This was probably one of our more strenuous/lengthier hikes (water and proper footwear are highly recommended- it can get slippery on the trail). It was a lot of fun. We did cross some streams which were a bit difficult for some. You will get sweaty, wet, and dirty. No bathrooms, of course, so be prepared.
Great views. Tour guide was excellent, very passionate, helpful, and knowledgeable! Lunch was pretty good- everyone seemed to like it. Private mountain pool swim was enjoyed by most.

My husband was the one who actually went skydiving, and I attended as a spectator. We were picked up on time and arrived at the site in just over an hour. During the bus ride, we watched a Japanese DVD about the skydiving waiver. After arriving, we received explanations about camera shooting and checked off the items we wanted. All of this explanation was in English. I was glad that my husband, who cannot speak any English, didn't have to go alone.

Then it was his turn, and he received a brief explanation in Japanese before taking off in a Cessna. About 10 to 15 minutes later, we saw the parachute in the sky as he descended. According to my husband, it was over in a flash, but he had a great time and wants to do it again! At first, it was hard to breathe, but by the time he got used to it, the parachute had opened.

He had the camera take pictures and videos, which we bought for $200. It was an expensive purchase, but it became a nice keepsake.

I was really nervous before flying, but I'm so glad I did it!! This is something you should definitely do! The people before us didn't reach 4,000 feet because of the clouds, but we were on the second flight. It cleared up, and we were able to reach 4,000 feet, and the view was absolutely stunning, stunning, stunning!! We participated as a family of four at my son's request. Although the morning meeting was early, we arrived quickly and were back at the hotel by 10 AM after the flight took off right away. Based on experiences I had read, I thought we would return around 1 PM, so we were able to make good use of our time after getting back.

There are various types of guides who fly with you. Some are very cheerful, some provide detailed explanations, and others casually guide while fiddling with their phones... Well, I guess there are all kinds of people in Japan too?

I purchased videos and photos, and I requested the type of camera that the guide flying with us had. I regret not choosing a different guide who could take photos from a distance, as that would have resulted in more dynamic videos. We stopped by the beach to see the sea turtles, and there was over an hour of free time for hiking in Haleiwa. It was packed with activities, but our guide managed the time very well, allowing us to enjoy everything without wasting any time. We also had a lot of conversations in the car, learning various things about Hawaii, which was very educational! Since I love plants, the guide taught us the names of mango trees and many Hawaiian flowers.

In Haleiwa, to make the most of our time, the guide recommended ordering garlic shrimp, which was incredibly delicious compared to what I had the day before in Waikiki.

We had plenty of time for the hiking course while waiting for those participating in the horseback riding tour. After hiking, we could relax and have tea, so rather than feeling like we were waiting, we could stroll at our own pace and enjoy shaved ice, which was a good balance.

I would love to join the same plan again and see the sea turtles that I missed this time!

ハイキング終わってお茶したりもできるので待ったというよりは自分のペースでゆっくり散策・カキ氷を食べたりでき配分も良かったです。

また同じプラン参加して、今回見れなかった海がめを見たいです！

I was worried about being able to ride a horse, but the horses were well-trained, and I was able to ride without any issues. The staff was very kind and took beautiful photos with my phone. Walking at sunset while looking at the beautiful Hawaiian sea was very elegant, and the sunlight was not too strong, making it comfortable.

I was picked up at the hotel at 5:30 and flew out by 8:00. I think I arrived back at the hotel around 10:30. It seemed to be a day with fewer people, so everything went smoothly, which was great.

Skydiving was amazing! If you can handle the Eejanaika ride at Fuji-Q, you'll be totally fine! Haha, Eejanaika is scarier! The scariest part was the sign saying they won't take responsibility if you die.

But I definitely want to jump again!!!

During our family trip to Hawaii, my four siblings and I went skydiving. At first, I was honestly scared, but since all my siblings wanted to do it, I thought, "Since we're here, let's muster up some courage and give it a try." Floating above the clouds and feeling like I was flying in the sky was incredibly pleasant! The view of Oahu from above was truly beautiful.

When we got into the Cessna and started climbing, I thought, "Are we really going to jump from here...?" But once we reached 14,000 feet and the door opened, there was no time to prepare mentally as the instructor pushed me forward (laughs), and I was quickly thrown into the air. Before I knew it, I was at the same altitude as the clouds, but the time spent soaring through the sky while feeling the wind was amazing. After the parachute opened, I had the chance to enjoy the scenery leisurely and even managed to have a little conversation in my broken English with the handsome instructor, but I really enjoyed the feeling of free-fall more^^

Last year, I did bungee jumping and found it really scary, so I think it was great that my siblings were there to encourage me. While we were ascending in the Cessna, my siblings seemed excited and happy, which eased my fear a bit.

*My siblings love bungee jumping and seemed to handle skydiving with ease, but they ended up feeling dizzy after doing flips and spins. They seemed to think bungee jumping was more fun. The attitude before jumping might be important too.

During the briefing when we arrived, we were told we could choose to have photos taken either by the instructor's handheld camera or by a cameraman who would jump with us. However, since we had to purchase the photos if they were taken, we decided not to buy them. But since the handsome instructor was very considerate and made it fun, I wish I had bought the photos! It would have been nice to meet the person I was jumping with beforehand. My sister had a rather unfriendly instructor.

If I get the chance, I’d love to go skydiving again! For those who are hesitant, I definitely recommend giving it a try!

セスナに乗ってからぐんぐん上昇して飛行機から見るような景色になったときに「本当にここから飛ぶの・・・？」と思いましたが、14000フィートに達してから扉が開いてからは、心の準備もする余裕もないままインストラクターにぐんぐん前に進まされて（笑）、すぐに空中へ放り出されました。
気づいたら、雲のはるか上空にいたはずだったのに、雲と同じ高度になっていましたが、風を受けながら大空に羽ばたいていた時間がすごく気持ちよかったです。
パラシュートが開いてからものんびり景色を楽しんだり、拙い英語でインストラクターのイケメンお兄さんと少し会話する余裕がありましたが、フリーフォールの風を受ける感じの方が気持ちよかったなぁ^^

去年バンジージャンプをやってすごく怖かったので、兄弟妹が一緒にいて励ましてくれたのが良かったと思います。
セスナで上昇している間も兄弟妹は興奮して楽しそうで、それも恐怖心がちょっと和らいだかも。

※兄弟妹はバンジージャンプが好きで、スカイダイビングも余裕みたいな顔していたら、縦回転・横回転ぐるぐるされたようで、終了後グロッキーになってました。兄弟妹はバンジージャンプの方が楽しいと思ったようです。飛ぶ前の態度も重要かも。

現地に着いた際の説明で、写真はインストラクターのハンディーカメラか、カメラマンも一緒に飛んで撮影してくれるか選ぶことができるとのことだったのですが、撮影したら絶対に購入する必要があったため、購入しませんでした。
でも、イケメンインストラクターでいろいろ気遣ってくれて楽しかったので、写真買えば良かったなぁ！
事前に誰と飛ぶか一度会えれば、良かったなぁ。
妹は結構、無愛想なインストラクターでした。

機会があればまたスカイダイビングしたいな〜！
迷ってる方には、ぜひ一度やってみることをおすすめしますっ！

I had an amazing time! At first, I was wearing a hoodie, but I was told it could cause a headache, so I switched to a short-sleeved shirt and shorts for diving. I felt a bit cold on the plane for a moment, but it didn't bother me during the flight.

What surprised me was that while descending with the parachute, I felt nauseous because we were falling slowly from the sky. It's important to be in good health! I thought I could have skipped breakfast.

I gave the instructor a $20 tip, and this time I didn't opt for the photos and videos. (The instructor hands you a small bag for tips, but some instructors write down the prices.)

On the way back, we were on the same tour bus, but some people had to wait 2-3 hours to fly, so we all had to wait for everyone to finish before the bus could leave. I wish everyone could have flown at the same time if they were on the same tour.

体調万全が一番！朝ごはん食べなくても良かったなと思いました。

The first day was canceled due to strong winds. I made another reservation for the following day, and since the weather was clear, we were able to go. When I asked the staff, they mentioned that the morning is better, so I recommend starting at 9 AM. I saw other experiences regarding tips. Since I had such a wonderful experience, I believe I should tip generously. I'm grateful to the cheerful and kind local staff. They truly moved me. I highly recommend this experience; you can't appreciate it unless you try it. Also, please participate in short sleeves and shorts to feel it on your skin. It's better to ask the photographer for videos and photos, as they capture the scenery as well. It's a bit pricey, but I recommend purchasing it.

I participated in a beach horseback riding plan with my husband, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time. After visiting Moanalua Gardens and Dole Plantation, we headed to Haleiwa. The guide mentioned that they would call in an order for garlic shrimp, but I really wanted to eat huli huli chicken, so I arranged this tour to match the day and decided to walk to get the chicken instead of ordering. There were no tables or chairs provided, so I enjoyed it sitting on a bench at a nearby bus stop.

I was able to enjoy shopping and take my time in Haleiwa more than on previous tours. Heather Brown's artwork was about $5 cheaper than in Waikiki (according to the staff, the prices differ because she operates out of the North Shore).

After that, we went horseback riding. The explanation was in English, but the guide also provided interpretation and took photos for us. The horse occasionally wandered off to eat grass, and I couldn't lead it as I wanted, but it was very gentle, and I enjoyed leisurely watching the ocean and taking pictures. I definitely recommend this over Kualoa.

Then we went to see the honu (sea turtles). The waves were high, so we thought we might not see them, but we were able to see them up close. Along the way, we saw a surfing competition from the car, making for a very fulfilling tour. The guide shared various stories and kindly offered to take photos at each stop, making for a very friendly and wonderful experience.

食べる机やイスは用意されていないので、近くのバス停のイスで頂きました。
ショッピングをしたり以前参加したツアーよりもゆっくりとハレイワを満喫できました。
ヘザーブラウンの作品は、ワイキキよりも5ドル程安かったです。(店員さんによるとノースショアを拠点に活動しているので、値段が違うのだそう)

その後、乗馬へ。
英語での説明でしたが、ガイドさんが通訳もしてくれ、写真も撮ってくださいました。
お馬さんは、途中草を食べに寄り道したり思うようにリードすることが出来ないこともありましたが、とても大人しく、海を眺めたり写真を撮ったりのんびり楽しめました。
クアロアよりも断然おすすめです。
それからホヌを見に行きました。波が高いせいもあり、見られないかも…との事でしたが無事に間近で見ることが出来ました。
途中サーフィンの大会をやっているのを車から見られたり、とても充実したツアーでした。
ガイドさんも色々なお話をしてくれたり、行く先々で写真撮りましょうか～と話しかけてきて下さって、とても気さくで、素敵な時間を過ごせました。

My first skydiving experience! It was amazing!! Even though I'm not good with roller coasters, I wasn't scared at all! The view from above was breathtaking. The instructor didn't speak Japanese, but he was friendly and very kind. The photos are a bit pricey, but I think it's better to have them taken by a professional! The driver was Japanese, but during the explanations in the car, he spoke so fast that I couldn't understand what he was saying, which made me anxious. I was told I didn't need to wear a seatbelt, but the driving was so fast that it was scary. On the way back, I was prompted to "prepare a tip," which left me feeling a bit complicated. The diving itself was fantastic, so I want to do it again when I come to Hawaii!

上から見た景色に感動(^^)インストラクターさんは日本語通じませんが、気さくでとても優しい人でした(^^)写真はちょっと高いけどプロに撮ってもらったほうがいいと思います！ドライバーは日本人の方でしたが、車内での説明の際早口で何を言っているかよくわからなくて不安でした。シートベルトしなくていいと言われたのにものすごいスピードで運転されて怖かったです。帰りの車の中で「チップ用意しといてくださいね」と催促され、なんだか複雑な気持ちになりました。ダイビング自体は最高だったので、ハワイに来たらまたやりたいです！

When I tried to book a zip line on Maui during my previous visit, I was told it was fully booked for quite some time, which was disappointing. So this time, I was eager and made my reservation early. Since I wasn't very confident about driving on Oahu, I opted for a shuttle service.

As others have mentioned, there was a bit of an issue with the shuttle. It was crowded, and they arrived more than 20 minutes late. The driver didn't come looking for me, so I had to go around checking each vehicle, asking, "Is this for the zip line?" Finally, when I found the driver who said, "Yes, get in!", I tried to show him my voucher, but he said, "I know, just show it when we get there," and didn't check my name before I got in the car. I had heard there were two zip line locations, so I showed my voucher to another American customer and confirmed, "We're going here, right?" which finally put my mind at ease.

There were only the two of us Japanese, and the rest were Americans, but the driver was cheerful and chatty, and the other customers introduced themselves. It was a friendly atmosphere, and we arrived in no time. The zip line experience was undoubtedly fun, making it the best day ever.

I wish there had been a voucher check at the beginning, as it would have saved me from so much anxiety.

However, I definitely want everyone to experience the zip line, so I give it ★★★★★!!

ようやく「そうだよ、乗って！」と言ってくれた、運転手さんにバウチャーを見せようとしたら、「わかってるから、現場に着いたときに見せればいいから」と、名前のチェックもしてくれないまま、車に乗り込みました。ジップラインは2箇所あると聞いていたので、他のアメリカ人のお客さんにバウチャーを見せて「ここへ行くんだよね？」と確認して、ようやく安心しました。

日本人は私たち2人だけで、あとはアメリカ人でしたが、運転手さんも陽気でおしゃべりで、他のお客さんたちも自己紹介をしたり、和気あいあいとした、バスの中であっという間に到着し、ジップラインは文句なく楽しく、最高の一日となりました。

最初に、バウチャーのチェックがあれば、あんなに不安にならなくて済んだのにと残念です。

でも、ジップラインは是非、皆さんにも体験してほしいので、★★★★★です！！

It was so much fun, and I felt amazing. I thought I might get scared during takeoff, but the instructors were so cheerful that it felt like no time at all before we were diving. When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to sign up for this. I want to do it again and again!

When I was signing the consent form that was several pages long, I thought it felt like I was going to my death... but I made it back safely‼︎ As soon as I jumped out of the plane, I was instantly immersed in a breathtaking world, and there was no fear at all.

This was amazing. My whole family including my 15 year old says it was the best thing we did in Hawaii. Guides were great and loved what they do. We even saw whales on the way home and they tried to get us close to them for pictures. Fabulous time!

I participated with four colleagues from the company.

Since it was cloudy, we had to wait for a break in the weather to fly, and there were quite a few customers, so we ended up waiting for about 3-4 hours before taking off.

Because of that, I was extremely tired after the flight.

However, I think it's an experience that everyone should have at least once in their lifetime.

会社の同僚4人で参加してきました。

曇り空だったので、晴れ間を待って飛ぶ必要と、結構な人数のお客さんが来ていたので3-4時間待っての飛びでした。

それもあってか、飛んだ後の疲れはハンパなかったです。
