Our Tour Guide, Jon, was an outstanding storyteller and kept us entertained with background, legends, history and personal observations of the stops on the tour. He was treated us as Ohana and made sure we had water and juice, delivered our lunches to us, checked that every one was comfortable. At the waterfall trail, my knee acted up so I found a shady spot to wait for my husband. Jon had rented a scooter to go down to the waterfall to check on everyone else. On the way back Jon insisted I use the scooter to return to the bus. I nominate him for employee of the year.

The tour was fun, but the high waves in Waikiki and the simple life jackets that resembled airplane life vests seemed difficult for my 7-year-old child for snorkeling. We were able to see sea turtles while snorkeling, and it was enjoyable to sail out with the yacht's sails up. It might be fine for children who are strong swimmers and accustomed to snorkeling.

They knew where our problem areas were and we walked out like brand new people. Don’t hesitate to book this experience… as soon as we left we booked another one before we leave to go home.

I was recommended Hanauma Bay as a great spot in Hawaii by a friend, but I learned that reservations are required for entry. Since I can't drive, I was looking for an all-inclusive plan and found this tour.

I had only snorkeled once before, so I was a bit anxious, but the small group and the attentive guidance in Japanese made it a wonderful experience. I was really happy to see sea turtles!

Hanauma Bay has more waves than I expected, so while floating, my body was swaying, and I was glad I took motion sickness medication. (There were others who got seasick as well. I tend to get motion sickness easily, but thanks to the medication, I had no issues at all.)

I heard that it's difficult to reserve entry tickets for Hanauma Bay, so I'm really glad I booked this tour considering that aspect too.

友人からハワイのおすすめの場所としてハナウマ湾を教えてもらいましたが入場に予約が必要とのことで、車も運転できないので全て込み込みのプランを探しておりこのツアーを見つけました。
シュノーケルは一回しか経験がなく少し不安でしたが、日本語で少人数で丁寧に進めてもらい、ウミガメも見ることができて本当に良かったです！
ハナウマ湾は思ったより波があるので、浮いている間に身体が揺れるので酔い止めを服用していってよかったです。(波酔いしてしまっている方もいました。自分もかなり乗り物酔いしやすいですが、薬の服用のおかげで全然問題なかったです)
ハナウマ湾の入場チケットは予約困難らしく、その点も含めてこのツアーを予約してよかったなと思います。

The staff members are amazing, and the food was delicious, but it would have been perfect if there were more play equipment! The staff doesn't go down to the sea, so it feels like you have to enjoy it on your own. However, the boat was beautiful, there were plenty of fish, and we even got to see turtles, so it was a lot of fun!

This is a tour I wanted to go on for a long time. Since going individually with THE BUS takes a lot of time, I decided to join this tour.

Upon arrival, I received a tour explanation in Japanese, and during the waiting time, I was able to see horses and take photos.

The movie location tour was great as we traveled while enjoying the magnificent mountains from the bus. It was nice to take pictures with dinosaur bones used in Jurassic World.

The Kaneohe Bay cruise was smooth without feeling seasick, and there was no splashing of seawater (those who don't mind getting wet can sit at the front), allowing us to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea.

However, the explanations were in English, so I couldn't understand much. Also, since I was seated at the very back of the bus on the return trip, it was too cold, and I felt like I might catch a cold.

We had a great transportation to and from the boat. The driver was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the area.I loved being able to snorkel, swim and just be on the platform. There was musical entertainment on the boat, which was nice on the way to and on the way back from the sandbar. The crew made everything fun and made sure that everyone was safe. I would do it again, for sure, and maybe next time I will have the courage to try the stand up paddle board.

I had high expectations for the movie location tour, so I felt it was just okay and wasn't particularly moved. However, I was impressed by the breathtaking views during the jungle exploration tour, especially since I didn't have high expectations for that. It's all about not expecting too much!

They will first teach you how to stop, start, and turn left and right, but since the horses are intelligent, they will walk and stop on their own without much input from you. Once you start, you won't get off the horse, and you'll ride in a line for a solid two hours or more through the great outdoors. The horses are equipped with bags where you can store drinks, so it's possible to drink while riding. Additionally, taking photos with your smartphone is allowed, so you can capture the beautiful natural scenery while riding. In Japan, you can't have such a long horseback riding experience, so I'm really glad I participated.

The most perfect day ever. Captain Robin was beyond amazing and hannah was so lovely. The whole experience was a 10/10 it was my favorite day on the trip. I was with a party of 6 and the attention to making sure we all had a great time was so amazing. The snorkel was so ethereal we saw so many turtles and fishes. The sandbar activities were so fun. I mistakenly thought this was a plan to kayak in Kahana Valley. The actual content only allows for renting kayaks in Kailua. We had to transport the kayaks to Kahana Valley ourselves, and since we didn't have a rental car that could accommodate them, we gave up on kayaking in Kahana Valley. The staff was very kind, and instead of kayaking, we rented E-bikes and explored the Kaka'ako area. While we should have looked more closely at the reservation details, I think many people might misunderstand based on the title and illustrations. It would be appreciated if there was a note stating that only kayak rentals are available.

It was a fun experience to fully enjoy nature! However, the guide only spoke English, so I couldn't understand anything and couldn't enjoy it to the fullest. Although the sand dust flew around and made my face completely black, it was an experience that you can't have in Japan to ride through while looking at the sea and mountains on a buggy.

Our hotel was called Ilikai, and it was a bit far from the meeting place at the Sheraton, but we appreciated the adjustment to gather at the Hilton Hotel five minutes earlier. Additionally, the locals spoke a little Japanese, which made us feel at ease. Since it was late August, there were only two other families besides us participating, so we were able to enjoy the tour bus comfortably. The local facilities were not crowded, and it turned out to be a day that the whole family could enjoy.

The show is amazing.

The show was great. It highlights the cultures of different Polynesian groups. We sign up for a tour guide inside the cultural center. It helps us schedule our activities for the whole day stay over there. The tour guides are students from their university. They are amazing. I can recommend this tour for families. The dinner buffet is sumptuous.
