The English guidance was not very good. Despite more than half of the participants being foreign travelers, the guide mostly spoke in Japanese, which I felt was not suitable for foreigners.

When making the reservation, the names of the participants were confirmed in advance, but they were not particularly used.

The tour bus that picked us up this time was a bright yellow LEMON sightseeing bus. The tour guide, dressed in a yellow happi coat from start to finish, spoke fluent English and responded accurately to sudden troubles and changes. Their explanations at the sightseeing spots and interactions with customers were perfect. It was a pleasant experience exploring Kyoto. Thank you very much.

A tour full of highlights, great deals, and easy bus sightseeing. I was very satisfied. About two-thirds of the participants were from overseas, but I enjoyed it thoroughly.

First, the guide was excellent. They provided explanations in both Japanese and English, and the English was very easy to understand. After getting off the bus, they also took care to help with individual photos and provided additional explanations along the way, showing great consideration.

Thanks to the lack of special traffic jams, the meeting time was just right, allowing everyone to explore freely.

About the bus: It was new, eye-catching, and very comfortable. The driver was experienced, and I was able to enjoy the bus trip without feeling nauseous.

Regarding the entire tour: I visited Fushimi Inari Taisha, which I had wanted to see for a long time. There were many foreigners, and it was crowded, so I couldn't take great photos, but I would like to visit again when the boom settles down. I really felt the atmosphere.

At Kiyomizu-dera, we had enough time to take a leisurely look around, and it was fun to check out the souvenir shops along the approach. The guide helped us find the best angles for photos, which was very helpful. After 25 years, I felt the changes and the things that remained the same at Kiyomizu-dera, and it stirred up various emotions.

At Kinkaku-ji, it looked like it might rain, but the clouds created a mystical atmosphere, and the contrast with the gold was beautiful and striking. As a World Heritage site, it also had a high number of foreign visitors.

Overall, I would rate this tour above 80 points. I had never participated in such a satisfying tour before, so I was grateful. Since I usually use options abroad, I realized that there are wonderful tours available domestically as well. Kyoto is complex and always crowded with tourists, so I feel that a tour is definitely more efficient than moving around individually. I highly recommend it.

Recently, I participated in a tour via the Namba route. I had gone to Osaka for some errands and wanted to do a little sightseeing, but since I was unfamiliar with the area and alone, I had given up on that idea. However, I came across this tour online and made an immediate reservation. I thought it would just be a bus ride without any stops for sightseeing, but it turned out to be very relaxing to just stay on the bus and enjoy the views. It was a great deal as we were able to see a lot in a short time. Moreover, since I was the only one, the guide kindly suggested I sit in the front row, allowing me to enjoy the experience comfortably without having to worry about sharing the space. This autumn, I want to ride the Sky Bus in Kyoto.

先日、なんばルートで参加しました。所用で大阪へ行ったついでに、ほんの少し観光したかったのですが……不慣れな土地ですし、一人なのであきらめていたのです、このツアーをネットで
見かけ、即予約しました。下車観光もないし、車窓だけか……と期待していなかったのですが、降りないで、バスに乗っているだけなのがすごく気楽でしたし、短時間でぐるりと回れたのですごくお得でした。その上、一人だけだったので、ガイドさんが空いていた最前列を勧めて下さり、相席で気を遣うこともなく快適に過ごせました。今秋は、京都のスカイバスに乗りたいです。

It was very convenient to be able to sightsee while on the bus. However, it was extremely hot that day, and without a roof on the bus, my head was exposed to the sun, which was tough. Nevertheless, it became a memorable trip.

バスに乗ったまま観光できるのは、非常に有り難かった。
しかし、当日は非常に暑く、屋根がないバスのため頭が照らされて
辛かった。
しかし、それもいい思い出の旅となった。

We recently participated in a tour that included Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera, and Kinkaku-ji. The weather was great that day, perfect for sightseeing. First, at the meeting point, we received two papers from a Japanese bus guide: one with the tour schedule and another detailing the route for Fushimi Inari Taisha. Once we got on the bus, the guide explained about Fushimi Inari Taisha in Japanese and then repeated the same explanation in English. I was surprised to look around and see that out of nearly 20 tourists, only three groups (eight people) were Japanese, including myself. The majority were foreign tourists. After arriving at the entrance of Fushimi Inari Taisha, we had about an hour of free time to explore on our own. After seeing the thousands of torii gates, we enjoyed grilled skewers of baby octopus, scallops, and red shellfish from the many stalls lined up! They were delicious! (laughs) After that, we also had free time at Kiyomizu-dera. Then we had lunch at Shijo Karasuma. Contrary to what I expected, we had lunch in a beautiful building with many restaurants. There were various types of cuisine, including Italian and Chinese. After that, we took the train for just one station and headed to Kinkaku-ji! Along the way, the bus guide kindly told us that we could take beautiful photos from a certain spot, so we took pictures there! (laughs) The bus guide was very kind, and the tour had a lot of free time, which was different from the group tours I had imagined, and it was actually better! I would definitely like to request this tour again for future sightseeing!

私たちは先日伏見稲荷大社・清水寺・金閣寺を観光するこのツアーに参加しました。その日は天気が良く、絶好の観光日和でした。まず集合では日本人のバスガイドさんからツアーの時間日程の書いてある紙と伏見稲荷大社の回る道順などが書いてある紙の2枚を受取りました。バスに乗ってみると、バスガイドさんは最初に向かう伏見稲荷大社の説明を日本語で言ったあとに英語で同じ説明を始めました。ビックリして周りを見渡して見ると20人弱の観光客の中で日本人の組が私を含めて3組(8人)しかいませんでした。ほぼ観光客の外国人の方でした。その方たちと一緒に稲荷伏見大社の入口まで来たら、その後は1時間ほどの自由行動で皆さん各々自由に伏見稲荷大社を見回っていました。私たちも千本鳥居を見たあとに沢山並んでいる屋台でイイダコとほたてと赤貝の串焼きを食べました！とても美味しかったです！（笑）その後は清水寺も同様に自由行動で回りました。そしてその後は四条烏丸で昼食でした。予想と違ってレストランが多数入っている綺麗なビルの中で昼食を取る形でした。イタリアンだったり中華だったり、様々な種類のお料理が食べられる所でした。そしてその後は一駅だけ電車で移動して、次に金閣寺に向かいました！途中でバスガイドさんからここから写真を撮ると綺麗に取れるよっと教えて頂きその場で写真を撮りました（笑）バスガイドさんもすごく親切な方で、ツアーの内容も自由時間がとても多くてイメージしていた団体行動で観光するものと違ってむしろ良かったです！ぜひまたどこかへ観光する場合はお願いしたいと思うツアーでした！

On our first trip to Osaka, my husband, who doesn't understand Japanese, and I decided to try the double-decker bus experience since we enjoyed it in London. Since it was our first time, we had a hard time finding the meeting place. Thanks to a kind station staff member, we finally arrived just in time. It was a bit cold, but the view from the top deck was amazing. It was a little disappointing that we couldn't get off and explore, but seeing the Glico sign was nostalgic and thrilling for me. We hit a bit of traffic on the way back, but we arrived safely thanks to the careful driving. The guide kindly told us how to get back to our hotel and recommended some restaurants.

日本語の分からない主人と初めての大阪旅行で、ロンドンでの二階建てバス体験が良かったので試すことにしました。何せ初めてなもんで集合場所を探すのに一苦労。親切な駅員さんのお陰で、やっと到着。もう少しで間に合わない所でした。ちょっと寒かったですが、二階からの眺めは最高でした。降りて見れないのがちょっと残念。でもグリコの看板が観れたのは私には懐かしく感激でした。帰り少し渋滞にはまりましたが、安全運転で無事到着。そこからホテルへの帰り方とかお勧めのレストランとか親切にガイドさんが教えてくれました。

I had been wanting to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha for a long time, and during my visit, the tour guide introduced me to another solo female traveler. We were able to stick together, which helped us return to the bus without getting lost. I was also grateful for the cool towels from the driver to wipe my sweaty neck. 前から行きたかった伏見稲荷大社さまにお詣りの際に添乗員さんから別のひとり参加の女性を紹介していただき一緒に行動してもらえて道に迷うことなくバスに戻れて運転手さんの冷たいおしぼりも汗だくの首筋を拭けて嬉しかったです。お二人のおかげさまで想い出に残る旅になり有り難く感謝しています。色々と本当にありがとうございました。

I relied on the map to reach the meeting point, but there was a proper waiting area inside the hotel, complete with restrooms. Most importantly, waiting for departure with the guide, who constantly provided sufficient information, made me feel that this would be a fun day from the very start.

On this day, I was the only Japanese participant among over 30 attendees, but it didn't feel that way at all. The guide provided everyone with plenty of information about the meeting time, recommended flavors, highlights, and additional tips, which was very helpful. The announcements were made in both Japanese and English accurately.

During the tour, the response to a customer who missed their train was swift, and despite initial worries, I was very impressed by how appropriate it was. Since summer in Kyoto is hot, the bus was well-cooled, adjusted to the timing of passengers boarding, balancing eco-friendliness effectively.

As others mentioned, the only downside of this tour was the lack of time at each landmark. However, considering that we visited three distant sites in one day, some limitations are understandable. If you accept that souvenirs can be purchased on another occasion, it was a very satisfying tour.

Although it was just one station, the experience of riding the subway was refreshing and enjoyable. The bus was a vibrant lemon yellow! At first, I was hesitant about it standing out, but each time I boarded, I grew fond of it. It was a relatively new bus with comfortable headrests, footrests, and power outlets at my feet.

Overall, in addition to the content, the guide's performance was outstanding. It was a day that made me want to join again somewhere else.

地図を頼りに向かった集合場所でしたが、ホテル内にちゃんとした待合
スペースがあり、お手洗いもあり、何より必要十分な声掛けを絶えずして下さる
ガイドさんと出発を待つことは、最初から楽しい1日を予感させるものでした。
この日は30人を超える参加者の中で日本人は私一人、それさえも感じさせないくらい
全員に集合時間、オススメの味、見所、＋αの情報をたくさんくださり助かりました。
案内は全て日本語、英語で適確にされていました。
途中、電車を乗り過ごされるお客様への対応も迅速で、一時の心配をよそに
非常に適切で感心しました。
京都の夏は暑いという事で、バスの方もお客さんが乗りこむタイミングに合わせてエコとの
兼ね合いから上手く冷房を効かせていてくださいました。
他の方も仰っておられましたが、このツアーの唯一の欠点は各名所での時間不足。
ただ1日で離れた名所を3箇所も巡るとなれば仕方ない部分も出てきます。
お土産は別の機会に纏めて買う事と割り切れば大満足のツアーです。
途中一駅分でしたが地下鉄に乗るという体験も気分転換になり良かったです。
バスも鮮やかなレモンイエロー！最初は目立って、、、、と抵抗も有りましたが、
乗り込む度に愛着が湧いてきました。ヘッドレスト、フットレスト、足元に電源
とても快適な比較的新しいバスでした。
とにかく、内容に加えてガイドさんの活躍ぶりが最高でした。
またどこかでご一緒させて頂きたくなる1日でした。

On July 17th (during the Gion Matsuri), I went to Kyoto on a day trip bus tour.
First, we visited Fushimi Inari Taisha to see the thousands of red torii gates. Walking through the rows of red gates was quite enchanting!
Next, we headed to Kiyomizu-dera. After getting off the bus, we had to walk a bit, but the streets along the way were lined with souvenir shops, adding to the atmosphere.
The "stage of Kiyomizu" and the three waterfalls were also impressive.
We were supposed to have lunch there, but the dining spots were crowded, and we ended up cutting it close to the bus departure time. I wish I had a little more time to leisurely browse the souvenirs…
At Kinkaku-ji, it was a one-way flow from the entrance, but I still had time to take some photos.
The bus was relatively new, and there were USB charging ports at each seat!
The driver and tour guide were friendly and often engaged with us. The guide provided information about the sightseeing spots even while we were on the bus.
It seemed there were many foreign guests, so the announcements were made in both Japanese and English.
This was my first day trip bus tour, and I was very satisfied with the experience. I now want to try visiting other tourist spots by bus tour as well.

7月17日（祇園祭真っ只中）日帰り観光バスで京都に行ってきました。
始めに伏見稲荷大社の千本鳥居を見に行きました。
赤い鳥居が続く中を歩くのは なかなか幻想的でした！
次は清水寺です。
バスを降りてからも少し歩きますが、途中の通りもお土産やさんがズラッと並んでいて、雰囲気も楽しめます。
「清水の舞台」や三本の滝も見応えがありました。
お昼もここで食べるようになっていましたが、食事どころも混んでいて、バスまでの時間がギリギリになってしまいました。
もう少しゆっくりお土産を見る時間がほしかったかな…
金閣寺は入り口から一方通行で 人の流れに乗りながらの見学でしたが、写真なんかは撮る余裕はありました。
バスはわりと新しくて、充電のUSBが各席にありました！
運転手さんや添乗員さんも気さくで、よく声をかけてくれました。
添乗員さんと言うよりはガイドさん並みに、観光先を車内でも案内してくれていました。
外国のお客さまも多いようで、日本語と英語の両方での案内がありました。
日帰りのバスツアーは初めてでしたが、とても満足できる内容で、また他の観光地へもバスツアーで行ってみたくなりました。

This was my first trip to Kyoto and a bus tour. Thanks to the tour guide and the bus driver, I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Kyoto with peace of mind. The tour guide kindly took photos for us and provided detailed explanations at each shrine and temple we visited. For those with small children, they often checked in with, "Are you okay? It's hot, isn't it?" When we got off the bus, the driver said, "Have a good time," which made me happy. Before arriving at each sightseeing spot, they provided us with local maps and recommended popular souvenirs and dining options. Thanks to all of this, I was able to fully enjoy a fun Kyoto tour! I would like to use this service again for future sightseeing. However, while I understand time constraints, I would appreciate a little more flexibility in the duration of our stay at each location. There were many overseas guests, and the tour guide alternated between Japanese and English, which was also a great learning experience. This time coincided with the Gion Matsuri, and there were a lot of tourists, but that made for wonderful memories! Thank you very much!

今回、初めての京都＆バス観光旅行でした。
添乗員さんとバスの運転手さんのおかげで、安心して京都を観光できました。
添乗員さんは親切に写真を撮ってくれたり、行く先々で神社仏閣の案内をていねいにしてくれました。
小さい子ども連れの人には「大丈夫？暑いね」と、よく声もかけてあげていました。
バスを降りる時には、運転手さんが「行ってらっしゃい」と一言かけてくれたり、嬉しく思いました。
観光地にごとに、到着前には 現地の地図をくれたり 人気のお土産や食事どころを教えてくれました。
これらのおかげで、安心して楽しい京都ツアーを満喫できました！
また観光する際には こちらを利用したいです。
ただ、時間の事は難しいでしょうが、もう少し一カ所ごとの滞在時間に余裕があればうれしいと思いました。
海外のお客さんも多くて、添乗員さんは日本語と英語を交互で案内されてて、勉強にもなりました。
今回は、祇園祭と日にちが重なって、観光客がすごかったですが、それも含めて とてもいい思い出になりました！

There were almost exclusively foreign travelers, with only three Japanese participants, but our tour guide, Harry, was very kind and accommodating. The bus was a brand new model and very comfortable, and each seat had a USB charger, which was really helpful for charging tablets and smartphones. I definitely plan to join again when I travel to Kansai. Thank you very much.

バスも導入したての最新型で快適でしたし、USB充電器が各座席についていてタブレットやスマホの充電が出来てとっても助かりました。

Exploring Osaka in early July, with its continuing summer heat, felt a bit daunting. However, it was a stroke of luck to encounter a two-story open-deck bus that allowed for a comfortable and economical way to stroll through the city. I was glad to ride the Namba route after the Umeda route. It was exhilarating to see the Osaka City Hall, the Bank of Japan Osaka Branch, numerous corporate buildings along Midosuji, famous brand stores, the electronics district, and streets lined with temples, all in one go, including Dotonbori and Shinsekai with the Tsutenkaku Tower. The route back to Osaka Station, with a view of Abeno Harukas, was also impressive. The veteran guide's explanations were precise, which helped me understand the rapidly passing scenery well. I thought it was a great initiative by Kintetsu Bus. The food in Osaka was delicious, and I was satisfied, but I also felt revitalized by the city's vibrancy. I hope to create another opportunity to visit. The bus stop was located at the express bus terminal at the north exit of JR Osaka Station, which was a bit anxiety-inducing for first-time visitors to find. The underground shopping area was indeed vast, filled with many stores, and crowded with pedestrians, making it difficult to navigate. After stopping multiple times to think and not being able to figure it out, I finally found an information center where I received clear directions, which I felt was a wonderful hospitality experience.

Although it was challenging to be on an open-top bus tour in the scorching heat, I appreciated the thoughtful touches like cool air blowing from below, mist spraying from above, free cooling patches, and UV-cut fans provided.

夏日の続く７月初旬の大阪見物はちょっと気が重かった。なんとか楽にしかも経済的に街歩きができないかと思っているところに、２階建てオープンデッキバスに出会ったのは幸運であった。うめだルートに続いてなんばルートに乗ることにしてよかった。大阪市役所、日本銀行大阪支店、御堂筋の数々の大会社のビル、有名ブランド店が軒を連ね、電気屋街、お寺の連なる通り
を過ぎ道頓堀や通天閣のある新世界など一気に見て行けるのは痛快であった。あべのハルカスを望み高速に乗って大阪駅に帰るルートの見応えがあった。ベテランガイドさんの説明も的確で次ぎ次ぎと過ぎゆく景色をよく理解できたのも良かった。近鉄バスの良い企画だと思った。大阪は食べ物も美味しくて満足したが、街の活気にもまた元気をもらった。また機会を作って来たいものである。このバスの乗り場がJR大阪駅北口の高速バスターミナルとなっていたが初めて来た者には探すのに不安であった、駅地下街は実に広く多くの店が立ち並び、通行人も多くごった返す混雑の中、方向もわかり難くなんども立ち止まって考え考えてもわからず、やっと案内所を見つけてわかりやすく教えてもらうことができ、これは素晴らしいおもてなしだなーと感じました。
猛暑の中の屋根なしバスツアーで大変ではありましたが、足元から冷気の噴射、上からミストの噴射、冷えピタの無料配布、UVカットの団扇の備え付けなどの気配りも嬉しかった。

After several years, I had the opportunity to visit Osaka. I took a flight from Haneda to Itami. In fact, it was cheaper to round trip by plane than by Shinkansen, so I decided to attend a relative's wedding and stay an extra two nights to explore Osaka. However, I wasn't very familiar with the geography, and the subway and underground shopping areas were complicated, making it a bit challenging for someone coming from Tokyo. Therefore, it was lucky that I encountered a double-decker open-top bus. It helped me get a sense of the city and direction, which was very useful for my subsequent personal activities. The explanations from the veteran guide at places like Ohatsu Tenjin, the Japan Mint, Osaka Castle, and the Osaka Museum of History were extremely helpful. The next day, I decided to take the Umeda route, which made me feel even more excited.

At first, I was a bit anxious about reaching the Osaka Station JR Highway Bus Terminal, but I was grateful for the kind and clear explanations I received at the information center in the underground shopping area. This trip was filled with many acts of kindness. I promptly visited Osaka Castle and the Osaka Museum of History. Both places were crowded with many people, including foreigners, but I felt that I could enjoy the visit in a good atmosphere, which broadened my perspective. The bus had thoughtful measures against the heat, such as mist sprays, cool air from the floor, and UV-cut fans, and I appreciated the free distribution of cooling patches. I would love to visit Osaka again and explore various famous entertainment districts. Overall, I was very satisfied and headed back to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

数年ぶりに大阪観光の機会が巡ってきた。羽田から伊丹へ飛行機の旅。実は新幹線より安く往復できたので、親戚の結婚式に出席して２延泊して大阪見物を決め込んだ。しかし地理がよくわからない、地下鉄や地下街も複雑で東京から来た者には厄介である。そこで２階建てオープンデッキバスにめぐり合えたのはラッキーであった。街の様子や大体の方向感覚を体得して次の個人行動に大変役立った。お初天神、造幣局、大阪城、大阪歴史博物館、中之島などベテランガイドさんの説明が大いに役立った。翌日は梅田ルートに乗ることにして楽しみが増えた感じである。
乗り場の大阪駅JR高速バスターミナルにたどり着くのに初めは不安もあったが駅地下街の案内所で親切にわかりやすく説明していただいたのも有り難かった。たくさんの親切なおもてなしに出会った旅でもあった。大阪城と大阪歴史博物館は早速訪ねた。どちらも外国人を含む多くの人でごった返していたが、良い雰囲気で見学ができ視野も広くなったのを感じます。このバスには、ミストの噴射や足元からの冷気の噴射、UVカットの団扇の備え付けなど暑さ対策が考えられ、冷えピタの無料配布もあってありがたかった。もう一度大阪を訪ねあちらこちらと有名な盛り場を訪ねてみたい。とにかく大満足で帰京の途についた。ありがとうございました。

I must say that I enjoyed the double bus tour with my family and friends. The attendant/tour guide was very accommodating. The tour is very organised having an audiophone for English translation of what to see and expect around Osaka. The bus stopped at every tourist spot to give us a good view of the attraction. What the tour had failed, I guess, was to allow its passengers to tour around/inside each attraction for 15 mins or so. This will give us better appreciation of Osaka's best sights than having to see it from afar. I have been having a hard time taking quality pictures as we are not allowed to stand up (Window glasses of the bus can be quite a distraction from the photos). I would appreciate it more if the tour guide can give us a deeper explanation on each attraction. While I recognise all the effort of the bus tour, I must say that I enjoyed it though but not as much as I expected. Cheers!

The prices were reasonable, and I was able to enjoy a bit of a travel vibe, which was great! I've lived in Osaka for many years, but it was nice to discover places I had never seen before on this route!

値段も手頃で、ちょっとした旅行気分も味わえてgoo❗でした。長年大阪にすんでいるのですが、今回回ったルートの中には、こんな処あるんだ！って、初めて見る場所もあってよかったです！

We went there without knowing much of a japanese language so they gave us a radio that is a recorded english guide for the tour. It was a nice experience. We sat at the top of the bus so we were able to really see Osaka out in the open. There are even some japanese citizens who wave hi at us. It was a lively tour. The bus driver and the guide herself are very accommodating all throughout the course. (I do hope I could understand some of the tour guide's jokes though :P). Overall it was a a very nice experience. We were able to cross throughout osaka while being relaxed at the same time. I just hope next time they'll take more time to stop at a certain tourist spot so we could take much of good pictures.

The tour was great for first timer especially in Osaka. It was our first time in Japan and we didn't know what to expect. The tour showed us how Japan in general, the streets, the places to go, how far each landmark that we are planning to go to from each other. The tour we took is the south course which is basically the Namba area, there's also the North course which includes the Osaka castle. Its a good thing we took the south course as we didn't have time to explore the south side. It gives you an overview and a good break from walking. I highly recommend it if you have old folks with you as it will give them time to relax and still see the city. The audio was ok but it would have been nicer if there's more history being told in between instead of music. There was a lot of music in between, which, unfortunately, put my grandmother and my parents to sleep, hahaha...There is a free wi-fi on the bus which is great. Also, you can probably request at the end of the tour to drop you off in Umeda Sky tower instead of bringing you back in Osaka Train station as they ask us if we wanted to be drop off to Osaka station, so I guess there is an option. Overall, it is nice, relaxing, and an easy alternative to see the city of Osaka.

It was a good tour although we expect a hop-on, hop-off type of tour but nonetheless the guide was very nice and accommodating. The english audio guide is good but it would also be nice if the tour guide could speak English as well. The tour was a smooth flowing tour of the city and gave us a good glimpse of the must see places in Osaka. Too bad we were a bit tired from our trip that I fell asleep on the last part of the tour. We were lucky because the weather was cooperating and it was not sunny but not raining as well, just a little overcast. All in all, I recommend this tour as a start off for tourists who wanted to have a short glimpse of what must one see while in Osaka.

A beautiful Island and historic city - one of the top tours in Southern Japan. I highly recommend it.

My spouse and I, in our 60s, traveled from Hokkaido to Osaka for sightseeing. Transferring trains and walking can be quite exhausting, so we searched for a relaxing tour and found one! The price is reasonable, and the bus makes it easy. The access to the departure point is excellent, and it includes a guide. Plus, it's a double-decker bus with an open ceiling. This is the way to go! The route covers all the key points and takes you to delicious spots. I should mention that sitting in the back offers a better view than sitting in the front.

The only downside is that the legroom in the seats is a bit cramped. Here are the details: I honestly didn't have high expectations given the price, but I was very satisfied. The guide was also very likable, and the explanations were clear. Just a heads up, the bus doesn't have a restroom, so be mindful before boarding. Since this is a sightseeing tour while the bus is in motion, make sure not to miss any moments. There is only one stop aside from waiting at traffic signals. Even if the time and cost increase a bit (from the user's perspective, I feel that up to 800 yen is reasonable), it would be nice to have stops at photo spots.

夫婦（60代）で、北海道から大阪観光。電車の乗継、歩きは正直しんどいので、ラクラクツアーを検索していたら、ヒット！！。　価格がお手頃。バスで楽々。発着所へのアクセス抜群。ガイド付き。そして、2階建バスで、天井がオープン。これしか無いですね。実際も、ポイントを押さえたルートで、美味しいとこ取りです。前方に座るより、後方の方が見やすい事を付け加えて置きます。★マイナス1個は、座席の足スペースが狭い事。以下詳細説明：この価格だったので、正直あまり期待していませんでしたが、満足度は高いです。ガイドさんも好感度が高いです。説明もわかりやすかったです。バスにはトイレがついていないので、乗車前は注意。あくまで、走行しながらの観光なので一瞬を見逃さないようにして下さい。信号待ち以外で停車する所は一か所のみです。時間と代金が多少アップしても（利用者サイドの感覚では、800円までならリーズナブルと感じる範囲です。）写真スポットでの停車があってもいいかな。

I was able to show my fiancé, who lives in Australia, around my hometown. There was an English guide available, and the car was comfortable, so I was very satisfied.

オーストラリア在住の婚約者と帰郷ついでに地元案内。英語案内機もあり、車内は快適でとっても満足しました。

On May 8th (Sunday), the last day of Golden Week, I participated with a friend who was visiting from my hometown.

Along with about 10 others, including families, friends, and international travelers, we departed from Osaka Station at the scheduled time of 10:30! The weather was nice, and the breeze on the open-top bus felt wonderful.

Although I was familiar with Osaka Station and the areas around Ohatsu Tenjin and Yodoyabashi, I was reminded that each building has its own history. I learned that Shinsaibashi is Osaka's version of Ginza, that Namba's Kuromon Market is bustling with international visitors, and that Tanimachi is filled with temples... there was so much I didn't know! I wouldn't have noticed that there are climbing rocks for free climbing (currently not in use) on the wall of the general amusement facility along Midosuji if I hadn't taken this bus.

Abeno Harukas is impressively tall. It's no surprise that it has Japan's highest observation deck. The street just one block behind Den Den Town is Otaku Road. On weekends, the Nipponbashi area becomes a pedestrian paradise, hosting a street festival. I learned a lot of things that I wouldn't have known without actually visiting.

After touring Minami, we got on the expressway to return to Osaka Station. From the expressway, we could look down on the cityscape of Osaka from an even higher vantage point. We passed by FM OSAKA's dome and the Statue of Liberty in America-mura, and made our way between the Festival Hall and the Daido Life Building to arrive at Osaka Station.

Feeling the pleasant breeze and getting to know Osaka from various angles made for a very enjoyable sightseeing tour.

5月8日（日）ゴールデンウィークの最終日に、地方出身・在阪のわたしと、地元から遊びに来ていた友達と2人で参加しました。

ご家族連れ、お友達同士、海外からの旅行客など約10名と一緒に、10：30予定時刻どおりに大阪駅を出発！
いいお天気だったので、開放的なバスの2階で受ける風はとても気持ちが良かったです。

見慣れた大阪駅やお初天神・淀屋橋界隈でしたが、ひとつひとつの建物に歴史があることに改めて気づかされました。 また、心斎橋が大阪の銀座であること、難波の黒門市場が海外のお客さんでにぎわっていること、谷町はお寺でいっぱい・・・知らないことだらけでした！
御堂筋沿いの総合アミューズメント施設壁面でフリークライミング用の石や岩（※現在は使用不可）があることは、このバスに乗らなければ気づかなかったと思います。

阿倍野ハルカスがまあ大きいこと大きいこと。日本一高い展望台があることに納得です。
でんでんタウンの1本奥の道がオタロード。土日には日本橋界隈は歩行者天国になり、ストリートフェスタが開催されるとのこと。
実際に訪れなければ知らないことをたくさん教えていただきました。

ミナミを周遊したのち、高速に乗って大阪駅へ戻ります。
高速に乗るぶん、地上よりもさらに高い位置から大阪の町並みを見下ろせます。
FM OSAKAのドームやアメ村の自由の女神を横に眺め、フェスティバルホールと大同生命ビルの間を通り抜け大阪駅に到着です。

気持ちのいい風を感じながら、いろいろな角度から大阪を知れて、とても楽しい観光ツアーでした。

I participated during Golden Week. It was a tour departing at 10:30. Since it was a weekday in the middle of the holiday, there were about 15 participants. The tour guide told us that since there were only this many participants, we could sit wherever we liked. We were handed an interpreter iPod for the foreign guests, and we set off. The double-decker bus provided a sense of openness as it was higher than a regular bus. Immediately after departure, we turned left and were surprised at how close we were to Umeda Station. We received explanations about Sonezaki Police Station, Ohatsu Tenjin, Umeda Shinchi, and Yodoyabashi along Midosuji. I learned for the first time that the road connecting Kitamido and Minamido is called Midosuji. I had thought that Mido Hall was only for funerals, so that was a new discovery for me. Then we headed south down the brand street in Shinsaibashi, and the weather was so nice it was almost hot. Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are essential. I also discovered that there are many temples along Sennichimae and Matsuyamachi. We received explanations about the new face of Nipponbashi. After turning at Spa World and passing Tennoji Zoo on the left, we arrived at the drop-off point after turning left onto Tanimachi. I rode all the way to Umeda, but some people got off here. As we headed north on Tanimachi, it was interesting to learn about the temple where Sanada Nobushige was defeated and the origin of the name Tanimachi in sumo. It was an adventure to pass through the ETC gate on the Hanshin Expressway just in time. The hour flew by as we passed Festival Hall and buildings that the Hanshin Expressway runs through.

ゴールデンウィークに参加しました。10：30発のツアーです。連休のハザマの平日ですので参加者は15名くらいかな？添乗員さんがこれだけの参加者ですので好きな座席にお座り下さいと言って頂けました。通訳のipodを外国の方に渡され出発です。2階建てバスなので普通のバスよりもう一段高く開放感があります。出発後すぐに左折して梅田駅の高架ですがすごく近くてビックリです。御堂筋で曽根崎警察、お初天神、梅田新地、淀屋橋など解説いただきました。特に北御堂と南御堂をつなぐ道が御堂筋と解説いただきはじめて知りました。御堂会館はお葬式はするなと思っていたので新発見でした。それから心斎橋のブランド通りを南下してとても天気良く暑いくらいです。帽子やサングラス、日焼け止めは必須ですね。千日前から松屋町筋でお寺の多いのも新発見です。日本橋の新しい顔も解説いただきました。スパワールドを曲がり天王寺動物園を左に見て谷町を左折すると降車場所です。私は梅田まで乗りましたがここで降りられた方もいらっしゃいました。それから谷町を北上すると真田信繁が討ち取られたお寺や、お相撲の谷町の名の由来など面白かったです。阪神高速にのりETCのゲートぎりぎりに通過したのはアドベンチャーです。フェスティバルホール、阪神高速が貫通するビルなどあっという間の1時間です。

I went on this tour a couple days ago. The pick up location was somewhat easy to find after I went to the tourist information center, but they could use a small map or some pictures of exactly where to meet. The bus was new and in good condition. The seats are a bit small especially for tall people. The audio device was helpful but two third of the time it was playing classical music. They could use some upgrades or additions to the audio device files for it to be more informative. The tour guide seemed to be saying a lot more in Japanese than the audio guide was delivering. The audio guide itself was a sony walkman/ipod looking thing. It was also new and in good condition they also supply a pair of headphones, but I would bring my own if possible. All in all it was a good experience and worth the money.
