It's the same every year and boring.
This year it was cold, and the sea wasn't blue.
I couldn't see any turtles at all.

There were too many people.

毎年おなじでつまらない。
今年は寒く、海は青くなかった。
かめもまったくみれなかった。

人数多すぎる

I participate every year as usual. This time, the ship's anchor was malfunctioning, and we were stranded on the sea for nearly an hour.

It might be popular, but it’s gradually becoming boring... I won’t go anymore. It’s always the same.

毎年恒例のように参加。
今回は船のイカリが調子が悪く1時間近く海の上で立往生。

人気かもしれないがだんだんつまらなくなる・・・
もういかない。
いつもかわりばえしない。

Maybe I was expecting too much. Since we went on a large bus and a big boat, there were a lot of people, and we had to line up for snorkeling, which made it difficult to move and we kept bumping into others. It was also disappointing that there weren't many fish; there were more at Waikiki Beach, haha. Snorkeling was hard because I didn't have fins, so it was tough to get around. Next time, I want to choose a different optional tour with a smaller group.

期待しすぎていたのかな。
大型バス、大型の船で行くので人が多くて、シュノーケリングも列で並んで進まないといけないし、人にぶつかるし、あまり魚がいないのも残念だった。ワイキキビーチの方が魚いた笑
シュノーケリングは足ヒレがないからなかなか進みずらかった。
今度は少人数での別のオプショナルツアーにしたいと思う。

Very experienced and friendly guides who were also very prepared with hot beverages and rain coats when it got cold and rainy. Showed us lots of sea life including turtles. Nice spread of snacks and drinks. Comfortable and clean boat. We enjoyed their conversation and everyone had a great time! We hope to do it again.

Entire family had a wonderful experience. The crew was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Plenty of time to enjoy the Kaneohe Bay sandbar and snorkel around the coral reef. Saw sea turtles and hand fed fish at the reef. They spent time teaching people who had never snorkeled before. And they provided all sizes of equipment from kids to oversize adults. Simple lunch of cheeseburgers with all the fixings, chips, bbq beans and fruit was plenty. Price was as reasonable as any other tourist activity on the island but a lot more fun.

I chose this plan because I had children with me, but there were so many people that it took a long time to get into the water, to board the boat, and for the snorkeling instructions. In total, we spent about 15 minutes actually in the water.

We snorkeled just a little off the sandbar, forming a long line with a large group, which made it difficult to move freely. The visibility underwater wasn't great, possibly due to the clouds, and because there were so many people, we quickly received an announcement to return to the boat, which ended the experience in about 5 minutes.

Since I usually do skin diving, I felt that this was not really at the level of snorkeling.

The point where we saw a turtle had good visibility and looked interesting, but we could only see it from the boat.

With a large number of participants and many people who seemed unfamiliar with the sea, those who usually enter the water themselves might find the waiting time too long and unsatisfying.

The boat was clean, large, and comfortable. There were also several types of drinks available during the trip.

子供がいたのでこのプランにしましたが、人数が多くて海に入るまでに
時間がかかり、船に上がるのにも時間がかかり、シュノーケルの説明にも
時間がかかりと、実際海に入っている時間はトータル15分くらいでした。

シュノーケルはサンドバーからほんの少しそれたところへ、大人数で列を
なして進み、自由に動けないのと曇りのせいか海中の透明度もよくなく、
また人数が多いせいか、すぐに船にもどってくださーいというアナウンスが
あり、5分程度で終わりました。
普段スキンダイビングをしているため、こちらはシュノーケルとはいえない
レベルの内容でした。

途中亀を見たポイントは透明度も高くて面白そうでしたが、これは船から見るのみ。

ツアー人数も多く、海に慣れていない人も多い様だったので
普段自分で海に入る人には、待機時間が長すぎて物足りないかもしれません。

船は綺麗で大きく、快適でした。
途中でもらえる飲み物も何種類もあります。

The tour was well-organized, and having a Japanese guide made me feel very reassured. We arrived at the sandbar about an hour after low tide, so the water was knee-deep, but instead, we were able to borrow snorkeling gear on-site and practice snorkeling before the main event. After that, we boarded the boat and moved to the snorkeling spot (the reef) to enjoy the actual snorkeling, but the time went by so quickly that I wished we could have stayed longer. Some lucky people were able to swim with sea turtles at both the sandbar and the snorkeling spot. Since the bus ride back was cold, I recommend changing clothes in the restroom (there are no changing rooms).

きちんとしたツアーで、かつ日本人のガイドさんもいたので、とても安心感がありました。
サンドバーは干潮から一時間後に到着したため、膝下ほどの潮の高さでしたが、代わりにその場でシュノーケリング道具を借りて、本番の前にシュノーケリングの練習ができました。
その後、船に乗りシュノーケリングスポット(リーフ)に移動して、本番のシュノーケリングを楽しみましたが、シュノーケリング時間があっという間で、もっといたかったです。
運が良い人は、サンドバーとシュノーケリングスポットと両方でウミガメと一緒に泳げたそうです。
帰りのバスが寒いので、トイレで着替えることをおすすめします(更衣室はありません)

The trip was EXTREMELY fun but if i had to change one thing, it would have been to actually swim with the turtles instead if just seeing them. Other than that the food was fresh, crew was funny, and it really is worth every penny!

The tour was enjoyable for a wide range of ages, from children to seniors. The snorkeling was disappointing as it wasn't a free experience; we had to swim in a line. Other than that, the friendly atmosphere created by the crew made it a very enjoyable time. Although it was early March and we were blessed with great weather, the water was quite cold, so I felt that some preparation for the cold was necessary.

ツアーの内容としてはお子様からご年配まで幅広く楽しめるものでした。
シュノーケリングは自由に楽しめるものではなく、並んで泳ぐ期待外れなものでした。
それ以外はクルーのフレンドリーな雰囲気でとても楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。
3月上旬でしたが、絶好の天候に恵まれたにも関わらず海の中はかなり寒かったので、寒さ対策が必要と感じました。

The colors of the sea were truly beautiful, with green in the shallow areas and a deep blue in the deeper parts.

At the place where we got off the boat, the water level was up to my waist, but it became shallower as we approached the sandbar, eventually reaching about knee height.

There were many participants, and we went out to sea on a two-tiered boat. Each group on the boat had a chance to snorkel while the other group enjoyed light snacks. The snacks included hot dogs and fruits, which were plentiful and delicious.

Since there was a family that was anxious about swimming, we lined up last for snorkeling. Because we were behind everyone, we heard someone in the distance say, "There’s a turtle!" but we couldn’t do anything about it. By the time we returned to the boat, there were people playing with floaties and boards around us, as well as others resting on the boat. I wasn’t sure if the free time was set for each boat, so I just rested for a while, but before I knew it, it was time to depart in about 10 minutes. It was disappointing not to have any time to play. If you want to play after snorkeling, it might be better to swim at the front of the group.

It seemed that we were the only group that didn’t see a turtle, and the captain, knowing this, kindly circled around a bit before returning to shore. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see the turtle, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness. On the way back, I handed the tip I had prepared to the captain.

During this time of year, the sun is strong, but the water temperature is quite low, so I recommend wearing a rash guard or a hoodie while swimming.

浅いところはグリーン、深くなっているところは濃いブルーと、海の色が本当に綺麗でした。

船を下りた場所では腰まであった水位がサンドバーに近づくほど低くなっていき、一番低くて膝くらいになりました。

参加人数が多く2層の船で沖に出ました。船ごとのグループで、1グループがシュノーケリングの間、もう1グループが軽食をとりました。
軽食はホットドッグやフルーツなど十分な量があり、美味しかったです。

シュノーケリングは、泳ぎに不安な家族がいたので一番最後に並びました。
皆より遅れていたので、遠くで「亀がいるよー」と聞こえましたがどうにも出来ず…。
船に戻った頃には、周りで浮き輪やボードで遊んでいる人と、船で休んでいる人がいました。
船ごとに自由時間が決まっているのかな？と、よくわからなかったのでひとまず休んでいたら、10分程で出発する時間になってしまいました。
遊ぶ時間が無かったのが残念です。シュノーケリング後に遊びたい方は先頭の方で泳いだ方がいいかもしれませんね。

グループで我々だけが亀を見れなかったらしく、それを知った船長さんが陸に戻るまでに少し付近を回ってくださいました。
残念ながら亀の姿は見れませんでしたが、気遣いが嬉しかったです。
帰りには用意していたチップを船長さんにお渡ししました。

この時期、日差しは強いですが水温が結構低いので、ラッシュガードやパーカを着て泳ぐことをお勧めします。

Unfortunately, it was cloudy. The weather had been nice until the day before, but it started raining at night, and even after getting on the shuttle bus, the mountains ahead were covered in clouds and the roads were wet. Once on the boat, I felt a chill. However, during the sea turtle watching, I was able to see them up close multiple times, and I even encountered a family of manta rays, which is a rare sight. If only the weather had been nice, it would have been perfect... (The next day was clear.)

あいにくの曇天。
前日までは天気が良かったのに、夜からの雨で、迎えのバスに乗ってからも前方の山には雲がかかり道路は濡れている。船に乗ってからは、寒さを感じるほど。
でも、ウミガメウォッチングでは、間近で何度も見ることができたし、めったに見られないマンタの家族にも会えた。
これで天気が良かったら、最高だったのに…（翌日は、快晴でした)

On the day of the trip, it was cloudy, so we didn't have the clear skies we hoped for at the sandbar, but considering the weather forecast predicted a "storm," we could say we were lucky.

We landed on the sandbar just after 11 AM (about an hour after low tide), and the water level was about knee-deep. After enjoying taking photos and playing water volleyball for about an hour, the water level rose to around mid-thigh when we returned to the boat. It's essential to check the tide levels in advance, as you can't land when it's close to high tide.

The BBQ hamburger for lunch was grilled on the boat, creating a great atmosphere and it tasted good.

During the post-lunch sea turtle watch, we spotted a few from the boat, but it was truly moving to see a large sea turtle swimming right below us during snorkeling. However, it was a bit cold.

The Japanese tour guide, Yukiko (I believe), was cheerful and very good at talking, and she was very kind, taking various photos of our family.

I highly recommend this tour.

当日は曇り空で、快晴のサンドバーとはいきませんでしたが、天気予報が「嵐」だったことからすれば、ラッキーと言えるでしょうか。
午前11時過ぎ（干潮時刻から約1時間後）にサンドバーに上陸しましたが、水かさはひざ下程度でした。小一時間ほど写真を撮ったり水上バレーボールを楽しんだ後、船に戻る際にはひざ上程度になりました。満潮に近いと上陸できないので、事前に潮位を調べておくことが不可欠です。
昼食のBBQハンバーガーは船上で肉を焼くので、雰囲気がよく味も良かったです。
食後のウミガメウォッチでは船上から数匹見つけましたが、その後のシュノーケルの際に大きなウミガメが真下を泳いでいて、とても感動的でした。でもちょっと寒かったです。
日本人添乗員のユキコさん（だったと思います）は明るくとても話し上手で、我々家族の写真も色々と撮ってくれるなど、とても親切でした。
おすすめのツアーです。

It was beautiful as expected, but it felt like the sea was a bit dirtier compared to the past! The boats were newer and more comfortable than before.

やっぱり綺麗でした、昔に比べたら少し海が汚れた気がしました！
昔に比べて、船が新しくなってて快適でした。

I signed up on-site at the last minute, but I received a confirmation email right away, which made it easy to plan. The crew was very lively, engaging with everyone and checking to see if everyone was having fun, which I thought was impressive. I felt motivated to participate again.

現地で急遽申し込んだのですが、すぐに予約確定のメールも届き、予定が立てやすかったです。
クルーの方々のノリもよく、全員に声をかけ、みなが楽しんでるか確認しながら進めていたので凄いなーと思って見ていました。
また、参加したいと思えました。

It seems that it was the rainy season, and the weather wasn't very good, which contributed to a less than satisfactory experience... When I saw it on TV, I thought it might feel like standing in the ocean, but when I got off the boat, I was submerged up to my chest in cold water, which was surprising and uncomfortable... If the weather had been better, it might have been more exciting... Perhaps the morning timing wasn't ideal either? The light snacks provided were just ham and cheese sandwiches and tortilla chips, which was a bit disappointing. Well, I wasn't expecting much in that regard, but still... During the sea turtle watching, I felt like I was peeking through gaps from behind everyone else, and I didn't even get to take any photos. It was disappointing, especially since I had high expectations.

時季的に雨季にあたるようで、お天気があまり良くなかった所為もあり、いまいちでした…テレビで見た時は、海の中に立っている気分なのかなという気がしてましたが、船から降りる時は胸まで水に浸かって、冷たいやら、ビックリで…お天気が良かったら、もう少し盛り上がったかも……時間帯も朝だったから良くなかったのかな？付いている軽食も、ハムとチーズだけのサンドウィッチとトルティーヤチップスだけで、えーって感じでした。まぁ、そこはそんなに期待していたワケではないですが…ウミガメウォッチングも、みんなの後ろから隙間を覗くようで、写真を撮るところまでいきませんでした。期待が大きかった分、残念でした。

The staff was great. If you get tired of kayaking they can tow you in. We snorkeled along some rocks. We saw a turtle and fish. It was nice to get out of Waikiki. The lunch was great too. One of the guides took pictures then shared them with us.

I would do this tour again.

On February 25th, I participated with my 6-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, and it was cloudy, so we couldn't see the blue ocean. The sandbar was about knee-deep for adults. We were able to encounter a few sea turtles. As for snorkeling... well, it was a bit disappointing with the overcast sky. However, we did see a few fish. My daughter struggled a bit during her first snorkeling experience. The BBQ hamburger we had on the boat was really delicious. I would love to participate again on a sunny day!!

Lastly, I want to thank a wonderful staff member named Yukiko, who took great care of my daughter. Thank you very much!

2月25日に、6歳の娘と二人で参加しました。
あいにくお天気が悪く、曇り空だったので青い海は見れませんでした。
サンドバーは、大人の膝上くらいの深さでした。
ウミガメは、数匹出会う事ができました。
シュノーケルは…やっぱりどんより曇り空では…。でも数匹のお魚は見る事ができました。
娘は、初シュノーケルでちょっと苦戦しました。
船の上でたべるBBQハンバーガーは、とってもおいしかったです。
晴天の日に、もう一度参加したいです！！

最後になりましたが、ユキコさんというステキなスタッフの方に、娘を色々と気にかけて頂きました。ありがとうございました。

We boarded a boat from the port and arrived at the sandbar after about 30 minutes! From above, the white area is the sandbar, so we were told that it was shallow enough to stand comfortably, and I finally understood what it was like when I saw it. I thought it looked beautiful from the photos and made a reservation, but I didn't expect it to be out in the ocean. Combined with the mysterious atmosphere, it was an even more wonderful place than I imagined! The barbecue lunch on the boat was delicious, and it was fun to see coral and manta rays.

港から船に乗り沖に出て30分位でサンドバーに付きました！上から見て白い所がサンドバー(砂洲)なので足が充分に付き浅いですよと説明を聞き、見て初めてどんなものか理解出来ました^_^;
写真を見て綺麗な所だなぁと思い予約しましたが、沖にあるとは思っていなくて、不思議な雰囲気とも相まって、想像以上に素敵な場所でした！船上の
バーベキューランチも美味しく、珊瑚やマンタも見れて楽しかったです。

On the way to the sandbar, I encountered many sea turtles during the sea turtle watching!

The day I went, the water depth at the sandbar was about knee-deep, which was just right. According to the guide, there are days when the water depth is shoulder-deep... I didn't go snorkeling, but I took a lot of photos and had a great time!

The surrounding scenery was also stunning, and I was truly impressed!

サンドバーに行く途中でウミガメウォッチングでは、たくさんのウミガメに出会えました！！

私が行った日はサンドバーの水深が膝ぐらいで丁度良かったです。ガイドさんによると、水深が肩ぐらいな日もあるとか。。
私はシュノーケリングには行かなかったのですが、写真撮りまくりで満喫しました！

周りの景色もとっても良くて感激でした！！

This was my second time participating. Last time I was pregnant, but this time I brought the child who was in my belly back then. I was a bit anxious about bringing my one-and-a-half-year-old, but they kindly lent us baby wetsuits and blankets on the boat for warmth, and everyone was very friendly, allowing us to enjoy as a family.

I walked to the sandbar holding my child. It was a manageable distance to carry them. Bringing a swim ring was a good idea; when I got tired of holding them, I let them float in it (laughs). We were able to see sea turtles up close, and my child was delighted. I was so happy when our family of three arrived at the sandbar.

Once we got out of the water, it was cold, so having a bath towel and a diaper change was essential. However, the bus back after getting off the boat was warm, making it comfortable enough for a deep sleep... it was so much fun!

今回が2回目の参加です。前回は妊娠中でしたが、今回はその時お腹にいた子供を連れて^ ^
1歳半の子供連れということで少し不安もありましたが、寒さ対策に船上でベビー用のウェットスーツや毛布を貸してくれたり、みなさん親切にしてくださって家族で楽しめました。
船からサンドバーまでは子供を抱いて歩きました。
抱っこしても無理のない距離です。スイマーバ持参で正解、抱っこ疲れたら浮かべてました（笑）
すぐそばで海ガメに会えて子供も喜んでました^ ^
家族3人でサンドバー到着したときは嬉しかったです^ ^

海から上がったら寒いのでバスタオルやオムツの替は必須です。ですが船を降りてからの帰りのバスは暖かくしてくれるので気持ちよくて爆睡…楽しかったです！

I saw a lot of sea turtles. The staff was amazing!! It was the best memory. I've been to Hawaii more than ten times, and I can't believe I didn't participate in this tour until now. I highly recommend it! Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the BBQ lunch, but I was surprised! It was delicious. Since it was a trip with three generations, it became a really wonderful memory.

スタッフも最高！！最高の思い出。
ハワイは１０回以上来ているのに、今までこのツアーにどうして参加しなかったんだろうと思ってしまいました。かなりおおすすめ！
正直、ランチのＢＢＱは期待していなかったのですが、びっくり！これまたおいしい。３世代での旅行だったので、とっても良い思い出になりました。

My sister and I did this activity and we had a blast. The team was amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we got on the boat.
We will be doing this again for sure!

I highly recommend the sandbar adventure if you're in Oahu. We were picked up close to our hotel. The bus trip was very comfortable and the tour guide was informative and entertaining. The sandbar was amazing! We were able to walk around and they also set up a net for those who are interested in playing volleyball. We had hamburgers for lunch with chips and bbq beans. The snorkeling was also enjoyable. We were able to see and swim with the sea turtles and tropical fish along the protected coral reef. The staff was so laid back and organized. I highly suggest bringing swim shoes, towel and extra change of clothing. There is a bathroom in the pier. We love it so much we are planning to do it again.

If you're coming to Hawaii, I think you should definitely go at least once!

天国の海最高でした。
ハワイに来るのであれば一度は行ったほうがいいと思います。！！

When we arrived at the sandbar, we only played in the sea, so it might be cold. However, they lend you wetsuits for free! I had a lot more fun wearing one. All the staff were really entertaining; they helped us ride the surfboards and kept us engaged with stories. The water level was a bit high, so we couldn't see the beach, but it was still beautiful.

During my visit, the wind was strong, and snorkeling was canceled, but instead, they showed us a lot of turtles. It was so exciting! Even if you can't do one activity, they will definitely make sure you have fun, so I think you can participate with peace of mind.

サンドバーに到着すると海で遊ぶのみなので、寒いかもしれないです。でもウェットスーツを無料で貸してくれます！借りたほうが思いっきり楽しめました。スタッフの方は全員すごく面白くて、サーフボードに乗せてくれたりお話しで楽しませてくれたりします。少し海面が高かったのか砂浜は見られませんでしたが十分綺麗でした。
私の回は風が強くシュノーケリングがなくなりましたが、その代わりたくさんのカメを見せてくれました。大興奮でした。何か１つできなくても必ず楽しませてくれるので安心して参加できると思います。

It was beautiful, anyway.
The BBQ was of higher quality than I expected, and I was surprised. I had a hamburger, and it was very delicious.
Also, all the staff were friendly, and I had a great time throughout the tour. While it can be affected by the weather, most tours and events in Hawaii depend on the weather, so even if you have concerns about the weather, I definitely recommend you go!

とにかくきれいでした。
BBQは思っていたよりクオリティが高くて驚きました。私はハンバーガーを食べました。とても美味でした。
あと、スタッフの方はみんなフレンドリーでツアー中はずっと楽しかったです。天候に左右されますが、ハワイでのツアーやイベントなんてほとんど天候次第なので天気に対する不安があっても是非足を運んでみて下さい！

The water was quite murky.
Snorkeling was a fun experience, different from usual.
Turtle watching was more enjoyable than I imagined.
Next time, I want to go when the sand is out.

I participated in March, and on that day, the guide mentioned it was colder than winter. Indeed, it was tough on the boat without something to wear over. Of course, the sea was cold as well, but I joined the snorkeling. Instead of snorkeling individually, everyone lined up and swam back and forth. With that many people, I suppose it can't be helped. Next time, I want to join on a day with better weather and also consider the tides. On that day, the water level was up to my knees.

3月に参加したのですが、この日はガイドさんが冬より寒いと仰ってました。
確かにボートのうえは、羽織る物がないと辛かったです。　勿論海も寒かったですが、シュノーケルにも参加。各自テキトーにシュノーケルではなく、みんな並んで列を作って泳ぐ→戻る。あれだけの人数がいたら仕方ないのかと思いますが。次回はもっと天気の良い日、また潮の満ち引きも考えて参加したいです。この日は膝した位まで水位ありました。

I couldn't find any areas of dissatisfaction; I think it's a very good tour. They speak Japanese, and both the pickup bus and the crew are easy to talk to. They also respond kindly to seasickness. However, the prices for motion sickness medication and GoPro rentals are a bit high (not compared to other companies).

不満な部分が見当たらず、非常に良いツアーだと思います。日本語は通じるし、迎えのバス、船員さん共に話しやすいです。船酔いにも優しく対応してくれます。ただ、酔い止め薬や、ゴープロの貸し出し値段はちょっと高いかな(他社との比較ではない)

I was fortunate to be surrounded by friendly staff, and I was able to visit the beautiful Heaven's Beach. It was a place I had wanted to go for a long time, and it truly was wonderful.

気さくなスタッフの方たちにも恵まれて、とっても幸せな天国の海に行くことが出来ました。天国の海には前から行ってみたくてやっと行けた場所が本当にすてきでした。
