but we had to wait about 40 minutes for the previous canoe to return. However, the staff member who spoke Japanese at the reception said, "You can wait in the pool at the Royal Hawaiian," so we were lucky to wait while playing in the pool, keeping the kids entertained.

We experienced the canoe with three families from the West and our group of four. In addition to a friendly captain, one of the staff members who spoke Japanese joined us, which made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy the experience. The kids just sat in the canoe without paddles. When I asked, "Can we take pictures while on the canoe?" they replied, "You can take pictures without paddles," so I also took pictures without a paddle and enjoyed canoe surfing to my heart's content. Although we were told we could ride the waves twice, we were lucky enough to ride three times, which left us very satisfied.

We had a fantastic time at a reasonable price, and the whole family enjoyed it. I highly recommend it!

カヌーは、欧米のファミリー三人と私たち四人が一緒に体験しました。感じの良いキャプテンの他に、先程の日本語のできるスタッフの一人も入ってくれて安心して楽しめました。
子供はオールは持たずに乗るだけ。 「カヌーに乗って写真を撮っても良いか？」と聞いたら、「オールなしなら写真撮れるよ」とのことだったので、私もオールはなしで 思う存分写真を撮りながらカヌーサーフィンを体験させていただきました。
波に乗れるのは２回とのことでしたが、またまたラッキーな事に3回も乗らせて頂き大満足です。

手頃な値段で、家族みんなが楽しめて最高の時間が過ごせました。

We had a blast with the tour on the Waikiki water with two kids. The location we visited had little crowds so we can have all the ocean to ourselves! Both of my kids were the first time snorkeling. Their friendly staff made sure their live vests are secured and helped them into the water. There were a lot of beautiful fishes o look at. Did not see turtles, but that's OK since we would be visiting the Turtle beach at the north shore later. Overall, we are very satisfied with the activities and services they provide.

We had the great opportunity of taking this dream tour about a mile north of the Waikiki beach where the water is much more clear than the crowded Waikiki shore. We did snorkeling, kayak, paddleboard, water slide, and whole nine yards! The water is a little rough that day, but we still had so much fun! The staff were friendly and very helpful and encourage us to try different activities. Kevin, one of the staff was very helpful to get us all buckled up in lifevests, gear up for water activities. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time on the surf bus. Cousin Kevin was great! He catered to all families. Gave us great info on what to look at and eat. I like this tour because I can relax and enjoy rather than driving and having to find parking, buy tickets, and do all the work that I usually have to do!

I enjoyed a calm tour with no waves. In the morning, I fully enjoyed kayaking, had a big pizza, and in the afternoon, I rented a bicycle and headed to a beach where I could enjoy snorkeling. It was a fulfilling day.

July 1, 2019 - Raymond was the best guide ever! He's very chill and easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating! we choose the later tour which I expected it to be much worse than the earlier scheduled tour, however we ended up being extremely lucky and it ended up being just me and my girlfriend. We had our own private tour with the best guide they had to offer! I would recommend this trip to everyone, very family friendly but also a nice thing to do for couples. My girlfriend really wanted to see some Green sea turtles and Raymond was able to make it happen! Once he spotted one, he immediately alerted us to come view the turtles. Definitely something to put in your books if you plan on heading down to Oahu. One thing to keep in mind is ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN...ITS ALWAYS worth it.

Carrying the kayak to the sea by myself was tough, but the ocean was so beautiful! With a guide, even beginners can feel at ease! I was happy to have my photos taken and received them right there!

The lunch included in the tour was delicious! It was from an old pizza shop, and I was surprised by the size! But it was so tasty that I could easily finish it. I want to come back just to eat this again!

I accidentally left something on the bus on the way back, and the next day it was delivered to my hotel, for which I was grateful!

I want to participate in the tour again!

カヤックを自分で海まで持ってくのが大変だったけど、海はとてもキレイでした！
ガイドさん付きで、初心者でも安心！
写真も撮ってもらえて、その場でもらえて嬉しかったです！

ツアーについてたランチがまた美味しかった！

We participated as a couple in our fifties. Although we had some concerns about our physical fitness, we decided to sign up because everyone else's experiences sounded enjoyable.

On the day of the tour, we were picked up near our hotel and taken to a shop in Kailua. We had free time in the morning and kayaking in the afternoon. They provided a video on how to spend our free time. Renting bikes to visit Lanikai Beach was appealing, but we ultimately chose to head to Boots & Kimo's for their pancakes. We took out pancakes with macadamia nut sauce and French toast, then went to a nearby Whole Foods to buy iced coffee and smoothies. It had been six months since we last had them, and it was a moment of happiness—definitely delicious!

When we returned to the shop, we thought about having lunch with the coupon we received, but we were too full to eat. I wanted to try the recommended spinach and garlic pizza, but I had to give up due to being stuffed. It felt a bit wasteful.

In the afternoon, it was finally time for kayaking! The wind was strong, and the waves were high, which made me hesitant to start, but with a push from our guide, we reluctantly began. However, once we got on the kayak, it turned out to be manageable. With encouragement and advice from the staff, we set off towards our target island. Our paddling was a bit awkward at first, but we gradually learned and managed to reach the island. The guided tour around the island was very enjoyable. On the way back, we were pushed by the waves and quickly arrived at Kailua Beach. Next time, I definitely want to challenge myself to kayak to the twin islands we saw offshore.

When I signed up for this tour, I thought, "Kayaking for the first time at this age?" and honestly felt quite hesitant when I saw the high waves on the day. However, seeing is believing—it was incredibly fun! I now feel motivated to challenge myself with a more difficult course next time, thanks to this tour. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Chiharu, who took care of us brightly and attentively throughout, and to Tomoki, who supported us in both visible and invisible ways.

で、お店に戻って、いただいたクーポンでランチを食べようと思ったのですが、満腹でランチは回避。おすすめのスピナチ＆ガーリックのピザを食べたかったのですが、満腹で断念。ちょっともったいないことをしました。
午後になり、お目当てのカヤックタイム！この日は風が強く、波も高い状況でかなり引きましたがガイドの方に背中を押され、しぶしぶスタート・・・。でも乗ってみると案外大丈夫で、スタッフの方の声がけやアドバイスもあり、目標の島に向けてスタートできました。最初はぎこちなかったパドリングも少しずつ学習し、何とか島にたどり着くことができました。島一周の散策もガイドの方の解説でとても楽しかったです。帰りは行きとは逆に波に押されてあっという間にカイルアビーチに到着。次回は是非、沖に見えていた双子の島へチャレンジしたいと思います。
このツアーを申し込むときは、「この歳で初カヤック？」とか、当日 波が高い海を見て、正直 かなり腰が引けていましたが、百聞は一見にしかず めちゃくちゃ楽しかったです。次回はより難度が高いコースにチャレンジしたい気分になれたのは、このツアーに参加したからこそ実感です。最後に終始、明るく かつ 細やかに面倒を見てくれたちはるさんと、陰に日向に支えてくれたトモキ君に感謝です。

I signed up for a tour with a Japanese guide.
We had about two hours of free time at the beginning, and I rented a bike to go to Lanikai Beach!
They carefully taught us how to ride the bike and kayak, so even beginners can enjoy it with peace of mind.
They also lend out snorkeling gear and mats, so you can go hands-free! Both Lanikai Beach and Kailua Beach were incredibly beautiful, and we saw plenty of fish even in the shallow waters!
The guide led us while kayaking, and they took lots of photos for us.
We learned a lot about the island, and it was a very fulfilling experience!
We even saw a sea turtle while kayaking, which was a rare experience!
Honolulu is busy and urban, but Kailua was relaxed and comfortable!
The Japanese staff, as well as the other staff members, were all friendly, and even though we couldn't speak English well, we had a great time!
I forgot my smartphone on the bus on the way back, and when I contacted them, they quickly returned it to me, which was a big help. Thank you very much.

2時間ほどの自由時間が最初にあり、レンタサイクルでラニカイビーチまで！
自転車の乗り方、カヤックの乗り方も丁寧に教えてくれるので初心者の方も安心して楽しめると思います^ ^
シュノーケルやござも貸してくれるので手ぶらでオッケーです！ラニカイビーチもカイルアビーチもとっても綺麗で浅瀬でも魚がたくさん見れました！
カヤックはガイドさんが誘導してくれるし、写真もたくさん撮って頂きました^ ^
島のことも色々と知れて、かなり充実した内容でした！
カヤックで海ガメも見れて、貴重な体験ができました！
ホノルルは人も多いし都会だけど、カイルアはゆったりしていて居心地がよかったです！
日本人スタッフはもちろん、他のスタッフさんも気さくな方ばかりで、英語が話せない私達でもかなり楽しめました！
帰りのバスの中にスマホを忘れてしまい、連絡したところ、すぐに戻ってきて頂けて助かりました。ありがとうございました。
