It seems I was lucky on the day I participated, as a large group of dolphins was found right away. Even without swimming, just floating with my face in the water, I could see the dolphins swimming just below us! There were baby dolphins too, and their calls were so clear; it was incredibly moving. We moved to another spot and also got to see sea turtles and beautiful fish. I was able to try stand-up paddleboarding as well, so I was very satisfied!

私が参加した日はラッキーだったみたいでイルカ先生の大群がすぐ見つかりました。泳がなくてもプカプカ顔付けて浮いてるだけで、私達のすぐ下をイルカ達が泳いで行きました！赤ちゃんイルカもいて、鳴き声もすごくはっきり聞こえてめっちゃ感動しました。場所を移動してウミガメ教授やきれいな魚達にも会えました。スタンドアップパドルもできたし満足！

The staff were all fun people, and I had a great time! The weather was nice, and the sea was really beautiful! The warm soup after snorkeling was truly delicious!

Despite the unfortunate weather, the local staff from the optional company provided us with an amazing experience with their skills and energy. The wind on the boat can be a bit chilly, so it might be a good idea for those who are sensitive to the cold to bring something warm to wear.

天候も生憎だったのにも関わらず、オプショナル会社の現地の方々のスキルとパワーで最高の時間を提供してもらいました。
若干、船上での風が冷たいので寒さに弱い人は厚手の覆うものを用意すると良いかも。

I was supposed to go with my cousin, but she couldn't make it on the day, so I participated alone. I felt a bit lonely going by myself, but the guides and staff were very warm and accommodating, so I was able to enjoy it fully even on my own. I'm really grateful for that.
The tour content was also fulfilling. The malasadas and BBQ lunch we had on the boat were very delicious. I got to see sea turtles multiple times, which made for great memories.
However, it seemed that the timing of our visit coincided with high tide, so instead of a sand walk, we ended up doing sand swimming, which was a bit disappointing. The water level was just about at the point where my toes could barely touch the bottom. I thought I would check the tide times before participating next time.
But even with the high tide, it was truly a valuable experience.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Hawaii.

従妹とふたりで行く予定でしたが、従妹が当日行けなくなり、ひとりで参加しました。ひとりで参加するのは心細かったですが、ガイド・スタッフの皆さんがとても温かく対応してくださったので、ひとりでも充分楽しめました。本当に感謝しています。
ツアーの内容も充実していました。船上でいただいたマラサダ・BBQランチは、とてもおいしかったです。ウミガメに何度も会えましたし、いい思い出になりました。
ただ、行った時間がちょうど満潮だったようで、サンドウォークではなくサンドスイミングになってしまったのが残念でした。つま先がやっと届くかどうかという感じの水位でした。次回は、満潮の時間かどうか調べてから参加しようと思いました。
でも、満潮だったことも含め、本当に貴重な経験ができました。
ハワイに行く人にぜひぜひお薦めしたいツアーです。

This tour is an essential activity every time I visit Hawaii. There’s nothing quite like seeing dolphins and swimming with them; it’s so healing. However, this time, for the seventh visit, there were no dolphins... The sea was indeed quite rough, and it wasn’t a situation where the dolphins or turtles could relax.

During the cruising, the staff really tried to lift our spirits more than usual, but it was still disappointing. It seems that the dolphins headed to a completely different location from where they usually are, and the captain mentioned that it would be difficult to chase after them once we received that information due to time constraints. I understand that they are wild animals, and it’s beyond anyone's control, but is it really that difficult to catch information about dolphin movements every day before setting out?

A friend who was seeing dolphins for the first time was also very disappointed, but we agreed that maybe it was a chance to say, "Come back to Hawaii again!"

Next time, we’ll be waiting for you, dolphins!

こちらのツアーは、渡ハの度に欠かせないアクティビティです。イルカを見て一緒の海で泳ぐ、こんなに癒されることはありません。しかし、今回、7回目で初めて、イルカがいない。。。確かに、海はうねりが強く、イルカもカメも落ち着いて休める状況ではありませんでした。
クルージング中は、いつも以上にスタッフが盛り上げてくれましたが、やはり、残念に思いました。朝から、いつもとは全く異なる場所にイルカたちは向かったようで、その情報が入ってから追いかけることは時間的に難しいと、キャプテンから話がありました。自然の生き物ですから、仕方がないことは承知していますが、毎日、イルカの動向の情報をキャッチしてから、船を出すことは難しいのでしょうか？
今回、イルカを見るのが初めての友人も、とても残念がっていましたが、「また、ハワイにおいでよ」と、チャンスをくれたのかもね！と、納得しました。
次は待っててね、イルカさん。

As someone who loves the ocean, I find that I don't have enough time to enjoy both the beach and the town together, so I make it a point to separate my days into beach days and town days.

At the beach, I can fully enjoy myself with items like mats and snorkeling sets provided. Additionally, since tour buses cannot access Lanikai, I recommend renting a bike. For just an extra $10 on this tour, you can rent a bike right there. In the morning, I had a pleasant ride to Lanikai and enjoyed snorkeling at the beach!

It seemed like it was one of those rare days with great weather, and I was able to see the ocean's colors more beautiful than ever before. The waves were almost nonexistent, and I had so much fun that I didn't want to leave the water.

In the afternoon, we returned to Kailua for lunch. You can choose between a plate lunch or pizza. We opted for the plate lunch. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't choose from a variety of options since it was a set meal. The taste was just okay—nothing to get too excited about, although I wasn't expecting much. Considering the time it takes to think about and go buy something, it was at least passable.

In the afternoon, I relaxed and enjoyed the ocean again in Kailua until it was time to leave. I will definitely use this service again when I want to enjoy the beach. I prefer the shuttle service because I can just relax and sleep, rather than using The Bus. I think it would be nice if lunch wasn't a set meal and offered more choices.

海が大好きな私は、ビーチとタウンを一緒に楽しむには時間的に足りないので、毎回、ビーチの日、タウンの日と、分けて楽しむようにしいています。
ビーチで遊ぶには、ゴザやシュノーケルセットなどがついているので、存分に遊ぶことができます。また、ラニカイには、現在ツアーバスは入れないので、自転車がお勧めです。このツアーでも、＄10プラスするだけで、その場で自転車を貸してもらえます。午前はラニカイまで心地よくツーリング＆ビーチでシュノーケルを堪能！
この日は、年に数えるほどの良いお天気だったようで、これまで以上に美しい海の色を見ることができました。
波もほとんどなく、海から出ることができないくらい楽しみました。
午後は、ランチをいただきにカイルアへ戻りました。ランチは、プレートランチか、ピザ、どちらかを選べます。私たちはプレートランチにしました。セットになっているため、いろいろ選べないのが残念でした。お味も、こんなものか~。（期待はしてはいませんでしたが。。。）考えたり、買いに行く時間を考えると、ましかな？のレベルです。
午後は、カイルアで、のんびりとまた海に浸かり、時間まで楽しみました。
また、ビーチを楽しみたいときには利用します。
送迎付きは、寝ててもOKなので、ザ・バスを利用するよりも、私はすきです。
ランチはセットではなくてもいいかな？選択できたらよいと思いました。

It was my first snorkeling experience in a while. I encountered a turtle! When I swam at Papohaku Beach on the Big Island, I also swam all the way to the waves, and this was the second time during this trip. What a memorable journey it has been! Right now, I'm reminiscing while listening to Hawaiian music. I will definitely go again.

なんと亀さんに遭遇です。
ハワイ島のパプナビーチで泳いだときも波打ち側まで泳いでまして、今回がこの旅の最中で２回目でした。
なんと記念に残る思い出の旅だったことか。
今、ハワイアン聞きながら思いでに浸ってます。

I was able to enjoy the sea.

Even after the meeting time had passed by 20 minutes, the other participants were also feeling anxious. The bus driver only spoke English, so the apology was in English. I could understand it somehow, but I think others might not have been satisfied…

The sandbar is shallow, but the sea is beautiful. While snorkeling, I encountered a sea turtle up close! It was moving! After snorkeling, the staff kindly provided warm drinks and helped wash off the salt from our bodies, which was great! I would like to participate again.

海を堪能出来ました
集合時間20分過ぎても来なくて、私たち以外の参加者の人たちも不安がってました。バスの叔父さんは英語しか話せないのでお詫びも英語。自分は何とか聞けたけど他の方々はちょっと納得出来ないかな……と。

サンドバーは浅瀬ですが海は綺麗です。
シュノーケルは自分は潜ってたら間近にウミガメがいました！感動しました！
シュノーケルの後スタッフの方々の親切な気遣いで身体が温まる飲み物提供や身体についてる塩を流してくれたりでよかった！また参加したいです

We participated as a couple with our 8-year-old son. We were very excited to swim with the dolphins multiple times and see them up close. It was reassuring to have a guide from Japan, which made us feel safe participating. The guide was flexible and adapted to the dolphins' situation, allowing us to fully enjoy our time.

夫婦と８才の息子とで参加。何度もイルカと泳ぎ、間近でみることができて大変興奮しました。また日本の方がガイドなので安心して参加できます。イルカの状況によって臨機応変に対応されていたので、充実した時間を満喫することができました。

I participated with two friends. It was my first time in Hawaii, and I only booked the flight and hotel, so I was looking for optional tours and found this one. They picked us up by car at the hotel and contacted us the day before for the pickup. Since it was just the two of us that day, they moved the tour time to the morning. Our guide was Japanese, which made it easy to talk, and I was able to hear a lot of interesting information. When we arrived at the location, we received an explanation and entered the beach. We were able to put our valuables in a box that the guide brought and lock it up, which made me feel secure. We received our snorkeling sets and headed into the ocean. They taught us how to swim and enter the water first. It was my second time snorkeling, while it was my friend's first time, so I appreciated the thorough explanation. I wasn't very good at swimming, but they adjusted the pace to match my ability, which made me feel at ease. We moved through the beautiful sea while looking for fish, and time flew by. Unfortunately, we didn't see any turtles, but I was satisfied because we saw various fish. I think it's recommended for those who are not used to snorkeling or are visiting Hanauma Bay for the first time (＾_＾).

友達2人と参加しました。ハワイは初めてで航空券とホテルのみとっていただけだったので、オプションツアーを探していて見つけました。ホテルまで車で迎えにきて頂き、前日にピックアップの連絡もホテルにくださいました。その日は私たち2人のみということで、ツアーの時間を前倒しして午前にしてもらえました。日本人のガイドさんだったので、話しやすく、いろいろとお話が聞けました。現地に着くと説明を受けてビーチに入りました。貴重品はガイドさんが持ってきているボックスの中に入れて、カギをかけてもらえたので安心でした。シュノーケルのセットを受取りいざ海へ。最初に泳ぎ方、入り方などを教えてもらいました。私は2回目、友達は初めてのシュノーケリングだったので、丁寧な説明がありがたかったです。私は泳ぎが苦手だったのですが、泳ぎの程度に合わせて進んでくださるので安心でした。キレイな海をお魚を探しながら進んでくのであっという間に時間がすぎました。残念ながらカメには会えませんでしたが、いろんなお魚たちが見れたので満足でした。シュノーケリングに慣れて無い方、ハナウマ湾初めての方にはオススメだと思います（＾_＾）

It was a beautiful day with great weather, and the color of the sea and the scenery were wonderful. I was happy to see sea turtles in various spots. However, the sandbar was a bit disappointing because the water level was above my waist due to the high tide. The snorkeling was fantastic, as I got to see many different fish and corals, so I was very satisfied! The staff were incredibly kind, and my nearly 80-year-old mother, who was initially scared, also enjoyed herself. Next time, I would like to participate during low tide. Thank you!

とても良いお天気で、海の色も景色も素晴らしい日でした。海ガメのスポットでは、あちこちで姿を見ることが出来て良かったです。
ただサンドバーは、満ち潮だったので腰以上の水位で、ちょっと残念！シュノーケリングは、色々な魚達も珊瑚もたくさん見れたので大満足でした！スタッフの方達がすごく親切で、始め怖がっていた80近い母も楽しんでいました。次回は、引き潮時を狙って参加したいと思います。ありがとうございました！

I thought it would change a lot depending on the weather. However, since we definitely can't go on our own, I think it's a good idea to use tours like this. Everyone was very kind, so I would like to use it again.

Unfortunately, the sandy beach didn't appear as beautifully as I hoped, but the clarity of the sea was amazing, and I was very satisfied with the beach volleyball and snorkeling! I have many wonderful photos and memories now!☆

残念ながら砂浜はきれいに現れてくれませんでしたが、海の綺麗さは最高で、ビーチバレーやシュノーケルもでき大満足でした！素敵な写真と思い出がたくさん増えました☆

I was satisfied that I could go to the western sea, which I couldn't visit on my own, and swim with dolphins. However, the snacks were a bit disappointing. They took a lot of photos, and I thought about purchasing them later, but it was 5,000 yen for email attachment or CD-ROM! They also mentioned that it was a graduation album with about 300 photos of other people included. I didn't really need that many. Everyone else seemed to buy it, though. I would have definitely purchased if they had printed just one photo of the two of us for 20 dollars. Also, the staff's energy was high throughout, so I thought it might be a tour aimed at younger people.

自分では行く事ができない西の海に行けてイルカと泳げたので満足はしてます。ただ軽食がしょぼいかな・・。あと写真をいっぱい撮ってくれていたので後で購入しようと思いましたがメール添付ｏｒＣＤＲＯＭでなんと５千円！！それも卒業アルバムだと名し他の人の写真も入って３００枚ほどあるとの事。そんなにいらないんだよなぁ～と思いました。他の方はみんな買ってましたけどね。二人の写真を１枚プリントしてくれて２０ドルとかなら全然買うのに～と思いました。
また終始スタッフさんのテンションが高いので若い人向けのツアーかなぁ～とも思いました。

The sandbar itself was wonderful, but unfortunately, the weather was drizzly... There's nothing we can do about that. The guide was Japanese, so I felt comfortable participating. Even my wife, who usually gets motion sickness, didn't feel sick, so I think that's reassuring as well.

This time, I participated in the Hanauma Bay snorkeling tour with a veteran guide <snorkel mask, transportation included, Japanese guidance> with a friend! Since another group canceled at the last minute, we were able to enjoy a private experience! Our guide, Dan, was very funny and kind, and I feel like I enjoyed it ten times more than other tours (laughs). They provide everything you need, including snorkels, lifeguards, fins, and mats, so you can join with just a swimsuit! At first, I was nervous and couldn't swim well, but Dan helped me by pulling me along. It was my first time in Hawaii, and Hanauma Bay was truly beautiful; I was constantly amazed! The stunning blue sea, colorful fish, and the long-awaited sea turtles!! I got to see them come up for air right in front of me twice! So moving! They took a lot of photos, which I was able to save from Facebook! It was truly a satisfying tour! Next time, I would like to try diving!

今回、ハナウマ湾　ベテランガイド付きシュノーケリングツアー　＜シュノーケルマスク・送迎付き・日本語案内＞に友人と二人で参加させていただきました！もう一組の方たちが急遽キャンセルということで、貸し切りで楽しめました！ガイドのダンさんがとても面白く優しい方で、他のツアーより１０倍楽しめました気がします(笑)シュノーケル、ライフガード、足ひれ、ゴザ等必要な物は全て貸していただけるので、水着一枚で参加オッケーです！ 最初緊張していてうまく泳げなかった時も、ダンさんが手を引っ張って泳いでくれました。初めてのハワイだったのですが、ハナウマ湾はほんっとうに綺麗で、ずっと感動しっぱなしでした！綺麗なブルーの海、色とりどりの魚、そして念願のウミガメ！！２回も目の前で息継ぎするところを見れました！感動！写真もたくさんとっていただけて、Facebookから保存出来ました！本当に大満足のツアーでした！次回はダイビングをお願いしたいです！

The sea was incredibly beautiful. I wish we could have spent a little more time by the ocean. The staff really got everyone excited, making it a fun memory. I definitely want to go again.

The sandbar was submerged up to my knees and didn't appear, but the scenery was beautiful, and I had fun swimming with turtles while snorkeling. I also spotted many turtles from the boat! The staff were cheerful and kind, and the handmade hamburgers for lunch exceeded my expectations in taste. I definitely want to revisit the sandbar for a second chance. There were many young people, but it was a friendly and enjoyable tour for all ages.

サンドバーは水面がひざ上まであり現れませんでしたが景色は美しく、シュノーケルで亀と泳ぐ事が出来たので楽しかった。船の上からも沢山の亀を発見！スタッフも明るく親切でお昼の手作りハンバーガーも期待以上の美味しさでした。サンドバーはぜひ再訪してリベンジしたいです。若い人が多いですが、どんな年齢にも優しく楽しいツアーです。

The best excursion of our trip!! Dolphin Excursions staff are very educated and professional. Keep the customer in mind.

I had an amazing day that exceeded my expectations! First of all, our guide, Julie, was truly wonderful and great at getting everyone excited, which raised our spirits even before we saw the dolphins! Unfortunately, there was a boat from a dolphin protection organization that day, so we couldn't swim with the dolphins, but we were still able to see many wild dolphins up close, which was very moving. (I've heard that days when you can't swim with the dolphins are quite rare, so don't worry.) We also got to see a baby dolphin swimming, which was even more touching. After that, we enjoyed snorkeling. You can rent a wetsuit for $10. Even those who can't swim can definitely give it a try. The atmosphere on the boat was fun throughout the day, making it a very fulfilling experience. I will definitely participate again!

予想以上に素晴らしい1日を過ごせました！まずガイドのジュリさんが本当に素敵な方で、盛り上げ上手なのでイルカを見る前からテンションが高まりました！実はこの日、イルカを保護する団体の船？が出ていたのでイルカと一緒に泳ぐことは残念ながら出来なかったのですが、それでも生で野生のイルカを沢山見ることが出来てとても感動しました。（これが理由でイルカと泳げない日はめったにないそうなので安心して下さい）また、赤ちゃんイルカが泳いでるのも見れて、更に感動でした。その後はシュノーケリングを楽しみました。ウェットスーツを10$で借りることが出来ます。泳げない子も全然挑戦できます。船上でも、始終楽しい雰囲気作りをして下さっていたので1日が大変充実していました。また絶対参加します！

A large bus came to pick us up at the designated spot at the hotel just after 9 AM, and it seemed that our hotel was the first stop. While stopping at several hotels, we had to wait a long time in front of the last hotel for a group (number of people unknown) that was not visible. We left the last hotel around 10:15 AM and arrived at the boat dock just after 11 AM. It was great to experience snorkeling for the first time, but there was no sandy area as mentioned on the website, and the water depth was only about knee-high. The boat staff were nice people.

朝の９時過ぎに大型バスがホテルの指定場所に迎えに来て、我々のホテルが１番最初のようでした。いくつかのホテルを廻りながら最後のホテル前では１組（人数は不明）だが、姿が見えずに長時間待たされた。最後のホテルを出たのは１０時１５分くらいで、船乗り場に着いたのは１１時過ぎだった。初シュノーケルが体験できて良かったが、ＨＰに出ていたような砂地はなく水の深さはひざ下くらいでした。船のスタッフはいい人でした。

From start to beginning, these guys were amazing. Their personalised service and knowledge of all that surrounded was second to none. We were a group of 7 and were all paid equal attention. The free sailing after playing with the turtles was just mind blowing. Will definitely use these guys when next in Hawaii and recommend to anyone. Brilliant !!!!

I used this for my honeymoon.

I was anxious because I'm not a good swimmer, but they kindly taught me, and I was able to enjoy it easily.

Above all, I had a great time thanks to Dan's fun talks. His Japanese is also very good.

I was able to see sea turtles up close, and there were so many beautiful fish that I was moved! I'm really glad I participated in this tour.

Also, Dan took a lot of pictures and uploaded them to Facebook, so I received many beautiful photos!

I heard that Dan also offers diving tours, so I think I'll try that next time! This is truly a recommended activity!

私は泳ぎが得意でないので不安でしたが、すごく親切に教えて頂き、簡単に楽しむことが出来ました。

何より、ダンさんの楽しいトークでとても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
日本語もとっても上手です。

ウミガメも間近で見られたし、綺麗なお魚がたくさんいて感動しました！

We went to Sandbar for our honeymoon trip. It was truly beautiful, far beyond comparison to Waikiki Beach! The staff who guided us at Sandbar were all cheerful, and my shy husband seemed to have a great time. We were able to do a lot of turtle watching, and later we even swam with the turtles while snorkeling. I'm not a strong swimmer, but with the life jacket, fins, and snorkel provided, it's no problem for beginners.

If we have the chance to go to Hawaii again, I would definitely like to participate!

本当にワイキキビーチとは比べものにならない位綺麗でした！！
サンドバーの案内をして下さったスタッフの方もみんな明るく、人見知りな旦那も
とても楽しそうでした。
ウミガメもたくさんｳｫｯﾁﾝｸﾞ出来ましたし、その後のシュノーケルでもウミガメと一緒に泳いだりしました。
私はかなづちですが、ライフジャケットと足ヒレ、シュノーケルがあるので
初心者でも問題ないです。

ぜひまたハワイへ行くことがありましたら、参加したいです！！！

Vessel - was clean and in great condition. was nice to sit in the nets in front or on the main passenger holding.
guides/skipper - so lovely, friendly and informative!
snorkelling equipment - neat, clean
snacks and drinks - adequate snacks provided, resonably priced drinks for sale
snorkelling - Awesome for turtle lovers like me. I saw so may honu and a few dark coloured fish!! no colourful fish, so if that's what you're after, this isn't the tour for you.
overall - I came to see turtles and I saw turtles :) it was a grewat bonus to sail around the ocean for a while.

The tour guide, Mr. Dann, who has a Japanese wife, speaks fluent Japanese. Usually, there are about 4 to 8 people on the tour, but on the day we participated, it was just the two of us. After enjoying the beautiful sea on the Big Island, I honestly didn't have high expectations for Honolulu (sorry, Mr. Dann), but we were able to see turtles and were very satisfied. It was a bit scary for amateurs to keep swimming, but we were guided a little further out and could fully enjoy the ocean.

We swam for about an hour on our own, but for those who are not confident in their swimming skills, Dann will pull you along. The visibility on the day we went wasn't great, but I recommend it for anyone wanting to see beautiful waters in Honolulu. The package includes round-trip tickets to the beach, a snorkeling set, snacks, water, a mat, and management of valuables. Above all, you can download the photos taken with a GoPro for free on Facebook, so you don't need to bring a camera.

During the car ride to and from the location, he shared recommendations for delicious restaurants and other spots in Honolulu. Even if you can't swim, it's much prettier than Waikiki Beach, and just relaxing there is worth it! ☆

ツアコンは日本人の奥さんがいるMr.Dann、日本語ペラペラです。
いつもは4〜8人程いるそうですが、参加日は我々2人のみでした。
ハワイ島で綺麗な海を満喫したあとのホノルルでしたので、正直期待していませんでしたが(Mr.Dannごめんなさい)、カメにも会えましたし大満足でした。素人では泳ぎ続けるには怖い、少し沖の方まで案内してもらい海を満喫できました。
私達は自力で1時間程泳ぎましたが、泳ぎに自信のない方は、ダンが引っ張っていってくれるそうです。
行った日は透明度はイマイチでしたが、ホノルルで綺麗な海に行きたい方にはオススメです。

Great.. The turtle cleaning was awesome. The crew on the boat could have been more personalable. But everything was great!
