I may not have confirmed everything in advance, but it was quite physically demanding. It's been years since I last went to the ocean. How many times have I gone snorkeling in my life? Given the situation, it's my own fault, but it was tough for someone in their 50s who isn't confident in their physical strength.

It seems that about half of the people were able to see the dolphins. With so many people, if you jump in later, the chances of seeing them decrease. If you're a good swimmer, you might be fine. My child and I weren't able to see them. My husband managed to see them, but he said it wasn't really swimming with the dolphins.

There weren't any impressive fish while snorkeling either. We didn't get to see any sea turtles. It's nature, so it can't be helped.

I've written mostly negative things, but the staff were really wonderful and their dedication was evident. That was a saving grace. Thank you very much.

It was my first time seeing dolphins up close like this. It felt like I was swimming alongside the dolphins with the Dolphin University boat, and I was able to be with them for a long time.

With the support of Minako, I was able to snorkel safely. I gradually got used to it and was able to move around on my own. Luckily, I also got to see a sea turtle, and I was able to experience everything.

My husband was a bit flustered during his first snorkeling experience and couldn't see the fish or the sea turtle, but he received constant support, so he wants to try again.

The slide afterward was intense and fun, but you have to be careful when sliding, or you'll end up swallowing seawater. I felt a bit seasick a few times when the boat moved quickly, but they kindly checked on me.

If I go snorkeling again, I think I'll choose Dolphin University.

Coral Crater Adventure Tour was a fun, challenging rope course that was tackled together by our friends - great bonding time, lots of moral support and encouragement provided to each other under the watchful eyes and tips provided by our wonderful guides Derek & Sky who made sure we were safe and provided rescues as needed! Made wonderful memories! Laughed a lot! Conquered fear of heights, fear of maneuvering the rope course with little upper body strength, etc. We all did it and had a fantastic wonderful time with with which great memories and stories are made from!

I arrived around 11 AM on a weekday. I took an Uber from the hotel. I only used Belta for the entrance fee. The tickets were prepared in advance at the ticket booth and exchanged for a voucher. Once inside, the luggage storage area was quite full in the shade. The slides were popular, but the wait was long, about 30 minutes. I rode about four slides, but I could have ridden more.

Since I went on a weekday, I didn't have any trouble finding a spot and had a great time. I was looking forward to the lazy river since I'm not a fan of the thrilling slides, but unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance on the day of my visit. The staff recommended the wave pool, but... There are many slides, but there's also a children's zone, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. It was helpful that Veltra provided explanations in Japanese regarding important points. It was also fun that they took care of the items that are not allowed to bring in.

Every attraction had a line, but the atmosphere was filled with cheerful laughter. Even though we were waiting in line, it wasn't the kind of waiting you experience at Japanese theme parks, so it was bearable even in the scorching sun. Both my son and I had a great time!

Diving into the deep blue ocean, known as the color of the Earth, allowed me to see fish and sea turtles in their natural state up close, which was a wonderful experience. We spotted dolphins from the boat, but perhaps because we had children with us, we didn't see them underwater. However, on our way back to the harbor, a large group of spinner dolphins swam alongside the boat and jumped for us! Minako, our Japanese guide with 14 years of experience, always responded to our concerns with a smile and quickly addressed any issues. This time the tour was delayed due to staffing issues: we didn’t have a captain and no one to take photos. The remaining of the tour was great once we got going, however the tour was cut short by 30 mins due to the initial delay, for 3 hours instead of 3.5 hours was described.

I have never enjoyed so many slides in one day, so it was really fun. Since it was a weekday, there were mostly tourists, so we didn't have to wait much and could enjoy ourselves!

One thing that concerned me was that the bus arrived 20 minutes late at the pickup location, and I couldn't get through on the phone during that time. It would be reassuring to receive an email if there are delays.

I have been on numerous snorkeling tours in various countries and many in Hawaii, but this was the most disappointing tour.
Reason 1: Despite enduring seasickness on a rocking boat, we went to a spot where there were hardly any fish. It was the worst experience ever. Everyone in my group, including myself, suffered from seasickness.
Reason 2: I anticipate a response like "it's nature, so..." regarding the above reason, but the accompanying photographer was terrible. While I was trying to take pictures of the kids, he constantly interrupted with his loud, cheerful voice, stealing their attention and my perfect timing. For me, who was looking forward to taking photos, he was nothing but a nuisance. Moreover, I was told that if I wanted the photos, it would cost $75. I understood this beforehand, but at such a high price, I would have declined all photography. Naturally, I didn't buy any, but until the very end, I was approached with "I'll give you a discount to $55..." This has led to an absolute negative evaluation of this company. They should have stated the price as $55 from the beginning and only taken time from those who wanted to take photos.
I was so disappointed that I wanted a refund, so the next day I went to a snorkeling spot accessible from land and was able to play with a thousand times more fish.
I applied under the term "limited number of monitor," but will I qualify?

返金を求めたいくらい残念だったので、翌日、陸から行くシュノーケリングスポットに行ったが1000倍の魚と戯れることが出来ました。
人数限定モニターという言葉で応募しましたが、対象になるのでしょうか？

The morning gathering was early, so my 5-year-old child looked sleepy the whole time, but when the dolphins appeared, he was completely absorbed in watching them in the water. I was a bit anxious about managing our valuables, but I was able to take care of them myself at the foot of the boat, so there was really no need to worry. There were times when Japanese speakers were available, so we had no language barriers, and the English staff were friendly, making it a fun experience. I recommend signing up for the photo package (up to 4 people for $79) because you won't need to bring a camera, and they will even take underwater photos for you. It was nice to have a credit card and some cash for tips. It might be a good idea to take motion sickness medication just in case. Our family, both adults and children, were fine, but I saw a few people who were really struggling with seasickness. Overall, it was a great experience that the kids enjoyed very much.

There were various pools, slides, and dynamic attractions, and it was so much fun. The sun was intense, and I got sunburned. My body was covered with a rash guard, but since my face got wet, I think the sunscreen came off. My feet, which were in sandals, also got quite sunburned.

When going to the attractions, I took off my sandals and lined up. Many people left their sandals at the starting point. Once barefoot, the ground was so hot that it felt like I might get burned. But that too is a fun memory.

I didn't use a locker for my belongings. There were many chairs lined up near the wave pool, and I claimed a spot there to leave my things. (I carried my phone and valuables in a waterproof case.)

The hosts, singers, and backing musicians were also wonderful, and the food was delicious, making it a very memorable luau experience.

The friendly local staff welcomed us and provided thorough explanations, which made us feel at ease. I was wondering how suitable the water park activities would be for an elderly couple. We participated as a family with our two middle school children, and my worries quickly disappeared as we enjoyed ourselves as long as our stamina allowed. We were also able to take photos. The lunch was substantial, and we couldn't finish it. We played non-stop except during meal times, and it was so much fun that we felt like we didn't have enough time. I definitely want to go again.

It was our first time visiting this place with my middle school daughters. The local guide was Japanese and explained everything kindly and thoroughly from start to finish, so I had almost no worries. We had a surfing experience as a family of four. I thought it would be difficult, but we started by holding onto the instructor's hand, and my father and two sons (a high schooler and a sixth grader) were able to ride on their own after just one or two tries. (My younger son even improved to the point where he could play rock-paper-scissors with the instructor while riding the waves. On the other hand, my mother got nervous and retired after one attempt.)

The session lasted about 60 minutes, including a pre-briefing, and since we were the only participants, we were able to enjoy it multiple times. However, towards the end, my eldest son fell off the board and was unable to flow back to the rear, getting stranded in the waves. This led to a tense situation where the instructor rushed to rescue him, and another staff member had to stop the waves. Fortunately, my son was able to escape on his own, but it reminded me that there are risks involved in water activities.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable activity that is not something you get to experience often, so I highly recommend it.

ただ、終盤に長男がボードから落下したあと上手く後部に流されず、波の中に取り残されてしまい、インストラクターの方が急いで救出に向かう&もう1人のスタッフの方が波を停止するという緊迫した事態になりました。
無事長男は自力で脱出できましたが、やはり水のアクティビティなのでリスクがあると改めて思い知らされました。
ただ、基本的にとても楽しいアクティビティで、中々経験できないものですので、オススメです。
