My husband and I participated together. I was worried since it was my husband's first time snorkeling, but the captain and the crew helped us by pulling the boat, allowing us to see the fish and corals clearly while swimming.

We also saw turtles. The snacks on the boat were delicious. Everyone spoke Japanese well and provided great support, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

旦那はシュノーケル初めてだったので心配でしたが、キャプテン達がボートで引っ張ってくださり、泳ぎながら魚やサンゴをしっかり見ることができました。

亀も見えました。船の上の軽食も美味しかったです。

I went stand-up paddleboarding at the sandbar. It was a lot of fun. After that, I went snorkeling. The last time I participated, we moved a bit further by boat, but this time we walked from the sandbar to a slightly deeper area. Unfortunately, there weren't many fish, which was disappointing. I preferred the previous location.

サンドバーでサップをしました。とても楽しかったです。その後、スノーケリングでした。以前参加したときは、船でもう少し移動したのですが、今回はサンドバーから歩いて少し深いところまで行きました。あまり魚はいなくて残念でした。前の場所の方が良かったなぁ。

The Crew was AMAZING. They were all nice, kind, and energetic. They helped with snorkeling, kayaking, and padddle boarding. The band was AMAZING. They were Friendly, entertaining, and great musicians. The Weather was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. Crew provided great snacks and drinks. Lots of fun, lots of memories.

I checked the low tide in Hawaii and participated in a tour at the time it was at its lowest during my stay. The tide goes out around 8:30, so I was picked up at 5:45. After picking up other participants in the city, we arrived at the sea before 8:00.

After boarding, we headed to the sandbar. The captain provided explanations in English, which were quite fast and hard to understand, but a female staff member explained in Japanese for the Japanese participants.

At the sandbar, we spent the first 45 minutes playing in the water on stand-up paddleboards. The water depth that day was about 20 cm. After that, we put on well-floated life jackets and went snorkeling along the coral reef. There weren't many brightly colored fish, but a turtle came close, although we were told not to touch it.

We returned to Waikiki before noon, allowing us to enjoy more activities like meals and the pool for half a day. On the boat, there was one spam onigiri, chips, and drinks available.

ハワイの干潮を確かめて、今回のハワイ滞在中で一番下がる時間を確認してツアーに参加しました。8時半頃に引くので、5時45分のピックアップでした。
市内の他の参加客のピックアップして8時前に海に到着しました。
乗船後、サンドバーに向かいました。キャプテンは英語の説明で、結構早口で理解しづらかったですが、女性のスタッフが日本語で日本人参加客に説明してくれました。
サンドバーについて、最初の45分はスタンドアップパドルボートでの水遊びでした。この日は20cmほどの水深でした。
その後、しっかりしたよく浮くライフジャケットを着けて、珊瑚礁に沿ってシュノーケリングしました。明るい色の魚は少ない状態でしたが、カメは触ってはいけないのですが、当たりそうなところに上がってきてくれました。
お昼前にはワイキキに帰るれるので、さらに半日食事やプールなども楽しめました。なお、船上ではスパムおにぎり1個とチップスとドリンクなどがありました。

There are a lot of amazing reviews, but I didn't find it to be that great.

Reason 1: "The boat is too small, and there isn't enough space to change or sit." Since this is a quite profitable tour, I wish they would use a bigger and more functional boat. Even when it starts to rain, if there are many customers, there isn't enough space for everyone to get under the roof.

Reason 2: "They don't lend wetsuits." Since we swim in quite deep water, I think they should provide wetsuits for safety. However, as mentioned earlier, the boat is small and there are no showers. Improvements are needed for both the boat itself and safety management.

The hamburger was similar to Mos Burger. It was tasty, but it felt pretty average.

The bus, like others have mentioned in their reviews, was cold. It would be nice if we could take our time changing on the boat, but the boat's restroom is cramped, making it difficult to change. There are no showers on the boat either.

The time we could swim was not very long. We saw turtles, but there weren't many fish. The sandbar wasn't as heavenly as one might expect, and it wasn't that stunningly beautiful.

Reason 3: The timing is too late. If they departed earlier, I think there would be more fish, but we arrive at the sandbar close to noon, so I believe the timing is too late. By the time we start snorkeling, the sea has already begun to get murky. It would be better to leave around 7 AM.

The guide (?), a Japanese woman, was very kind, but she was in a bikini from start to finish, which made me wonder, "Why?" The foreign female staff member was also in a thong bikini. She has a great figure, but I don't think it's necessary to be in a bikini the whole time (especially on the boat). Is the bikini style part of the service? That must be tough.

その理由1 「船が小さすぎて着替える場所も座る場所も十分ではない」ということ。かなり儲かっているツアーなので、もっとでかくて機能的な船にしてほしい。
雨が降ってきても、客が多いと全員が屋根の下に入れるスペースもない。

理由2「ウェットスーツは貸してくれない」
結構水深の深いところで泳ぐので、安全のためにもウェットスーツを貸してくれるべきだと思う。
だけど、前述のとおり船は小さいし、シャワーもついてない。船自体と安全管理について
の改善が必要。

ハンバーガーは、モスバーガーみたいでした。おいしかったけど、これもふつうかなという感じ。

バスは、他の人の口コミと同じように、寒い。なので、船でゆっくり着替えたりできると良いのですが、船のトイレは狭いので、着替えにくかった。船にはシャワーもついてない。

泳いでられる時間もそんなに長くない。亀はみれたけど、魚もそんなにいなかった。サンドバーも天国といえるほどではなく、そんなに感動的なほどきれいでもない。

その3　時間帯が遅すぎる。
もっと早い時間帯に出発すれば、魚もいるんじゃないかと思うけど、正午近くにサンドバーに着くので、これも時間設定が遅すぎると思う。シュノーケリングするころには、既に海はにごりはじめている。
７時とか出発にすれば良いんじゃないか。

ガイドさん（？）は、日本人の女性がとても親切でしたが、最初から最後までビキニで、「なんでかな？」と思いました。スタッフの外国人の女性もひもパンでした。スタイル良いけど、ずっとビキニでいる必要はないのでは・・・（特に船上）。ビキニスタイルもサービスの一環なのかな？　大変ですね。

The weather was unfortunately cloudy, but I was able to fully enjoy ocean activities like snorkeling, floating with a ring, and stand-up paddleboarding! During snorkeling, the captain pointed out a sea turtle hiding and sleeping among the rocks, and I was moved to see the turtle up close.
This was my mistake, but I didn't check the time for when the sandbar would appear, so I couldn't walk on the beach. Next time, I want to make sure to check the low tide time before participating!
Also, the staff's service was wonderful!! The spam onigiri and coffee they prepared were delicious!
However, we departed with two boats, one exclusively for Japanese guests and the other for non-Japanese guests. Personally, I believe that spending time with people from various countries is one of the great pleasures of traveling abroad, so it was disappointing that all the passengers were Japanese. That said, I think some passengers felt reassured to be among all Japanese guests, and on the Japanese boat, there was a staff member who was very fluent in Japanese, creating a comfortable environment for many! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

天気はあいにくの曇りでしたが、シュノーケリング、浮き輪、SUPで海のアクティビティを満喫できました！また、シュノーケリングではキャプテンの方がウミガメが岩間に隠れて寝ているところを教えてくださり、間近でウミガメを見られて感動しました。
これはわたしのミスですが、サンドバーが現れる時間を調べていなかったため、砂浜を歩くことはできませんでした。今度はきちんと干潮の時間を調べてから参加したいです！
また、スタッフの方々のご対応は素晴らしかったです！！用意してくださっていたスパムおにぎりやコーヒーも美味しかったです！
ただ、2隻の船で出発したのですが、片方が日本人のお客さんオンリー、もう片方は日本人以外のお客さんといった形で振り分けられており、個人的には様々な国の方々と同じ空間で過ごせることも海外旅行の大きな醍醐味だと思っているため、乗客が全員日本人の方だったのは残念でした。とはいえ、乗客が全員日本人で安心した方もいると思いますし、日本人号には日本語が大変流暢なスタッフさんがおり、多くの方にとって安心できる環境だったとも思います！素敵な体験をありがとうございました！

There was a live performance on the boat, which was enjoyable. During snorkeling, I was able to see many fish even in shallow areas, which was delightful. Since I had been in the water for a long time, it was cold on the way back on the boat, so I think it would be good to spend some free time in the sun.

船の中でもLive演奏があり楽しめました。シュノーケリングは足がつくところでもたくさんの魚を見られて満喫です。ずっと海に入っていたので帰りの船の中が寒かったので日に当たりながら自由時間を過ごされるとよいと思います。

Unfortunately, the sandbar didn't appear.
But the sea was very beautiful, and the activities were fun. The live band on the way there and back was really great.
I want to challenge myself to see the sandbar again someday.

We had such a great time on this snorkeling trip! It was very planned, the crew was polite, accommodating and very friendly and the lunch was delicious. Our whole experience was incredibly enjoyable. Word of advice to the future participants- listen carefully to the instructions before snorkeling and you’ll see a lot under the water. We saw many fish and a turtle. It was amazing!

There was something for everyone in our group of 11 people (ranging in ages from 3 to 68). Lunch was tasty, the crew was great, and everyone found things to enjoy. Booking was easy and the area is beautiful. We even saw a sea turtle swimming with us!! We definitely recommend this for other families.

The hamburger I had for lunch was amazing! I wasn't expecting much, but it was overwhelmingly better than the burgers around here!

A great place for small kids and adults due to shallow water. Good side excursions included with the price such as canoeing, paddle boarding, and snorkeling, but there's some waiting time for canoeing and paddle boarding due to limited availability.

Due to the price, I was debating whether to purchase this excursion for a family of four. I bit the bullet and purchased it; let me tell you, my experiences from the beginning to the end of the trip, it was magical. Just the drive to the location was a joy in itself, engulfed with the "aw" moment, witnessing the green mountains to the curvy roads. As we arrived at the boating dock, the instruction instructed us to check in near the deli Shop under the red umbrella. We were greeted by smiles and they quickly got us onto the boat after signing the waivers. The boat ride to Kaneohe Bay was worth it-the purchase included a simple breakfast (donuts, orange Juice, and water), live music (please tip the band), and the scenery was heavenly. The best part of this excursion was seeing my family enjoying every moment in the clear water, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The staffs were friendly educating us about the sea animals when we were snorkeling.

Overall, one of the best experiences ever. I would definitely do this again if I were to be in Oahu.

It's an activity in shallow water, so you can enjoy it without any worries. On the banana boat, I had to use all my leg and arm strength to avoid being thrown off, and I ended up with a bit of muscle soreness. I guess I'm not used to exercising. The fish were incredibly cute!

浅瀬でのアクティビティなので、不安無く楽しめます。
バナナボートは振り落とされない様に、脚力、腕力全開で、少し筋肉痛になった。日頃の運動不足だね。
お魚が最高に可愛かったよーーー

I used a private speedboat. The first half had bad weather and it rained, but thanks to Captain Kekko's consideration, we were able to spend our time comfortably. The weather improved in the second half, and we enjoyed snorkeling, making it a fantastic experience. I would like to use this service again.
P.S. I think choosing the right season is important. The low ratings are mostly in March.

貸切スピードボートで利用しました。
前半は天気が悪く、雨も降りましたが、キャプテンケッコーの気遣いもあり、快適に過ごせました。
後半は天気も良くなり、シュノーケリングも楽しめましたし、最高の体験をすることができました。
また利用したいと思います。

Went with a few friends & we had a good time! The music was great, crew was friendly & helpful, & we enjoyed the floating lounge. I wish inner tubes would have been provided to float in the water, but not a huge deal. Overall, would recommend!

This was my first time to Hawaii and I took my son and out of all of our excursions this was by far the best one hands-down! Each and everyone of the crew members were so friendly and helpful and made you feel as if you were at home on their tour boat and the music was a great touch. We have never snorkeled or used a paddle board before and this adventure allowed the most beautiful perfect safe spot for our first time. I have never been in water that beautiful and if you were nervous at all some of the crew even stays in the water with you in all the areas at all times. Just book this tour you will not regret it! Thank you for providing my son and I priceless memories that we will cherish forever.

The afternoon on the Kaneohe Sandbar was amazing!! There were so many choices of things to do : kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunning on the floating deck, or playing volleyball. The reef was filled with beautiful fish and the sand underfoot was smooth and soft. The crew was organized and efficient with each member per for their job effectively. But the icing on the cake was the live entertainment from two very talented musicians who played and sang as we rode out and back to the sandbar. It’s an adventure that I will book again when I return to the island!

Great experience for families. The water is not too deep for children. Maybe, above the knee.

Since I didn't check the tide, the water was about waist-deep. I recommend that those who go check the tide schedule, including high and low tides. I have no regrets as my goal was to enter the sea.

満ち引きを見てなかった為、腰くらいまで水がありました。行かれる人は潮の満ち引き、大潮小潮などを調べての参加をお勧めいたします。
自分は海に入る事が目的だった為、後悔はありません。

Such a fun and exciting experience. All the staff and crew were awesome and did an amazing job making sure we were enjoying ourselves.Totally enjoyed the music the band was playing and all the water activities. Altogether the experience with my family was such a great memory builder. Highly recommend this tour.

There were Japanese staff members, and I was able to hear the explanations in Japanese beforehand, which made me feel at ease throughout the experience. The sea was beautiful, just like in the photos. I would love to participate again if I have the chance!

I was supposed to be snorkeling at the sandbar by now, but I couldn't get picked up at the designated location. After struggling with the poor response from the tour company, I ended up wasting time and didn't want to inconvenience the other participants who were already there, so I reluctantly decided to forgo the tour.

Until now, I thought I didn't need the phone function on my smartphone as long as I had internet access, but without a public phone and not being a guest at the hotel where the meeting point was, it became an essential function for me.

It was already challenging to make a call without leaving the meeting point the tour company specified, and after waiting for 30 minutes, I had to ask the hotel reception if there was a public phone. Thanks to the kind receptionist, I was able to contact them using the hotel phone.

At that time, I was told to call a taxi using an app, and although I tried to download the app and request a ride, the poor internet connection caused repeated errors. As the meeting time approached, I had to sadly give up.

Even calling to inform them of my cancellation was a struggle, and in the end, I had to rely on the JAL Pack reception to make the call for me to complete the cancellation. For someone like me, who couldn't use the phone and has limited English skills, it was an exhausting two hours.

If the tour company had arranged a taxi when I contacted them, I might have been able to participate. If I could have communicated via LINE, they might have realized my situation sooner and come to pick me up. I have many requests now, but it was a painful lesson for me.

Today was the only day during my stay when the tide allowed me to see the sandbar, and it's unfortunate that I couldn't reschedule for another day. Both the tour company and participants need to consider how to properly handle emergencies.

本当は今頃サンドバーでシュノーケリングをしてたはずなのに、指定場所にピックアップに来てもらえず、ツアー会社に連絡したその後の対応の悪さに苦労した挙句時間を費やし、すでに現地にいる他のツアー参加者に迷惑をかけたくなかったので、仕方なく参加を断念しました。
今までネット環境さえあればスマホの電話機能なんて必要ないと思っていましたが、公衆電話もなく集合場所のホテルの宿泊者でもない私にとっては、必須の機能でした。
ツアー会社の言う集合場所から離れずに電話することがまず難関で、30分待って仕方なくホテルのレセプションで公衆電話があるかどうかを尋ね、親切なレセプショニストのおかげでホテルの電話で連絡させてもらえました。
その時にアプリかなんかでタクシーを呼んで現地まで行ってと言われて、アプリをダウンロードして配車を試みるも、ネット状況が悪くて何度もエラーに。そのうち現地集合時間が迫り、泣く泣く断念することに。
断念するとの電話連絡もひと苦労し、結果JALパックのレセプションに泣きつき、電話をしてもらってキャンセル連絡完了。
電話を使えず、英語も拙い私にとっては、クタクタに疲れた2時間でした。
ツアー会社に連絡した時にタクシーの手配をしてくれれば参加できたかも、LINEで連絡できたらもっと早く気づいてもらえてピックアップに来てもらえたかも。今はいろいろ要望もありますが、私も手痛い勉強になりました。
滞在期間中、唯一サンドバーにお目にかかれる潮位だった今日、他の日にリスケが出来ず残念です。
緊急時の対処がきちんとできるかどうか、ツアー会社も参加者も考えなくてはいけませんね。

I went snorkeling to see fish, and I was able to swim with a considerable number of honu (sea turtles)! The crew spoke Japanese, so I was able to enjoy the activity with peace of mind! One thing I felt was that changing clothes, which was optional, is actually a must. (It's cold to return on an air-conditioned bus in a swimsuit.)

魚をみるためのシュノーケリング目的で行ったのですが、かなりの数のホヌと一緒に泳ぐことができました！
クルーの方も日本語が通じたので安心してアクティビティを楽しめました！
ひとつ感じたことは、持ち物で任意だった着替えは必須です。(水着で冷房のきいたバスで帰るのは寒いです)

Thank you for the enjoyable tour. Everyone was very friendly and it felt great. I had a child with me, and they were very considerate, which was a big help. Thank you very much. However, I was a bit disappointed that the weather was cloudy and cold, and the tide wasn't fully out.

I participated with three senior members... I experienced kayaking and SUP for the first time, and I had a great time. The local staff were professionals at creating a relaxed atmosphere, and I never felt uncomfortable; I truly enjoyed being among the young people. While I'm still energetic, I want to challenge myself with many more activities. The return shuttle bus was really cold, so it's essential to have something to wear in addition to a towel.

カヤックにSUP、年甲斐もなく初めて体験しましたが、楽しく過ごせました現地スタッフの人達も場を和ませるプロで一つも嫌な気分にはならず、ホントに若者に混じって楽しませていただきました
元気なうちにまだまだやりたい事チャレンジしたいです。帰りの送迎バスはすごく冷え冷えで
タオルのほか羽織る物必須ですね。

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC time here! The staff was AWESOME and VERY FRIENDLY! We got too see two sea turtles too!! Such an amazing experience! We would recommend this for everyone- couples, families, solo travelers, etc.

Loved this Adventure. Large spacious catamaran. Love the live music. Greeted with smiles, donuts, and tang. Can’t swim? Never snorkeled? This is the place to experience these activities. Water level at the sandbar was knee high. Lots of fish to see hiding in the coral. Don’t know what you’re looking at? Ask the knowledgeable crew. Need a bit of excitement - ride the banana boat - that will wake you up! Highly recommend this adventure.

Our experience went amazing. We were worried about being close to the deep but the crew made everything safe and gave everyone clear instructions on dos and don’ts. The crew was really nice. The musicians were amazing. This whole experience was perfect!!
