The service was good, and the food was delicious. The pineapple brulee for dessert was especially exquisite. During the meal, there is usually live music playing, so you might find it a bit difficult to have a conversation.

I went on the 5-Star cruise. I made a reservation with the Celebration Plan (guaranteed window seat) and paid for it, but I was booked under the regular plan. While the manager was confirming my reservation, I couldn't eat the food in front of me for about 30 minutes after being seated. In the end, it turned out that the reservation from VELTRA to Star of Honolulu was under the regular plan, and I was treated as such until the end. I never expected something like this to happen. I'm very disappointed.

Also, it seems that the shuttle bus got caught in traffic, so by the time we arrived, dinner had already started, and other guests who arrived earlier were enjoying their meals.

I thought there might be a separate entrance for the 5-Star guests, but there wasn't anything like that. We all lined up at one entrance to board the ship.

The schedule mentioned that there would be a welcome reception by the captain on the exclusive deck on the top floor for 5-Star guests, but there was nothing of the sort. We were just guided to line up and proceed into the ship.

The food wasn't particularly delicious; it was average. It was mentioned that the meat could be cut with a fork, but it was more like something you could manage to cut with a knife.

I have been to Hawaii several times, and regarding the Hilton fireworks, I've seen them from various places, but sitting on the beach south of the Rainbow Tower is the best spot. Watching the fireworks from the cruise ship was an experience, but since it was from a distance, it lacked impact.

Additionally, guests from the lower deck were casually coming up the stairs to the 5-Star deck. There was a rope at the top of the stairs, but they seemed to know how to unhook it to get in and then rehook it. These were regular guests, not staff.

I was considering this might be my elderly mother's first and last overseas trip, so I regret spending a lot of money and time on this optional tour. I hope this review can be helpful to someone.

5スターで行ってきました。
セレブレーションプラン（窓際席確約）で予約し、その分の金額も支払いましたが、通常のプランで予約されており、あちらのマネージャーに予約したプランの確認をしてもらっている間、席についてからも30分ほど、目の前の料理を食べることができませんでした。
結局、VELTRAからスターオブホノルルへの予約が通常プランだったそうで、最後まで通常プランとしての扱いとなりました。
こんなことが起きるなんて、思いもしませんでした。非常に残念で仕方ありません。

また、恐らく送迎バスが渋滞に巻き込まれたせいで、私たちが到着した頃にはすでにディナーは始まっており、先に着いていた他のお客さんは食事を楽しんでました。

乗船する際に5スター用の入口でもあるのかなと思ってましたが、特にそのようなものはなく、大勢で列に並んで一か所の入り口から乗船しました。

5スターだと「最上階の専用デッキでキャプテンによるウェルカムレセプションがある」というスケジュールが記載されていますが、そんなものは一切ありません。列になって船内に進むように案内されました。

料理も、特別おいしいものではなかったですね。普通です。お肉がフォークで切れるという記載がありますが、ナイフでがんばって切れるぐらいの感じでした。

私自身は何度かハワイに行ったことがあり、ヒルトンの花火については、いろいろな場所から見てますが、レインボータワーの南側のビーチに座って見るのが一番ですね。
クルーズ船から花火を見れたことは一つの経験にはなりましたが、遠くから見ることになるので、全然迫力はないです。

それから、下の階のお客さんが、普通に5スターのデッキに階段を上ってきてました。一応階段を上がった先にロープがありますが、手慣れた感じでフックを外して入って、またフックをかけてました。スタッフの方ではなく、一般のお客さんです。

年老いた母を含めた、最初で最後の海外旅行だろうと考えてましたので、このようなオプショナルツアーに大金と時間を使ったことが残念で仕方がないです。
誰かの参考になればと思い、口コミを残します。

All the activities were so fun. The LIVE music was GREAT! Had soooo much fun. Definitely recommended!!!!!! Staff was super friendly.

From the beginning the crew made us feel completely comfortable. The trip out to the sandbar was relaxing yet exciting at the same time as we looked back upon the shoreline admiring the greenery that the island presented. The sandbar was just breathtaking!!! It was so amazing to think that we were standing in the ocean on a beach....crazy! The cruise around afterwards presented not only some sea turtles, but two large schools of manta rays feeding on the surface.
Overall trip was completely enjoyable and we plan on bringing all of our friends and family when they visit!!!!
On a side note, parking is extremely difficult in/on the marina, so just park on the side of the highway (everyone does) and it's just a short walk to the boat.
Make this one of your excursions when you visit!!!!!

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was my first visit to the Kani Ka Pila Grille. The atmosphere is very enjoyable. We went as a group of four and ordered different dishes to share, and everything was delicious. The desserts were also large and tasty, which made us very satisfied. However, since our seats were behind a pillar, we couldn't see the performance at all. After finishing our meal, we moved our chairs to a spot where we could see and enjoyed the show. This is definitely a place I would consider visiting again.

ハワイは何度も来てますがカニ・カ・ピラ・グリルは初めて行きました。
雰囲気はとても楽しいです。
四人で行きましたので食事も違う物を注文してシェアしました、どれもとても美味しかったです。
デザートも大きくて美味しくて満足。
席が柱の後ろだった為に前の演奏は全く見えませんでした。
食事が終わってから椅子を見える場所まで移動させて楽しみました。
次も行く可能性高いお店でした。

This is my fourth time using this service, and each time I have had a wonderful experience that has never let me down. While sailing, we encountered a huge rainbow that connected 180 degrees, and afterwards, we all cheered and celebrated wanting to see it again. It was the best experience.

今回４度めの利用ですが毎回期待を裏切らない素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。セイリング中１８０度つながる大きな虹に遭遇しその後もう一度と皆で歓声を上げて喜びました。最高の体験でした。

The crew was wonderful! The musicians were amazing! If you don't have time to try different water activities on your trip, this is a great way to hit a lot of them. We were able to SUP, kayak, swim, lounge, and snorkel (the sandbar reef actually had quite a few different types of fish to see and since it is so shallow, it is a lot easier to snorkel here). They provide life jackets for all the activities and snorkel gear. We also did the banana boat and bumper activities and it was quite the adrenaline rush. For banana boat, they grouped us with two other pairs of people so we filled up the banana boat (holds 6 people), which made it more stable but half of us still fell off. It was very fun and quite an experience. There is definitely enough time to try everything. Their boat is pretty big so very stable and not likely to induce seasickness. They have two women's bathrooms, one men's, and one changing room. They provide donuts and water/juice but you can also bring your own food/drinks. There are plenty of tables and shelf storage underneath so your items aren't on the floor and won't get wet. Overall, a great time!

The team at Captain Bruce were very nice and accommodating and made it an overall really nice experience. This sandbar cruise was me and my boyfriend's favorite activity that we did during our visit. I liked that there was an option for transportation, so that made it easy to get to and from the destination without having to worry about directions and parking. Our driver was friendly as well and pointed out different local sights in different languages so that everyone could understand as well. There were many different groups of people and the crew made it comfortable for everybody to feel included. They provided drinks and snacks, and on the boat ride to the sandbar they gave some educational facts about the area and we saw turtles and other wildlife as well. When we got the the sandbar, there were plenty of paddleboards and floaties for us to use and we had more than enough time to enjoy the water. We got lots of pictures, had fun in the water and the views were great. I could tell that the others also had a fun time snorkeling too. On the way back, our driver even stopped for us to get some dessert as well. This would be an enjoyable experience for anybody, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

We had so much fun. The crew were friendly and helpful. The fireworks were great. A perfect start to our Hawaiian holiday.

Amazing cruise, had a lot of fun with friends. Dance performances are really good. Not many food options for vegetarian/vegan people. I think they can even improve the quality of non-vegetarian food.

The crew was wonderful. The Japanese photographer, Minako, and everyone were kind and worked hard to find dolphins and turtles so we could swim with them! It was the best!

We signed up for the basic course for two people and enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling. After kayaking, we went snorkeling, but since I'm not comfortable in deep water, I thought it would have been better to borrow a life jacket. It was also fun to travel by bike to the snorkeling spot. Since it was a self-guided course without a guide, I felt a bit anxious, but I was grateful that Natsue, a Japanese staff member, kindly assisted us, so we were able to enjoy ourselves without any issues. I hope to participate again next time and challenge myself to kayak a bit further and hopefully encounter a honu (sea turtle).

女2人で基本コースを申し込みカヤック、シュノーケルを楽しみました。
カヤック後にシュノーケルをしましたが深いところが苦手なのでライフジャケットを借りたら尚よかったなと思いました。
シュノーケルは自転車で移動したのも楽しかったです。　
現地集合ガイド無しコースだったので少し不安がありましたが、日本人スタッフのなつえさんが親切に対応してくれたので困る事なく過ごすことができてよかった、感謝です。
次回も参加してカヤックで少し遠くまでチャレンジしホヌにも出会えたいいなと思います。

We arrive at the park in time for the opening. The shuttle car is very cold. It's chilly.
Drinks inside the park are expensive, so let's bring a water bottle or a plastic bottle. There are hydration spots at the restaurant.
Interacting with the dolphins can get you somewhat wet as they splash water around. I think the price is reasonable.

開園に合わせてパークに到着します。送迎の車はクーラーガンガンです。寒いです。
パーク内で飲み物は高いので水筒やペットボトルを持っていきましょう。レストランに吸水スポットがあります。
イルカとのふれあいはイルカが水をバシャバシャしてくるのでまぁまぁ濡れます。
値段的にはまぁまぁかなと思います。

The hotel provided transportation, the weather was great, and there was a Japanese guide, which made me feel safe and it was the best experience. The beauty of the ocean was incredible, and I was able to see several sea turtles. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!!

I was very satisfied. The morning plan was fully booked, so I went in the afternoon, but since the hotel pickup time was at 10:45, I had plenty of time to prepare. The briefing before departure was initially done in English by the local staff, and then they switched to a very fluent Osaka dialect, which was amusing. All the crew members were women, very kind, and eager to show us the sea turtles. It was reassuring that there was a crew member who could speak Japanese. I was able to enjoy as much SUP and snorkeling as I wanted. The sea was beautiful. On the way back, the bus stopped at Leonard's, and I was able to buy malasadas.

午前プランがいっぱいで午後になりましたが、ホテルピックアップ時間が1045なので余裕で準備ができました。
出航前の説明は現地スタッフが最初は英語で、その後コテコテの流暢な大阪弁でしてくれてkウケていました。
クルーは全員女性でとても親切でウミガメを見せてあげようと熱心でした。日本語のできるクルーがいるので安心でした。SUPもシュノーケリングも好きなだけできました。海はきれいです。
帰りのバスはレナーズに寄ってくれてマラサダを買うことが出来ました。

It was a very nice tour. It takes us out to the Kaneohe sandbar while providing live music entertainment. After arrival, we could choose to do a variety of activities including snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or just relaxing at a floating lounge. You will be able to see coral reef and fish there. Staff is there to help and supervise. You can leave your belongings at the boat. The good thing about being in the middle of water is that your belongings are safe. I recommend wearing some kind of footwear on the sandbar because the sand there could be a little rough. Overall a very nice way to spend a morning or afternoon. Time flew by fast.

I had been thinking about going to Kualoa Ranch for a while, and finally went with my mother.

It seems that if you sign up on-site, there are one-hour and two-hour courses available, but this tour was the two-hour course. The two hours flew by in no time. If you're going to do it, I definitely recommend the two-hour course.

You can explore every corner of the vast Kualoa Ranch and fully enjoy Hawaii's magnificent nature. We even got to drive among a herd of cows, which was quite fun.

They provided confirmations before boarding in Japanese, and the guide was friendly, taking videos and photos when we handed over our smartphones. My elderly mother was also thrilled, and it was a fulfilling day! I highly recommend it.

クアロアランチ、いつか行こうと思いつつなんとなく「また今度」になっていましたが、母と参加してきました。
現地申込み？だと１時間コースと２時間コースがあるようですが、こちらのツアーは２時間コース。
あっという間の２時間でした。
せっかくやるなら絶対２時間コースがよいです。
広大なクアロアランチの隅から隅を巡り、ハワイの壮大な自然を満喫できます。
牛の群れの間を走行したりもできました（これがなかなか楽しかった）。

乗車前の確認などは日本語でしてくれ、ガイドさんもフレンドリーでスマホを渡すと動画などの撮影もして下さいます。
高齢の母も大興奮の充実した１日でした！
とてもオススメです。

The fusion of hula dancing and rock shows. This is exactly the show I wanted to see in Hawaii. During dinner, a ukulele singer came right in front of us and sang "Forever and Ever" in Japanese, which was moving!

Many decades ago, I saw a Polynesian show, but I got a bit bored with the long hula dance and fire show. The heartfelt sound of the ukulele still lingers in my ears.

The subsequent Rock-a-Hula show featured wonderful dances and songs by impersonators of Elvis and Michael, along with hula dancing, fire dancing, modern dance, and zombie dance, showcasing a wide range of performances that captivated me. I was also impressed by the high level of the dancers!

And the best part was that I was in a VIP seat at the end of the stairs, so I got to shake hands with Elvis, which was exhilarating!! After the show, I was able to take photos with Michael and Elvis, creating truly enjoyable memories of my trip to Hawaii.

I am grateful to the staff for organizing such a wonderful event.

フラダンスとロックショーの融合。これこそがハワイで観たかったショーです。ディナー時、目の前にウクレレ歌手が来てくださり、（君といつまでも）を日本語で歌ってくださり、感激！
何十年も前にポリネシアンショーを拝見しましたが、長いフラダンスとファイヤーショーに最後は少し飽きてしまいました。心のこもったウクレレの音色は今も耳に残っています。
そのあとのロック・ア・フラショーは、エルビスとマイケルのそっくりさんによる素晴らしいダンスと歌に加えてフラダンス、ファイヤーダンス、モダンダンス、ゾンビダンスと幅広いジャンルのパフォーマンスが観られ、どれも引き付けられました。ダンサーさんたちのレベルの高さにも感服！
そして、一番嬉しかったのは階段端のVIP席だったので、エルビスさんと握手できて、大興奮！！
ショー後もマイケルさん、エルビスさんとの写真撮影をしていただき、ほんとにハワイ旅行の楽しい思い出になりました。
このような企画考えていただき、スタッフさんたちに感謝です。

Loved every moment! All of the crew was so helpful and kind, from the time we got on board and even with the water events (kayaking and paddle boarding). The musicians were top notch, such beautiful voices. Highly recommend and will definitely do this again.

I was very scared of heights, and wasn’t too sure I would make it through the activity. But we were a group of 12 including 3 of the staff and I must say the staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, friendly. You could really see they enjoyed what they do. They made us feel safe every step of the way. I’m so sorry I forgot their names, but everyone there was very welcoming. It was a 3 hour activity, 7 zip lines but we had a great time, we didn’t wanted to be over. Beautiful ocean and ranch view. I would go again. Really recommend for everyone.

The location is great, and it was just a short walk from the Sheraton. It's a bit hard to find since it's located at the back of the building. After taking the 90-minute course, my range of motion improved, and I was able to walk very lightly.

建物無いの奥なので、すこし分かりにくさはあります。
90分コースを受けた後は体の可動域が広がり、とても軽やかに歩けました。

We went from the airport to Waikiki, heading towards Kahala, and then counterclockwise to the North Shore, passing by the Dole Plantation and Pearl Harbor in that order. The piloting was from the ocean near Kahala to Pearl Harbor. It seemed like it wouldn't be a problem for those who don't speak English. I think it would have been even better if we could have flown around Diamond Head from the ocean side or if we could have pulled the control stick during takeoff. Seeing Hawaii from above at a low altitude is amazing.

空港からワイキキの街からカハラ方向へ抜けて反時計回りでノースショア→ドールプランテーション横→パールハーバーという順で回りました。
操縦はカハラの海上に出てからパールハーバーまででした。
英語が出来ないと思う人でも問題ないように感じました。
海側からダイヤモンドヘッドを回ったり、離陸時の操縦桿を引くところだけでも出来たら尚良かったと思います。
低い高度で上空から見て回るハワイは最高です。

I think it would have been perfect if the weather had been clear. It was cloudy and cold. The program and staff were very good. The hamburger was delicious, and the staff were kind. I was excited to play volleyball at the sandbar and to see the largest honu I've ever encountered while snorkeling. If I have the opportunity next time, I would like to use this cruise again.

晴れていれば最高だったと思います。曇っていて寒かった。プログラムとスタッフはとても良かった。ハンバーガーも美味しかったし、スタッフも親切でした。サンドバーでバレーボールをして、シュノーケルでは今までで一番大きいホヌに会えて興奮しました。次回機会があれば、またこちらのクルーズを利用したいと思います。

A couple in their 50s tried stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) for the first time. The instructor was kind and explained everything clearly, so we were able to move as we wished. My wife stood up right away. Although it seemed the wind was strong and the waves were high, we didn't mind since it was our first time and we didn't know any better. We had a great time. Towards the end, we were allowed to play around like we were surfing, which was really fun.

５０歳の夫婦初めてのSUP。
インストラクターが親切に分かりやすく教えてくれたので、思うように進むことが出来るようになりました。
妻はスグに立ち上がってました。
風が強く波が高かったらしく、少し難しい環境だったらしいのですが、はじめましてなので分からないから関係無し。とても楽しむことができました。
最後の方はサーフィンの要領で遊ばせてくれて楽しかったですよ。

I've been to Hawaii many times, but this was the most fun I've ever had.
Everything was explained in English, but I was able to understand the atmosphere, so it was fine.
The staff were very cheerful, and we all had a great time together!
Of course, enjoying the stunning views was amazing, but climbing, descending, and crossing everything was fun.

The zip line was the best!

何度もハワイに来ますが、過去一面白い。
説明は全て英語でしたが、雰囲気でわかるので大丈夫。
スタッフの方もとても明るく、みんなで和気あいあいと楽しむことができました！
絶景を楽しむことはもちろん、登ったり降りた渡ったり、全て楽しかった。

I felt reassured that the guide explained everything in Japanese from the start! The information about Dole Plantation and Haleiwa was detailed and informative, making it easy to explore!
