I was well taken care of by our tour guide, Mr. Tamiya, and I had a wonderfully enjoyable day without feeling lonely at all. The driver, Mr. Yamashita, kept the car comfortable by closing the curtains while we were away and added to the travel atmosphere with his thick Kansai dialect, which was a nice touch. However, the actual meeting time at Hearton Hotel is 8:20. I regret that this information was not available, which caused some inconvenience for the tour. Additionally, the time spent at Fushimi Inari Shrine is actually from 10:00 to 10:45, which is quite busy. I think it would be better to correct the online information to reflect the actual details. Summer in Kyoto can be unbearably hot. Water, a hat (or parasol), and sunglasses are essential.

添乗員の田宮さんに良くして頂いて、まったく寂しい思いをすることなく、あっという間の楽しい一日でした。運転手の山下さんは、いない間にカーテンを閉めておいて下さって車内を快適に保ってくださったり、ベタベタの関西弁で旅気分を盛り上げてくださったりさり気ない気遣いが嬉しかったです。ただハートンホテルの実際の集合時間は８：２０です。その情報がなくてツアーにご迷惑をおかけしてしまいました。また伏見稲荷神社で過ごす時間も実際は10時～10時45分の45分間で結構忙しいです。ネットの情報を実際の情報に修正しておいてもらった方が良いかと思います。夏の京都は苦しいくらい暑いです。水、帽子（または日傘）、サングラスは必携です。

I think this is a convenient and good tour that allows you to easily visit the famous sites in Kyoto. The bus was entirely yellow, making it easy to spot. However, I expected more detailed explanations in English about Kyoto's history and places like Kiyomizu Temple, Kinkaku-ji, and Fushimi Inari Taisha. Unfortunately, the information was quite limited, which was disappointing since I was looking forward to practicing my English listening skills. I chose a plan without lunch, but I would prefer the lunch venue to be a restaurant that offers a "obanzai buffet."

コースとしては、京都の名所を楽に回れて、便利な良いツアーだと思います。
バスのお色も全体が黄色でわかり易く探しやすかったです。
ただ、もっと京都の歴史や、清水寺・金閣寺・伏見稲荷大社の詳しい説明が英語であるとばかり思っていたのですが、あまりにも少なく、英会話の聞き取りの勉強になると楽しみにしていただけにその点に関してはイマイチでした。
私は、昼食無しのプランでしたが、昼食会場は、出来ましたら「おばんざいのバイキング」のお店にして欲しいです。

During my business trip to Osaka, I planned to do some sightseeing in the Namba area and efficiently used the same bus route to explore the southern part of Osaka City.

First of all, the cute appearance of the bus was delightful. The open-air seating provided a unique view and sense of presence that you can't experience elsewhere! I could feel various landscapes along with the fresh air, and the thrill of the highway overpass passing overhead became an unexpectedly strong memory and a great story to share.

The guide's explanations were clear and informative, which was very helpful. Next time, I would like to take the course that explores the northern part of the city.

大阪出張がてら、なんば方面への観光を計画し、効率よく大阪市内南部を巡る、同バスルートを利用しました。
まず何より、かわいらしいバスの見た目。
そして、屋根なしオープンの座席は、他では経験できない視界と臨場感！
いろいろな景色が空気とともに感じられ、特に高速道路の案台板が、頭上を過ぎるあのスリル感は、想定外の強い思い出となり、土産話となりました。
ガイドの方の説明もわかりやすく、勉強になりました。
次回は、北部を巡るコースを利用したいと思います。

経済の街・商業の街のイメージが強い大阪ですが、大坂冬の陣・夏の陣の舞台であり日本の歴史のど真ん中の街でもある。そんなたくさんの魅力のある大阪の街を1時間で巡る快適なバスの旅。ガイドさんの茶目っ気のある解説の魅力にも痺れました。
大阪の街の魅力をサックリと味わえます。とってもおススメです。

We went sightseeing in Osaka with my mother and child, three generations together. The hour and a half duration was just right, and the price of 1500 yen was great.
On the Umeda route, we were able to see the real statue of Goyō from "Asa ga Kita," which we had seen on NHK. We also visited Osaka Castle.
It was a bit hot since there was no roof, but they distributed cool packs, which felt nice.

The bus stairs were a bit steep, which was somewhat tough for my mother who has bad legs, but she still enjoyed it.

The guide was also very good at explaining things. Thank you!

母親と子供と三代で大阪観光。一時間半という時間はお手軽でした。1500円という料金も良かったです。
梅田ルートでNHKで見た「あさが来た」の五代さんの本物の像を見る事ができました。大阪城も。
屋根がないのでちょっと暑かったけど、ヒエピタが配られて気持ちよかった。

バスの階段がちょっと急で、足が悪い母には若干きつかったようですが、それでも楽しかったと。

ガイドさんもとても説明が上手でした。ありがとうございました

The seats were high, providing a great view and a sense of openness, and the guide's explanations were enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed on for a bit longer.

I love sightseeing tour buses because they take you around the main attractions, but this was my first experience on a double-decker open-top bus. It was great to see famous spots like Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Abeno Harukas, and Umeda Sky Building with explanations. Next time, I want to take my parents along.

観光ツアーバスは主な観光地をまわってくれるので好きなのですが2階建てオープンは初体験でした。道頓堀、新世界、アベノハルカス、梅田スカイビルなど有名スポットを説明付きで見られるのはなかなかグッド。今度は親を連れて乗りたいと思います。

I planned it.
They were very pleased.
Since the back seats don't get sunlight, I had my elderly grandmother sit there.
The children also enjoyed seeing Osaka Castle and said they felt good on the double-decker bus and would like to ride it again.

I went on my first solo trip to Osaka.
The view from the high places was really great.
The guide was very approachable and left a good impression on me.
Next time, I want to take a different route.

Departing on the southern route at 3:40 PM!
I used this service after staying overnight in Osaka for work.

I didn't realize Osaka had so many attractions!
It's said to boast some of Japan's most famous temples, and in the Tennoji area, I visited Shitennoji, which was established by Prince Shotoku, the oldest in Japan.
From the bus, I learned about interesting alleys and features, so I'm looking forward to my next business trip!

On the way back, the bus used the highway, and I was impressed by the size of the concert hall. It was great to fully enjoy Osaka's incredible energy and culture.
When we got off the bus, the guide greeted us, and a spontaneous round of applause arose from the passengers, which was very moving.

I definitely want to use the northern route next time as well.

仕事で大阪に前泊しての利用でした。

大阪ってこんなに見所があったんですね！
日本で有数の寺院の数々を誇るそうで、天王寺地区では
日本最古の聖徳太子が建立した四天王寺がありました。
バスの中から、面白そうな横丁や特徴を教えてもらえたので、
次回の出張が楽しみに♪

バスは、帰りは高速道路を利用していましたが、音楽ホールの大きさに感心したりで、
大阪の偉大なエネルギーと文化を満喫出来たのが良かったです。
降車する時、ガイドさんが挨拶された時、車中から自然と感謝の拍手が湧き起り、それはとても感動的でした☆

また是非とも、北ルートも利用したいと思っております。

The time for sightseeing is too short. If possible, instead of one hour at Kiyomizu-dera, having one and a half hours might be more enjoyable. I hope improvements can be made.

観光する時間が短い過ぎるなどです。
出来れば、例、清水寺で1時間ではなく、出来れば、1時間30分があれば、楽しいかも知れません。
出来れば改善するようお願いします。

Walking through the streets of Osaka while listening to the explanations was a great experience, and I had a very enjoyable time. I would also like to participate in the southern route if I have the opportunity.

説明を聞きながら大阪の街の中を歩く事が、無かったので大変満足し楽しい時間を過ごせました。南ルートも機会が、あれば参加してみたいと思います。

This is a trip for a couple from the baby boomer generation. For this trip to Osaka, we wanted to add something different (fun) this time, and while browsing on my smartphone, I came across a red open bus! It's affordable in terms of time and cost. How indulgent of us to enjoy such a little trip while just sitting! Although we are from the countryside, I highly recommend this to those living in Osaka as well. It's completely different from a regular sightseeing bus. (It's a three-story open bus, you know! (^o^)) The bus guide interacts face-to-face with the customers! I felt curious about who was driving and where! Yes, the driver was safely operating the bus on the first floor. There were laughs and excitement! Our bus was full, probably because it was during Golden Week, creating a friendly atmosphere like a day-long bus tour.

Driving along the six lanes of Midosuji in a moving three-story bus felt so pleasant, especially for someone from the countryside like me. I was overwhelmed with emotion. The breeze was comfortable, and my husband, like a child, said he wanted to ride again! Me too! The bus guide was such a wonderful person that I wished we could take a photo together♪ The one-hour little trip was very satisfying!

Since we stayed in front of Osaka Station, we were lured by the night breeze and went to Ohatsu Tenjin, which we had been told about a few hours earlier. It was mostly young couples, but being a pair of old folks was nice too! As we exited Ohatsu Tenjin Street and looked ahead, we saw a familiar bright red open bus passing by us.

Wow! What a delightful coincidence to encounter the last Namba route red bus of the day (*^^*)

団塊世代の夫婦旅行です。今回の大阪行き いつもと違う(楽しいこと)プラスしてみようと スマホ触っていて(赤色オープンバス)が 目に飛び込む！
時間的に料金的に お手軽。又座っていれば良いと言う 何てわがままなプチ旅行！私たちは地方組ですが 大阪に住んでる方にも これはお勧めものです。観光バスのたかさとは全く違います。(3階オープンバスですね(^o^)
バスガイドさんはお客様と対面式！
どこで誰が運転しているの？と 不思議な気持ち！
そうです 運転士さんは一階で安全運転に務めてくださっていました。笑い声 ！ ドキドキ感！
私たちのバスはゴールデンウィーク中のせいか満席で １日ご一緒するバスツアーのような和気あいあいムードでした。
御堂筋の6車線を、動く3階バス～同じ方向に並んで走る気持ちよさ
田舎者ですので 感無量でした。(o⌒∇⌒o)

大阪駅前泊でしたので夜風に誘われ数時間前に教えていただいた お初天神に行きました。若いカップルばかりでしたが じじ ばばの二人つれもいいもんだ！
お初天神どうりを出て前をみたら 見覚えのある真っ赤なオープンバスが私たちのの横を通ってゆく

The guide was kind, polite, and we had a wonderful time that flew by. Of course, a nice day is great, but the sunlight felt a bit intense. I would love to enjoy another course someday.

ガイドの方は、優しく丁寧で楽しい時間をあっという間に過ごしました。
ただ、天気が良い日がもちろん良いのですが、少々日差しがきつい感じでした。
またいつか別コースを楽しみたいです。

I booked this to kill time until check-in at the hotel. For seeing a lot of places at once, a guided sightseeing bus is the best option, right? It was very informative and fun in a sightseeing mood. However, as noted in the precautions, it's a completely open-deck bus. Please keep that in mind during the summer or when the sun is strong.

ホテルへのチェックインまでの時間つぶしを兼ねて申し込みました
一気にいろんなところを見るにはガイド付きの観光バスが一番ですよね
なので　観光気分でとても為になったし楽しかったです
ですが　こちら注意事項にも書いてあるように完全オープンデッキバス☆
夏場や日差しの強い時期など　そのつもりで乗られますように

We participated with our family at the end of April, but it was quite cold due to the strong wind. I'm not sure if there were blankets available for rent, but I think we would have used them if there had been information about it. Although the top was open-air, I think glass walls would have been nice as well. However, with a polite guide, I believe it's a great value for those who are not familiar with Osaka city.

4月の終わりに家族で参加しましたが、風が結構強く吹いて寒かったです。ブランケットの貸し出しがあったかは定かではありませんが、案内があれば利用したかと思います。上は吹き出しでしたがガラス張りでもいいと思います。しかし丁寧なガイドもあって大阪市内に詳しくない人には値段も安く大満足だと思います。

This trip was brief but took in some major locations in a busy city where others ways would easily tire the most energetic traveller. A bit longer, and include Kobe would be great!

My parents from Nagasaki and my sister from Tokyo came to Osaka, and we participated in an open-deck bus tour for sightseeing. In the morning, we took the Namba route, and in the afternoon, we joined the Umeda route, which made us feel like we efficiently conquered all of Osaka in a short time. Both my parents and sister were very satisfied. I would definitely like to use this service again when I guide others around Osaka. Also, I want to ride the open-deck bus again!!

長崎の両親と東京の姉が来阪し、観光のため、オープンデッキバスツアーに参加させていただきました。午前はなんばルート、午後はうめだルートに参加し、短時間で効率的に大阪まるごと観光制覇できた気分になりました。両親も姉も大満足でした。大阪の観光案内をするときはまた是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。また、オープンデッキバス乗りたかばい！！

The guide's explanations were easy to understand, so I participated in a different course on the second day as well. I think it would be more convenient if the mobile confirmation for the voucher was accepted instead of having to print it out.

In Sendai dialect, "えがった" means "it was good."
In the morning, we boarded the Umeda course, and in the afternoon, the Namba course.
Since my wife can't walk much, she was happy to be able to enjoy sightseeing while sitting down.

仙台弁で「えがった」は、良かったと言うことです。
午前は梅田、午後は難波コースに搭乗しました。
妻はあまり歩けないので、座ったままで観光できたので
喜んでいました。

Although it was unfortunately rainy, the hour and a half flew by, and I had a great time. It was wonderful to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom while looking down at the streets of Osaka. The little children might have been a bit noisy and excited, but the guide listened to us, responded to our questions, and explained everything kindly and thoroughly. I was very satisfied!

あいにくの雨でしたが、1時間半があっという間で、楽しく過ごすことができました。桜のシーズンで、満開の桜を上から見ながら大阪の町並みを見るとことが出来て良かったです。小さい子供たちが、はしゃいでうるさかったかも知れませんが、ガイドさんも話を聞いてくれてて、受け答えしたり、親切丁寧に説明してくれて、とっても満足しました！

I spent a day at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) on a bus tour from Tochigi Prefecture, and on the next free day, I participated in a sightseeing tour of Kyoto with Shinki Bus.

I arrived at the meeting place an hour early in the morning. The guide was already waiting and kindly asked if I was there for the tour, which put me at ease. The bus was very noticeable with large letters spelling "LIMON" on a yellow background.

The first sightseeing spot, Fushimi Inari, was very crowded from the morning, but the guides, wearing yellow happi coats and holding flags, stood out well. The bus was equipped with USB jacks and Wi-Fi, which was helpful.

I thought it was nice to have many foreign participants this time.

栃木県から別のバスツアーで、USJで1日過ごし、次のフリー日に、神姫バスツアーで京都観光に参加。
　朝、1時間前に集合場所に到着した。すでにガイドさんも待機され、気さくに観光参加ですか？と声をかけられ、こちらも安心。
バスは、黄色の地に大きな文字でLIMONと書いてあり目立ちました。
　観光1箇所目の、伏見稲荷は、朝から大変混雑、しかし誘導は、黄色のはっぴに旗でやはり大変目立った。
バス車内は、USBジャックとWi-Fi装備で助かりました。
　外人さんの参加が、多くたまにはいいかなって、思いました。

The price was reasonable, the guide's explanations were very good, and the scenery from the bus was clearly visible. I was very satisfied, and the time flew by.

After the tour departed, we received a call from a passenger who was late, and we waited at the meeting point in Namba. Although the regulations clearly state that this would be considered abandonment of the tour, perhaps due to the kindness of the tour guide, we waited for 27 minutes and started late.

There was no booing from the other passengers, including families with children, and the mood was quite pleasant as we set off. Many of the tour participants were foreigners, and languages like English and Tagalog were being spoken on the bus, creating an exotic atmosphere that felt like we were traveling abroad.

The three spots on the course had changed completely from my visit several decades ago, allowing for a refreshing sightseeing experience. Although the schedule became a bit tight to recover from the late start, there was no sense of urgency, and we had enough time to enjoy the sights.

However, on the way back, we encountered a major incident on the highway, resulting in a significant traffic jam. The tour guide was visibly stressed as the vehicle had another schedule to adhere to. I had reserved a Shinkansen ticket for two hours after the tour ended, but due to the delay, I had to run to catch the train at the platform, just making it to the rear boarding gate safely.

This will likely become a memorable part of my enjoyable trip. I rated my experience as "average" because while the delays in departure and return were not the travel company's fault, I believe that if the tour guide had checked the post-tour schedules of the current passengers and provided appropriate advice rather than focusing on adjusting the next tour, it could have earned a "highest" rating.

(Please understand that I am not criticizing the tour guide's response; I am simply sharing the perspective of a passenger who was anxiously checking the time on the bus.)

ツアー発車後乗り遅れた客から連絡、難波の集合場所で待機、規定では前途放棄とみなすと明記してあるも、添乗員さんの優しさか、待つこと27分、遅れてのスタートでした。
遅れてきた子供連れファミリーにブーイングもなく和やかなムードでの出発となりました。
ツアー客は外国人の方が多く、英語、タガログ語などが社内で飛び交い、エキゾチックな雰囲気でまるで外国旅行をしているようなムードでした。
コースの３スポットは数十年前の訪問時とは全くイメージが変わっており、新鮮な気持ちで観光できました。
遅れたスタートのスケジュール回復のため、若干タイトな行程となりましたが、時間的にはそんなに切迫感もなく、十分拝観することが出来ました。
ところが帰路ハップニング、高速道路で事故があっており、大渋滞に巻き込まれてしまいました。当該車両は次のスケジュールもあり添乗員さんはその対応に大変な様子でした。
私は少し余裕をみてツアー終了後2時間の新幹線を予約していましたが、ツアーの遅れで新幹線ホームで走りやっと後尾の乗降口でセーフとなりました。
これも楽しい旅の思い出になりそうです。
体験談での評価を「普通」とさせていただいたのは、出発遅れや帰着遅れは決して旅行会社のせいではありませんが、バスの次ツアーの調整よりも、現ツアー客のツアー後のスケジュールを確認し、適切なアドバイスを頂けたら「最高」の評価になったと思います。
（決して添乗員さんの対応を非難しているわけでなく、車内で時計をみながらやきもきしていた一乗客の意見として拝読いただければ幸甚です。）

The course was good, but depending on the day, there were changes in the weather due to the season. The response when the temperature dropped was not very satisfactory.

コースはよかったですが日によっては季節柄天候に変更があります。気温が下がったとき等の対応がいまいちでした。

I participated with my son. The weather was nice, the conversation was enjoyable, and it was very good. My son seemed to be in high spirits and was having fun. Thank you very much.

I participated with my parents. Since it was rainy, traveling by bus was indeed convenient.
The lunch venue was closed for the holiday, so we had to change the restaurant, which also changed the course (there was no train travel). The tour guide mentioned this in English, but there was no mention of it in the Japanese explanation. I understood the course change since I speak English, but my parents were completely unaware due to the lack of explanation in Japanese, and they didn't find out about the cancellation of the train travel until we were on our way to Kinkaku-ji.
The importance of thoroughly communicating information seems to depend on the tour guide. I was a bit frustrated.

昼食会場が休日だったためお店を変更、それに伴いコースも変更になりました（電車移動がなくなった）。添乗員さんの説明は英語ではそのことに触れていたのですが、日本語の説明では全く触れず。私は英語が分かるのでコース変更をわかっていましたが、両親は日本語での説明が無かったので全く知らず、電車の移動がなくなったことは金閣寺に向かう時まで知りませんでした。
情報の周知徹底をどの程度重要視するのか、添乗員さんによると思います。私は少しイライラしました。
