Seeing the ocean, mountains, and city from above is the best moment. I think it's a different experience of Hawaii compared to being on the ground. This tour focuses on horseback riding, but you can also stop by the Dole Plantation (for about an hour) and do some sea turtle watching (for about 10 minutes) along the way.
