Easy enough for beginners, with incredible nature

The guides who helped us set up were very polite and helpful, let us know where to go to see the most fish, and we had an amazing time snorkeling around coral, fish, sea cucumbers and then we even saw two sea turtles right next to our kayak, which was a highlight of our vacation. highly recommend

Such a great time! Played volleyball and then had some burgers. Totally recommend!! Was able to swim the reef three times. Saw so many turtles and even some eels. Loved the crew and had a blast. Would totally do again.

This was the first time for us to snorkel as a family. It was wonderful! The guides made sure we got somewhere where we were sure to see turtles. They were extremely helpful and fun! We will definitely be doing this again!

Worth every penny, We will be doing this again when we return to the islands. The crew was friendly, interactive with everyone, and also very caring and attentive to the folks that didn’t have their sea legs. The day we went, we swam with 3 spinner dolphins, and some bottle nose, then on the way to the coral reef we saw a pod of over 500 dolphins. The snorkel, slide, paddle board spot was rad as well, legit like diving into a nature film. Getting to see a sea turtle in nature was just an amazing end to an already awesome day! To the crew and cpt. Mahalo for such a great adventure!

Seniors, couples, solo travelers, even kids --- would like this tours to experience the sandbar and snorkeling (turtles and school of fish... love it!!!) The company even brought floaties and paddle boards for you to use for free!!! My mom got scared of the snorkeling part so she didn't do it but she still enjoyed the boat ride and the sandbar! It was a nice experience for the rest of my family and I... we saw many tortoises and swam with them. I recommend trying Captain Bruce Tour!

This was an amazing thing to do. Staff was awesome , friendly and very helpful. We had an absolute blast!!!!! Recommend this for sure as a must do. Outside of the scooter we got to swim/snorkel with a sea turtle which was outstanding. Thank you for the adventure.

This experience was amazing and the crew even better. Got to see three sharks, and although my heart was pounding I felt shockingly safe and had a great time. The Crew of the Honu Lani was great. Jimmy, the Captain gave clear and informative safety briefing and also snorkeling recommendations. He was very professional and his crew was EVERYWHERE! They were at the stern when we got in and out of the water, at the bar serving beverages, putting out lunch, in the water when we were snorkeling. Crew was Andrea, Alek, Marco and another girl interviewing for a deckhand job. They were all great! Andrea was so nice and helped the passengers nonstop the entire cruise. Alek is the man, (I think Bernie Sanders is his Dad). A friend of mine jumped off the side of the boat and her iWatch came off. This Cat (Alek) jumped in like David Hasselhoff and came up with it on the first dive down. I think he was more surprised than we were, it is a big Ocean. Marco was nice also, sorry guy, did not talk to you much.
Overall, great cruise. 95% great because of the crew!

3-Hour West Coast Dolphin Watch & Snorkel Cruise, Lunch, Drinks & Transportation

This excursion was okay at best. Though we were able to see dolphins, which was lovely, the snorkeling was blah. First the company took us south along the island, versus out into the ocean, and guided us snorkeling right by a power plant on the shoreline. There were some pretty fish, maybe 3-4 different species. The coral was not colorful; they informed us that is typical for Hawaii. Friends we have that live on the islands state there are beautiful coral reefs, you just need to know where to find them. Apparently, this company does not know where to find these reefs. The catamaran ride was just lovely, but that's it. Again, nothing special. The crew were fine when talking to us as a group but not one-on-one. Then they seemed guarded and annoyed. I would not recommend this excursion.
