Bus was half hour late. Received email half hour before our pick up time moving our pick up to a different location which created confusion for about 11 of us waiting to be picked up at original pick up site- our hotel! Very frustrating with no apologies. Very poor.
One of the finest place to learn the history about Pearl Harbor. Just no words: beautiful memorial and harbor. Bought the tickets in advance and the process was quick and easy to access. Had a great time so will be visiting it again shortly.
This was my first time participating. It was rewarding to not just watch it in videos but to actually visit and experience it. They also had various souvenirs for sale, which was great.
