Ride to the ship was ok. Getting onboard was good. Overall food on deck 2, roast beef menu was subpar. Not good enough to want seconds. Wife and I felt this excursion was way too long. Especially being on the water got boring and we love the water. Sorry but the entertainment was that exiting. We were just counting down the minutes to get off the ship. The staff was nice and accommodating but the overall feeling of wanting to stay on the ship died off after the first hour on board.

I've been to Hawaii countless times, but this was my first time on the S Honolulu. I was surprised that my wife was so thrilled with it. She mentioned that she wants to go again next time. The meal included salad, a whole lobster, filet steak, and fruits & cheese… and we even got a commemorative photo that turned into a beautiful photo book instantly. The total cost for two people, including tips, was about 58,000 yen, but I felt it was worth it and not too expensive. So, I will participate again. Thank you very much.

The view from the ship was wonderful, and I would recommend it if you just want to enjoy the cruise, but the food was lacking. I opted for the all-you-can-eat buffet course, but the taste was disappointing. The desserts were overly sweet due to too much sugar. The cocktails also felt a bit stronger than expected. You shouldn't have high expectations for the food.
The cruise goes up to just before Diamond Head and then turns back, but I wish they could have gone a little further beyond Diamond Head.

During our trip to Hawaii to celebrate my husband's retirement, we participated in this optional tour. The course dinner on the luxury cruise was incredibly delicious, and the live performance was very exciting. The sunset sinking on the horizon was beautiful. I had a truly wonderful time.
I participated in the 3-star course, and the food was as amazing as I expected.
My husband and I are a senior couple who struggle with English, but the lady at the next table kindly explained everything, which was really helpful.
The staff's service was excellent, and towards the end, everyone on the boat came together and had a great time doing the YMCA. I had studied it on YouTube, but thank you for a truly wonderful time.
I definitely want to use your services for my next trip to Hawaii.

It's always a fun cruise no matter when you join, but for dinner, the previous two times had all-you-can-eat crab, while this time it was only a lobster course. I have my preferences, and I still think crab was better. However, the variety of events this time was the best. I wondered if it was due to a lack of staff because of COVID-19, but we had two extra drinks, lobster, steak, and various other foods, which left us feeling full. It became a great memory.

I attended with my parents. We enjoyed various genres of music, shows, and night views. My mother was struggling with preparing the lobster, but the staff skillfully handled it for her. They were very pleasant. We ended with everyone getting excited over "Y.M.C.A."

We did this cruise 41 years ago and it was just amazing then and spectacular now! The steak and lobster with the attentive crew made for a flawless experience! The main singer carried your spirit to the best times. We also loved the smooth jazz music Finally the Hawaiian dancers made us feel like true Ohana ❤️

I participated in the Hilton fireworks on Friday. Since I had children with me, I made a reservation that included transportation. I was grateful that a Japanese explanation video was played on the shuttle bus. During the cruise, the staff were friendly and spoke to us, even though we don't speak much English, and there was a show, so we had a great time without any dull moments. The buffet food was average; I still think Japanese food is the best. If there's another opportunity, I would like to try the course meal as well.

I had participated before, but this time I brought along a 3-year-old and a 5-year-old, making a total of 10 people for the 3-star experience. The children were very excited to be on a big boat. However, the meals were the same as the adults', which were too large for them to finish. I think it would be great to have child-friendly meals available.

On Fridays, you can enjoy fireworks launched weekly from the Hilton, so I made a reservation from here.

On Fridays, the departure is at 5 PM and the return is at 8:30 PM, which is one hour longer than on other days.

The main dishes include a whole boiled lobster and steak. The lobster was plump and delicious, and the steak was tender.

You can eat the lobster using an opener yourself, but I think it's better to ask the staff for help without hesitation.

After departure, you can see Waikiki and Diamond Head on the left side, and the sunset from the right side towards the stern.

Before the fireworks, the ship will turn around and return to its original course, so you need to be on the right side to watch the fireworks.

People start gathering about 30 minutes before the fireworks, so I think it's a good idea to start securing your spot after eating a bit.

花火の前に本船は反転して元来た針路に戻るので、花火を見るときは右舷側にある必要があります。

花火の30分前くらいからどんどん人が集まるので、ある程度食べたら場所取り開始するのがいいと思います。

ダンスショーなどもあり、スタッフも明るく楽しかったです。

The experience was great! The food was good and the service great. We did the 3-star dinner and it was so much fun. We did the private table upgrade, which is worth the extra cost. Also, pay a little extra to have them pick you up with their shuttle service. Overall, we highly recommend this experience!!!
