- Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.
- Should the tour not meet the tour minimum amount of passengers, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Guests should know how to swim and be comfortable swimming in deep ocean waters.
- Ride-a-long guests will not be permitted in the water and must stay on the boat at all times.

- Minors are required to have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
