The sandbar was incredibly beautiful and I was moved! We were blessed with great weather and got to see a large honu, creating wonderful memories! The guides were also very kind and easy to talk to, which left a great impression! I bought a sea band (anti-nausea band) here, and I really recommend it for those who are prone to motion sickness. I have a weak vestibular system that makes me dizzy even on airplanes, but wearing this band made the boat's swaying and even the return flight completely comfortable without any nausea!

We participated in the tour on June 24 with five people. Although the pickup was early in the morning, the staff's fun talks and the detailed explanations of the tour were appreciated. Once on the boat, the captain and the friendly crew naturally brought smiles to our faces. We swam with dolphins at the two locations they guided us to, and both times we encountered dolphins, which was an emotional and thrilling moment. We also saw sea turtles several times at the surface. This was my first dolphin tour, but thanks to the enjoyable guidance from the staff, as well as the boat burgers and hula dancing, we had a wonderful time. If I come to Hawaii again, I will definitely join this tour without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Dolphin & You.

All the participants were Japanese as well, and they were all cheerful and friendly, which made me feel even more at ease!

The one-hour ride was never boring thanks to the lively talk from our guide, Julie (a cheerful Japanese woman). The weather was great, the boat was stable, and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the west coast of Hawaii. I got to see plenty of dolphins, turtles, and tropical fish, which was thrilling and moving!

I have participated in similar tours several times, but thanks to the good weather, this time I saw the most beautiful sea I've ever seen. The snorkeling was a bit murky, but there were plenty of fish, and I was able to see turtles, which was great. Since I joined the morning session, there was a light meal included, but it was a buffet-style, so the amount was more than just a light snack! The bone-in short ribs were incredibly delicious! Also, turtles came to swim in the shallow waters, and I was able to see them up close. I want to participate again!

The staff at Captain Cruise were all very fun, and they willingly took photos for us. The beautiful sandbar, turtle watching from the boat, and snorkeling were all so enjoyable! I did get sunburned, though! (laughs) I'm not a strong swimmer and was anxious about snorkeling, but they let me practice at the sandbar, and since I was wearing a life jacket, I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind! Thank you very much!

This was my second time at the sandbar. Unfortunately, the tide was lower than last time, and the sandbar didn't appear. However, I was able to enjoy activities like beach volleyball. The cruise staff were lively and created a great atmosphere, making it a fun cruise. The lunch was delicious too!

My husband and I were first time snorkelers. Dan picked us up promptly from our hotel and we had a lovely drive to Hanauma Bay. Dan explained everything to us and was very professional. We snorkeled at our own pace, but Dan and his wife were always watching to make sure that everyone in our group was safe. We were lucky enough to see four turtles as well as other fish. All necessary gear was provided. I highly recommend this tour!

In short, I felt that there wasn't much point in paying a high price to go unless it was during low tide. Therefore, it's best to check the tide schedule in advance before participating. This time, the shallowest spot was about 30 centimeters deep. The weather was very sunny, the sea was beautiful, and I was able to meet some sea turtles, plus the food was really delicious. I was very satisfied with that part (^^).

As for snorkeling... the deeper areas weren't very clear. I could see some fish, but...

If you expect too much from the sandbar mentioned in the guide, you might be disappointed, so it's better to do some research before joining. As for the weather, it's all about luck, luck, and more luck.

I participated with my 5-year-old daughter and dad!

We were picked up early in the morning from a nearby hotel, and our guide, Julie, was so energetic and fun. I learned a lot of interesting facts about dolphins.

I thought I could swim, but then I realized I had never swum in the ocean with a current before. At first, I couldn't really take care of my daughter, but Julie helped watch her, and gradually I was able to use the fins and keep up (sweating a bit).

We encountered dolphins three times, with as many as ten at one point. I brought an underwater camera, but the professional photographer dove down for us and was great at getting close to the dolphins and sea turtles. So, instead of floundering around, it might be wiser to pay about $50 and enjoy being photographed, then buy the professional pictures (since you'll want them anyway).

Anyway, Julie was great at keeping us entertained, and my daughter was totally into it, even participating in the final diving competition. It became a wonderful memory!

5歳娘とパパと三人で参加しました！

早朝に近くのホテルから拾ってもらい、テンション高いジュリさんのガイドっぷりも楽しく、イルカの豆知識も勉強になりました。

泳げるつもりでしたが、考えたら潮の流れのある沖で泳いだことはなく、娘の面倒を最初はほとんど見る事が出来なかったけど、ジュリさんが娘を見てくれ、徐々にフィンを使って進めるようになり何とかついて行けました（汗）

イルカには3回遭遇出来、多い時で10頭でした。水中でも撮れるカメラ持参でしたけど、プロのカメラマンさんは潜ってくれますし、イルカやウミガメのそばに行くのも上手なので、バタバタする位なら、50ドルほど払いますが、写される事を楽しんで、プロの写真を買った方が賢明かもしれません。（どうせ、欲しくなりますから）

とにかく、楽しませるのが上手で、娘はすっかりノリノリで、最後のダイビング大会も参加する始末。
良い思い出になりました！

Our shuttle time was for 9am and we’re were picked up at 8:59am in a 12 person van. It only took 20 minutes to get to the bay but then we had to wait for 15 minutes just to park and get out. Our drivers name was Diogo and he was super friendly and nice to look at too lol :) After being fitted for our gear we walked to the entrance and paid our $7.50 per person over 13 years to get in and watched a 10 minute video about the history of the bay. It’s a little ways to walk down to the bay and can be tiring to walk back up after snorkeling but they offer shuttle service for $1.25 each way or $2.50 for the day. Take the shuttle. At first, the ceremony right after departure made us, as a shy couple, a bit anxious, but the cheerful communication at just the right distance quickly warmed our hearts. By the time we started singing, there was a sense of unity within the team!

When it came time to meet the dolphins, we were lucky to encounter them right away! Within about five minutes of departure, we jumped into the sea and met the dolphins immediately!

After that, we followed the instructor's directions and swam playfully like children, chasing the dolphins. I was so excited to see those adorable dolphins!

Afterward, we returned to the boat for a commemorative photo! The team was united, and there were many honeymooners among us, making the group photo while saying "Welcome, newlyweds!" a lot of fun!

Next, we changed snorkeling spots! This time, we encountered sea turtles, which was truly moving! Personally, I found the turtles even more touching! Their cuteness was number one!

As we were heading back to the port, a pod of dolphins appeared as if to say goodbye, which was heartwarming.

私的にはカメの方が感動！
愛らしさはNO１でした！

その後、港に戻ろうとすると、まるでお別れを伝えに来たかのように
イルカの群れが現れ、胸がジーンとしました。

その後は帰りのバスで爆睡（笑）
半日とは考えられなくらいの感動体験！

The water level was about halfway up my shins, but by the end, it was up to my chest, so it really depends on the timing. During snorkeling, I wore a life jacket, so even though I couldn't swim, I was able to float properly. However, the area where we could see the coral suddenly became deep, and I got scared and decided to stop. They quickly came to help me with a boat, which was reassuring. The food was delicious, and I was satisfied that I could play in the sea during my free time.

I accidentally dropped my GoPro while snorkeling and thought we wouldn't be able to retrieve it. However, two days later, the travel company we participated with contacted our hotel and delivered the GoPro to us. I was truly surprised and grateful.
